Second, that would kill you, too, and leave you surrounded by hundreds of robots that are all across the ship with no way into the tunnels beneath - and the amount of elemental energy required to crush the facility would leave you too drained to deal with them. IC: Ezraftin + AMTaOS + Everyone / Testing Facility - Second to Last Room After a good bit of walking for everyone involved (save AMTaOS herself), the entire collective group of four finally met up again in the twisting hallways leading up. There were a few ADR attacks and things like that, but it seemed like no traps were left over.Where, pray you ask, did they meet? In a large, circular room - two levels below the Kanohi Ignika in the CHI building. There were only those two entrances, and as chance would have it, Ezraftin and Stronin would find themselves facing Hrunja and Trakuda from opposite sides of the room. There, on a far corner of the room, was an elevator leading straight up."There. Those are my companions." Ezraftin said, pointing forward and stepping into the room.A voice echoed down. "Congratulations. You've made it through the pretty much defenseless facility to a completely barren room devoid of anything other than an elevator that may or may lead you to your death. I'm amazed you managed to make your way so easily through the practically defenseless facility. No, really, I'm surprised. Really."-Toa Levacius Zehvor

IC: Hrunja"Hello there Ezraftin," said Hrunja, greeting the other Toa again. "Where did you find the Iron Toa?"

IC: Ezraftin / Testing FacilityAs Ezraftin stepped further towards the room, he replied, "I'll question how you so readily determine the powers of an individual at a later date. He was trapped by this AI, and apparently has spent the last Mata-Nui knows how many hours listening to her voice. But another ally is always useful to have."He looked to Stronin. "But I suppose I shouldn't introduce you as though you're not here.""He's not. He's a figment of your imagination and you're all experiencing the effects best described by the shield variety of a green Bohrok."-Toa Levacius Zehvor

IC: Hrunja"It's the colour scheme. Finding out the element of another being normally relies on seeing what colour they are. It works 75% of the time. The other 25% is for when they paint themselves a different colour."[iC: Stronin]"Hi, I'm Stronin."

IC: Ezraftin / Testing FacilityEzraftin shrugged. "Even with Av-Matoran, color doesn't mean much. Example..."In the finishing of his shrugging gesture, his armor color shifted. The slightly tarnished gold on his armor flared to shining new life, and his black armor glowed a radiant, almost blinding white - it was much closer to the typical envisioning of a Toa of Light than the appearance he took. He shifted it a few more times before reverting to normal."Even masks are hard to trust. Harder, actually - I've seen, what, half a dozen beings who use masks with the shape they're supposed to have."-Toa Levacius Zehvor

IC: Ezraftin / Testing Facility"No, but it doesn't detract from the fact appearances are deceiving... come on, let's go. Destiny awaits."He stepped forward, heading over to the elevator.-Toa Levacius Zehvor

IC:The other two Toa followed.

IC: TrakudaI follow too. I found it slightly odd that there was an elevator in the corner, despite it being a circular room, but there's no point dwelling on that now. We've got a mask to retrieve.It doesn't take long for us to get in the elevator and head up the shaft.

IC: Emma - New Metru NuiEmma raised an eyebrow, "Really? I must have missed all that cool stuff. Oh well."She tapped out a few commands on her holographic projector, bringing up a virtual display of the Citadel, and it's surrounding area, "With Blade on a hoverboard, we may want this route. It's fairly stable, and avoided...er... most of the damage sustained in the fighting."Not stopping for questions, she followed Lekar and Blade deeper into the city.-Void

IC: Lekar (NMN)Lekar took a quick glance at the holo-screen, and upon seeing the route, nodded. "The only bad thing about that route will be-" He stopped as they came upon the bustling, loud, crowded markets."The market transversal." he finished. Sighing, he pushed his way though the crowd, using his powers to have a gentle breeze push Blade behind his cleared path."Excuse me, pardon, could you move for just a second, sorry sir, ..."IC: Krash (Krahzia)"I hate the mountains. IC: Ezraftian / Testing Facility ElevatorEzraftin let out a heavy sigh once the whole party had gathered themselves in the elevator. The elevator door slid shut, and the panel of buttons on it flared to life. "It's time we face what destiny has in store for us. Or this corrupt AI - she probably has something too."He pressed the button to ascend up a level - the others were all damaged or missing; there was only one place to go besides down, now.The lights flickered on and off. For a while, everything went completely dark. Then, the elevator started moving up. The lights turned back on... and elevator music began to play."This is underwhelming."OOC: Last minute social interactions and kissing must be made now. Except for Ezraftin. Kissing him is on a long list of bad ideas which start with killing an Avohkah by flicking it and end with earning the GM's hatred.-Toa Levacius Zehvor

IC: Emma - New Metru NuiEmma chuckled softly, "Y'know Lekar, there's a much easier way to do this..."She raised her energy rifle, firing off a few shots into the sky, careful not to hit anyone. Almost instantly, the crowd melted away, giving the trio a very wide berth."Sorry folks," she said apologetically, "I just needed you all to move. Once we're gone, you can all go about your business."-Void

IC: Ezraftin / Testing Facility ElevatorEzraftin walked over and put his hands on the older Toa's shoulder (though, in all honesty, he was probably the elder - the Av-Matoran were the first Matoran created, even if a quarter of that time was lost to his memory). "Come on man, don't fall apart now. We've got a job to do here, and Mata-Nui willing, we're going to complete it in his name."DING! went the elevator as it came to a stop, its doors opening to the side and revealing a long hallway. Along the side were windows, but they were completely black - their they were designed that way, or there was nothing but blackness. Only the top was completely covered over. At the far end of the hallway was an open passage with a different colored light shining from it.-Toa Levacius Zehvor

IC: Ezraftin / CKC WalkwayEzraftin stepped patted Hrunja once on his shoulder before turning and moving out of the elevator, down the hallway. "I've finally run out of cliche quotes about destiny, so I'll make this simple - we're going to get that mask and dismantle any robot or miscellaneous in our way."Solid light armor encased his entire body in armor to ward against attacks, and his weapon glowed as bright as Solis Magna.OOC: Told you I never sleep.(I'm going to sleep as soon as this post goes through.)-Toa Levacius Zehvor

IC: Ezraftin + AMTaOS / Final ChamberEzraftin stepped forward and made his way through the hallway. Presumably, the other four followed, and all four entered into the chamber beyond, a massive white, domed one - improbably big, as a matter of fact. In the center hung a huge, massive robotic form coming down from the ceiling. At the bottom was what a more tech savvy person would recognize as an intelligence core, a single eye in its center. The core was some 4 Bio off the ground, putting the entire body out of reach. Those anti-gravity things were on there as well.Around the robot was a green shield of energy - Stronin would recognize it from before as one of those fields that disabled your elemental constructs when you went through, and didn't allow you to fire your elemental powers or effect anything on the other side.The floor was covered in white panels, as was the ceiling and walls.The robot swung its body around towards Stronin. "Well you found me. Congratulations. Was it worth it? Because despite your terrible behavior, the only thing you've managed to break so far is my heart. Maybe you could settle for that, kill your friends, and we could just call it a day. Guess we all know that isn't going to happen. You all chose this path, and now I have a surprise for you. Deploying surprise in 5... 4... 1."From the body of the AI, numerous spherical bombs came flying out towards the group.-Toa Levacius Zehvor

IC: TrakudaI fire several shots from my arm blasters in an attempt to destroy some of the bombs in midair.

IC: HrunjaHrunja began to fire off blasts of plasma at the spheres.[iC: Stronin]"Um, thanks?"

IC: Ezraftin / Final BattleEzraftin joined in taking out the bombs. For each one they destroyed, though, another would come flying out towards them.A hollow laughter called down. Suddenly, the panels underneath their feet flung back and shot up at them, attempting to toss them away. As if that wasn't bad enough, small nozzles across the room began pumping out a green gas in to the air. "And now the air is filling with deadly neurotoxin, which will kill all of you not immune to deadly neurotoxin. Your death this way will be slow and very, very painful. If you want my advice? Lay down in front of a bomb. It will be much easier and a lot less painful."-Toa Levacius Zehvor

IC: Hrunja"So ... any solutions?"

IC: Ezraftin / Final Battle"Well, you could go through a number of experimental procedures to gain an immunity to poisons like I have, but I don't think we're currently in a situation we can do that." Ezraftin replied as he stood up slowly, barely firing a laser beam off before he was hit by one of the bombs.He attempted to release a blast of light, but the energy shield in front of the robot completely neutralized it. Attempting to bend the light beyond and use it as a weapon, he found similar results, before being forced back on the defense. He hefted his axe in hand and fired a healing Rhotuka, mentally changing it to completely solid, and fired it. It went through the shield easily, but was blocked by a panel from the ceiling lowering down before it could strike her.He looked at Hrunja. "We need something physical...""Try punching. It might hurt me a little. Probably not though. There's a 93.25% chance that it will."-Toa Levacius Zehvor

IC: Hrunja"Physical eh?" said the Toa of Plasma. "Well I suppose 'matter' can be defined as physical."He pulled out a single drill-like sword, pointing it at AMTaOS. Energy began to siphon from his body into the weapon as he began to charge it up, readying himself for a single massive blast of concentrated plasma. Unfortunately, unlike its namesake, the attack could tear rifts in space-time, but it was still a massive blast of plasma, so it'd be effective anyway."Tell me then AI, what temperature can you handle before starting to melt? Because I believe your body will soon be experiencing ..."Hrunja ran over a few things in his head."... a drastic increase in temperature to about ... 28,000 kelvins or so? Maybe a bit more?"

IC: Ezraftin + AMTaOS / Final Battle"Look, I'll just make this simple. This shield in front of me blocks elemental attacks, or attempts to control elements within from without. If you had agreed to my deal and chosen stasis and testing, you would have learned this in my tests. I'm surprised Stronin here hasn't told you. So really, all you're doing is setting yourself up for disappointment.""Still, your skills at mathematics are somewhat impressive."And then the floor panels around Hrunja began slamming into him, while the bombs kept flying. Ezraftin was trying to pull double duty and block the explosives coming for both of them, but he let one slip past and land next to him, releasing a huge burst that sent him flying back and blackening the floor. And then the floor pulled up and slammed into him.If things couldn't get any worse, the panels of the floor folded down on the opposite side of the room, and a number of ADR came floating up, their arm cannons switching over to energy spheres as they fired a volley of attacks at the group.-Toa Levacius Zehvor

IC: Hrunja"Except the heat will probably be conducted," said Hrunja cheerfully as he rolled to the side. "ENUMA ELISH!"The massive blast of plasma fired, the continuous energy release slamming into the bombs and the attacks sent at him by the ADR. It slammed into the floor underneath the shield, which began to melt under the intense heat.

IC: Ezraftin + AMTaOS / Final BattleThe plasma blast struck the floor... which melted into a huge hole that led into the vast emptiness that was between them and the ceiling of the floor below. Probably like 4 Bio or so, but it seemed vast when there was absolutely no light.The hole was large enough, in fact, for more ADR to come flying out. One, armed with a laser sword, came rushing towards Ezraftin, who rose up as it rushed towards him."Congratulations. You made a giant hole in the floor. Congratulations on the floor hole."Ezraftin aimed his axe at the charging ADR and fired a laser beam that sliced it in two halves. "Mata-Nui, will you shut up?"-Toa Levacius Zehvor
