IC: SythrihShe couldn't help but smile again at the Toa, and said, "You have fun with Agate, I'll go get our drinks."Sytrih walked over to one of the beings working there and ordered their hot chocolates. She waited for the matoran to finish making them.
IC: Agate - Inn, Ko-koro -"Heaven is...the place where good people go when they die." Agate said, at least that's the way she saw it. Then Agate responded to Sythrih. "Okay sis." Agate snuggled tighter into the blanket. "So, Laryn...how'd you end up all by yourself in Ko-Wahi?" she though it was a little strange for one so young to be wandering Mata Nui on her own.
IC: LarynLaryn brightened. "Oh! My friend told me I had a game to play! So he had me come up from Po-Koro to do it!" She beamed. "I won!"OOC: You get three guesses as to what her definition of 'game' is. And the first two don't count.
OOC: Oh, I know what kind of 'game' this is.
The stabby kind. IC: Agate - Inn, Ko-koro -"A game? What kinda game is it?" She asked curiously.
OOC: Indeed, the stabby kind.IC: Laryn"It was a lot like tag!" Laryn said cheerfully. "There was this business man I was supposed to play tag with. I was it!"
IC: Agate - Inn, Ko-koro -Playing tag with a business man? At the very least, the whole thing sounded really weird. "So it's a game of tag across the entire island?"
IC: SythrihBefore Laryn could explain further, Sythrih came back with three steaming cups of hot chocolate. "Here you are," she said to them, handing the Toa of Iron and Toa of Gravity their cups.OOC: Epic save.![]()
IC: Laryn"Nope. Just here in Ko-Koro. I already won, he didn't even see me coming!" Laryn giggled, and took a long drink from her mug of hot chocolate.
IC: Agate - Inn, Ko-koro -"Thanks sis." Agate said, taking the mug. "Sounds like you're really good at tag."
IC: Laryn"I'm the best! At least that's what my friend says." Laryn said proudly.OOC: I really should find someone to play her 'friend'...
IC-Naria:Naria sighed, walking slowly into a warmer spot on the island. She'd gotten bored in Ko-Koro, and had begun walking to Po-Wahi to find something to do.Now she just had to walk another few hours to get to Po-Koro.
IC: Agate - Inn, Ko-koro -"And where is this friend of yours now?"
IC: Laryn"Po-Koro." Laryn answered cheerfully. "He tells me where the games are, and I win them."
IC: Agate - Inn, Ko-koro -"So he goes around getting people to play these games with you? What do you get for winning?"
IC: LarynLaryn frowned. "I dunno. Sometimes my friend takes me out for cake after."
IC: Agate - Inn, Ko-koro -"Huh, maybe I can meet this friend of yours someday." Agate then decided to chance the subject. "So...the reason my sis and I came here was too...site see? Actually I'm not completely sure why we came here, just wandering around mostly."
IC: LarynLaryn nodded. "Okay. Well, I'm not sure what I'm doing yet. Except drinking hot cocoa!" She took another gulp from said drink.
IC: Agate - Inn, Ko-koro -Agate took a sip of her hot cocoa as well, it tasted so good. "Okay...I think this the reason I came here...the cocoa..."
IC: SythrihShe listened to the conversation, not really aving anything to add. And besides, why waste time talking when you could be drinking hot cocoa? So Sythrih stayed silent, almost as if she had activated her Kanohi.
IC: LarynOr that was what Sythrih would have done, had Laryn not interupted her silence. "So, Mrs. Quiet. Who-are-you-,where-are-you-from-and-what-do-you-do-for-a-living?" Laryn said the last words so fast as to be nearly unintelligible.
IC: Agate - Inn, Ko-koro -Agate said nothing as Laryn began to talk to her sister. She finished the last of her cocoa, pulled a hand out of the blanket she was snuggled in, and then began to make the blades in that hand shoot in and out slowly, something she tended to do out of habit.
IC: Sythrih"Well," she said, not bothered with the fact that her silence had been inturupted, "That depends on who you ask. And I'm from Onu-Koro, obviously.""What about you? Parents? Family?" she asked.
IC: LarynLaryn frowned. "I don't know. The only one I know is my friend, Beatha."
IC: Agate - Inn, Ko-koro -"Yeah, and I'm from Onu-koro as well...cause you know...she's my sister and all." Agate put in as she played with her claws. "So is Beatha the same friend of yours that sends you off to play these games of tag?"
IC: Laryn"Yup!" Laryn replied, smiling again. "He taught me to play, too."
IC: SythrihShe glanced at Agate. All of this just didn't add up with this Toa of Gravity."Yes, I'd like to meet Beatha some time."
IC: Laryn"We could go find him, if you want." Laryn said cheerfully. "He should still be in Po-Koro."
IC: Agate - Inn, Ko-koro -Agate noticed the glace Sythrih was giving her, she gave a look back that said she felt the same way. This Beatha sounded... suspicious...the whole story did actually, like something was going on and the poor little girl didn't even know it. "That sounds like a great idea! Can we sis?" It was really Sythrih's call, being the oldest.
IC: SythrihShe nodded. "Yes, if it means getting out of this white snow," the black armored Toa said.Sythrih drained the rest of her hot cocoa, and she the cup down.
IC: Laryn"Okay!" Laryn said, and drained the rest of her hot cocoa in a single gulp. "Let's go!"
IC: Agate - Inn, Ko-koro -"Right this second? But I'm so cozy in this blanket...I don't wanna move..." She half-pouted.
IC:Sythrih"... You're lucky I'm so nice to you," the Toa of Earth said, and lifted her sister up, blankets and all."Lets go," she said, not bothered the slighhtest by the extra wieght of another Toa.
IC: Agate - Inn, Ko-koro -"You're too good to me." Agate said, smiling at her sister.
IC:Kohra had waited for the changing of the guard, hidden behind a snow-drift just outside the entrance to Ko-Koro. Then she had snuck in, undetected. Her path had led from the entrance of the village past the inn and other buildings, until she finally returned back to the house Draeverian had stashed the Valmai-powder in. Of course that was all gone now, together with a good part of the great mine, but the place was empty for the night.Using her telekinesis, Kohra unlocked the door with a turn of her hand and slipped inside, closing the door behind her. She just needed a place to stay for the night. The next plan could wait until morning.
IC: Laryn"Follow me!" Laryn bounded cheerfully out the door, and started making her way to the village entrance.
IC: MatakiteThere was already a group meeting with the Turaga, so Matakite and Tuanuku had no choice but to wait until they were finished speaking with him."They may be in there a long while yet," Matakite said. "would you mind if we returned to the village center for a time? No doubt there are many people still here whom I haven't met since I left the village, and it would be good to know how they have fared in my absence."
IC: Agate - Ko-koro -Agate was nicely bundled up in the thick blanket as Sythrih carried her. Agate was glad Sythrih was so strong, otherwise she might of actually felt guilty about making her sister carry her just because she was being lazy. The cold of Ko-koro wasn't so bad with the blanket, and the body heat from her sister too. "This reminds me of when I was a little girl, you used to carry me like this all the time." Agate said, giggling a bit. She knew she wasn't really acting her age right now, but she didn't care, it was too much fun at the moment, must of been something in that hot chocolate.
IC: SythrihThe Toa of Earth smiled, she didn't mind carrying Agate, and liked it better when her sister was close. "Uh huh," she said, "But I always thought you hung onto me, I don't ever remember carrying you.""Well, as long as you don't weld youself to me like that one time, I'm fine."
IC: Agate - Ko-koro -"Eh, minor details." she said slyly. "And that welding thing? Totally accident, didn't have full control of my powers then." Agate smiled. "Though it was rather funny trying to walk around stuck to each other."
IC: Sythrih"Only because I was the one doing the walking, you were the one sleeping in my arms."
