IC: The Twins (Illusive) - Refectory.
I continued eating, listening in on the varied and confusing discussions that filled the room we were in. Silencer was right, of course. We would have to wait, bide our time, until another opportunity to excersise out skills presented ourselves. We'd just have to wait and see what that was.

IC: Exxan - Gym.
I created a target in front of me and started hitting it the way Caoutchouc had taught me, intending to inflict maximum damage with each hit. Progress was slow, but after a while I started to get the hang of it. My hand was numb by the end of it all, my knuckles broken and bleeding.
But I was learning.

IC: Era - Library.
Zivon fluttered around lazily, pecking at a couple of bugs sheltering somewhere on the shelf below the on I was sitting on. I let him go; birds had to eat, after all. I lay back, resting my head agaisnt the back of the shelf. I loved the library; so relaxing.
OOC: Everyone open for interaction.
IC CLockwork:
A while later, Clockwork gathred up his things, including a few books, and went to his dorm. He then flew off, down the halls, out the Cuaseway, and toward the Cauldron
IC: Revenge-Gym
Revenge quickly poked his head out and fired at Dane.
IC Vir
Corridors, near Refectory
Back from their peaceful visit to Nyrah, Vir headed down the hall towards the Refectory. Still amazed that a fellow student had been killed by another, Vir didn't pay as much attention to where they were going as usual, and walked right into another student. To their horror, she had pure-white armor: a Kurahk! Of all the most fearsome students, the Anger-Rahkshi were usually the worst. Unlike Vir themself, most seemed constantly enraged.
Vir took a step back and started to panic. "Aah! I'm so sorry!"
OOC: That's Melody.
IC: Dane
Dane moved his head out of the way just in time to dodge a couple of zamors. He fired a shot at Revenge and pumped.
IC: Revenge-Gym
Revenge hid again. This fight could go on for a while, he thought, I need a plan.
IC: Melody-Hallway
"Oh, i-its ok. I-i'm f-fine. A-are y-you ok?"
OOC: That is so funny. I did not intentionally color her white because white was associated with the anger Rahkshi.
IC: Deadeye
*It seems we are not wanted.*
No karz. Let's find Legion. We shall serve him.
Deadeye walked off in search of Legion.
IC: The Porter Suvak used to man his office and remember messages when he wasn't there stared blankly at Still.
"Apologies. That assignment has passed its deadline." Some sort of pre-programmed response apparently.
Meanwhile other Porters were rolling through the school in packs again. Many of the more observant students figured out what this meant before the robots ever started speaking: There was another assignment due.
"Students wishing to participate in assigned testing will gather at the Causeway, to await further instruction."
IC: Dane
Dane began to climb up onto his structure.
IC: Revenge-Gym
Revenge heard the porter's message. Let's see if we can make this a quick fight, he thought. Seeing Dane climbing Revenge realized he was trying to get higher ground. Revenge began to quickly weave his way between the structures.
IC: Booger-Hallway
Booger had been walking down to the library to find some nerds to tease when he heard the anouncement. Why look for nerds when they can come to you, he thought as he turned to go towards the causeway.
IC: Dane
Having got to higher ground, Dane took a potshot at Revenge below.
IC: Deadeye
Seeing Legion in the hallways, he approached him.
IC: The Twins (Illusive) - Refectory.
Looks like we won't have to wait too long after all, I signed to my brother, abandoning my tray and getting to my feet. Hes by my side in an eyeblink, and together we join the crowd of students heading for the Causeway.
_________________________________________________________________________
IC: Exxan - Gym.
Well, I wasn't going to let a small issue like only having one arm stop me from participating in this assignment. I'd come out on top in the first two, and done alright in the third. I sure as karz wasn't going to let Tridax's punishment stop me from missing out on the fourth. "Let's end the lessons here for today," I told Caoutchouc, "I'm heading for the Causeway."
I tarted walking, ready to face whatever lay ahead. My future couldn't be any worse than my past, could it?
IC: Revenge-Gym
The darts hit Revenge in the side. That hurt! Wait, why am I bothering with this. Revenge densed up and weaved his way towards Dane, holding his arms up in a defensive position to protect hi's Kraata from the darts.
IC: Jayar / Hallways
The porters rolled through the halls, announcing a new endeavor for the students of Corpus Rahkshi. Stuff always happened, didn't it. Aargh. Jayar had been hoping to train with Hoto some more, but he didn't particularly want to miss an assignment.
"Are either of you interested in the assignment?" he asked Kat and Hoto. Kat didn't seem in the mood to be, but he figured he may as well ask both of them before he made his decision.
IC Poly:
We heard the announcement.
We would take part.
We would crush all others.
We made our way to the Causeway, passing Deadeye.
He was unimportant at this time.
IC: Dane
Just like the target. Knock away his shield. Dane jumped from the column and attempted to dropkick Revenge.
OOC: The column isn't that high btw.
IC: Deadeye
Deadeye followed Legion. He would speak to him once the assignment was stated.
IC: Booger-Causeway
Booger saw that quite a few Rahkshi had already showed up, one of which had a strange face plate. He walked up to them and shouted, "Hey! Where's your eyes!"
IC: Hoto - Hallways
Hoto jumped against the wall as she heard the Porters rush past with their message. Hopefully this would be better than the last two assignments. She readied herself to run to the Causeway, but then remembered Kat. "Are... you coming? You don't have to."
IC: Rain - Causeway
Just before Rain took the first step on the Causeway, students began pouring from the doors. The tinny voices of Porters echoed through the halls. She turned to Squid with a smirk. "Looks like it will have to wait. I've got an assignment to win."
IC: Root - Gym
Hark! The Porters bring tidings of adventure and heroics! Root turned from his practice, the circle of dummies now resembling bushes themselves, and set off towards his room to gather his resources.
OOC: Looks like I'll wake up Fang when I get home.
IC: Revenge-Gym
The drop kick caught Revenge by surprise. He staggered back from the hit. Recovering he stepped forward and tried to punch Dane.
IC - Gym > Causeway
Caoutchouc had missed the last assignment and... Participated, in the first two. He needed to do well in this next challenge.
"Yes, I'll come as well."
IC: Dane
Duck under the punch, just like the target. Dane ducked under the punch and attempted to sweep Revenge off of his feet with his legs.
IC: Revenge-Gym
Revenge was knocked to the floor by Dane's move. He quickly snatched at Dane's leg.
IC Mar'jik:
Mar'jik paused, hearing the Porters. "Shall we call it a draw for now?" he asked Pyre.
IC Vir
Corridors, near Refectory
Talking to Melody
Vir was stunned by the white Rahkshi's polite reaction. "Yes, I'm fine. Uh... no offense, but you don't act like most Kurahk."
IC Mahrika
Refectory->Causeway
Open for Interaction
Mahrika was returning his emptied bowl to the stack by the kitchen when a Porter gave the announcement. What would it be this time? He wanted to be there, if only to see what new madness Tridax had engineered. Following the crowd, he soon reached the Causeway.
IC: Dane
Revenge successfully managed to grab his leg.
IC: Melody-Hallway
"Oh, I-I-I-I'm n-n-not a Ku-u-urahk. M-m-my n-name is Melody."
IC: Revenge-Gym
Revenge smiled, he yanked on Dane's leg while rising to a low crouch.
IC: Dane
Dane was dragged by Revenge who was rising upwards.
IC: Revenge-Gym
Revenge stood above Dane and punched hard.
IC: Exxan - Gym.
"Thanks," I said to Caoutchouc. Some company who wasn't trying to murder, maim or manipulate me would be nice for a change. We soon reached the Causeway, where several other students were already gathered in eager anticipation for what was to come. Some of them were giving me strange looks, which was no less than I'd expected; I had a reputation now, for better or worse.
But I didn't let any of it faze me. I couldn't let myself seem weak in front of them, especially not in my current state.
I've come too far to fall now...
IC Kat;
I supposed I should at least see what all the fuss was about.
"I may as well."
OoC on mobile, will edit better dialogue in a bit.
IC: Bullseye/1st Person/Infirmary ---> Causeway
Seeing as my brothers were in no shape to do anything for the moment, Iet them rest and headed for the Causeway.
IC: Punch/Counterpunch/1st Person, Punch's POV/Library ---> Causeway
~Hey! Look there's Bullseye.~ said Counterpunch in my head.
*Yeah, I see. Let's go with him* thought I.
As we went he shared what happened to Toxin and Stronghold. We were worried but then he said Stronghold's okay. He just needs rest...and to heal his entire left side.
IC Vir
Corridors, near Refectory
Talking to Melody
Vir mentally kicked themself for assuming that Melody's armor wasn't painted. "Oh, I'm Vir."
The Porters' message echoed through the halls.
"Huh. That sounds interesting... do you want to go see what that is?"
IC: Dane
Ouch. That hurt. The blow hit him in the eye, making him feel woozy. Quickly, he pulled up his weapon and fired at point blank range.
IC: Melody-Hallway
"N-n-no, the as-s-signments are n-never g-g-good. They are always v-v-v-violent, e-e-even if not intentionally."
IC: Revenge-Gym
Revenge tried to avoid the shot but it was too late. Both darts hit him in the chest, his density absorbed most of it but it still hurt. "Let's see how you like it!" Revenge loaded his launcher and shoved it in Dane's face.
IC: Dane
Dane was still on the ground being held down by Revenge so he braced for impact.
IC: Sidonas - Hallways
Sidonas, thinking on his Codex, calming a bit, thought: If the staff had it , I would be a dead man. Either that or they would think I'm paranoid. I probably have nothing to worry about, well, besides my legs. With a calm resolute, Sidonas turned himself towards the medical bay and started to roll.
IC: Revenge-Gym
Revenge securely pinned Dane, still holding the launcher to his face. "Do you want to call it quit's and check out that assignment?"
IC: Dane
"Eh, I could go on but I kind of want to check out that assignment."
IC: Revenge-Gym
"Ok, let's go." Revenge got off of Dane and offered him a hand.
IC: Dane
Dane got up, picking up his fedora he had dropped by accident.
