BZPRPG: Onu-Wahi

IC: [Arkrak]"Wait, you have an ash bear?"

IC: Tehlin"I do," the Toa of Plantlife said with a grin."Grecko! Where are you?" he called, just as said ash bear walked out from behind him."Oh, right there."IC: GreckoThe ash bear grunted, and fixed a beady black eye on Arkrak. Grecko then promply layed down on the floor.

IC: "Yes, I'll come out, but you might be suprised by what happens." Stepping out ot the shadows, Shade revealed his weapon. He had attached both swords at the hilts, with the blade ends facing opposite sides. "Now, let's see what you're made of, big guy." He stood in a martial arts position, waiting for his opponet to make the first move. Shade began twirling the blade absently, suprised that he had not thought of the combination earlier.-Bane

OOC: Eh, what does he care? IC: "Oh I see. Your roasting me alive in a cauldron. How creative. But I have things to get on with anyway. Such as getting some guys together for a robbery, or maybe assassinating someone. The possibilities are endless. Bye bye!"With that and an echoing, cacophonous laugh, The Joker disappeared as the entire area filled with very dense smoke. An illusion, but it lowered visibility quite a lot, allowing him to escape unscathed.OOC: The Joker to... Somewhere else.

IC: Ihrey"Who even keeps a pet bear, anyway?"

IC:Fov"Cool, I finally might get a chance to try out my new weapon!" Fov said, hefting the gun. "I take it we don't know where they went?"

IC: (Uar)"Obviously. Toa of Shadow are good at covering their tracks." Uar replied.

IC:Fov"Alright." Fov turned to Denuka. "And who are you? You seem like a nice fellow." Just the kind of guy I mean to give my weapon to. "Well, aside from that whole trying to kill each other thing..."

IC: Raveian, Onu-KoroA lone guard stood infront of a large, imposing iron gate, barely paying attention to the world around him, occupied by the bottle he held in his hand.Suddenly, without warning, a pair of hands appeared around the guard's neck, clenching down with insane force, shutting off air supply in one quick motion. The guard attempted to shout for help, but no sound came out. Just as suddenly as their appearance, the hands grabbed the head and violently snapped it to the side, killing him instantly.Raveian's thin form straightened up, standing insanely tall. His elemental powers activated for silence, he leapt over the gate, killed the other guards on the grounds, and entered the house. Effortlessly, he snapped the neck of the guard in the doorway. As soon as he laid the body down, he silently made his way to the building's main room, a impressive living space, filled with glass cabniets containing rusting and shattered artifacts. The guards occuping the room attempted to shout, but nothing came from their mouths. Raveian smiled, perfectly at home in the self-created field of silence. In two steps, he reached the two guards, slammed his gauntlets against their temples, sending them into unconsiousness. OOC: And Raveian is back. Onyx post might come soon.

I.C. Vulcanon "Me made of awesomeness and no you forget it!" The arrogant skakdi replied. The warrior lifted his mighty club activated his strength power (similar to Reidak's) and slammed it down towards the toa.

IC:Fov"Alright." Fov turned to Denuka. "And who are you? You seem like a nice fellow." Just the kind of guy I mean to give my weapon to. "Well, aside from that whole trying to kill each other thing..."

IC (Dekuna): "I'm Dekuna" he replied awkwardly. "Another member of the Hau Karda. Look, I'm terribly sorry about my outburst earlier. It was completely misdirected. For a toa of sonics, I really should have listened to you better. Now, would you like something for your ears? I carry a bit of ointment that helps after I've had my head split by loud noises. You could have some if you like."OOC: Weta from Ko-wahi.IC (Weta): Weta slowly made his way down from the high peaks of Ko-wahi to the dark depths of Onu-wahi. The tunnels were a bit cramped, having been built mostly for Matoran use. As he was above average height for a toa, he often had to duck his head to avoid a ledge. He couldn't wait to be back out in the open.

IC:Fov"Nah, I'm fine." Fov said, ignoring the residual ringing. "If you spend a day with my former partner, you'd be pretty used to annoying sounds twenty four seven." He looked at Denuka closely. "You use a Sanok, and have joined a Toa Team-""Excuse me? 'Team' will do just fine mister.""Er... and have joined a 'Team' that is about helping the populous of Mata Nui?" He grinned. "You're just the guy I'm looking for. I'd like a rematch if you don't mind. If you win, I'll give you this weapon." He hefted the modified Lightstone Rifle. "So, what do you say, Denuka?"

IC: Cikren The Toa of Ice, also being slightly taller then normal, had to duck to fit through the tunnels. "One would think," she said, annoyed at walking like this, "That they would atleast make these a bit bigger."Fortunately, the tunnel began to expand as they got closer to the Koro.

IC (Dekuna): "Oh, hi Miha" he said, not having realised the Matoran was present. "Yes, the Hau Karda is a team of beings who want to see Makuta's darkness gone from this island. "We want to protect the heart of this island, the things that make it such a special place. That's how we got the name, although Miha here isn't a great fan of it. Not that she's made any suggestions about a better one." He knew he probably shouldn't have made the last comment, as it was a touchy subject, but he tried not to dwell on it now. "Very well, I will duel you for the weapon. That was what made the big flash of light before, right? It looks very useful."IC (Weta): "Well, the Onu-koro highway fell out of use even before I became a toa, so there hasn't been much work done on it. We might have to go places even smaller to get what we're looking for. Its a metal bell about so large," He indicated the dimensions with his hands. "and mounted on a short stick. So far, all the others have been near the homes of dangerous rahi: the rama-hive in Le-wahi, a hikaki's den in Ta-wahi and a muaka cave in Ko-wahi."

IC: Cikren"...The Nui Jaga cave," she said, seeing where this was going."Could this one be in a Nui Jaga cave?"

IC:Fov"Useful? Useful? Ha! This, my friend, is the Lightstone Rifle 2,000. One shot from this bad boy will send Rahkshi and Toa of Darkness flying! Featuring a new addition, melee blocking! With this handy device, you can block sword attacks with a quick flip of the wrist, then blind the attacker with a pull of the trigger!" Fov said, proudly displaying all the pros of his custom made weapon. "Perfect for a man ready to fight to the death with his friends against Makuta."MihaThe Matoran walked off, grumbling about how she wasn't given a chance to suggest a name, and how 'Hau Karda' was such a stupid name.

IC (Dekuna): "You sound just like a Le-koronan salesmatoran" he commented,"but yes, very nice. Wonderful even. Are you ready to begin?" he asked, withdrawing his blades and gripping them is his left hand.IC (Weta): "That would be a good place to start looking" Weta agreed. "Let's head there first."

IC:FovFov pulled out his blade, and readied himself. He then lunged at Dekuna his blade flying at Dekuna's heart.

OOC: Did the sheild appear in my hand, or yours?IC: Shade was suprised at how the other toa disappeared. However, it left him with less opponets to worry about. He teleported behind the toa of iron, swinging with both swords. "Suprise.." he said, with an evil grin on his face. "Meet your destiny at my hand."

OOC: Yours. And what other Toa? Also, I broke those swords, remember? As well, behind my character is not in your line of sight, Fehron is blocking it. If I remember correctly, a Kualsi only works if you can see your destination.IC BotanRemembering the limitations of a Kualsi and recovering some of his strength, Botan imitated a fog creature with his mask (It exists. Krahka turned into one once.), becoming a mist. He hovered over Shade's head, obscuring his vision.

IC FehronReacting while Shade was blinded, he shoved the startled Shade in front of the enraged Skakdi's blow, knowing that a physical blow would not hurt Botan in fog form.

IC (Dekuna): Dekuna leapt to the side, avoiding the blow and dancing away rom the Vortixx. Against an opponent bigger and stronger than he was, he needed to be light on his feet. He responded by throwing a knife at Fov's arm, aiming to hurt rather than injure this potential new ally.

OOC: Against the wall is in my line of sight, I didn't say I would stand behind you. I can also fall beside you. Also, when did you break my swords?IC: Shade knew that he was in trouble. His vision obscured, he was puhed back by an unknown force. Fortunately for him, there was an upside. He rolled back, using his momentum to flip back on his feet, outside of the fog. Along the way, he realized that he had rolled underneath the skakdi's attack. He smiled, unsheathed a dagger, and plunged it towards the enemy's back.OOC: When do we want this to end, and how? BTW, if my swords are broken, I'll just recover the pieces and have them repaired.

IC:FovThe knife clinked off Fov's sword. The Vortixx smirked, and started walking towards Dekuna.

IC (Dekuna): Again keeping his distance, Dekuna sent a pair of sonic booms at the Vortixx, one at his legs, the other at his chest.

IC:FovThe sonic booms attacks were taken by a bludgeoning hammer, which Fov drew with ease. He started towards Dekuna faster.

IC: CikrenThe Toa of Ice nodded and said, "I know the way."With that, she disappeared down a side passage. At first it seemed smalled then the rest, barely able to fit the Toa, but eventually, it widened into a massive cavern. Many differnet caves and tunnels lined the walls.A Jaga nest.

IC (Dekuna): Fov would find himself striding into an invisable wall of sound as Dekuna created a barrier right in front of him, trying to knock him back and put him off balance. He moved in closer himself now, ready to take advantage of whatever happened next.IC (Weta): Sure enough, the bell was here, set up against the far wall of the cavern, just outside the entrerance to a particularly large cave. Through the gloom of the nest, Weta could see that some scorpions had already noticed their presence and begun chittering to each other, their noises like the sound of breaking glass as the moved towards the two toa. Hoping it was not too late, he quickly covered both of them with an illusion, making them appear as two more nui-jaga.

IC:FovFov was knocked back as planned. It seemed the opportune time for Dekuna to strike.

IC: Cikren"How do we get over there?" she asked, keeping her voice low.They may have been covered by an illusion, but the Jaga could still hear them.OOC: Last post for a while.

IC (Dekuna): The toa of sonics darted forward and brought his blade up towards the Vortixx's shoulder, while sending sonic waves into the hammer, making it vibrate uncontrolably and extreemely difficult to us effectively. He was careful not to overdo it and shatter the weapon. After all, this was a more friendly duel than most, and taking two of the Vortixx's weapons seemed mean.IC (Weta): "We could make some ice sculptures" he whispered back. "I'd bring the bell here with magnetism, but I've tried before and they're too well secured.The scorpions could tell that something was wrong with these two. They didn't act like true nui-jaga, and the sounds they made were too unusual. Either they were from a different clan of scorpions or they were fakes. Either way, their respons was the same. Many of the group skittered forward towards the toa, raising their stingers.OOC: Me too, probably.

IC:FovFov dropped the hammer, blocking the Vortixx's blade with his own. Twisting a knob on the sword, he smirked as his blade phased through Dekuna's. If Dekuna was touching the sword, he would feel an electric jolt as Fov's weapon sent a jolt through his. He would then have to block Fov's re-solidified sword, which was heading right towards Dekuna's throat. Not that it would actually hurt Dekuna if the Toa failed to block. This was a friendly match.

I.C. Vulcanon "Ninja boy."As Shade was about to jab Vulcanon, he mule-kicked at him with his mighty legs, careful not to hit the toa's sword.OOC: Vulcanon is likely to fight until he wins or ends up unconscious. As for the plot, I don't really care when or how it ends, as long as it doesn't go too long.Fun fact: the average street fight in real life doesn't last longer than 2 minutes.

OOC: Okay, well we'll just continue fighting until you get tired. As for your little fun fact, good for us that this isn't a real street fight. Besides, we're both warriors, not street brawlers.IC: "Shoot," Shade muttered as he was kicked across the tunnel. Unsuprisingly, he got back up with several fractured ribs, but he was still willing to fight. "Die, Skakdi!" Shade yelled, spinning his sword with the speed of a buzzsaw. The shield that he was attached to broke off, although it caused him pain. "Much better," Shade whipered. Almost as an afterthought, he muted the air around him, down to a level only he could hear. "Much better.." he whispered to himself.

IC (Dekuna): The jolt of electricity through his blade as he was lunging forwards put Dekuna off balance and caused him to lose his footing. He fell back, even as the sword narrowly missed his mask. From on the ground, he kicked the hammer away from where it had fallen, away from the fighters' reach and put forth another wave of sound at the Vortixx, attempting to blow him from his feet.

IC: Cikren"Yes, that might be a good idea," she agreed before adding, "Just watch my back."At that, she suddenly jumped out of the illusion and into the thickest part of the scorpions. The Jaga snapped their claws and swung their stingers at her, but with the help of her Calix, she was able to aboid their blows. The giant scorpions, on the other hand, not so lucky, as they frozed whenever Cikren's sword touched them. If they were out of her sword's range, Cikren would simply shoot a beam of ice at them, freezing joints or pincers together. Soon the area was full of the frozen Nui Jaga.

IC (Weta): Weta used his own mask to help Cikren against the scorpions by creating many insubstantial duplicates of her and himself to confuse the rahi. They saw each other as enemies and attacked, grappling with their huge pincers. Whenever one got too close to him, he threw it away with magnetism, where it landed among its brethren and stuck to them.

IC: CikrenThe Toa of Ice suddenly saw an opening in the mass of snapping claws and stinger tails. Using her Calix, she jumped up from the scorpions and landed next to the bell. A charging Nui Jaga suddenly got it's legs frozen, and another got impaled on a spike growing out of the ground."How do we get this off!?" she asked Weta, raising her voice a bit.

IC (Weta): Weta landed on top of the frozen nui-jaga and plunged his knife into the rope holding the bell in place, and began to work it back and forth. After a few moments, it came free, leaving a ragged bundle of frayed threads.

IC: CikrenShe flash-froze another Jaga before turning to Weta. "This is the part where we make our exit, right?"Cikren slashed at claw, sending the scorpion back.

IC (Weta): "Precisely" he agreed. "Before the racket we're making attracts something else". He began to fight his way back to the entrance when he realised he had jinxed himself. A pair of vatuka morphed out of the rock at the cave entrance, protesting the invasion of their territory and hurling boulders at the two toa.

IC: CikrenThe boulder were suddenly met with twin beams of ice. They dropped to the ground, and Cikren fired off more blasts, hoping to freeze the creaures solid.One of them managed to get a boulder through he defences, and it struck her right shoulder, sending the Toa of Ice to the ground.

IC (Weta): Unsure of how badly Cikren was injured, Weta cleared the space around her and magnetically threw several prone and frozen nui-jaga at the rock-monsters. They needed to be stopped before they could bring down the cave entrance and trap them in here.
