IC: Krayzikk"I was in a bar, trying to drink my troubles away with fruit juice." He smiled slightly. "Needless to say, it wasn't working.""I heard a fight outside. Sucogu was getting his rear end kicked by a bunch of beings with wicked strength enhancements. All of us went to help."

"And, you saved him and he invited you to join him?" she asks; a smile on her face.

"Oh, aren't you the naughty one?" she says to Verak with a small grin. "Well, we'll make sure to keep you hidden."-Mef Man

IC: Velan:Velan frowned at the snow, it didn't seem natural, like an illusion..."You two see the snow? Try catching some. There's no wind blowing, I can't feel the snow, and it hasn't gotten any colder," She stated, concerned.

IC: Krayzikk"Well, Esao and Flyssa saved Sucogu. I dealt with the reinforcements."

"How many reinforcements?" she asks; almost like a kid listening to an elderly Turaga telling his past adventures as a Toa.

Vielah looks up at the snow before turning to Velan."I'd rather not hear about the snow possibly being different," Vielah replies. "But, why are you so sure?" -Mef Man

IC: Krayzikk"Three impossibly fast and strong Matoran. One of them managed to knock me over with one punch." He shook his head. "They had these slug things attached to their backs."

ICVerak left Veilah behind for the new curiosity. He pushed oout into the open, crouching on the driver's seat.'Well, just because it's snowin' doesn't mean the temperature drops here. Snowing is an affect of the cold, not a cause, remember. And it can snow without wind." But he still held out his hand. A snowflake slowly drifted downwards, looking as real as can be. And passed right through the toa's palm. And illusion, sure as could be."You," Verak said, "Are a genius. I'd never have noticed this." He patted Velan on the shoulder. "The question now is- who caused this?"

IC: Velan:Velan nodded, partially ignoring Verak's gesture, "A good question. Will we get answers when we reach Ko-Koro? Or should we seek them out ourselves?"

"But, you did defeat them, right?" she asks; eyes wide in amazement.

"Stop the cart," Vielah instructs; her hand edging toward her blade.-Mef Man

IC: Velan:With that, Velan pulled on the reigns, pulling the cart to a stop.

IC: Krsyzikk"Yeah. I got lucky. I only had to deal with two of them, a Lightning Toa nearby took care of the third."He shook his head. "It was quite a brawl, though."

"That's amazing, Krayzikk," states Amalod while placing a hand on Krayzikk's arm. "You're quite the fighter, I guess."

"Weapons out," she says simply; drawing her broadsword before jumping out of the cart and onto the snowy ground. The small ammount of snow crunches beneath her feet upon standing up; the fake snowflakes not adding to the ammount of snow on the ground."Now, where are you..."OOC: Who's doing this, AuRon?-Mef Man

IC: Krayzikk"Well, it's just about the only thing I've been able to do with my life."

IC: NovaNighttimeOutside Ko-KoroDuring the traipse down the hill, Nova, unwilling to be in the rear but equally unwilling to walk too closely to the others, had drifted to a little over a meter behind Krayzikk. He listened to Krayzikk's recount with interest but said nothing; the titan still intimidated him a little.

ICVerak remained crouched on the bench, leaving his weapons sheathed. He didn't take orders, although the toa was remaining quiet. The fake snowfall was eerie, and out here, in the middle of nowhere, the silence was complete. Verak's silent breathing and beating heart were the only sound he could hear.

"I'm sure you've done plenty more than that," she says with a smile. "I bet you've saved plenty of lives and things like that. All I've managed is getting to look through a telescope..."-Mef Man

IC: Krayzikk"No, really. My girlfriend was killed in combat. I went to school for combat. The rescue cop on the hospital? I fought and killed Frieza right after that. His blood is still staining my hands."

IC: Janas (entering Ice Howl Inn)Janas headed into the inn, seeking warmth and shelter. "I guess I'll stay in this inn for now." he said.

Amaod was silent for a while after listening to Krayzikk's story. "I never realized so many people had so...sad lives," she finally says. "Krayzikk, I'm sorry you've had to go through so many terrible things."-Mef Man

IC: Krayzikk"When the world has been trying to kill you since birth, you get used to it."

Amalod looks down at her feet as the group continue down the hill. She wasn't sure what to say to the titan. The Toa of Water had just been introduced to normal life; she wasn't sure if she'd ever know how it would feel to have the world trying to kill her. But, she was having the feeling that she would experience this soon enough..."Well, if the world has been trying to kill you since birth," Amalod says before placing an arm around the huge being,"then we need to stick together even more."-Mef Man

IC: Esao (Ice Howl Inn, Ko-Koro)Esao had gradually quickened his pace and was at the inn a good five or ten minutes before the rest of the group. While he was alone, the Toa of Fire took the chance to create a little sign that read Gone Broodin' and stick it over his door before hopping onto the bed and beginning to play on his seashell.-Teezy

IC: Krayzikk"People around me tend to get hurt." Krayzikk stayed, his tone almost as dark as the night.

Amalod didn't say anything, but still kept her arm around the titan. This was a depressed group...Soon, the four of them were back down the hill and walking into the inn."Good night, everyone," Amalod says to Krayzikk and the rest of them while looking toward Esao's room. She shakes her head at the words he had written down. Turning back to the titan, she asks,"So, uh, where should I sleep?"-Mef Man

IC: Krayzikk"Down the hall. Room 13. Have a good night's sleep."Krayzikk stated, as he pulled away, and walked into the inn to find Esao.

"Great, of course I get thirteen," she jokes at Nova before walking down the hall. The Toa of Water swore she heard some kind of music coming from Esao's room, but decided to keep going into her own room.Once inside, Amalod looks around her room. A bed lie in the middle of the room, a door leading to a bathroom of some sort was on her right from the entrance, at the end of the room was a small window, and she could see a table and a few chairs spread out across the room. Upon walking further into the room, she also notices a small closet. The Toa of Water sits down on her bed and opens up her bag after carefully stowing away her telescope.-Mef Man

IC: Riversong (in the Ice Howl Inn)Riversong filed into the inn after the rest of the group, feeling rather tired and looking forward to a good night's rest. She was about to climb the stairs when she noticed a Toa clad in rather unusual sand-blue armor."Could it be..?" the Toa of Water murmured to herself.I only know of one being who looks like that on this island.Stepping towards him, she said, "Janas? Is that you?" Being reunited with her cousin was almost too much to hope for, but Riversong figured that she might as well try.

IC: KrayzikkA loud banging could be heard outside Esao's door. "Oi, Esao. Open up."

IC: Esao (Ice Howl Inn, Ko-Koro)A burst of hot air pushed the door slightly and Esao smirked."What up?"-Teezy

IC: Janas (talking to Riversong in the Ice Howl Inn)Janas turned around at the sound of his name. "Riversong! It's great to see you! How have you been? What are doing here?" he excitedly asked his cousin.

IC: Krayzikk"I needed somewhere quiet to brood. Or some conversation. Your pick."

IC: Esao (Ice Howl Inn, Ko-Koro)"The true masters of the brooding profession have often found it possible to do both at the same time," Esao said, quietly playing a melody in tune with his words, his eyes shut. "Close the door behind you. I just warmed the room up. Frickin' Ko-Wahi, of all places..."-Teezy

IC: KrayzikkKrayzikk stepped in, and shut the door. "She's insane."

IC: Esao (Ice Howl Inn, Ko-Koro)"Is that a metaphor for the bite of winter, or are you talking about an actual she?"-Teezy

IC: Krsyzikk"The latter."

IC: Esao (Ice Howl Inn, Ko-Koro)Esao sighed and set down the seashell reverently before taking out a dark blue whetting stone and spinning it around his fingers."What's this about, Kray?"-Teezy

IC: Riversong (talking to Janas in the inn)"I'm fine, and as for what I'm doing here...it's a bit of a long story, one that should probably wait until I've had some sleep so that I can tell it properly. But what brings you to Ko-Koro, in the middle of the night no less?" Riversong responded.I think that my throat might be getting slightly hoarse from all this talking, she thought in surprise.

IC - Veira - InnVeira began using her powers to move things around, making sure the building didn't collapse on them and making a way out."So," she strained to say, "lunch after this?"

IC: Krayzikk"She has an annoying tendency to take you back to the darkest points in your life. Have you noticed that?"

IC: Jasik (Flash Freeze Suites, Ko-Koro)"Sure."Jasik finally let the oxygen out, sure the fires were gone and looking around."Want some tea?"IC: Esao (Ice Howl Inn, Ko-Koro)"So we're talking about Amalod, then?" asked Esao. "I don't think she means harm in it. She just doesn't know us very well. Bloody 'ell, Kray, not even we know us very well."-Teezy
