BZPRPG: Onu-Wahi

IC: SythrihThe Toa of Earth took the kit, and began to properly dress Laryn's wounds. She didn't protest, as Laryn would need a lot more then just her help. A lot more. Refusing to believe for a second that Agate had done it on her own free will, Sythrih continued to treat the young Toa of Gravity's wounds."Fine," she replied, finally managing to stabilize Laryn's condition enough for her to be moved. Gently picking Laryn up, Sythrih glanced at Beatha one last time before moving out the door. Then, she ran as fast as she could without hurting Laryn towards the nearest hospital.

IC: Ferron_{"I have a plan"} Ferron whispered back to Krell _{"Whatever I do, just go with it"}

IC: [Arkrak]"I'm going to die."

IC: Incommodo (The Unfortunate Fikou, Onu-Koro)"What do you mean?" Incommodo asked, tilting his head.

IC: [Arkrak]"I may be stuck with an overly clingy girlfriend for the rest of my life. Nikarra! DO FEMALES GROW OUT OF THIS STAGE?!"

IC: Nikarra (Onu-Koro)However, unnoticed by Arkrak and Incommodo, Nikarra had sneaked out of the inn, and was now sitting on a large rock some distance away, gazing at the ground.IC: Incommodo (The Unfortunate Fikou, Onu-Koro)"It's okay, Arkrak." Incommodo said. "If you break her heart, she'll stop being clingy! It works perfectly for you."

IC: [Arkrak]Arkrak gave Incommodo a hard stare. "Screw it, I'll just try and stay with her."

IC: Incommodo (The Unfortunate Fikou, Onu-Koro) & Commodum (The Unfortunate Fikou, Onu-Koro)Incommodo shrugged. "It's up to you."At that moment, Commodum returned. "Okay, I've spoken to the chef. He's got just about everything cooking, so if you make a choice off the menu, it'll be ready quickly no matter what it is."... Dude. I really doubt that Arkrak should be worried about being stuck with her. She has free food.

IC: [Arkrak]"Thanks, but wouldn't that be a waste of food though, if he's prepared everything?"

IC: Commodum (The Unfortunate Fikou, Onu-Koro)..."We have kikanalo."

IC: [Arkrak]Must ... resist ... cannot ... prevent ... self ... from ..."I ... I .... already ate," he choked, holding back a sob at losing a chance to eat roast kikanalo.

IC: Commodum (The Unfortunate Fikou, Onu-Koro)Commodum noticed Arkrak's difficulty refusing. "Kikanalo, Arkrak. Juicy, delicious Kikanalo."

IC: [Arkrak]Cannot ... resist ... need ... find ... distraction ...Arkrak promptly kissed Commodum.

OOC: *tacklehugzdarkon* IC: GravityI slowly shook my head, and shrugged. "Not really," I replied, "But I haven't really seen any of the Koro yet... And, well, I don't really know how long I've been gone..."That was it, and I forced myself to stop the chain of thought. I didn't want to think about that.

IC: Agate - Home, Onu-koro -If Agate had been in her right mind at that moment she would've been beating herself up for hurting Laryn, but she wasn't in her right mind, she hadn't even recognized any of them. The walls of earth were suddenly in her way and in her rage she began to slash at them. It didn't take long for her to bring them down with the incredible strenght her parakuka was giving her. The only thing she saw was Beatha, even though she didn't recognize him for some reason his presence seemed to infurate her and she lunged and him, slashing at him with her claws recklessly and wildly, doing an extreme amount of damage to the walls, floor, furniture, anything that was unfortunate enough to be in her way.

IC-Beatha:And in her present state, Agate seemed to forget that, elderly or no, Beatha was still a proficient warrior. More than proficient, really. He quickly twirled his Nagamaki, blocking aside all the blows that Agate threw at him, before launching a kick.And if that hit, he would follow up with a seemingly-overhead strike, before quickly transitioning into a blow to the face with the butt end of the haft on his Nagamaki-on Agate, of course.

IC: Agate - Home, Onu-koro -Agate took the kick, which caused her to stumble backwards into a wall, she had been far too engulfed in her bloodlust to have seen it coming. Beatha's blow to her face knocked her into a sitting position, stunning her for a moment. She looked up at Beatha hazily, her eyes widened a bit as she began to recognize him.

IC-Beatha:Beatha, however, didn't allow himself to fall into such a state. He stayed alert, his eyes not leaving Agate or the claws she had, or the pulsating thing on her back."Agate," he growled. "If you're in there, and you're in control, withdraw your claws. Now."

IC: Agate - Home, Onu-koro -Agate's claws slowly began to retract. She stared at the blood on them. "W-what did I do?!" She saw the extensive damage to the house she had caused, then she remembered Laryn.... "No....I couldn't of..." Agate's eyes suddenly began to close and she slumped over and onto the ground. The parakuka had used all it's strength up and deactivated, and Agate slowly shrunk back to her normal size. Her clawed hands and feet going back to normal. But her rahi-like tail and ears remained, as well as the fur. She felt incredibly weakened and disoriented as she slowly tried to sit up, her eyes tearing up as she remembered what she did to Laryn.

IC-Beatha:Beatha nodded somewhat to himself, putting the Nagamaki's blade in its sheathe and putting the whole weapon back on his back. He knelt down next to Agate, sighing, as he put an arm around her shoulders."Calm down, kid," he half-growled. "It wasn't you." His meaning was simple, as were Agate's thoughts at the moment. It didn't take a mind reader to pick up on what she was thinking.

IC: Agate - Home, Onu-koro -Tears fell to the floor. "But now she's hurt...because I was too weak to control myself...this thing on my back...what is it? I can feel it in my head..." At the moment she could feel the Parakuka pulsing on her back weakly, both of them had worn themselves out from the initial bonding.

IC-Beatha:"Everybody loses control once in a while," Beatha replied. "And sometimes something else will take over. It's just natural." He stood, holding out a hand to Agate."C'mon, let's go see how she's doing."

IC: Agate - Home, Onu-koro -"O-okay..." she said slowly and quietly, still feeling guilty about the whole thing despite Beatha's reassurance it wasn't her fault. She took his hand and slowly got her feet, but rather unsteadily, she could barely stand as she had little to no strength left after the Parakuka deactivated.

IC-Beatha:And as they walked along, Beatha noticed that Agate was having trouble. She stumbled finally, and he reached out to catch her, barely stopping her from falling to the ground. Rolling his eyes, he proceeded to pick up the thoroughly tired Toa and carry her."You'll have to put up with this," he muttered gruffly, before she could say anything about it. "Because we'll get to the clinic much faster if you don't trip on every small rock in the way."

IC: Agate - Home, Onu-koro -Agate blushed in embarrassment, she didn't like looking so helpless. But she really didn't have any choice in the matter.

IC: Sythrih The Toa of Earth sat outside of the room Laryn was in, having reached the hospital quickly. Doctors were rushing in and out fo the room, but Sythrih just sat there. Her head was held up in her hands, and her eyes stared, unfocused, into the floor. Quite noticable, her broadsword was layed over her lap. The black-armored Onu-Toa was re-living the entire thing over and over again in her mind. Trying to find some reason why Agate would attack, why she would look like that.She wasn't able to find an answer, but she continued thinking, as it distracted her to what may be happening now.

OOC: *tacklehugzdarkon* IC: GravityI slowly shook my head, and shrugged. "Not really," I replied, "But I haven't really seen any of the Koro yet... And, well, I don't really know how long I've been gone..."That was it, and I forced myself to stop the chain of thought. I didn't want to think about that.

OOC: *tacklehugzedbyGravs*IC: Hajia, Onu-Koro"I didn't think about that..." The ghost of a smile disappeared, replaced by a thoughful frown, as Hajia contemplated this new piece of information. "You mentioned a Turaga earlier, didn't you? Do you remember where he lived?"

IC-Beatha:"So, have you got any idea what that thing on your back is?" Beatha asked somewhat quietly as he walked, carrying the younger, smaller Toa. "And we'll have to get you a rather well-sized cloak to hide it, we will."

IC: ParakukaOn Agate's back, the armored slug-like creature twitched. As of now, it was satisfied. The transforamtion had worked. It could feed.These feelings were transferred into Agate, making the Toa of Iron shiver as their minds touched. While Agate was a thinking being, the Parakuka was pure animalistic instinct.

IC: Agate - Home, Onu-koro -Agate shook her head."No, I don't have any idea what it is, I don't even know how it got there!" she paused as she remembered something. "But...I do recall meeting a Vortixx in Po-koro who had something similar on his back..." She shivered as she felt a sense of satisfaction from the parakuka, it felt weird.

IC-Beatha:Beatha nodded slightly-he'd seen a person with a similar problem back in Ta-Wahi, once. No matter. Soon he was at the clinic, pushing open the door and setting Agate down."So, Sythrih," he said, breaking the silence. "Is Laryn going to be alright?"

IC: SythrihThe Toa of Earth looked up at Beatha as he and Agate came in. Her face showed a being who had too much time thinking about recent events, recent events that weren't good. It felt like it was eathing her alive. "If the doctors are anything likeI remember, she should be... Okay," Sythrih replied, before turning her head to stare down at the floor again. The fact that Beatha was carrying her sister failed to register, oh perhaps she was too distracted to notice.Laryn got hurt. The energetic, young, sweet Toa of Gravity got hurt. And Sythrih had been right there. Unable to stop it, forced to watch it happen. And then see it again, over and over again in her minds eye. Sythrih didn't blame Agate, but she could never forgive herself. Perhaps Laryn would have been better off with Beatha instead...? None of this would have happened.No, that's not true, don't think like that...

IC-Beatha:"Fair enough," the Toa of Fire said, before limping over by Sythrih."So, how've things been going since the last time I saw you in Po-Wahi?" he asked Sythrih. "Aside from, y'know, this."

IC: Agate - Home, Onu-koro -Agate slowly looked toward Sythrih. "S-sis?" She said as feelings of guilt began to overwhelm her. "I-I'm so sorry..."

IC: SythrihThe Toa of Earth just pulled Agate into a hug, more for the Fe-Toa's sake then her's. Sythrih had already forgiven Agate, the hug was just to tell her that."Nothing really eventful," Sythrih said to Beatha as he asked her what had happened. She glanced up at the Tryna wearing Toa of Fire, "I was knocked unconscious and robbed, had to get a new Kanohi, we came to our house and found out Laryn is capable of eating more then two dozen donuts within the span of a few minutes."

IC: Agate - Home, Onu-koro -Agate hugged Sythrih back fiercely, she was on the verge of breaking out into a sob. She just hoped Laryn was alright. She could care less about the slug on her back or the apparently permanent changes to her appearance, she just wanted Laryn to be alright.

IC-Beatha:"Aye, she can certainly do that," Beatha said in response to the last question, turning somewhat away from Sythrih and Agate, putting his face in profile, showing just how his own experiences were beginning to stack up, with the deep grooves carved into his mask, the drooping, aged features, as he sighed.He thought back on recent events for him. Not the last few weeks, or anything so mundane, but the last few years. Back to when he first found Laryn, and began to train her, and he wondered if it was his fault that everything had turned out the way it had, just some long string of events leading to trouble for everybody involved.Then he wondered if things would have been alright had Laryn stayed with him, and he disregarded that idea quickly. If she'd stayed with him, invariably she would have learned, or she would have been killed. Almost imperceptibly, his expression dropped further, if that was possible."Well, that first part doesn't sound fun," he muttered, breaking the millisecond long silence. "Knocked out and robbed and having to replace a Kanohi."

IC: SythrihThe Toa of Eath just held Agate tighter, feeling as if it was the only thing keeping her sister there and stopping the Fe-Toa from bursting into tears. With a short, sarcastic laugh, Sythrih replied to Beatha, "You don't say? Still have a mark on the back of my head from that. Ha, the guy couldn't even face me head on, could he?"Venting her feelings on the thief made Sythrih feel better. "What about you?" she asked the Toa of Fire, "What ever happened to that titan of a Toa you were traveling with?"

IC-Beatha:"No idea," the former Guardsman replied. "We just kinda split up back in Ko-Wahi, and I went back to Ga-Wahi. Ended up working as a pirate for a bit," he said, smiling slightly at the thought. Then he noticed the odd look he was getting from Sythrih."Don't ask."

IC: Sythrih"Yeah, not asking," Sythrih said, nodding. Despite the fact that she completely hated him, the Toa of Earth was beginning to find a respect for him, Beatha had, after all, helped Agate out when she went all... furry."This sitting around is going to kill me," the Onu-Toa said, having nothing else to say at the moment.

IC-Beatha:"You think so now," Beatha growled, sitting down himself. "Wait until you're older, and you'll start to feel that you'd prefer to sit around and dream than run off adventuring."
