Sorry man, I don't even understand that joke.
Fixed it for you. c:@EW: I believe the term for this would be 'May the marbles be ever in your favour'....Gettit? Marbles? Hungry Hungry Hippos?... You people have no respect for bad jokes made in terrible taste.
That was a terrible joke and I have no respect for it.
That was a terrible joke and I have no respect for it.
See? EW agrees with me.That was a terrible joke and I have no respect for it.
I didn't even know it was a joke.
Don't you know what Hungry Hungry Hippos is?I didn't even know it was a joke.
Yes I do. I saw an ad for it on this strange box known as a TeeVee.
Hey, it's rude to call Tee Vee strange! And he's more than just a box, he has legs too!Anyway, looks like I was right in betting against Reich.
Keep trying, champ. You'll get 'em next time.-Teezy@EW: I believe the term for this would be 'May the marbles be ever in your favour'....Gettit? Marbles? Hungry Hungry Hippos?... You people have no respect for good jokes.
He won't. Because I don't play Hungry Hungry Hippos.
Hey, I thought it was funny. Then again I played that game when I was a kid, so yeah. Maybe I just have a better appreciation of the classics...
What the....Ok, seriously didn't expect this.
I found the joke... amusing, at the very least. Not much more or less.
Alright-y, then. I will be making one more post, taking place at the same time as my last post, so that Tuck has a chance to say what the button did.
You and me both. Played that game and all it's ripoffs (like hungry frogs) for most of my pre-double-digit life. The original game I played was actually destroyed recently, somewhat ironically now. Anyway, Vorex, are you gonna permanently axe everyone, or just revive everyone?-BaneHey, I thought it was funny. Then again I played that game when I was a kid, so yeah. Maybe I just have a better appreciation of the classics...
They're all coming back when it's over. That was decided for me when Reich died. XD
Gahh, and just when we thought he was finally gone
The only reason I like him so much is BECAUSE everyone hates him. What's the point in having a baddie people relate to, like, even? I need a smug emotionless prick. XD
You could probably work it out with Friar that everyone dies and he's the only one revived. =P
Fun. Making the reader feel sympathy for the antagonist and then guilt for feeling emotionally connected to the bad guy. What's the point in having a baddie people relate to, like, even?
Nah. I prefer love-to-hate baddies.Fun. Making the reader feel sympathy for the antagonist and then guilt for feeling emotionally connected to the bad guy. What's the point in having a baddie people relate to, like, even?
Ahhh, they're so typical and predictable. The ones that are human and make the audience question whether they might be justified or even be in the right are the ones worth following.Nah. I prefer love-to-hate baddies.Fun. I prefer love-to-sympathise baddies. Mr. Freeze (non-Arny), for example. But this is more about making people die in funny ways (make them more unlikely, darn you!) to me anywayNah. I prefer love-to-hate baddies.
Kraal hit his head on the button and died.Besides, I can't control the forces of nature, otherwise the deaths would be far more funny.
I liked the Laz one more.
Yup. Every time you thought he was dead, he came back. And then he hit his head of a rock, which was rather anticlimactic. XP
You could play it so that he's actually not dead, and just when the last man standing thinks he's won, Reich could come up and steal the victory. They're all coming back when it's over. That was decided for me when Reich died. XD
That could work... except that I killed him personally. He's not coming back.Tomorrow we find out what the button does. You could play it so that he's actually not dead, and just when the last man standing thinks he's won, Reich could come up and steal the victory. They're all coming back when it's over. @Kraggh: It's a long story, which involves a trapdoor in Le-Koro.
Blame Emzee.
Wow, that was way back. When I was still a noob.Hold on a sec...
Basically, Vorex did some stuff with some chars that Matau didn't like and had one or two tied to a tree and/or hung upside down, had two dropped through an elaborate mechanism in the floor of Matau's hut, and had another banished from the village entirely. Some other stuff happened too, but that's just filler. Tuck was greatly amused by the beating his chars received and Vorex said something in Discussion which inadvertently spawned this, to continue the trend of annihilating his characters.
This is mildly weird.Only, now I'm craving a Hunger Games RPG desperately.
Luckily, Matau's gone now, so that isn't a worry. XD
what are you talking about?Luckily, Matau's gone now, so that isn't a worry. XD
Matau was kidnapped by Heuani.what are you talking about?
I was joking about the fact that all of this happened because of Matau.
Maybe it should be your goal to make an RPG of the sorts for the next contest :PWould be a bit of a challenge but rewarding if done well, I would think. This is mildly weird.Only, now I'm craving a Hunger Games RPG desperately.
Wasn't that more or less what Island of Pain was?
