BZPRPG: Ko-Wahi

IC: [Arkrak]"Well, I'm off."

IC-Kalen:Two solar cycles passed, Kalen continuing his meditation, eating only small amounts of food, checking on Khalisk periodically. Once the alloted time for the dosage passed Kalen stepped into Khalisk's room, again with bread, honey, and a small knife, though also some Wassail to wake the Vortixx up."Your healing is coming along well," Kalen said to the waking Khalisk. Hopefully the Vortixx would not be angry-he had moved the armour and weapon to one of the armouries. If the Vortixx was angry, well, hopefully he would contain it. For his sake.

IC: Draeverian Joskiir"Rivet is in distress," Draeverian groaned as he held his blade up to the moonlight, "she needs to see a doctor too, if that's alright. A doctor of the metal-working kind, that is." He stood up shakily, the snow sinking into a hole, making him off balance for a minute. A quick catch by Mariko helped him steady. "Thanks." Draeverian skidded to the bottom of the hill, then looked back over his shoulder at where his companions were. "Mariko, you might be right, let's get out of here before another fight. Atvin, can you lead the way, my route was blown." "Yeah, yeah, sure," Atvin said as he scrambled back down the snowy banks to join the toa of sonics. "It's gonna' be longer a little longer, but we'l get there soon enough. If we cut from here to the jungles, it shouldn't take more than a day or two...""Shortcuts help in times like these," Draeverian joked, slightly, then loped off after Atvin, Rivet held in both hands like an injured love. Tairel still hated the cold weather here, but he remembered that Ayra loved it here. Maybe she returned here when she left the hospital in Ta-Koro.The Toa of Fire had been searching for his girl for the past few days and still couldn't find her. Hoping to see her again, he travelled the Koro he hated the most: Ko-Koro. But, Ayra was no where in sight, but another familiar face was nearby."Krayzikk!" Tairel calls out to his friend. He was shocked to see the giant in Ko-Koro. Why wasn't he with the others at the hospital? A smile on his face, the Toa of Fire walks toward him; hoping the odd beings around his friend weren't there and were just tricks his eyes were playing on him.-Mef

IC: KrayzikkKrayzikk turned, and looked at Tairel. As he did, he smiled, a smile that never reached his eyes. As Tairel looked at Krayzikk, there was nothing physically wrong with him, but it was obvious that something inside the Titan had broken."Tairel! It's good to see a familiar face. How are you?"

Tairel returns the smile as he slaps the Titan on the back; regretting the painful gesture. Recalling his hand back, he replies,"How do you think I've been? You never called, you never sent flowers," Tairel grins before adding, "Terrible, actually. It's been a while since I've seen my girl or you and the other Brakases. I bet Riaril took my leaving in stride. And I'm sure that Takimoc was happy to have me off of his back, huh?"What's wrong with him? He and Riaril break up or somethin'?-Mef Man

IC: KrayzikkWhat little life seemed to exist in Krayzikk's eyes died at the mention of Riaril. His shoulders sagged. "You don't know, do you?"

Sensing something was wrong, Tairel places a hand on Krayzikk and begins to lead him into a local tavern."Explain it in here," he walks into the bar; approaching a dark corner.-Mef Man

IC: KrayzikkKrayzikk sat down, the chair groaning under his weight. Ironically, it was the save place he had left mere minutes ago. He looked at Tairel, his eyes as lifeless as a corpse's. "The hospital is gone. Nakumir, Takimoc, they're all dead. The hospital was destroyed."His shoulders slumped. "Riaril is dead too. She died right behind me, and I couldn't do anything to save her."

Tairel's eyes widened even more as he listened to the words. He couldn't think of anything worth saying, so he simply signaled for a drink-he sure as Karz needed one. After taking a long sip, he asks the being,"First off, tell me what happened when I left and most importantly," he begins while slamming the mug down onto the table,"tell me what Brakas is responsible for it. I'd love to meet him and so would the broadside of my sword."-Mef Man

IC: Krayzikk"Well, to be blunt, Riaril and I were hungover. We were completely unprepared when that Ko-Toa attacked. Over a dozen beings took him on, and he reviewed nary a scratch. I was too hungover to fight, so I hung back, kept Ria safe."Krayzikk sighed. "They had to bring the hospital down on him. And the bugger still survived. Nakumir didn't make it out in time.""Not long after, Riaril and I went to Ga-Koro, a vacation. While we were gone, Takimoc, Moriika and Faerulo died under unfortunate circumstances. Chance occurrences.""Riaril and I were having breakfast on the balcony. A Mark Bearer threw a Toa through the door. A piece flew, and impaled Riaril through the eye. I drove them off, but she was dead before I knew what had happened."

Tairel had his head in his hands since Krayzikk had started talking about the attack. If he wasn't already upset over the death of his best friend and the MIA status of his girl friend, he certainly was upset now. Maybe even driven to the edge of insanity.But he tried to keep his cool. Acting like an insane Brakas wouldn't help anything."Revenge...won't solve anything," Tairel says to himself as he sits back up. The Ta-Toa takes another sip from his mug before setting it down shakily. Looking up slowly from his glass, he asks the titan,"And how are you taking it? This is all...insane, to say the least."-Mef Man

IC: Krayzikk"The person I love was killed less than five feet behind me, and I couldn't stop it. How do you think I'm taking it?!" Krayzikk's mask of calm slipped, just for an instant, revealing the rage and grief hiing underneath. His hands clenched into fists. "I tracked the monster down. Frieza. I fought him.""I wasn't strong enough. He would've killed me, had another group of Toa not ended the fight."

IC: Kodu walked into the village.OOC: Open for interaction.

OOC: Kal, just ignore the part where I went after you with vines again.IC: "Sounds good." said Secer"As long as we don't meet up with any more nutjobs." Kali muttered under her breath.OOC: Secer, Von, and Kali back to Le-Wahi. Optimus too, if he agrees.-Bane

Now not only was Krayzikk's girl gone, but he wasn't even able to avenge her by himself. Tairel wanted to say something-bad-but for once he was left speechless. All he could do was order another round of drinks."Drink up," he mumbles to Krayzikk; knowing it would somewhat ease the pain for a short time.But not forever. This pain will never go away.-Mef Man

IC: KrayzikkKrayzikk shook his head, and ordered another one of the stupid fruit drinks he had before. "Riaril and I swore off alcohol after the hospital was destroyed."He sighed. "I don't even know where that bugger Frirza went."

"Wait, so he's not dead?" asked the Toa while taking a second mug in his hands. He sets the mug down as he reaches for another cigarette, but he couldn't light it. It was too many memories of the hospital. Something as stupid as a cigarette got him his job and odd friendships with everyone in the hospital.No way he's getting away with this...-Mef Man

IC: Krayzikk"No. Far from it. The Toa that broke up the fight imprisoned both of us, but some Makuta-worshipping monsters showed up and freed him."Krayzikk sighed. "He's a blasted Mark Bearer. I banged him up pretty good, but he beat the Karz out of me."

"Well, while we look for Ayra we'll look for this guy. Actually, we'll go after this scum first."If he's still alive.-Mef Man

IC: KrayzikkKrayzikk sighed. "Tairel, I spent most of my time at the hospital drunk, beating someone up, or in a closet. Who's Ayra again?"

IC: Incommodo"And what are we supposed to do?" Incommodo asked.

"True," Tairel replies. He places his hands on his mug before recalling the Toa,"Ayra was my girl back at the hospital. I healed her of an injury she had and she decided to stay because of it. She kissed me that day, kissed even better than Riaril I thought," he says with a small grin on his face. "But, during all of the insanity of my last days there we got in a fight over nothing and she left. Now I've been trying to find her since."-Mef Man

IC: KrayzikkKrayzikk nodded, then stood "Well, come on. We need to get you to Ta-Koro."

IC (Khalisk)The pain had faded that was the first thing Khalisk noticed, the second was that he didn't recall falling asleep. He noted the other being's voice but he thoughts were slow and slurred it took him awhile to respond. "Yes...I suppose they are."

IC-Kalen:Kalen nodded, and walked over beside the Vortixx, holding out the tray."Eat," he commanded. "You need to build back your strength."

OOC: Hint taken. :PIC (Khalisk)Khalisk didn't see any reason not to, but then he made the connection between his state and the mug he had drank earlier. "You didn't put anything in this did you?"

IC-Kalen:"In this," Kalen said, gesturing to the cup, "A mild stimulant. I what you drank earlier, a powerful anesthetic." Kalen shrugged. "I figured knocking you out would be easier than asking your permission, seeing as you entered my home without any permission," the Toa of Lightning noted.

IC (Khalisk)Khalisk nodded. "Fair enough. I might have done the same." He took the tray gratefully and, typically, there was nothing left in a few moments. "I suppose I should thank you for not striking me down on the spot. If I saw a stranger covered in my blood in my domicile...."

IC-Kalen:"When you get to be as old as I, you will most likely realize that is a foolish endeavour," the elder Toa said. "Regardless, get up. So long as you're staying here, there's work to do."

IC (Khalisk)Khalisk shrugged, he didn't see any reason not to do as the Toa ask, he owed him for the food. He got up off the cot and to follow the Toa. "Very well. What needs to be done?"

IC: Zongu"How about telling me what you brought me here for?" Zongu suggested as Arkrak departed.

IC-Kalen:"One major thing that needs done is to clear the Templum Vocem of vermin," Kalen said. "I do my best to keep up with them, but so many come around that it grows hard. It also needs cleaned, the library needs restructuring, the armoury needs to be refurbished and organized...many things."

IC (Khalisk)"What type of vermin? A poison might be effective." Khalisk was speculating here, he knew little about poisons as it stood. He knew how they could be used certainly, but beyond that he was in the dark. "They must have a point of entry, if we could clog that up...."

IC (Desilix):"Well, I'd like to eat rolls here all day, but I need to continue my travels"With that, Desilix put a few widgets on the table for the rolls, and left the building.

IC: Kodu saw a toa of sonics walking out of a bakery. "Who are you?" he asked him.

IC (Desilix):"Toa Desilix" he said, looking at the matoran.

IC-Kalen:Good, initiative."I do believe we have a few poisons in the medical room," the Toa of Lightning mused. "And when I say vermin I mean small relatives of the Kuma-Nui, as well as some young Fikou. There are quite a few of them, and they get rather annoying." He shrugged."Follow me to the medical room, we'll find what we need."

IC: "I'm Kodu." he said to the Toa.

IC (Khalisk)"If you were willing to seal the temple up for a couple of hours or so and open a vent or somesuch in it, we could probably use a poison gas. That would be most effective I think." The Vortixx was talking mostly to himself as his mind took up the new challenge. He was still following the Toa of course, but he was a bit distracted by his plans to deal with the vermin.
