Power/Weapon 3: The Master Conducting Stick: This conducting stick will play all sorts of sounds from simple to complex(from a scream to an entire orchestrated piece of music). She also uses it to talk (see below).
Appearance: Has a general toa build, but is colored a dark gold rather than the usual sonics colors.
Bio: The Conductor was, in her universe, the best trumpeteer on all the island of Astroganaught- one of the most competitive islands in terms of music competitions, auditions, etc. One day, she was trying out for the last slot on a certain orchestra, and beat a Skakdi who, needless to say, got rather upset and confronted The Conductor outside. Let's just say, the next day,the doctors were surprised when a toa came in, with her trumpet mouthpiece lodged in her throat. They could not remove it in fear of killing her, so whenever she tried to talk from then on, all that came out was a buzzing noise. This expierience left The Conductor bitter, and shen tried to strike out on her own, playing music. This did not work out, since, you know, there was still a mouthpiece lodged in her throat, until one day, a mysterious being gave her the conducting stick. She was so happy, she did not realize this was a cultist- until she was asked to join. Saying yes (Because the cult obviously needed musical talent!) She was teleported to the island.
Personality/Other: The Conductor is prideful and arrogant of her musical skills(Because she plays trumpet), and if anyone insults her playing skills, they most likely will have a limb missing afterwards. She is a female Toa of Sonics.

THE SOTA GAMES
So, after having a decent amount of time for prisoners to mill about and accepted, it's time for the first SOTA GAMES. Or...game. This post has been made primarily to set a specified time for when it will begin, and to lay out the rules. The rules will be placed in the post beginning the Sota Games as well, for ease-of-access.
As of right now, the Sota Games will begin June 11th, 2015, at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (UTC -5:00). The games will last until June 18th, 2015, at 3:00 PM.
Now, let's go onto the rules.
Those are the only two rules set for the Sota Games. Details on the arena itself will be posted the day-of, and a list of fighters in the Sota Games as well.

Name: Ultratorian Möbius (Real Name: Max)
Species: Vorox (intelligent)

Power/Weapon 1: Max has a stinger tail. Beware it.
Power/Weapon 2: The Brace: a bracelet that allows Max to transform into Ultratorian Möbius, a warrior of light from the faraway land of N87. (Originally a simple prop, this bracelet has been imbued with actual power since Max's kidnapping)
Mechanism: when the Brace is mounted onto Max's left arm, the energies within the Spark flow into Max, allowing him to become Ultratorian Möbius. Through the Brace's power, Max's body is transformed from the base form of a Vorox to a glorious, formidable warrior wielding the power of Light. However, this form cannot regenerate elemental energy; while he starts with the elemental reserves (but not the power) of a Toa Nuva, what he uses up will be lost for the duration of the transformation. The amount of energy remaining can be roughly measured by a colored light on Möbius's chest, transitioning from solid blue to blinking red; if it is to go out, it will mean Ultratorian Möbius will never rise again. (Note: fighting at full power from a full tank will result in roughly a three minute time limit; coneserving energy will allow him to stay transformed longer). The Brace can only be activated once per fight* and will need two fights* to recharge itself upon deactivation.
*Fight being defined as any engagement between him and/or any allies and another enemy or group of enemies
Ultratorian
Power/Weapon 1: Elemental Light (specializes in hardlight barriers/weapons and destructive lasers)
Power/Weapon 2: Flight. Notably, this power also drains from his elemental energy reserves, unlike a mask power.
Power/Weapon 3: Kakama-level speed. Also drains from his elemental energy, so he uses it sparingly.
Appearance: As his normal self, Max resembles a typical Vorox, wearing the iconic armor of the Sand Tribe.
As Ultratorian Möbius, he take a red and silver form standing fifteen feet tall. His skin appears to be composed of a wetsuit-like material but is as tough as normal metal armor.
Bio: Coming from the same universe as the Macchas, Max was the lead actor in the latest of the Ultratorian series, a children's show. Notable for being the first Vorox to star in a leading role in a TV serial, Max was off to a good start in his role before being suddenly kidnapped by Vaupatti Sielu.
Personality/Other: Dull surprise. This is Max's reaction to everything when offset. Even the weirdest and zaniest of occurances will only produce a flat "what" from him (the one exception to this appears to be physical pain). However, Max is very easily swept up into the role of his character, especially in his transformed state; when playing the part of Ultratorian Möbius, he is noble and selfless, seeking first to protect the innocent from whatever threats may malign them.
