IC: Agate - Home, Onu-koro -"Well, I'm good at..." Suddenly one of Agate's fingers jabbed Laryn on her left side. "...poking!"
IC: VhisoliFinally, Zharuk and Cosi had blasted a whole in the wall big enough to step through. Vhisoli crawled out and in a commanding voice shouted "You have 10 seconds to leave before we call the Ussalry. 10, 9, 8..."OOC: She's breaking Omerta because I decided to change the HWP from a mafia to a HK style triad seeing as most of the executives are not family members
OOC: Gimmee Parakuka controler....Thanks, now, watch how a noob does it.
IC: SythrihThe Toa of Earth grinned, happy to see the young Toa of Gravity again. If anything, Sythrih was beginning to feel rather protective of Laryn, like she was to Agate. The Onu-Toa didn't join in on the tackle hug, seeing as she mmight accendatelly squish someone."And just how," Sythrih said, smiling, and putting her hand on her hips, "So you suppose I'm going to get any donuts?"IC: NPC The Matoran landed on the shield with a thud, and promply began pounding at the metal. The good thing that it was holding, the bad thing that it wouldn't for much longer, the Matoran's blows leaving fist-sized dents in the metal. Eventaully, a rather strong punch caused the Matoran's hand to go straight through the shield, the edges aroud the hole bending back like paper. The Matoran pulled his hand out, and tried to stike again, however, something was different. It almost seemed like the super-natural being was beginning to tire. His movements not as powerful as before.OOC: Awesome RP'ing, Kopakamidak, waaaaay better then I am. :3IC: Gravity I smiled at the Toa of Water, just enjoying the moment for a while. "Good," I said, "You had me worried for a minute there..." I took a small bit of food, but didn't really feel like eating anymore, I just wanted to be around Hajia for a while.
OOC: *Hands the parakuka control to Gravity.* Here ya go bro. :3 IC: Agate - Home, Onu-koro -"Well...there is still some left in that box over there...but you might want to hurry...before Laryn decides to let go of me and nab them." Agate said cheekily as she poked Laryn again.
OOC: *grabs controler**dies instantly*IC: Parakuka, who I shall call Bob for now.The pulsating creature "watched" the three Toa for a time, waiting a timeto latch...
OOC: OK, try this moveIC: FerronFerron noticed the Matoran was slowing down, but also that he was still on top of Ferron's shield: an opportunity if he ever saw oneFerron triggered his powers again, making a small column of metal jut out of the shield and hit the Matoran in the jaw.EDITED TO NOT CONFLICT WITH SETTING.
IC: PayigesWithout warning, Ferron ran off, leaving her alone. Sighing heavily, she wandered, and eventually found an exit tunnel to Po-Wahi.OOC: Payiges to Po-Wahi
IC: Whorok and Unknown"About time you showed up" the mining captain barked when Whorok appeared from the tunnel he'd disappeared into earlier"I was just taking a break, what's the situation?""I'll give you the situation alright, one of our mining crews have been trapped by a mudslide, and we've been trying to get them out for the past 5 minutes. Now get to them and prove you are the best miner I know"Whorok nodded obligingly and immediately set off towards were a group of Matoran were in the middle of a frenzied digging spree."Out of my way" he ordered. He was immediately obeyed as the Matoran parted to let him trough.Whorok quickly dug into the soil, wading through it like water, senses on high alert in order to locate the missing miners.OOC: open for interaction.
IC: [stronin]"Uh, Soli, you there?"
OOC: Nice.IC: NPCThe Pakakuka enhanced being did his best to try and destroy the column of metal before it hit him, but even with near-Calix relfexes, the Matoran wasn't able to. One key thing begin that one had to know that it was coming before you could respond to it. The metal column hit him right underneath the jaw, throwing him off the shield and stunning him for a moment.Only for a moment, though, not enough time for Ferron to get out an attack, as the being was going at him again. But, that did show one of the being's weaknesses, despite its unnatural strength and speed, it still didn't have any powers to use. Unlike Ferron, who had a both a mask and elemental power,
IC: FerronFerron had one move left to use, he triggered his powers again, and sent a command to all metal in his immediate vicinity to go flying. Hoping he included the powerful Matoran. His weapons flew out of his hands, as a consequence of having only seconds to act.
OOC: Just noticed, nice avatar. :3And this brings me to a point I wanted to make, Iron is a tricky element to RP, seeing as its easy to G-moderator without meaning to. You've been doing great so far, just be careful with the whole "i can control ur armor noaw hurhurhur..." cause then things get messy.
IC: NPCThe Matoran felt his very armor pulling him away, and his eyes widened in surprise. "Noooo!" he screamed, halfway between language and rahi-like roar. The Matoran dug his hands into the ground, and it seemed like he had stopped himself. That is, until, the red-armored begin felt a massive drop in strength, and a feeling of extreme exhaustion. His ten minutes of extreme power were up, and the being flew back into a wall after having let go of the ground.
OOC: I was assuming so, which is why I decided to make it like a blind attack with no real sense of direction, just reject all metal nearby, there's no time to aim. Thanks for the compliment about the new avatar, btwIC: FerronFerron noticed the Matoran's losing grip, and the "limpness" of the body when it fell to the ground after getting smashed into the wall."Not so tough after all" he mumbled shakily.Everybody who heard him say it knew he wasn't being serious.Ferron walked over to the Matoran and picked him up after one arm.He noticed a pulsating slug on its neck, and repulsed at the sight. "Not touching that"He opted to pin the Matoran to the wall with a metal bar for the time being.Ferron quickly found the remains of his shield, tsking at the sorry state the protosteel tool was in. "This is going to take time to fix" he grumbled. He could do it, for sure, but protosteel took longer to generate than most metals. He strapped the shield to his back again, and went over to were Zuria was helping Krell get up."Playtime's over kid, you're giving me answers and you're giving them right now. You can start with that unconscious Toa you dumped outside the Koro"OOC: Just as a sidenote, I've read up on your plot, including your posts from the start in Ga-Wahi, so I'm up to speed.
OOC: See, you're already way ahead of me, look at you go.
IC: KrellI closed my eye. Karz, I really hoped it hadn't come to this. I stood up, despite Zuria's protests, and putting a hand on the wall that I had flown through, I said to Ferron, "He was trying to kill me. So, I was nice and didn't return the favor. Unfortunately, his buddy did get that favor, but he's not saying anything about it now."I looked straight into the orange-armored Toa's eyes, as if daring him to quote that useless Code that everyone's supposed to follow. If the Toa of Iron looked back, he would see a dark, shadowy fire burning behind my eye, and it sent a clear message to all who saw it. I'll take you, your friends, and your village on anytime. I could be half-dead, I'll still beat you. Mess with me, and you will burn.
IC: FerronFor a split-second, Ferron was reminded of the Toa Code, only to realize something. How much had the code helped his friends? The simple answer was: nothingFerron arrived at the assessment that he quite honestly didn't care."OK" he said, "and why did they attack you?"
IC: Zuriana"What about it?" Zuria asked, taking a small metal box out of her bag.
IC: KrellSo... He didn't say anything, interesting."Perhaps because of this," I said to the orange-armored Fe-toa, taking a step back. I flexed my arms, and my entire body was instantly covered with pitch-black flames. The entire area darkened considerably, and the sheer heat coming off of my body would cause most beings to stumble back.
IC: FerronFerron flinched at the sight of the light-consuming flame, and was bathed in a heat so immense he had to take a couple steps backward."At least it explains how he disappeared into the darkness earlier" Ferron thought."What IS that anyway?" he asked out loud.
IC: Krell"I have no idea," I stated simply, banishing the shadowy flames with a thought. It wasn't a lie, just not the entire truth of the matter. I didn't have an idea, but I had a feeling. "Which is why I want to ask that Matoran there, as well as that unconscious Toa." I tilted my head, and glanced behind Ferron to the Matoran. "And it looks like your friend is awake, mind if I have a word with him?"It was true, the red-armored Matoran was trying desprately to free himself from the metal bonds. It was useless, though, as his former strength was no longer aviable.
IC: Zuriana"Woah woah woah!" Zuria exclaimed, marching over to Krell. "You aren't doing any interrogating until that wound is clean and protected!"
IC: KrellKarz, she's got me now...I glanced down at Zuria and sighed. "Alright..." I said, unable to say no to the Matoran for some reason. Half-falling, half-sitting, I sat back down within the hole I made in the wall.
OOC: I'll be gone for a few hours, see you soon.IC: FerronFerron carefully weighed his options while watching Zuria and Krell's bickering. For too long, he'd been wandering without purpose, not knowing where to go or what to do.These last hours with Krell and Zuria had given him a new drive, something to strive for, and someone to strive with.Ferron made his decision, and spoke up."Sure, you can interrogate him, on one condition: that you let me tag along on your little adventure"
IC: ZurianaZuria opened the box and took out a small flask of water, a piece of cloth and some bandages. She began dabbing the cut in the back of Krell's head with the cloth and water.Ferron made his decision, and spoke up."Sure, you can interrogate him, on one condition: that you let me tag along on your little adventure"Zuria gave Krell a look that said something along the lines of 'we're going to have to tell him eventually'. She put unraveled the bandages and gently wrapped them round her friend's head, tying a loose knot when she was done."This won't hurt at all." she said, before suddenly tightening the knot, earning a wince from Krell. "I lied."
IC: KrellI winced at the sudden pain, not expecting it at all. I turned around to look at the Matoran, an amused expression on my face, and said, "Yeah, thanks."I looked up at Ferron, and sighed. "Fine, you can come, but be warned, you may die," I stated. I was not going to make any promises I couldn't keep. Standing up, I walked over to the Matoran pinned against the wall and leaned in close. "Now," I said, my voice barely a whisper, "Who are you?"All I got back from the Matoran was a wet laugh. I narrowed my eye. So, this is how its going to be.
IC: Agate - Home, Onu-koro -Agate yawned suddenly, her eyes getting heavy. "Wow, I feel really sleepy all of a sudden..." She stumbled toward the bedroom where her bed was, not even noticing if Laryn still had her in a hug or not, then she practically fell onto the bed face first.
IC: bob ParakukaThere, that one... no, come back, must get... these thoughts flashed through its mind as the slug-like creature moved after Agate, staying the shadows. It would find. It would attach. It would feed.
IC: Agate - Home, Onu-koro -Agate started to snore, all those donuts had given her a ton of energy, but now she was having a major sugar crash.
IC: Bob ParakukaThe slug slowly made its way into Agate's room, the shadows seeming to cling to its pulsating body. Almost, yes attach... feed.
IC: Hajia, Onu-Koro"Sorry to worry you. I'll take smaller bites next time, for your enjoyment." Hajia said, her voice humorous and sarcastic, her mouth stretched into an grin, equally jovial and mischevious. Even as she smiled, Hajia felt a nagging doubt inside her, as she remembered one of the many subjects of her worry, subjects she considered a few minutes, while Gravity slept.
IC: Gravity"Well, if it makes you feel better to make me feel better, go right ahead," I replied, still grinning. I was glad... actually, a bit more then glad, that she was okay. These thoughts lighting my mood, I took another bite of food.
OOC: Assuming that Laryn and Sythrih are not in Agate's room for the moment. :3IC: Agate - Home, Onu-koro -Agate muttered something unintelligible in her sleep. Seemingly at random the her tri-claws shot out of her the back of her hands briefly before retracting...this was one of the many reasons why she never shared a bed.
IC: ParakukaFood... must feed.... closer... Toa... feed. Its thought almost rahi-like, the black slug contrinued on towards Agate's bed. It crawled up the side, its mandables clicking, and prepared to attach itself to her...
IC: Agate - Home, Onu-koro -Agate hardly stirred, unaware of the fate that awaited her as the Parakuka slid across her back and made it's way to the base of her neck.
IC: ParakukaYes, now, good , feed-The Parakuka suddenly sank its teeth into the base of Agate's neck, a very unpleasent sensation.
IC: Agate - Home, Onu-koro -Agate, while still surprisingly asleep, cried out in pain as the parakuka's teeth began to sink into her neck and attach to her spine.Though her cry was muffled by her pillow somewhat. Her body jerked back and shook a bit. The parakuka began to inject a numbifying drug that eased the pain and put Agate into an even deeper sleep, one she would not be able to wake up from.
IC: ParakukaYes... Sleep... Feed... the Toa of Iron would hear in her mind, the Parakuka feeding on her back sending the messages. Will be better...Soon, the transformation would begin....
IC: Agate - Home, Onu-koro -Agate felt another presence in her mind, it seemed soothing somehow as it kept her sleeping, she wouldn't wake up for the next two days as the parakuka aligned itself on her back and attached itself further, acclimating to her body.
IC: a forest of a variant of valerian plants sprung up around the nearly escaping mobsters (probably none of them would recognize these). "Okay Bucky." A bunch of flowers started to bloom, if they didn't destroy them now it would be too late.
IC: Tarnok"I'd recommend you stop what you're doing."A loud voice cut through the chaos of the battle, a voice neither the Maasi or the criminals ever expected. It belonged to a Matoran, one glaring at the chaos before him, daring any of the beings before him to make another move."Now."
IC: A growl issued from my throat, one no one would expect from the goofy toa they knew. "These people," I growled. "Are trying to do something that could quite possibly destroy the island as a whole. We tried to contain it. Stand down." I grinned, and my voice returned to normal. "Besides, I couldn't stop those blooms if I tried. " I shrugged. "They won't do any harm."
