Techna: Breakdown

-==IC: Kairan//Eastern Canyon==-Kairan nodded, as he drew his sword quickly, and held it to the side, and then advanced toward where the wreckage of the Techna Nui was located.Never thought I'd be here again... Kairan thought, as he saw the co-ordinates, and moved toward them as quickly as he could.

IC: Lekar (testing chamber 3)THWACK! "Ow..." Of course Lekar had to be in the central elevator. Getting to his feet, he entered the room. "You guys coming?"Zakaro

IC: Savina - Testing Chamber #3 -Savina entered the room soon after Lekar did.

IC: Elirak (New Metru Nui)I leaned back in my seat and listened. After a while I held out my hand to the Toa and said, "Elirak."

IC: Darkon, New Metru NuiDarkon was stunned by the being's kindess. He hadn't been treated this well since... Well, never. He shook his head for a no, the look of gratitude in his eyes increasing.

IC: JikalJikal shook Elirak's hand. "Jikal." He looked back to Helsa. "You are quite right, but then again, most officials aren't as smart as I am." He smiled to indicate he was joking. IC: KrayzikkKrayzikk stood in one of the back corners of the room, watching the feed. He was pacing, a habit from when he had a body. He hated being stuck in the conference room, and not in the field.

IC: Gust (The Citadel, New Metru Nui)"Is it just me, or does Esao sound nervous? That can't be a good sign," said Gust, a small frown spreading across his face. Airu averted his gaze: if anyone had been paying attention, they would have seen a brief moment of shame cross the general's eyes.-Teezy

IC: IncommodoIncommodo walked up to the desk in the Citadel. "Hello. I would like to speak to Gust."

OOC: Wait...where is Skyra now? I'm confused.IC: Skyra - Citadel, New Metru Nui -Skyra stood nearby Krayzikk. "So...now what?" Skyra had managed to find some food, and was eating a sandwich. IC: Helsa - Restaurant, New Metru Nui -"I'm sure they're not." Helsa said, smiling.

NPC: AttendantThe attendant sighed: this was easily the fourth person in the last hour."He's in the Situation Room, observing a live feed. Head in there if you want."-Teezy

IC (Citadel): "Thanks." Solia said to the attendant from behind Incommodo as she passed through. That was convenient.Now, to join this team she hadn't heard of, with people she hadn't met.OOC: ...I'll make up an excuse for her joining later.

IC: Reichenbach> I've seen Stelt.> And Stelt is profitable.> For a weapons manufacturer, at least.> Perhaps you should go into a new line of work?> But, all joking aside, this city will fall. It will crash and it will burn, just like the ship that spawned it. I heard the ship die. Did you?> It was truly a touching moment.> But, anyhow, back to business: I'm not going to destroy this city. IC - Arell - Karzahni MagnaThe four Toa Elite- Arell, a Toa of light, one of plantlife, and one of psionics -got off of the hovercraft. They each had their on weapons, a machine gun, rocket launcher, sniper rifle, and a grenade launcher.Falling into step behind Esao and his group, Arell scanned for poisonous fumes in the immediate area. Behind her, the psionics Toa, Pollux, searched for brain waves from Hackers, but none were present.

IC: Krayzikk"Now, I spend the rest of the mission metaphorically chewing off the nails I don't have, with the mouth that I don't have, wishing I wasn't watching a live feed." Krayzikk answered Skyra.IC: JikalJikal watched Helsa another moment. Then, he activated his implant.Send message. Recipient; Helsa.Quickly, Jikal mentally dictated what he wanted the message to read, and sent it.Message;So, are you going to spill the beans first, or am I going to have to guess?Jikal had a few guesses, but he would prefer to have her cooperate.IC: TainTain moved carefully into the next testing room.

IC: HonnakThe Glatorian sighed, he felt the same exact way as Krayzikk. Bisides the nail bitting part. "Hey, Krayzikk, how's it going?"IC: ElirakI really didn't like the way this guy was looking at Helsa. And I didn't mean like that. It didn't show on my face, though.Just hoped she wouldn't have to blow her cover, our cover at that.

IC: Krayzikk"I'm doing good, Honnak." Krayzikk glanced at the Glatorian. "I see you've joined me in the league of at-least partially robotic former cops."

OOC: 4:31:22. Lev, don't try and capture Esao and the Elites. This is important to the staff plot.IC: Esao (Techna Nui, Eastern Canyon)"Alright," I muttered to the teams I was with. "I want you guys to stay sharp. Lekar was cut off too abruptly: we have to assume that whatever he saw is still-"My words were cut off from a scream of agony by one of the TAC team members. I spun on my heel just in time to see two pincers entering his neck, causing him to spit out blood, eyes wide. He tried to make another cry for help, but the creature darted away, carrying his body with it. I fired off about a dozen rounds from my Patriot, but nothing doing. He was gone."Goddammit," I muttered. "What was that thing?"-Teezy

OOC: Ninja'd. :(IC, Kinvex: Kinvex had seen the creature through his thermal eyepiece. "Huh, that's odd- whatever it was didn't give off a thermal signature..."

IC: Wade (Citadel)Wade had just made his way to the Citadel to go check with Gust to see whether there was any work for him or not; he craved to be out on the field. As he wove his way there, he accidentally bumped into Solia."Sorry, didn't see you there miss."

-==IC: Kairan//Eastern Canyon==-Kairan frowned, as he whirled around and saw the creature take off, but only caught a fleeting glance."I don't know, but as a suggestion, it would be wise to keep watch for more of those things, just in case some more of those things appear..." Kairan said, not sure what they could have been.-==IC: Blade//Near Krahzia==-Blade panted, and then collapsed to his knees, and then to the ground itself, as he shook his head as best as he could.I used too much energy... I can't reach either place at this rate... But if I stay here... Blade thought, but no matter what, he couldn't move at that moment.OOC: Any hackers mind finding Blade for the moment? =P

IC: KrayzikkKrayzikk suddenly stopped pacing, and started at the screen. Athen, what the karz was that?How am I supposed to know? Not only is it a live feed, all we got was a few second glimpse.

IC: HonnakHe smiled and raised the steampunkish arm. "Oh, this?" he said, moving the bronze covered fingers, "Yes I guess I am. I was lucky, finding this thing. Bit outdated, but hey, it works."

IC: (Aihus/Near Techna Wreck)Aihus couldn't help but groan. As the HUD flashed in front of his eyes, he desperately tried to force-close it. He found annoying and rather intrusive. That aside, he focused on the mission ahead.Keeping a hand on his sword and radio on, he stepped out of the hovercraft and walked foward.

IC: Skyra - Citadel -Skyra nearly fell over as he watched the live feed. "What the karz...was that!?"

IC (Citadel): Solia turned around to face Wade, "Miss...? Miss?"Perhaps he was just trying to be polite, or was one of those government officials who acted all nice and politically correct. Either way, it was probably nothing to get worked up about."Sorry. Are you here to see Gust too?" she asked to heal the conversation a bit.

IC: Helsa - Restaurant, New Metru Nui -Helsa took a sip of her beverage she had ordered, acting completely innocent, though as she was doing so she sent a message back to Jikal.I'll spill mine if you spill yours...

IC: Esao (New Metru Nui)"Command, this is Esao. Readings show that these creatures display no brainwaves and no thermal fingerprint. I'm suggesting that we-"Esao.My words cut off."And they're telepaths. They're telepaths, the mother-"My words were cut off as a yelp of surprise as one of the pincers stabbed through my hand and yanked me back, sending me into the darkness. I could feel its hot breath on my neck as it began to close over my head, and it was disgusting.Not like this, you little prick, I thought, knowing the creature could hear me. I grabbed one of my pistols and fired a bullet into where its ribs would be, sending out a screech of pain. It took a step back and disappeared.-Teezy

-==IC: Zero//Detention Center==-Zero pushed the criminal into the detention center, a scowl on his face."Put this one into solitary confinement, take away his mask, and make sure you have some way of resisting the mask's effect. I don't know exactly what it is, but it appears to be illusion related." Zero stated, as he kept his pistol trained on the criminal all the while."Don't let him fool you, he is very dangerous. One of the Guards was knocked unconscious by him."-==IC: Kairan//Eastern Canyon==-"Sir!" Kairan yelled out, and then frowned, as he prepared to fire a lightning bolt at the creature, but paused because he might hit Esao, and also because the creature went out of sight right as he raised his hand."Watch out, everyone. If there's two, there's bound to be more." Kairan said, even though it probably wasn't his place.But, then again, how many people were created specifically for battling...?

IC: OnuzekFrom behind Solia, the massive Toa waved at Morik. "Hello!"He wasn't really behind her, as he was gigantic, but more of above her.

IC: Emma - Eastern CanyonEmma tightened her grip on her sword, "I have a bad feeling about this..."-Void

IC: JikalFair enough. But we might want to leave here. It would be easier to reveal mine with a demonstration.Jikal leaned back in his chair, his expression never changing.Oh, and your buddy. He in on it too?IC: Krayzikk, Conference Room"Karz." Krayzikk cursed out loud. "This is really not a good day."

IC: HonnakThe Glatorian cursed as the guy was stabbed through the hand."What are those things?" He asked, hating being able to do nothing.IC: ElirakI just stared strait ahead, but I was actually sending a message to Jikal.>What's up?>I can tell you're talking to her.>I'm not stupid.

OOC: Man. Do you realize how fun it would be to test the entire Techna government? IC: Kinksh / Secret BaseKinksh grinned as the 'invisible man' disconnected. In front of him was a file listing every compiled piece of information about Reichenbach. It had been constructed to show his physical appearance perfectly, complete with records of his power, and even a bit of history. He was hardly invisible.A small parcel suddenly landed at his feet. Turning around, he looked down, and waited for a service drone (modified off of those in Metru-Nui) to walk over and hand it to him. Gingerly, he untied it, and looked down at the hard-earned treasure. It had taken months of search by his servants, not one of whom grasped what exactly it was they were looking for. But here it was - and he knew just what to do with it.OOC: That's your queue, KNI.IC: Ezraftin / Eastern CavernEzraftin looked about, following Aihus closely as he made his way where directed. He glanced at the regal looking Toa, and said, "You don't belong here, do you?"IC: AMTaOS / Test Chamber #3"Well? Continue the testing!" shouted AMTaOS, aggravated for some reason the trio wouldn't understand. The door at the far end, in from of Lekar, opened, allowing them entry into the third test.IC: AMTaOS, Part Two / Outside of Testing GroundsA few more of the small robots emerged, firing off the stun blasts. Disconnecting the flow of data did nothing to stop them as they continued flying forwards, shooting forth the blasts that would, with but a single, good blast, be sending the mysterious assailant into the arms of sleep....-Toa Levacius Zehvor

IC: VorexVorex smirked as Zero pushed him in. Suddenly, his chest armour segmented, opening outwards, and tentacles burst from it, one of them gagging the guard, and another attempting to grab Zero. A third one tried to knock the pistol from Zero's grip.

IC: Esao (Techna Nui, Eastern Canyon)I stood up and cursed."Command, this is Esao. I'm feeling perfectly frickin' chipper, thanks for asking."For once, the people in the Situation Room didn't roll their eyes or try to retort: a collective sigh of relief rippled as the Director of Field Operations spoke.-Teezy

IC: Wade (Citadel)"What a coincidence, it looks like you and I both. Name's Wade, work for whatever military we have left, Toa of magnetism." he began, introducing himself as he offered a hand for Solia to shake."And you?"

IC: Lekar (Testing chmaber 3)"Well. No need to get pushy." As Lekar entered the next chamber, he wondered what could make a computer mad.OOC: Wow. Never thought Lekar sending a help call would end in plot devlopment. Zakaro

IC (Citadel): A day of may meetings, it seemed. Peculiar. Solia took the hand, "Solia, Water. Here to do... Something."OOC: Just imagine here saying the right thing in place of "Something"

IC: Helsa - Restaurant, New Metru Nui -Helsa sent back another message. Yeah, he comes too.

-==IC: Zero//Detention Center==-Zero's eyes narrowed, as he ducked down quickly to avoid getting grabbed, and in the same motion, quickly drew his saber, activated the energy blade, and attempted to slash at the tentacles, aiming to at the very least knock them away, and preferably, slice them off."You should've just given up when you had the chance." Zero said, and activated his comm link to Krayzikk."Sir, prisoner is attempting to resist, permission to use lethal force?" Zero asked, as he was using as much as he could for self-defense at that moment.-==IC: Kairan//Eastern Canyon==-"Good to hear, sir." Kairan said with a nod, but continued to scan the surroundings, to make sure they didn't get ambushed again.
