BZPRPG: Le-Wahi

IC: RekyrHe nodded, and pulled Emotia along after him as he made his way to another hidden door. A small gust of air opened it, and Rekyr stepped outside. He held one of his shortswords against the Toa of Water's back, hidden by his black cloak. "Now, don't try anything," he warned, "I'd hate to see someone like you dead."The Toa of Air lead her along the lesser known pathways, and no one took a second look towards a Le-Toa walking with a Ga-Toa. Up ahead he saw the being he was searching for.OOC: And who is that, exactly?

OOC: KNI said he'd post with his char soon. Wait for him.IC: Pollux (Crimson Nova Safehouse, Le-Koro)Sighing, Pollux readied his pistol and jumped out of the safe room, firing off a bullet that whizzed past Tillian's head. The Toa of Gravity grabbed a hold of the Vortixx assailant while he was in the air and cut off his gravity, sending him flying headfirst into a wall at high speed with a loud snap!Pollux hit the ground hard, and from the weird angle of his neck, it looked almost broken. He was incapicitated. Good.-Teezy

IC - Reik - Near InnReik had a cigarette hanging out of his mouth, smoke billowing from it. He noticed a green Toa dragging a blue one along. Good. His operative was here."Why, hello, Rekyr. Glad you could make it."

OOC: Yay! KNI, we're actually on the same team again. Last time was with the OoPs, but that ended rather quickly.IC: RekyrHe nodded to the bronze armored Toa, and grinned. The sword continued to press against Emotia's back. "And look who I managed to bring along," the Toa of Air said."Lets go," Rekyr said, and turned towards the Safehouse, not checking to see if Reik was following.

IC: Skyra - Le-koro -Skyra saw that these Crimson Nova had become a serious threat to his village, in the past he'd ignored them to focus on threats from Makuta. Skyra went up to Pollux and started to poke him his his katana, to see if he was still alive. IC: Emotia - Crimson Nova Safehouse, Le-Koro -Emotia wondered why she was crucial to the plan, other than being bait for Tillian. For now she decided just to do what her kidnappers said, and didn't resist at all. She'd try to escape when she though her chances were good.

IC: Tillian (Crimson Nova Safehouse, Le-Koro)Tillian hefted Pollux up to his feet and walked across the hallway, taking a bend and walking into a dimly lit medical room, throwing the Vortixx onto a medical table and staring him down. He groaned softly."So," asked the Toa of Gravity trivially. "Where is my fiance?"Pollux merely grinned."Well?""Dead."Tillian's heart stopped beating for the briefest of seconds and began to crawl along."What did you just say?""She got to be a problem. Too hard to travel with. Shot her, she fell off the Gukko. You could probably find her body in the jungle if you looked hard enough..."The bounty hunter began to laugh, and Tillian began to involuntary tear up as he reached for a needle. Pollux's eyes widened slightly at the sight of it."You killed her.""Let's not be hasty here...""You took away my life, Pollux. Now I'm gonna take away yours."Pollux tried to get up and move away, but Tillian pinned him to the table with a burst of Gravity and raised the needle, crying silently.Without warning, Pollux knocked over a tray of medical tools: momentarily distracted, Tillian turned, only to have the needle knocked out of his hands. Pollux spun it deftly around one finger and stabbed it into Tillian's chest, shooting a dose of hyoscine-pentothal through the doomed young lover. Tillian fell back in shock, reaching for Pollux's pistol, which was still strapped to his waist. Tutting softly, the bounty hunter plucked the gun from the convulsing Lieutenant Colonel and shrugged sadly, his eyes swimming with regret."Sorry, kid," he said. "That's just the way the game is played."Tillian fell back against the wall, shivering as his body temperature quickly dropped to lethal temperatures. Pollux stood on top of the bed, pushing out a fake roof tile and climbing through it, replacing it perfectly. To any observers, it would look as though he had disappeared in midair.-Teezy

OOC: Lulyeah, been awhile.IC - Reik - En route to safe house"Ah, yes. The hostage."He began the trek towards the safe house, following Rekyr.

IC: Skyra - Crimson Nova Safehouse, Le-Koro -Skyra figured he outta check on Tillian, see how his little integration was going. He walked up to the door, and what he saw inside was not what he wanted to see. "Tillian!" He knelt down next to the convulsing Toa. "What...what happened!? Where'd the Vortixx go!?"

IC: Tillian (Crimson Nova Safehouse, Le-Koro)Tillian was cold, colder than he'd ever been before. No doubt that was the hyoscine doing its job, but...Emotia.Dear, sweet, beautiful, sad, Emotia, his Emotia..."She's gone, Skyra," Tillian said in a heartbreaking whisper. "She's gone..."He gripped Skyra's hand and closed his eyes, his convulsions ceasing at last.-Teezy

IC: Skyra - Crimson Nova Safehouse, Le-Koro -Skyra went completely pale, trying to process what had just happened. Then he did the only think he could think of. "LASERBEAK!! GET IN HERE NOW!" He yelled.

OOC: he's dead, Jim.IC: Pollux (Crimson Nova Safehouse, Le-Koro)Pollux leaped out of the roof and began to travel via the rooftops, dropping down next to the pair that held Emotia."It's done," he said, cracking his neck. "Juturna's gone."NPC: Gukko Force SoldiersTwo Gukko Force soldiers who had been assigned to sweep the safehouse for any intel valuable to Le-Koro had heard Skyra's cry and moved forward, weapons drawn. Their faces fell when they saw Tillian."Sir, as dictated by procedure, Lieutenant Colonel Juturna's body must be returned to its home village," one said, cover the fallen Toa of Gravity with a sheet and makeshift stretcher. Both officers lifted Tillian up and began to walk away with him.-Teezy

IC: Emotia - Crimson Nova Safehouse, Le-Koro -Emotia froze when Pollux said the words. 'Juturna's gone.' She looked at him wide eyed. "You...didn't....no...no..." She started to tremble horribly.

IC - Reik - En route to safe house "Dead?"He shrugged."That was easy."Reik put a rather ominous hand on Emotia's shoulder."Don't worry. This will all be over soon."

IC: Pollux (En Route, Crimson Nova Outpost, Le-Koro)Pollux shrugged, regret clearly weighing him down somewhat."I am truly sorry," he said, the sincerity in his voice leaking through. "It wasn't supposed to be like this..."He turned to Reik."8 mills of hyoscine-penothal straight to the chest. Kid never had a chance."-Teezy

IC: LaserbeakLaserbeak rushed in, but she was too late. Her face went pale. "No.... No, this isn't happening! It's not! I refuse to accept this! He can't be...."

IC: Skyra - Crimson Nova Safehouse, Le-Koro -Skyra didn't get up from the floor, he just sat there, on his knees. "Last thing Tillian said to me was...she's gone..." Skyra didn't have a single tear however...he couldn't...not yet...he had to do something first.....avenge them. IC: Emotia - Crimson Nova Safehouse, Le-Koro -"Just...kill me now..." Emotia said, sinking to her knees, refusing to move. Her face streaming uncontrollable tears.

IC - Reik - En route to safe house"If that's what you want." In seconds a knife sped towards Emotia's throat.

IC: Pollux (En Route, Crimson Nova Outpost, Le-Koro)In an instant, Pollux had drawn his gun and shot the dagger out of the air centimeters away from Emotia's throat."You heard the big wigs. No more bloodshed than necessary."NPC: Gukko Force Soldiers"He said ten minutes!"The other soldier sighed."Just calm down, alright? It hasn't even been two yet."They stopped and lowered Tillian's body down by the ground near a cellar of a dilapidated bed and breakfast."You remember the secret knock?" the second soldier asked his compatriot. The first soldier snorted."Secret knock? What, are we twelve years old again?"He sighed derisively and knocked. Immediately and ominously, the door swung open...-Teezy

IC: Skyra - Crimson Nova Safehouse, Le-Koro -After what seemed like an eternity, Skyra stood up, and then he back to look around the room carefully, eyeing everything. He wasn't sure what he was looking for, something, anything...he had to find out where the Vortixx had gone. OOC: Let me know if Skyra will find anything or not Tyler.

NPC: Gukko Force SoldiersThe two carried Tillian's body into the cellar, where a medical room had been set up and was in pristine condition. A doctor bearing the Crimson Nova insignia turned and smiled."Lay him down right there, thank you," he said. The two obliged as the doctor flicked a syringe."What are you gonna do?" asked one of the soldiers. The doctor looked up and smiled at him."Epinephrine and hypothermic compound," he said. "It should revive oxygen flow to his brain, revive blood flow to his heart, and bring him back to the land of the living. From there, we can continue the next part of the plan."The soldier shrugged and watched as the doctor jabbed the syringe into Tillian's heart and pushed...-Teezy

IC: Skyra - Crimson Nova Safehouse, Le-Koro -Skyra searched very thoroughly, and to his surprise, he did in fact find something. The first thing he found was a map, he analyzed it carefully, it appeared to the locations of every Crimson Nova safehouse in Le-koro, there was also one outpost in particular that was circled. That must be where the Vortixx is headed. Skyra thought. Skyra glanced over at Laserbeak, she seemed to still be in shock and hadn't noticed the map yet, Skyra quickly hid the map. None one else needs to die...I'm going alone...Skyra then noticed another piece of paper, it was a note, giving instructions to take Tillian's body to a certain place in Le-koro. Skyra frowned, none of this made any sense, why would they take Tillian's body? And another thing, why would the Crimison Nova be so careless and stupid to leave a map and a note behind?Unless of course...it was a trap for them...Now Skyra really didn't want to let Laserbeak in on it, because Skyra had one plan in mind, springing the trap. But he was gonna have to do it alone, he couldn't risk them getting captured or killed too.

IC: Tillian (Crimson Nova Safehouse, Le-Koro)Tillian opened his eyes groggily."Why...why aren't I dead?" he asked before turning to the two Gukko Force operatives. "You guys...you work with Skyra, don't you? Am I at the Gukko Force HQ? Where are Skyra and Krayn...?"His heart sank as he thought of Emotia. The doctor must have caught his look."Don't worry," said the Toa. "She's not dead. That was Pollux's way of getting you to lower your guard."Hope found its way into Tillian's heart unwillingly and he shook his head."Why would he lie? He was gonna kill me, anyway.The doctor shook his head again."No, he was never going to kill you. Crimson Nova wanted you brought back to them in order to turn you to their will. We, however, saw that as immoral. Beneath someone of your standards."Tillian had been subject to enough flattery to know when it was being thrown at him."So, who are you guys?"-Teezy

IC: AelynnShe smiled, and lead the way out of the small village. "Have you ever been to Le-Koro, Auron?" she asked as the two passed through the entryway to Pala-Koro.

IC: Aelynn"That's... Strange," she said as they walked through the Le-Koro jungle.OOC: Rahi, there are many in the Le-Wahi jungle... I wonder if... IC: RekyrThe black armored Toa of Air ignoring Pullox and Reik. They where almost there, and time wasn't usually something they had on their side."You hear that?" he asked Emotia,"No more bloodshed, that means no running away."

IC: LaserbeakUnfortunately, Laserbeak didn't act the way Skyra would have expected. She was angry. She was beyond angry. Tillian had been killed by a criminal group, in her own village. The village she knew inside and out.And to make matters worse, she was the closest thing to a doctor the group had. And she hadn't been fast enough.With an eerily controlled movement for one so filled with rage, she reached into her weapons belt, and withdrew a small box. She opened the clasp, and carefully examined the contents. After a moment, she withdrew one dart. The body of this dart was marked with a skull. She loaded it into her dart gun, being careful not even to touch the tip.She walked past Skyra, who she hadn't even looked at for several minutes, and used a combination of her powers and a kick to smash through the exterior wall.

IC: AuronThe Toa nodded, a chill crept up his spine, and the Toa whirled about, feeling as if another being was watching him. He regarded this as paranoia again, and continued walking. Ignorant to the sound of scuttling limbs and rustling plants...

IC: The DogOn the other hand, Ishi who had been off to the side until now, began consuming every piece of literature in sight. Maps, books, letters, instructions, anything with the printed symbols of skakdi, vortixx of matoran civilization was read in a blaze. Books hit the floor almost as soon as they were lifted. I can't believe it! How much intel do these people HAVE?! He saw Skyra's movements out of the corner of his eye and slowly moved towards him through the pile of materials, but Lazerbeak's explosive kick brought him back to his senses. She's on a rampage.... Oh Karz. Dropping the current tome in his hands, he grabbed several letters from message boards and stuffed them into his pockets for later digestion. A team without a medic is a doomed one, and so Ishi followed after Lazerbeak.

IC: LaserbeakLaserbeak's eyes zeroed in on Ishi. When she spoke, her voice was dangerously calm, the only indication of her rage the glint in her eyes. "If you intend to stop me, little one, than turn and run. Stop where you are, and save your life. For I will either succeed in my goal or die trying."

IC: Aelynn"Hey, are you alright?" she asked, confused when the Toa of Fire spun around.That made her a little scared, mostly because she knew there were large amounts of Rahi in these parts. And most of them were bad to run into.

IC: The DogHe looked back at those eyes. She's doomed. Blinking, he boldly cut off contact with her eyes and walked through her makeshift hole in the wall, sealing a fate for traveling the hard road. Turning around, he looked at the raging toa, opened his palms to show the strange glyphs inside and muttered with his eyes closed, "Rak-un-vera-han. Rak-un-shim-bak. Rak-un-Mata-Nui-colos." Reopening, he smiled and kept walking down the passage, his hands pulsing slightly in the gloom.OOC: *"Good will over her. Valiant is the victor. May Mata-nui Bless."

IC: LaserbeakLaserbeak, despite being unsure of what he said, stepped through the hole with a slight smile, though it didn't make it all the way to her eyes. She wasn't sure of where she was going, but she knew one thing. She would make sure Crimson Nova paid dearly for their deeds.

IC: Skyra - Crimson Nova Safehouse, Le-Koro -Skyra saw how Laserbeak was acted. Great... He sighed, it looks like he'd have to show her what he found. "Hey! I found something...they...they took Tillian's body..." Skyra waved the note in the air.

IC: The DogAfter a ways through the tunnel, the afternoon sunlight disappeared, leaving only the faint calls of rahi to judge the time. Quickly, Ishi realized leading was a bad idea. He was support staff, and besides, who was to say the angry toa with a lethal dart wouldn't decide to use him as target practice? Pausing a second to let Lazerbeak get ahead, Ishi mentioned; "I'll stick behind you since I'm more of an information gatherer anyways, but I'm here to lend a hand in the fight as well."I only wish I'd read what Skyra pocketed...Bingo."What's it say?!" Ishi said, spinning around and sprinting back to the light of the torture chamber where Skyra still resided? He jumped into the air and attempted to snag the note like he'd done with an unaware Tillian just a few hours earlier.

IC: LaserbeakLaserbeak let out a chuckle, though it was far from a happy one. "I have no intention of killing you, little one. For now, we are on the same side. And I make it a point not to kill my allies." It was fairly easy to guess the unmentioned part of his decision to stay behind her. IC: KraynKrayn groggily stumbled into the room in which Skyra stood. He had been able to hear the Toa from where he awoke. "Commander. What the karz is going on?"

IC: Skyra - Crimson Nova Safehouse, Le-Koro -Skyra was quick to dodge Ishi's grabbing hands. It helped that all he had to do was raise his arm's high enough so that Ishi couldn't possibly reach. "Hold on a sec, I'll let you see it in a minute! Don't be so grabby!" Skyra quickly sprinted toward Laserbeak in the tunnel, he'd explain to Krayn what was going on after he made sure Laserbeak saw the note. "Look at this..." Skyra said, shoving the note in front of her.

IC: LaserbeakLaserbeak looked at the note, and raised an eyebrow. "You know this is a trap, right?"

IC: Skyra - Crimson Nova Safehouse, Le-Koro -"Oh I know, it's just...my strategy has always been to spring the trap. Also, I found this..." He pulled out the map he'd found that showed all the Le-koro safehouses.

IC: The Dog"AM I JUST A DOG MADE TO FETCH WILLY NILLY!!" Ishi yelled as he sprinted back after Skyra. Unfortunately, his little legs couldn't quite keep the pace, and so he missed the few sentences between the two toa."Okay," He said, "if I'm on this team, I need to be in on the news room briefing. What's going on?"

IC: LAserbeakLaserbeak nodded, and then looked at Ishi. "We're planning to walk into what we know is a trap." She looked back to Skyra. "If we're doing this, we're gonna need some heavy firepower."OOC: Laserbeak is gonna go pre-industrial Rambo. This thought amuses me.

IC: The Dog"I've got alchemy," Ishi stated boldly.OOC: No, it doesn't work. Yet... still waiting for Nuju to get back from his trip to France!
