IC: Taronak"I'm not one to torture. I think I'll just arrest him." he said to Zacax.

IC: Esao (Ice Howl Inn, Ko-Koro)"Sucogu?" Esao replied, finishing for her. "Eh, between you and me...pretty sure he doesn't like me either."A flash of amethyst cut through the morning sky, still slightly darkened with the last vestiges of the previous night, as Esao winked.-Teezy

"Well, Sucogu may not like both of us, but I want to give him a reason to like us," she says to Esao while looking up toward the sky. There were a few clouds in the sky, but she could still see a few stars and her favorite as well."Be right back." Amalod disappears inside the inn before emerging back a moment later with her telescope. She begins to set it up as she talks,"I'm sure I can't impress him with my knowledge of the stars, but I really want to see them up close tonight. There's been nothing but clouds at night; I think they've cleared off." The Toa of Water looks around at the well lit area, a look of disapproval on her face. "It's too bright here, though..."-Mef Man

IC: KrayzikkA groan echoed as Krayzikk walked out of the inn. "Why must you people abandon me? Huh?"

Amalod turns around to see Krayzikk. She flashes him a quick smile before turning back around."You can join us. I was just setting up my telescope," she states. Amalod continues to set the device on her tripod, trying desperately to screw the tripod together as tight as possible.-Mef Man

IC: Krayzikk"In that case, I'll stand back. I don't want to be responsible for breaking the thing."

"That's...probably for the best," the Ga-Toa says; the smile still lighting up her face. "And...it's...ready." Amalod stands back up and looks around the surrounding area. "Anyone know of a dark place where we can try this out?"-Mef Man

IC: Sideways:"Tell me Quoribay!" Rook called to the Matoran, "Why do you think I chose the place of shadows as our meeting point?"Sideways prepared to release a magenetic field around the area, one that blocked any metal from entering it.

IC: Madrihk"We'll be going to the canyon, most of us, with Byraher here and maybe a few others scouting the area before the rest of us move in. Plagia, Kethrye, Reordin and your comrade will hopefully find the guy who made the message in the sky so we can interrogate him. In the meantime... does anyone have a Mahiki? We might have to fake some ransom money."

IC: (Alrin)"Alright then. I thank you for your help, Mata Nui knows this village needs it." I sighed clasping Madrihk's shoulder, I wanted to go with them, but I couldn't the Captain had to hold down the fort, and right now there were still looters, still problems, still various messes to clean up. I can't go with you all though, this village is barely holding together as it is, until the guard can be united again and things have eased down. I have to stay behind. I turned to Alexin, and leaned in."You gut the Pirakas responsible for this, once you free the hostages." I whispered, before giving the group a wave and making my way towards the colosseum apparently there were reports of something occurring there. I needed to check it out, and put this village back together.

IC: Zacax"Alright then, fair enough," Zacax said, "Lets get him to Ta-Koro, then I can see about joining the Guard,"

IC: NovaNighttimeKo-Koro"We could go outside of Ko-Koro."No one had heard Nova approach. The Toa of Fire seemed to notice their surprise because his eyes dimmed a little in abashment. "There aren't, uh, many lights out there," he continued, directing his voice toward Amalod; "it'd be nice for stargazing, I think..."

IC: TaronakTaronak reached down, and pulled The Dusk up by his arm. He then began to drag him to Ta-Koro.

IC: ZacaxZacax followed the guards to Ta-KoroOOC: Zcax and Dusk to Ta-Wahi.

IC: Madrihk"We'll do what we can to ensure the safety of the hostages," Madrihk promised, truthfully. In all honesty he didn't particularly care much about people he didn't know, but it was important to keep up a good impression in such situations. The Matoran would be rescued and the perpetrators slain. Easy in concept, tricky in execution.

IC: (Aryll/Ko-Koro, Ko-Wahi)Hostages, looting and rioters. All this talk about anarchy made Aryll's head spin. He began to wonder how a village could go down in flames this fast. Surely, there was both the guard and nearby Toa that could have helped. But then again, the madmen had explosives, a thing that would have scared these savages to the core.Walking up to Madrihk, he said in a casual voice, "I volunteer to lead the rescue."OOC: Who has the hostages?

IC: Cy turned to those headed to scout out the Matoran-nappers. "Myself, Vorok and Kivar will help you track down the hostages. I can take an airborne surveillance role, and Kivar can keep you silent. Vorok will help however he can-he is a marksmen, and his visor may allow you to get a good look at something over a distance. Let me know when we go."

IC:"I have no clue," Quoribay answered, waiting to hear his leader's plan.

IC: Plagia Simul - Ko-Koro Centre, ILS GroupI nodded, turning to face Kethrye and Reordin, "You have a point Keth, let's get going."I checked each of the warriors out with a trained eye, trying to see how they would be of use."Reordin, since it seems like you have the most experience out here, we'll need you to lead the way. Kethrye, take up the rear and make sure nothing attacks us from behind, and I'll be acting as your bodyguard, Reordin."-Void

"You two want to walk up the slope a bit with me?" the Toa asks the two. "I'm going to look at the stars where it's a bit darker."If I invite both of them, it won't sound awkward...-Mef Man

IC: Esao (Ice Howl Inn, Ko-Koro)Esao and Krayzikk glanced at each other before shrugging."Sure," said Esao. "Sounds like fun."IC: Reordin (Ko-Koro)"Thanks for the offer, Plagia," said Reordin. "But we only need one person running point, and I'd do better as a scout without too many people crowding around."-Teezy

"Good, what about you, Krayzikk?" she asks the Titan.-Mef Man

IC: Madrihk"Acknowledged. Aryll, I know you have some military experience; you can lead the team once we decide on a course of action. Cy and co.: We will wait for Byraher to give us intel without getting spotted. You can then go in on more non-stealthy surveillance once they become aware of us and we attempt negotiations. If that does not work, we must find a way of minimizing the risk of Matoran dying in the resulting fight."

IC:"And if you run into whoever sent the message?" Kethrye said to Reordin. He turned about-face and continued walking towards the letters floating high above them. "Besides, we're the ones tracking down the messenger, not finding out where they've hidden the prisoners."

IC: Sideways:The Toa of Magnetism pointed a little ways, a bit away was a canyon, the very one that he had told the Ko-Koroians to meet at.​"I can see here, already I'm putting an illusion down there at the canyon edge. When we get guests, they'll be greeted by a army and a snowstorm."On-cue, a artificial snow-storm appeared on the canyon, and the surrounding mountain. At the same time, Sideways created a magnetic field around the cave entrance. No metal could pass into the cave that way now, and nothing could leave either. Only Sideways or another Toa of Magnetism could null the field. And that's what Sideways wanted.

IC: Krayzikk"Sure." The Titan shrugged. "Is Riversong allowed to come too? She seems bored."

"Oh, of course," Amalod replies. "Could you please get her for me?"-Mef Man

IC: KrayzikkKrayzikk poked his head back into the inn. "Hey, Riversong! Do you want to come stargazing?"

IC: Esao (Ice Howl Inn, Ko-Koro)Esao watched Krayzikk go back into the inn with distinct ambivalence, not saying a word.-Teezy

IC: Riversong (exiting the Ice Howl Inn)Riversong looked up, startled out of her examination of the tabletop."Sure." she replied, getting up.

IC: Krayzikk"Alright, come on then."

IC: Plagia Simul - Ko-Koro Centre, ILS GroupI shrugged at both Reordin's response and Kethrye's retort, "Look, Reordin, it's not like I'm going to be walking right on your heels, anyway. I'm just here in case you find something beyond your skills."-Void

IC: Riversong (outside the inn)She quickly got up and exited the inn, marveling at how clear the sky was.

"Excellent, we're all ready," the Toa says happily. She leans forward and picks up the telescope (still attached to the tripod) before walking up the nearby slope toward a darker area. "Let's just go up here a bit..." The Toa looks back toward Riversong and asks,"You want to come up here with me and I'll point out a few stars for you?"-Mef Man

IC: Reordin (Ko-Koro)Reordin fought the urge to roll his eyes - after all, he had more than proved that his skill was as great as any Toa's just days before - and merely set off towards the message.IC: Esao (Ice Howl Inn, Ko-Koro)Esao merely stood beside Krayzikk, waiting for them to leave. Girls in front, guys in back. This was getting spooky.-Teezy

IC: AlexinAlexin didn't speak, as he walked almost silently behind Reordin.

IC: Jasik (Flash Freeze Suites, Ko-Koro)Finally, Jasik had sucked away all the oxygen that fueled the fires.Come on, come on, do your thing, Veira...-Teezy

IC: Lerongu"What should I do?" he asked Madrihk.

IC: NovaNighttimeOutside Ice Howl Inn, Ko-KoroNova stood awkwardly to one side as Esao, Krayzikk, Riversong, and Amalod gathered together for the trek up the slope. Feeling a little lonely, he took a half-step forward. Cracked open his mouth. Thought better of it and remained silent, glancing to the snow, the sky, anything he could find that would make him look nonchalant about not being invited.

IC: Esao (Ice Howl Inn, Ko-Koro)Suddenly, an invisible force came from behind Nova and hugged him tightly before lifting him up and carrying him along with the group."Don't worry, bucko," came the cheerful, if somewhat forced, drawl that was easily recognizable as Esao's. "You're coming with."-Teezy
