OOC: No, he didn't know whereabouts Chronn was, yes, he had a lot of sound blasting at him, but knew how to pick out what he needed.IC: [unknown]He made his mask imitate a Shelek, and turned down his hearing. He didn't need to listen so carefully anymore.
OOC: Then the same could be considered for death by heart attack itself in your sleep. You can somewhat feel things in sleep, Chronn can still pick them up.IC: Chronn"Interesting, very interesting... how many people were staying in this room?" I asked calmly, swiping the dart from the person with a sudden jolt.
IC:NPC Skakdi"Two, the victim and one other." The Skakdi said. "An Iroiit that goes by the name Wozzuk."
IC: [uyism]Uyism followed the other being's instructions, and began to clear away the rubble with ease.
IC: Alfon"Personally, I think he's either having a very hard time with his squad mates or he's purposely killing his own personal time. Shall we leave a note with directions for him to read on his hut?" Alfon asked, just wanting to see some actual daylight and go back home.
OOC: Brief timeskip and mild bunnying ahead.IC: Uyism and Tarnok dug through the rubble. They gouged holes in the pile, making dents in seconds. Dirt and stone alike parted before their assault.Yet for several minutes, the two diggers in question only found more debris-and the occasional corpse. If this was where Sulov was, how could he have survived? Then Uyism reached one clawed hand through a hole to enlarge it--And her claws brushed across wet metal.A hiss. But this time, accompanied by labored breaths through the nose. The Iroiit retrieved her hand and looked at it. Salinity filled Uyism's nostrils as her night vision pierced through the transparent teardrops that had stuck to the appendage.Uyism peered through the hole. Sure enough..."Ju'f...Faont mie."Sulov Koskium lay within the opened pocket of air in the rubble-covered in dust and grit; tears having tracked down mask at least a dozen times; eyes red-rimmed; thorax straining to pulsate with each inhale and exhale; left hand trapped in a pool of blood under the very plinth of gray rock keeping the pile from collapsing atop him.But it was Sulov nonetheless.
IC: "It's tempting, but this guy's a soldier, he might have some questions for us before we head off, or get held up with something else. I say we wait five more minutes, if he isn't here by then, we leave a note." Trakuda suggested.
IC: Alfon"Deal." Alfon agreed, continuing to play with his wires and making electricity crackle through them, creating somewhat of a light show.
IC: TarnokTarnok could just see Sulov's outline, slightly darker than the surrounding area. "Well, sir, we found you. Now, I can't see for karz. Ulyism, how is he?"
OOC: I've decided to take over Gavarm and will begin playing him shortly. With any luck, I will be able to obtain Daylah as well. @TX and Wotsiznaim: The irony is that Sulov will probably be around his hut with all fellow squaddies in another five minutes. I just doubt he'll be staying-or, for that matter, that he'll be ready to move out.IC: Sulov's breath hitched as the miasma clouded his vision. The matoran clenched his teeth and forced air out through them in the movement that had become so familiar to him in the past few minutes."Mei left hant...It fielz an feirr."
IC: [uyism]"Left hand. Blood."
OOC: Whether he's ready to move out or not, I think by the time the attack is underway, the Ussalry Matoran would be left leaderless as Nuju kidnaps Sulov
IC: "Fancy lights ya got there, big guy." Trakuda complemented, grinning, as he held a stick to Alfon's electricity, setting it alight.
IC: Alfon"Fancy lights indeed." Alfon said, now playing with the wires further, making various mask shapes and electrocuting the wires, giving them a strobe light effect as he made the faces move slightly. At one point, Trakuda's face became recognizable and Alfon purposely moved his mouth in a talking sensation."Hi, I'm Trakuda, first lumbermat in history."
IC: Trakuda burst out laughing at Alfon's hilarious impression of a British Ko-Koronan accent, "Aaahhh... Here, let me try..." he threw his burning stick to the ground and stamped it out, before holding out his hands for the wires, a clever shape in mind.
IC: AlfonAbsorbing the residue electricity coursing through the wires, Alfon handed them over to Trakuda, still chuckling from his attempt to imitate the Ko-Matoran but curious to see how well he could manipulate the wires."Lets see watchu got, diplojack."
IC: Trakuda bent the wires so they formed the words, 'THIS WAY FOR MAD MAN WITH AN AXE' followed by an arrow pointing at Trakuda. He handed them back to Alfon, "Now electrocute it and watch the shenanigans."
IC: AlfonWondering how Trakuda had managed to make such a big pattern, Alfon gingerly took the wires and lay them on the floor carefully as to not disrupt the pattern, straightening out the ruffles. With the arrow pointing at the Ko-Matoran, Alfon touched the wire and kept his finger pressed against it as he fed crackling electricity to it, causing a bit of a light show.Few Onu-Matoran stopped to read the words as they passed by, observing Trakuda with quizzical looks and very rarely, apprehension or nervousness. The Toa of electricity chuckled the entire time.
IC: Trakuda put on a deliberately stupid and obnoxious grin as he drew his axe and stood in mock pride looking at the alienated passer-bys.
OOC: @Wotsiznaim: Lul. You may very well be right...Of course (assuming i know anything about the plot) I can't reveal anything. And that includes, as Doomie would put it, 'PLAHT KIHDNAPIEN'.IC: Sulov hissed once. "Can...Ju zie vei...Zair iz blut?"
OOC: Wow... No one is paying attention to half of Onu-koro's pride being blown to bits? And I thought shifting a milion tons of rock was a powerful feat...Coolio. Moving on!BTW VEEF: So sorry for being so beautifully absent in this whole process... Life is consuming me. :PIC: Draeverian JoskiirTHE BLAST lifted him, as if Draeverian were master of a miru. The concussive repetition of soundwaves refracted him higher, and higher, until his back slammed against the ceiling and walls, leaving him to come plummeting to the floor with a sickening crunch."Rivet!! My arm!" Draeverian screamed, as the white glistening bone stabbed through the exterior cast, rendering his damaged arm useless. I know, I know! Do something! DO SOMETHING DRAE!Draeverian's right hand flew to Rivet's neck, grasping her firmly for support, his cane long lost amidst the tumult of raining pebbles. He had no idea where he was, the Valmai powder's battle cry had destroyed any other sounds, leaving him in an abyss of torturous agony. "Okay, beathe. Karz... BREATHE." He sucked in a gulp, but coughed as dust filled his lungs. Shaking his head he tried again, covering his mouth with his shoulder as he did. Pain surged through his arm into his brain, bringing him to his knees. Large stones, the size of small matoran, began landing around. The cave was collapsing. The valmai powder had done its job, Draeverian no longer had any doubts. Amidst the hail of death, he kneeled in pious solemnity to his pain. Rocks avoided his presence. Nothing touched him, save the sounds. The sounds rocked him, buffeted him, but Draeverian stayed put, a small burial mound forming around his soon deceased frame. Nothing moved. The tomb shifted as pebbles continued to find their final rest. Silence enveloped the dusty air, a sickly absence of life permeating the brutal void of civilization....Then came the scream.
OOC: Wait, Onu-Koro people know of it? In that case...IC: Trakuda soon got bored of standing around looking pretty, and took a look round the street corner to see if Sulov was approaching. He was not, although there seemed to be a huge commotion going on around the tunnels leading to the Great Mine."Uh, Alfon... You might want to take a look at this..."
IC FehronFehron quickly creates a few metal folding chairs.OOC: Matoran don't have biological relations either.IC Fehron"Oh, I see. Hey, what are you looking for there?" Fehron looked over Kromast's shoulder.OOC: Probably, but things in the RPG aren't exactly like they are in the bionicle universe. We'll just say its stone anyway though.I.C. Kromast"That's my great grandfather. He died about two years ago." Kromast fumbled around the crates a little more.
OOC: I am aware of that too, although I have seen several biological relations in this rpg. The way I understand it, everything is the same way as in bionicle cannon, except for the char's anatomy and a few other odds and ends.I.C. Kromast and Kranuka"I'm looking for something to serve the food on. Ah! Here it is!" Kromast passed out the food and sat down leaning his back against the wall."You really need some chairs.""I seriously do. But widgets aren't always easy to get a hold of."
OOC: Matoran don't have biological relations either. IC Fehron "Oh, I see. Hey, what are you looking for there?" IC: Tarnok"Left hand, huh? Is it pinned or anything?" Tarnok frowned, though only Ulyism could see it.
IC: Sulov blinked and hissed once more. The red encroached his vision, hovering on the edges...His free hand scrabbled about. It touched rubble-dirt-blood-metal--Rock.Specifically, rock right above the pool where his left hand lay."Jez. Mai...Ju riemuf it?"
IC: [uyism]Uyism was about to nod when she noticed what the stone was holding up."Free hand. Collapse."
IC: Sulov hissed. The miasma was gradually beginning to push its way into sight despite his best efforts.Dung, he thought with a dull sort of detachment."Jo'rr zaing zat it canat bie muft vifout colapzing ze poket..."
IC: TarnokTarnok scowled. "Kazahni-forsaken, makuta spawn, brakas loving, son of a piraka!" He sighed. "Yeah, sir. If we try and get you out, the pocket collapses."
I.C. Kranuka & KromastKromast looked on with astonishment. "You're good.""now that's why I want to be a toa."
OOC: *Commence Saw thematic music*IC: Sulov blinked again. For a second, all was quiet save the hissing.Red mist began to seep into his sight from its corners. And two sharpened protosteel spades sat silently within their dual sheathes on a certain Ussalmatoran's back."Tarrnok..."Koskium paused. Another clenching of teeth."Taek Kol'z zaperrka..."
IC: TarnokTarnok stiffened, and nodded. Carefully, he located and removed Kol's saperka from the sheath on Koskium's back. "Sir, don't tell me you're thinking what I think you are."No, he's not thinking that.... He's not going to tell you to leave..... You're just being paranoid.... The similarities have you jumping at shadows.
IC: "No...," came the calm bass rasp.Hiss The red misted a little, and Sulov blinked to clear it away. Yet the cloud still hovered around the corners of his sight."Fint...Mei left rizt."
IC: TarnokTarnok did as he was told, and quickly located Sulov's right wrist. It wasn't easy to do, seeing as he could hardly see a thing.
IC: The fog moved in. Thirty seconds. There was a sudden rustling noise, and for a second Tarnok looked wildly around as he tried to locate it.Then he felt the cause. It was the sound of a matoran putting a muaka-skin cloak twixt their teeth.hiss"Zliz at zat point," Sulov Koskium mustered for a second-to-last calm rasp, then bit down on the hide.
IC: TarnokTarnok's eyes widened. "Sir?" Then he took a deep breath. "Yes sir." Another breath. Carefully, he raised the saperka, and brought it down.
OOC: There goes leftie. O, and btw: Just realized I originally had Sulov tell Tarnok to amputate his RIGHT hand. Edited.IC: Sulov clenched his teeth. A storm of red roiled in across his eyes. It drowned the darkness with flurrying crimson. Fifteen."Elefaet ant plaez prezurr an reit arm. Cut up muaka heid forr tourniquet."He spoke quickly, desperately rattling out the words. It pained him to even speak at such a rate. And the arm-hiss-wasn't helping. The storm threw lightnings and bloodred rain now, god over its pitiful foe. The puny matoran could only hope to hold so much longer against its might."Bring tu ze hospital. Gut vorrk," Sulov finished, and then his eyes closed and his thoughts were no more.
IC: TarnokTarnok nodded, desperately trying to ignore the simple fact that he had just amputated his commanding officer's hand. Carefully, he drew a dagger and did as Sulov ordered. Once his task was complete, he returned Kol's saperka to it's sheath. He carefully picked up Sulov. He wasn't exactly easy to hold, but Ulyism would need all the hands she could get in order to get them out alive. Sounding far colder than usual, he spoke. "Ulyism, get us out of here." His voice betrayed none of the emotions that swam across his mind.
IC Fehron"Now why exactly is everything packed up into random crates?"I.C. Kranuka & KromastKromast looked on with astonishment. "You're good.""now that's why I want to be a toa."
IC: PlagiaPlagia nodded briefly, before shrugging away any doubts about going. Le-Koro wasn't such a bad place to hang out...With that thought, she hurried after Akinii and Mussiki into the jungle sun.OOC: Plagia to Le-Wahi-Void
IC: [uyism]Uyism nodded, and began to dig in the opposite direction, gesturing to the others to follow her.
IC: TarnokCarefully, Tarnok followed Ulyism. His pace was slower than usual, as would be expected due to the weight he was carrying. Namely, the unconscious Sulov Koskium.
