IC(Tajeh): Tajeh walked back to the door of the hut, his shield strapped to his back. "You two have fun, or whatever you're doing." Tajeh said, going around them again into the hut.
IC: Gahuari, Ga-KoroGahuari wiped away her tears on the Rahi-Toa's shoulder. "W-well... You're still a good person." She said between sniffs and tears.OOC: You know, I'm starting to enjoy writing a oblivious, child-like Ga-matoran with insane combat skills. I'm even thinking of deleting Yant's two friends, and adding Gahuari as a PC.
OOC: Ah, the ascended NPC. I've got one of those.IC: RavageNo, I'm not. Chances are I'm gonna rot in Karzahni."Okay." Ravage nodded. He squeezed lightly, then sat back down on his haunches. Amusingly, he was still as tall as Gahuari at this height. "Are you okay?"
OOC: D.A.V.E., you should sign Yant's friends up for NEX.IC(Tajeh): Tajeh nodded to Hound as he worked on Hajia. "How is she?" he asked, sitting back in his corner.
IC: Hound, Ga-Koro"Mmm." Hound mumbled as he worked at an insane speed. When he finished, he looked up at Tajeh. "Better."IC: Gahuari, Ga-Koro"Yeah." She said, a smile beginning to grow on her face. She was so... trusting. So innocent.OOC: Excuse me for sounding Noobish, but what exactly is NEX again?
OOC: Hit Squad. IC(Tajeh): "Good, that's good." He shifted his weight. "When do you think she'll recover?" he asked, "Honestly."
IC: Ravage"Good." Ravage almost felt bad about deceiving her, but he quickly smothered the feeling. "So, do you want to go do something? Hound came back a few minutes ago, and I'm sure he wouldn't mind."
IC: "Not related...long story, won't go into it. I'll summarize: We worked together.""Ah. I think that means you DON'T qualify." Toranmat laughed."That's...ridiculous...erhm..." Ratchet could think of nothing to say. "I HAVE A JOB, OK?!" Or he was planning to set up a hospital. He knew how, he just needed a structure to use. "In fact, I'm planning on getting a bigger place for my hospital. Know any I could buy?" OOC: Ok, I can't tell if you're going to like this idea, or be completely irritated by the very thought: Should I create even MORE chaos around this situation of chasing Barricade, or leave it as it is?
IC: GravityI moved to the side a bit, giving Hound room to work. However, I still held Hajia's hand, not wanting to let go.
IC: [Treize]"You know what, go work for my sister."OOC: Hmm?
IC:Tadris nodded, "Okay, but that could take a while. Superheated water, here we come! Cover me Rynekk."The Toa of Fire concentrated his power into the water, causing it to slowly heat up, coming to reach boiling point...
IC:Pearl"Hey Krian," Pearl asked, looking up at the Toa of Sonics. "If you could have anything in the world, what would you have?"
OOC: It don't think I'll have them attacked by a Hit squad, just remove them from my Profiles and act as if they're NPCs, and use them as sparringly as possible. IC: Hound & Hajia, Ga-Koro"Not sure. It's too early to tell." He said truthfully, with an impatient edge to his voice. Hajia smiled weakly at Gravity, flattered at his loyalty.IC: Gahuari, Ga-Koro"We could go play 'House'!" The Ga-Matoran said excitedly.OOC: Ravage seems to constantly forget Gahuari has the mind of a five-year old. If this continues, It could have terrible consequences. And not for Gahuari.
OOC: Shame.IC(Tajeh): Tajeh felt a little hurt at those words. "Alright...."
IC: Hound, Ga-KoroSensing the pain in the word that Tajeh spoke, Hound paused to look up at him, sadness in his eyes. "Forgive me." He said slowly, his voice filled with geniune sadness. "With haste I spoke."OOC: Shakespeare/Yoda speak FTW.
OOC: Ravage has zero experience with children. :PIC: Ravage"What is this 'House'?"IC: Krian"I honestly don't know." Krian shrugged. "Maybe the chance to undo a few stupid things I've done, maybe a chance to stop Anthyn in time. I don't know."
OOC: Well, I doubt he'll have a good view of children if he keeps this up. XDIC: Gahuari, Ga-Koro"It's when I dress up as a daddy, and you dress up as a mommy, and we pretend to be parents!" She exclaimed excitedly. Something wasn't quite right with that sentence. "Hound and his friends don't play it with me, so I haven't got to do it in a while!" She continued, jumping up and down in excitement.
IC: RavageI can see why..."Umm... Why are you the dad?"
IC: Gahuari (Now a PC), Ga-Koro"I don't know!" She said happily as she skipped around him. "Come on!" She pleaded as began to tug on his arm.OOC: She's live in Profile Pages (Image in my sig links to mine). Bottom of the post. Also, y no post in Onu-Wahi yet? ![]()
OOC: Wait, Ravage isn't female?. . .J/K
IC: GravityMy smile remained unchanged as I heard what Hound said. Whatever happened, nothing could move me from that spot beside her.
IC:Pearl"I know what I'd want." Pearl said, a wistful grin glazing over her face. "I'd want a family again..."
IC: Ravage"Ah... Alright..." Ravage said, sort of limping along because Gahuari was holding onto one of his legs.IC: Krian"I'm sorry, Pearl."
OOC: XD Ravage's been lying about his(her?) gender this whole time.
IC: Hajia, Ga-KoroHajia smiled weakly once more, squeezing his hand softly. She seemed... tired. Even the small amount of energy she had used today seemed to drain her.IC: Gahuari, Ga-KoroGahuari literally squealed in excitement before pulling several items out of her back pack. Among them were a dress, as well as a bowler hat. She laid them on the sand, before looking over them, seemingly pondering which of the mis-matched items she would chose to difine her role, whatever it may be.Ravage, if he had any luck, would get the bowler hat. Or, if he wanted to maintain masculinity, would grab the bowler hat.
IC: RavageRavage's eyes flicked between Gahuari and the hat, as he slowly and subtly inched his paw toward it.
IC: Gahuari, Ga-KoroLuckily for Ravage, Gahuari's attention had momentairly been stolen by a flower, which she was admiring, 'House' forgotten for the moment. Time to make a move.
IC: RavageRavage's paw shot out, and deposited the hat on his feline head. With a thought, he created a crystal monocle over his right eye.
IC: Gahuari, Ga-KoroGahuari quickly turned, having noticed that the hat was not on the sand."You want to wear the hat and glasses with your dress? Okay!" She said excitedly, reaching for the dress.OOC: TROLOLOL. Actually, if you really want Ravage to keep his manliness (I would), he can create an explination for Gahuari. Or not. *evilface*
OOC: This too dang funny!IC(Tajeh): Tajeh stood up, and walked to the door. "It's fine." he said, "I'm gonna head back to the village, pick up a few supplies." That was only half-true. He was heading to the village, but he wasn't getting supplies. No, he was gonna find who shot Hajia, or at least try.
OOC: Oh, I'm going to put Ravage through karz. IC: RavageKarz. Ravage could see no way out. He had heard stories about children's sensitivity, and they seemed to be accurate. He sighed, and forced a smile. "Sure! Why not?"
OOC: And I'm saving him from it.IC: Gahuari, Ga-KoroAs Gahuari reached for the dress, a cold, calculating voice filled the air. "Gahuari..." It scolded. "You know not to do that to guests."Kirian finished with a grin as he appeared, deactivating his Huna. "But Kirian!" The Ga-Matoran began."No buts." The Ko-Toa said firmly, swipping the hat off of Ravage's head as he spoke, and laying it on the sand. "Now come, I'll give you a ride." He said in a kinder-than normal tone, lifting the Matoran off the ground, and depositing her on his back, were she latched on.Briefly grinning at Ravage, he mouthed the words: You owe me one, and then strode off towards the hut.
IC(Tajeh): It was easier to get to and from Hound's hut with the sun up, or rising as it was. The forest seemed less frightening then it did last night. Although, he was high on mushrooms last night. It didn't take long for Tajeh to get to the edge of Ga-Koro. The Marines were a bit more alert then normal. It must have been because of Ravage and his house 'visit.' Being in the village caused problem one for Tajeh. He didn't know where to start looking for Hajia's attacker. "It might be good to start at the inn where I met Hound and them." he said. He made his way to the inn, heading directly inside.
IC: RavageRavage sighed a sigh of relief, and followed behind the two. It wasn't like he had anywhere else to be. He still didn't trust Kirian, but he was a little less suspicious of him.
IC: Kirian, Ga-Koro Kirian opened his mouth, and then closed it once more. However, when a light snoring came from his back, he opened it again. Pausing, Kirian checked to make sure that Gahuari was asleep before speaking."Luckily for you, I got here in time. Have no doubt she would have carried on if I hadn't intervened." He said. "I assume you saw a display of her skills. She's been known to use those to reinforce 'playtime'." He said with a grin. "So please, stay on her good side."
IC: RavageRavage shook his head. "Can most children do that?"
IC: Kirian, Ga-Koro"No. Gahuari's a bit unique in that sense."
IC: RavageRavage shook his head. "I don't understand children. At all. Thankfully I was never one."
IC(Tajeh): The inn was the same as Tajeh remembered it. Darkish, with light streaming in from cracks in the wall. He figured if anyone saw anyone followed Hajia, it had to be the bartender. Tajeh sat in an empty stool, his head and shoulders just visible from the counter. "Wh't do you want, short-'ound?" the bartender rumbled. "Not a drink." Tajeh replied. "Did you see anyone following three beings, two Toa, one Titan, leaving this here inn?" "Ma'be." he smirked. Tajeh sighed. "What do you want?" "20 wi'gits." he said with a smile. Tajeh kept his mouth quiet as he handed him the 20 widgets. "So?" "No, I didn't see anything." he said with a belly laugh. Tajeh swore at him, and stormed out of the inn, the bartender still leaving.
IC: Kirian, Ga-Koro"It may seem hopeless to try to understand them, but after a time, you just enjoy their presence." He said, stroking Gahuari's hair as she snored."She seemed quite fond of you. You should spend some more time with her. Don't let her bully you, that's all. She understands when you have concerns." He said again, a smile growing on his face as she murmured something in her sleep. One could take him for a father, smiling over his daughter.
IC:The Slavers of AgonyBhuta smiled as he walked away from a shady stand at the far edge of the Koro. He had just earned himself twelve hundred more widgets, and all it had cost him was two of his finer slaves. The sneer represented many things, his unrelenting greed, which would never be satisfied, no matter how many Toa and Matoran he sold to a life of misery, his barbaric cruelty, which shone brighter than his gold-plated armor; a beacon of danger for any unsuspecting citizens, and his ruthlessness which was also shown by his bloodstained gold whip that hung at his side. The Gold Toa pulled out that whip, and cracked it near the remaining slaves. "Well?! What are you waiting for?" He cracked the whip again. "Bidding time's over, get a move on!" As most slaves started to trudge away, saddened and covered in despair, he noted one particular slave hanging back, as if trying to make an escape."Eleven!" The whip's sharp sting was felt by the poor Toa of Iron. "Get going!""Eleven"Eleven. A fitting name for a failure like me. I thought, flinching at master's sharp whip. I used to have a name, but no longer. Now I've been reduced to nothing more than a number, a number that could be wiped out in a thought. I started trudging towards the Agonio, what was now my home, saddened by the fact that I wasn't bought. Such an existence as mine, was truly lower than a bugs. For don't bugs get to sleep where they wish? Don't bugs live without chained hands and feet? But I had no such pleasures, I lived where my master's told me to live. I slept where my master's told me to sleep. And I did it all with chained hands and feet. I had one comfort, in the form of my fellow slaves. Some were bitter, and rightfully so. They lived just as badly, or even worse than I do. But others were my shining light, and my comfort during this trials and tribulations. When I was feeling down, they would attempt to cheer me up, and when they were down, I often attempt to cheer them up. It's really the only way to survive around here, else you loose the will to live, and fall down dead. But I digress, we have all arrived at the Agonio, and now are entering our prison, where all sorts of torture and pain awaits us.OOC:C&C would be appreciated for this post. I'm trying out a new style of writing, and want to know if it's better or worse than my previous styles. Thanks.
IC: DriniDrini marched, as well as one can march when one can barely think. Were her mind clear, Drini might remark on the irony that the very things she once prized, her agility and mind, where the very things that had been taken from her.But her mind wasn't clear, and it hadn't been since the day she was captured. Every chance she got, she rebelled a little, even though she couldn't properly appreciate it. Now, she decided, was a good time. She was about to be led into the hold. She could see 11 a little ways ahead of her.She stopped, stumbling slightly. She looked at Bhuta with a drunken smile. "Didn't get rid of me today, didja Bhuta?" Her words slurred slightly. "Looksh like yer stuck with me. Have I mentioned yer a horrible shalesman? How hard can it be to get rid of me?"Drini swayed slightly, knowing even through the fog that surrounded her mind what was coming.IC: RavageRavage nodded. "I have zero practice with children. You don't see many of them, when you grow up in the jungle, and even less when you're an assassin."
