IC: Barricade burst out laughing at the male/female argument. "THAT IS ABSURD! HA! WHAT THE KARZ!" Maybe hanging out with good guys would prove to be more entertaining. "As for my name, I got it because I unfailingly barricaded enemies from their goal, until recently."

IC: [Ril]"Ta-Koro," said Ril happily as they entered. "There's nothing better than home. Except for the fact that they keep on trying to promote me."

IC: "Fool. You should be TRYING to become as high and mighty as possible! If you're in a position to gain power THAT EASILY, you should!" BArricade would never forget ALL of his evil beliefs.

IC: ArgentumArgentum: Reaaaaalllllyyyyy.......

IC: "You too, huh? You people make me laugh. The precise reason why I might just go along with you even if I DID have my freedom." Though at times the moralism could also be more annoying than funny...OOC: To complete his transformation to rude good guy, he needs to meet the Xanthium in Ko-Koro.

"You should really think about ranking up Ril." Hotu said. "They didn't even consider me for Ghekula until I made Lance Corporal which is STILL one rank higher than you are in the Guard. Seriously.""It's a sign your superiors think you can handle the responsibility that comes with the rank." Juno said. "No soldier ever gets promoted without her superiors thinking she can handle the responsibility. Yuni's a Gunnery Sergent because they believe she can handle running lower enlisted. I'm a Chief Petty Officer because they believe I can oversee the overseers like Yuni in addition to lower enlisted like Lei and Hotu. Kali's an officer because she's proven she can be responsible and level headed enough to oversee entire units and keep our more excitable lower enlisted in line. Kalama's our CO because the Codfish know he has what it takes to lead our unit into battle and bring everyone home alive at the end of the day.""No pressure by the way." Maya said to Kalama."You belief and faith in me in astounding ladies." Kalama said."He's just being sarcastic because it helps him cope." Maya said to Ril. "But Juno is right. You should be honored that they want to give you that promotion. They think you're ready or they wouldn't be offering it."

IC: "Ha. I never thought I'd be in agreement with the transgender and his possy."

OOC: Switching over to Australian Military ranks...IC: [Ril]"Lance Corporal Aronis Ril?"Ril turned to face another guard, who promptly gave him a tablet."Congratulations, you've been promoted to Bombardier. And no, you're not allowed to turn down this promotion either."Then the guard left, leaving the Toa of Fire standing there in shock, tablet in hands."What?"

IC: "HA HA! Try it out, you just might like the taste of power." He spat on Ril's foot.

IC: [Ril]Ril promptly socked Barricade in the face."Yes," he drawled. "Yes I do."

IC: "OOF!" Barricade spat some blood. "So..." he said, kicking Ril in the stomach, clasping his hands, and bringing them down on him, "Do I." He finished by spitting on Ril's face. "And I'm a lot more experienced with it."OOC: Feel free to dodge ONE of the two attacks (dodging both would be unrealistic)

OOC: XD Nice. Way to go from E2 Marine equivalent to E5 in one sweep.IC: Hotu and Lei looked at each other in shock."Did he just go from Private First Class to Seawoman?" Lei asked."I'm seeing it but I don't believe it.""Oh calm down you two!" Nuraka said. "That's not uncommon for someone who keeps rejecting promotions.""If you ladies are done chatterboxing would it be possible for you to behave yourselves for a few minutes while I check in with the liaison here? You're likely to get chewed out by the Codfish because you went rogue so let's not give her anymore ammunition then we have to." Kalama said.

IC: [Ril]Ril dodged the blow, but the spit slammed into his face. He wiped it off, grinning at Barricade."I see," he said. "Nice to see you're still Chaotic Evil."He paused for a moment, before turning to look at Lei."Seaman. I'm a guy."

IC: ArgentumArgentum: I knew a matoran in the Ta-Koro guard. He was annoying, pesky. His squad always shot things at me without me finding them, but the guy with redder than normal armor tickled me when doing so. So annoying. Stupid Black Ops matoran.....I think I did take his tablet thingy though. Dog tags or something? Then, I kicked him off a cliff. So satisfying.....He held up the tablet he had achieved so long ago.Argentum: Red. Dumb name. So, what now?

IC: [Ril]Ril inspected the dog tag, frowning, before looking up at Argentum."You stole his dog tag and chucked him off a cliff," he said slowly. "You attacked a member of the Guard."

OOC: There was a kick to the stomach and head attack. I said dodge ONE, the spit wasn't even an attack. XDIC: "Well he said he used to be evil, didn't he? AHAHAHAHA!"

IC: ArgentumArgentum: Yeah, but you don't know this member! Nobody knows him except me and him. Everything else is blank. His old teammates do not know who he is. Because he's a Black Ops member. Your argument is invalid. And actually, it was self defense. If it weren't for the Ko-Matoran who appeared screaming 'ASSASSINATION!!' I would've died. The Ko-Matoran ended up flying off the cliff due to another member of the Black Ops team.

IC: "Black Ops Members? Were the Xanthium Black Ops members?"

IC: [Ril]"Black Ops," said Ril. "I see. And no Barricade, if the Xanthium were Black Ops, they would be technically members of the Guard, and would not be that blatant. Members of Black Ops officially do not exist."

IC: "Oh, right, Guards=Toa Code Followers and all. Be happy they have higher morals than I do..." He spat.

IC: [Ril]"Not all of us truly follow the Toa Code," said Ril. "I doubt Black Ops does. Now let's shut up in case they hear us discussing them and kill us."

IC: "AHAHA! I'd like to see them TRY." He spat again, then walked in a gigantic circle. "Now how about we go cool off in Ko-Koro? This place is a boiling (censored)hole."

OOC: Two pages overnight...busy seabees, the lot of you.IC:While the others were discussing promotions ranks and the responsibilities that came with them, Sisk quietly walked with them behind the Marines.He hadn't really done anything during the brief Rahi-attack. He felt like he should have done something but others had simply been faster. Not surprising. In-between big Toa who handed out elemental damage like sweet-candy from Le-Koror and a special-operations capable Marine unit, the tamer did feel a bit left out. He would have called Skyscratcher, but by the time the bird would have arrived, everything would have been over already. The only thing that made him think it was a shame it had gone by so fast was that fact, that he had seen Lei in action. And truth be told, he did like what he saw. The thought quickly got pushed aside though by more quick conversation. He was still half fixed on looking around mentally so he didn't follow it completely, but one word stuck out. He tapped Lei on the shoulder, quietly voicing: Codfish?=Nokama? with a broad grin.Then they entered the vilage of fire itself. Sisk remembered coming here before once. "Still looks as ever-pleasant." he remarked. "Last-time I was here-now I'd quick-gotten deep-lost in the forest-jungle together-going with a broken-wing Gukko because of Rama-buzzers. Fun-times."

IC: [Ril]"I'm still surprised my higher-ups promoted me," said Ril. "They didn't even give me time to argue why I shouldn't be promoted. Must have gotten used to my attempts at staying at a lower rank."

IC: "Well, go boss around some underlings or something! And wouldn't you like to cool off? Am I seriously the only one sweating here?" He kicked some rocks. "Hmm..." He threw a rock, knocking a Matoran out of his watchtower. "Hmph. If this is the best guard force on the island, I'd hate to see the other ones."

IC: [Ril]Ril caught the Matoran, before letting the other being go off to do who knows what. He turned to face Barricade, a metaphorical eyebrow raised."Hot?" he asked. "You must be new here."

IC: "I'm new here, yes. I might even be able to safely blame my poor performance in that battle on the heat. In Onu-Koro, I would have been stronger, if even by a little." He didn't spit at Ril catching the Matoran, as he was getting used to the saving people thing everyone seemed to be doing. "But I didn't ask to go there, did I? I JUST WANT TO COOL OFF IN KO-KORO WHERE I'M NOT THAT STRONG EITHER!" He spat this time.

OOC: Barricade's gonna follow Argentum. And he isn't gonna die in Ko-Koro - Argentum will see to that.IC: ArgentumArgentum: Why do I have a sudden feeling that I should currently be on holiday?

IC: [Ril]"Well then you can't develop an immunity to the heat," said Ril. "I'm surprised you haven't already."

OOC: I have no plans of killing Barricade. I want to develop his character and stuff, he's kind of fun to play as.IC: "Holiday, eh? Well then, you can be my supervisor. I'm not stupid enough to think you'll release me. Let's just go to Ko-Koro then. And an immunity to the heat? I'M NOT THAT (CENSORED)ING TAHUVA!!!!!!" A small quake broke out.

IC: [Ril]"Look at Kalama and Friends," said Ril. "They're from the seaside, yet they are used to the volcanic heat."

IC: Barricade said something extremely rude, because he was getting jealous, then quaked Ril until he fell over. "(censored)hole...IT'LL TAKE LONGER THAN THAT, I'VE ONLY BEEN IN THIS KORO 6 HOURS."

IC: [Ril]Ril got up, a small grin on his face."Oh really, six hours is enough time to get used to things."

IC: At that, Barricade released a huge quake. "RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" A huge aura of earth energy surrounded him. "I WILL NOT HAVE MY PRIDE INSULTED BY A GUARDSMAN!" Quakes sent all the earth around him for 50 feet FLYING into the air, along with whoever was standing there.

OOC: ...That basically destroys a slightly large bit of area. You should really edit that.IC: [Ril]Ril promptly sent a burning fist right at Barricade.

IC: ArgentumArgentum: True. It took me 5 hours, 57 minutes and 34 seconds to get used to torture. Yeah, so boring I counted.He magnetized Barricade's limbs together so he couldn't move.

OOC: It destroyed a random bit of forest. Not very significant.IC: Barricade's limbs snapped together. "Karz. I hate it when you do that, ARgentum." He ended up falling over. "Ok, I got my revenge...I do remember you talking about going on leave. To Ko-Koro, then?"

OOC: They're in the village.IC: [Ril]Ril promptly confiscated Barricade's weapons and tools, chucking them into his pack."This is to make sure you don't kill anybody," he said.

OOC: Erhm, Hubert. He needs those to help the Xanthium (a process which will convert him to good)IC: "HEY! GIVE THOSE BACK! The worst thing I've done with them is whack Onuzek anyway."

OOC: Too quick. One does not turn good that quickly. They'd have to go through stuff, become awesome, and help the Xanthium in an awesome manner, showing his redemption.IC: [Ril]"And you killed several citizens of the village with them."
