IC: Chromia"Is that the most recent example, or just the one most likely to stand out?" Chromia asked.
IC: Caige (Restaurant, Onu-Koro)"I also do costume design for a lot of play companies and designs for just regular stores and stuff. That shirt you're wearing, for instance. Limited design from year before last. If it weren't for me, you'd be topless."-Teezy
IC: Chromia"Um... woah." Chromia may not have known it before, but it seemed like she was talking to some kind of celebrity. She became aware that her mouth was hanging open, and quickly closed it. "I... I'd never have guessed that you... woah."
IC: Caige (Restaurant, Onu-Koro)"People rarely do."-Teezy
IC: Chromia"You must be famous... and if you aren't, you should be."
IC: Caige (Restaurant, Onu-Koro)"Well, shucks."-Teezy
IC: ChromiaChromia just sat, shocked, for a few more seconds. "Your life must be amazing."
IC: Caige (Restaurant, Onu-Koro)"Not really. I mean, I still kill people and everything..."-Teezy
IC: Chromia"But... you live your dream. You're practically a genius, too." Chromia sighed. She understood why Caige felt that his life wasn't perfect; no-one's ever could be. She was still a little shocked by the fact that he had actually designed her shirt. She was sitting in front of one of the most brilliant minds of a generation. And yet, until recently, she hadn't even known that he'd existed.
IC: Caige (Restaruant, Onu-Koro)"You're making me want to kiss you."-Teezy
IC-Raxa:*Thump.*If Caige looked down, he would notice a crystalline crossbow bolt in the table, with a note attached to it. The note read like this:"I'm sorry, did you just say you wanted to kiss a girl?"
IC: ChromiaChromia blushed. She actually couldn't think of a single thing to say. That was new.
IC: Caige (Restaurant, Onu-Koro)I sense jealousy, he scribbled back. "A moment, please, love," he said to the blushing Chromia, who didn't even look to be paying attention as she nodded absently. Caige loaded the dart back into his own blowgun and fired it off in the direction Raxa's message had come from: it zoomed right through the hole in the window the other assassin had left without so much as scraping a shard of glass.-Teezy
IC: Chromia"What was that?" Chromia asked.
IC: Caige (Restaurant, Onu-Koro)"My boss is a big fan of keeping in touch with the employees."-Teezy
IC-Raxa:Raxa caught the note, read it, and laughed, before scribbling down I'm just surprised and sending the note back, with just as much accuracy as Caige.
IC: Chromia"He has nice timing." Chromia muttered, sarcasm dripping from her voice.
IC: Caige (Restaurant, Onu-Koro)Because of the fashion designer thing.FWIP!After firing off the note, Caige rolled his eyes, muttered something that sounded remarkably like "screw it," and tilted her chin up so he could kiss her.-Teezy
OOC: Assuming that Caige both tilted her chin up and kissed her.IC: ChromiaChromia gently closed her eyes, passionately returning the kiss. Right now, she didn't care about anything. She was living in the moment. And this was a moment that she would remember for a long, long time.
IC: Caige (Restaurant, Onu-Koro)After a minute, Caige finally pulled away and grinned."Welp. I'm full."-Teezy
IC: ChromiaChromia sat there for a short while, breathing deeply, but her mind appeared to have drifted elsewhere. She was snapped out of the trance-like state when Caige spoke, and looked directly at him, although she still couldn't quite manage to speak.
IC: Caige (Restaurant, Onu-Koro)"What about you? You full?"-Teezy
IC: ChromiaChromia nodded. Her mind was racing, and yet going at a snail's pace at the same time. "Yeah, I'm full."
IC: Caige (Restaurant, Onu-Koro)"Mmkay. Wanna go back to the inn?"-Teezy
IC: Chromia"Sounds fun." Chromia replied.
IC: Caige (Restaurant, Onu-Koro)"It does, doesn't it?" asked Caige, as he stood up and took Chromia's hands. After paying, they were out and into the streets, and - you guessed it - they timeskipped to the inn.-Teezy
IC: Commodum & ChromiaCommodum had fallen asleep on the table, but stirred as Caige and Chromia walked in. "Wassat? Who's there?"She looked up, and saw the couple. "You look really *hic* sweet together. The Rahkshi and the Brakas. But I don't care. My life's over anyway."Chromia shook her head as she saw the drunken Commodum. "Although there are few problems that cannot be at least temporarily solved by alcohol, depression is not one of them." She sighed. "GET UP!"Commodum, startled by Chromia's shouting, immediately stood up and dashed over to her and Caige. "Welcome to The Unfortunate Fikou, how can I help you?"
IC: [uyism]"Are you alive?"
IC-Holluk:"Let's go!" Holluk randomly exclaimed, standing up and walking in the direction of the Great Mine that Uyism had pointed out to him.
IC: Garme"Nah, just a hospital." She commented as they kept walking.IC: TuataraHe moved swiftly, slipping onto the top of the building, staying in the shadows. The Matoran would make a fine meal...
IC: Ka'de"Ok, I guess. Hey, there's the tunnel for the Ko-Koro highway."I grimaced, not wanting to enter. But I had already said I would, so I would have to face the cold, wet, icy Koro. Ugh.
IC: [uyism]Uyism followed.
IC: Tehlin"Alrighty," the Toa of Plantlife said cheerfully, standing up. "Right this way, madam."There was Tehlin... Being Tehlin.
IC: Garme"Great, now let's just get out of here, and the actor in Ga-Koro." She was also avoiding saying Savulg's name, due to keeping the fact her group had been thieves from Rockbrain. The less he knew, the better. Maybe she could even ditch him in Ko-Wahi somewhere.
IC: Caige (Bar, Onu-Koro)"Well, a room would be nice."-Teezy
IC-Naut:"I already booked you one," Naut told Caige and Chromia. "It took her mind off of killing me for breaking that table. I figured it was a good expense."
IC: Chromia & CommodumCommodum walked back, but couldn't even be bothered sitting down and simply lay on the floor."Thankyou." Chromia smiled.
IC-Naut:"Yeah..." Naut muttered, looking at Commodum's prone form. "I assume you'd like me to put her somewhere better than the floor?"
IC: ChronnThere wasn't much left of my office, but it was enough. A large investigation always took a lot out of me, especially finding out that the person you were chasing killed themselves before you got there. There is no fun in torturing a dead body. But at least it had been enough of a distraction to take my mind away from everything else. Now, taking a handful of trail mix strait from the large crate I ordered it in, I sat down in my new chair.Outside, hanging on what was left of my building was a sign."Dark C Investigations: Grand Reopening coming as soon as a new building can be found. Still open for business."
IC: Ka'deI frowned, rather confused by her answer. "Wait, what about an actor in Ga-Koro?" Had she mentioned that before? I wasn't sure.I turned and began to walk up the tunnel leading to Ko-Wahi. It was probably my imagination, but I would have sworn that it was getting colder already.
