BZPRPG: Ta-Wahi

IC-The Seer:"Perhaps my meaning was not clear enough," the Seer said quietly. "I meant that the only way to prevent the capture is to send somebody to save her." Saying this, he stood up, and pointed over to the Prince."I have seen it," he said, his voice dark and terrible. "The only way to save the poor scout is to send the Prince there...lest she be doomed to death." He then swayed, seeming to fall over, unconscious. He then groaned, looking up.He looked around the room. "Agh..what just happened?" He asked the others.

IC: Laviha"I doubt you can keep your mouth shut for even a minute." Laviha retorted. Despite having lived in poverty for so long, the Toa was surprisingly well-mannered when it came to eating. The steak filled her mouth with such succulent flavor and she was reluctant to swallow it, enjoying every second."Mmmm...but you are right, my cooking sucks. Unfortunately, working in a circus didn't teach me anything when it came down to food."OOC: No food for you

OOC: Gimme a break, Snells. I can't always be online. IC: The CannoneerIn a corner of the Court, stood a tall Vortixx. Observing the proceedings, Vearal scowled. Of course, that was her usual expression. She was always scowling. Of course, this time she was scowling because this was keeping her from her experiments. She had a new idea about explosive cannonballs, perfect for naval warfare. Explosive cargo combined with various shrapnel in a hollow cannonball. The problem was, she couldn't get it right yet. The shell on the last one was too thin.... It blew up immediately..... Maybe if I tried a thciker shell, less explosive payload...... Realizing that was spacing out, she immediately snapped back to the present. Hearing the King's last comment, she scowled deeper. "Might it be prudent, my King, to send someone out as a preventive measure? Respectfully, it might be harder to rescue the Scout once they have been captured than it might be to prevent the capture at all."IC: SongSong swayed drunkenly on her feet, and wandered off to find somewhere to sleep. Shortly, she stumbled (Quiet literally) upon Xxeth, Perkahn, and Lasinia. "Hi y'all! How ya doin'?"

IC: Gunner - Ta-KoroGunner, having grown bored of just standing around, doing nothing, decided to explore Ta-Koro a little, get a good sense of the place.It was a rather dull place, to be honest. The most exciting thing there was there, were the taverns (like most places), so he stepped into the first one he could find. The inside was pretty standard for a bar, with not a huge amount of people.One person that stood out was a dark grey Toa, with claws (Ripley). Great, more people who want to kill me...Approaching on the right, he raised his hand, calling out, "One Barraki special, easy on the venom."Turning to the Toa, he gave his best smile and said, "'Ello there. Nice night were having."-Void

OOC: My plans, foiled again...IC-Grochi:Oh, Karzahni."Oh?" Grochi said, looking up from his steak. "Well, if you can't cook, what exactly are you good for?" He asked, smiling. "I can't just have you sitting around looking pretty, you know, Raknar'd kill me." He them grinned wider."Not that I would object if you decided to do that, though," he said, hoping he wouldn't get slapped.

IC: RipleyRipley glanced sideways at the newcomer (Gunner) and smirked."Did you really just say that?" she asked. It was amusing, and slightly annoying, when people tried to make small talk. "I'm sorry. Did you want something?" she asked, tapping her claws on the bar.

IC: Gunner Gunner returned the smirk, taking a sip of the Barraki's special the bartender had just given him. Suddenly, his face contorted, and he spat the liquid out, before dumping the rest of the contents of the glass on the floor."What I want, is a barkeep who can make a Barraki's special, but I see that's not going to happen!" he said, making sure that the tender could hear him.Restoring his professional manner, he looked back at Ripley, "But anyway, that's not important. What is, is that you look like a Toa who likes adventure..."-Void

IC: LavihaIf she didn't know Grochi, a slap would have probably been in order and the Toa would have a red hand mark on his face. Instead, Laviha merely stopped and raised her eyes, giving the Toa of plasma a frightening glare before resuming eating."Lets see, what am I good for? Oh, I know: healing a cripple, being a good doctor, thief, assassin and a bunch of other stuff."Using her Mahiki, Laviha shapeshifted into the crippled version of Grochi and began mock-imitating him."I'm Grochi and y'know what I'm good for? Yelling at people, complaining and sitting in a chair. Lets not forget about the part where I creep up on all the pretty girls too."

IC-Grochi:Grochi smiled at Laviha. "Don't forget the part where I destroy a Po-Koro guard fortress, carry a Turaga off to the ship, and manage to steal your knives," he said to her. "I'm good for a bit more than you might think, Laviha."He then finished off his steak, sitting back and sipping his Bula Juice. "Please, go on with the impressions," he said to Lav. "They're actually rather funny. Do you think you could do a Raknar?" He asked.

IC: RipleyRIpley shrugged."I've been known to enjoy a good adventure. I've got time off, if you've got any ideas." she said. Then she looked at the wet bar."On another note, my boss Marda owns a bar in Po-Wahi, the Dal Riata. She's the best bartender on the island, I've been told." she said.

IC: Laviha"Doubt it. I haven't seen enough of the guy to actually imitate him properly but you know what would be funny? Trolling the crew Messing with the crew, especially Song." Laviha suggested. Risky but it could prove to be ridiculously amusing; she just couldn't get caught by the captain himself.

IC-Grochi:Grochi laughed at the now back-to-normal Laviha. "Yes, Lav," he said, "That would be a good idea." He then grinned at her again."Be careful, though," he warned. "Be too awesome and I might have to kiss you."

OOC: TX, I would laugh so hard. This could prove amusing.....IC: The CannoneerVearal stared at the Seer. She had never quite bought into his 'abilities', but she couldn't deny he was right more often than wrong. "If what the Seer says is true, it might be best to send someone, sire."

OOC: Kal, I'm gonna make Grochi work to get Laviha Krayzikk, trolololol. IC: Laviha"Yeah, no, not gonna happen." she said, not exactly enthusiastic about the thought. Nice as Grochi was, he wasn't exactly her type at the moment and he was too ragged-looking at the moment."Want to go troll fool Song now?" she asked, finishing her meal.

OOC: Sorry, I'm just impatient.

IC: Lasinia"They are," said Lasinia cheerfully. "I don't really hate him. He's just an old guy we're supposed to make money off."

IC: The CannoneerThe Cannoneer bowed deeply. "Aye, I will keep him safe, my king." She straightened. "May I take my leave to prepare, sire?"IC: SongSong grinned drunkenly. "Cool. Your Xxexal, right?" She turned to Lasinia. "And what the karz is your name?"

IC-Grochi:"If you want to, of course," Grochi said, standing up. He left a generous tip for the waitress and the chef, then headed out the door with Laviha. He then turned, walking a completely different way from the ship.

IC: Lasinia"I think it's Lasinia."

IC: LavihaAs Laviha was making her way to the ship, she noted that Grochi was marching in a completely different way."Uh Grochi, the ship's that way." she said, pointing in the Infernavika's direction.

IC: SongSong squinted at Lasinia. "Ya think? Ya think? Ya mean ya don't flurgin' know?"

IC: Lasinia"I have a tablet here that says my name is Lasinia, but I lost some of my memory when I crashed into the island."

IC-Grochi:"Who said I want to go straight to the ship?" Grochi said, smiling. "Just follow me, I swear nothing will hurt you." Saying this, he marched out of the Koro, walking towards the direction of the Mangai volcano.

IC: Song"You too? Geez, nobody can remember anything anymore! Ya would think this is some kind of story and amnesia is supposed to be a plot point!" Song commented, managing to be both drunk and sarcastic. "Well, I'm Song and I know I'm Song!"

IC: Lasinia"I know. Selective amnesia is very common these days. I can't remember where I come from, but I do know that I'm approximately three hundred years old, my name is Lasinia and that I'm good at tinkering with stuff."

IC: Laviha"Whatever you say..." Laviha switched her path from the ship and began following Grochi towards the Mangai Volcano. Why he was leading her there, she had no clue but the Toa stood alert just in case. Get to know someone, treat them well and then stab them in the back was one of the best ways to kill people; Laviha just couldn't come up with a reason for why Grochi would want to kill her.

IC: Song"Yeah, well, I know I am, or was, a teacher, my name is Song, I can beat people up, and I know I'm two hundred and eighty." Song squinted at Xxeth. "Yo, Xxexal. What do you know? Do you know me than me and Lasinia here?"

IC-Grochi:As they were walking, Grochi looked up and saw his house. He sighed happily-no Muaka had attacked him this time. As they came near, however, Grochi jumped behind Laviha before she noticed the house-she'd been looking around, making sure nothing would attack them.He blindfolded her, and rushed her forwards. Once he got to his house, in about 15 seconds, he opened the door and shoved Laviha in. He sat her down in a chair, and quickly tied her down. He was quick when he needed to be.He then hit a small switch, turning on a single light as he was grinning wolfishly down at Laviha. "You were a fool for following me here," he growled. "Now welcome...to my house!" He flipped on the main light switche in the house, showing a remarkably clean Victorian-style interior. He quickly burned the ropes off of Laviha, letting her get up and move around.

"Of course. You two leave as soon as you are ready." "Yes father." The Prince gave a quick bow, and left the court room. The two guards said stood attention yet again the moment he walked past them, stopping whatever tomfoolery they were usually up to. The King turned to The Seer, "Keep an eye on all of them if you can...tell me the moment anything worth mentioning happens."IC: Xxeth - Below deck on the Infernavika -"My name is Xxeth...actually." he stated, eyebrows raised. "I was born on this island, so yes, I know everything there is to know about me. I'm around one hundred and seventy, and I've been basically a delinquent most of my life, until I got banished from Le-koro by that baka Matau and my brother...then I became a assassin for hire. I got bored of that...and decided to become a pirate..."

IC: Lasinia"Yay for unpronounceable names? So do we say Ecks-Eff or Sssseth?"

IC: The CannoneerVearal bowed once more, and swiftly exited the court. She paused only long enough to grab some rations and her ammunition, before joining the Prince outside. As she passed, she scowled at the Guards 1 and 2. They weren't her favorite people.IC: SongSong squinted at Xxeth again. "So lemme get this straight, Xxexal. You used to sneak around like a brakas, and kill people who couldn't see you coming. Now you're a pirate? I can't see the career compatibility. Everyone knows assassins are cowards."OOC: Trolololol.

IC: LavihaUnder normal circumstances, Laviha would have thoroughly enjoyed the house however, being blindfolded and rushed into the house so suddenly alarmed her and put her on edge, prepared to stab someone on instinct."Do something like that again and I'll kill you." she said, still on guard and obviously not amused. Reluctantly, she stood up and looked around, never letting Grochi out of her sight; something rather hard considering he could teleport behind her back with ease."Why am I here...?"

IC-Grochi:"Because, this place is much better than the old ship. That, and I needed to grab some things anyways." He looked at Laviha, who was still angry with him."Oh, lighten up," he told her. "I wouldn't kill you even if it meant my own death." He then stopped what he was doing, looking at a blank space on the wall. I wouldn't kill you even if it meant my own death....What did I just say?He shook his head, and continued along. He grabbed a couple glasses and a type of carbonated-water drink he'd found in Ga-Koro. They flavored it with extracts and sugar-it was rather good. They called it something along the lines of "Kola" or something like that.He poured a couple of glasses, handing one over to Laviha. Taking a sip, he decided to ask her, "So, how do you like my house?"

IC: LavihaWhile Grochi was gone fetching drinks, Laviha was busy examining the beautiful house and pondering on the words Grochi had spoken to her. They were relieving and seemed to put her less on edge but they also were...sweet, charming dare she thought.Who would think he'd have a soft side?The Toa of magnetism snapped back to reality not much later upon Grochi returning with carbonated drinks: she loved carbonated drinks. Taking a glass, she sipped the drink and enjoyed its fizz. Yet another thing she didn't enjoy too often."Your house? Too tacky, not for me...just kidding. Grochi, if there's one thing you should know about girls, which you probably do, is that they love a great ambiance. That and living on the streets isn't much betetr." she said, cracking a smile.

IC-Grochi:"That certainly is true, but living on the streets must have been more fun," Grochi said, smiling as he sipped at his drink. Meanwhile, he was still thinking.She likes your house. Grochi, you're lucky. She must not have noticed what you said earlier."So, you think this place is better than the ship?" He asked Laviha.

IC: Raknar (Infernavika, Ta-Koro)Raknar, meanwhile, wasn't feeling too well: the sudden stress of having Ath on the ship, coupled with his thoughts on what to do with the Turaga and the amount of alcohol he had consumed, had started to make him feel sick."I should probably go and lay down for a bit," he said. "Wake me when we get there."He walked towards his cabin.-Teezy

IC: Laviha"Nice as it is, I think the ship's going to be my new home from now on and well, y'know what they say: nothing beats home or something like that. I don't think I would also enjoy staying in one place for too long since I'm more used to travelling and all."

IC-Grochi:Grochi nodded at Laviha's words. "I know how you feel," he said to her. "I generally prefer travel over sedentary living these days, too." He looked thoughtfully around the house, and sighed."You know, seeing as I've been traveling a lot lately-and a lot more travel appears to be in my future-I keep thinking I should sell this place...I just can't bring myself to do it." He snorted."Too many good memories with this place, it seems." He then smiled again, looking over at Laviha. "It seems like I've made another to go along with the ones already associated with this place."

IC: LavihaLaviha's response to Grochi was slight blushing and a silence where seconds seemed to become minutes. Surely Grochi wasn't falling for her? A random stray picked off the road who was about to steal from the crew?Calm down Laviha...Letting out a light breath, the Toa of magnetism pulled herself back together and decided to break the silence."Hey, if this place has brought you happiness over the years, there's no reason as to why it wouldn't in the future. Plus, it's nice to know you always have a home to come back to if something ever happens to the crew."

IC-Grochi:"I certainly agree with that," Grochi said, acting as though he didn't notice the blush on Lav's cheeks. However, his mind was running on full overdrive.She blushed! Does that mean she likes me? ...No, she can't like you, a thin former cripple who just randomly got forced into work.He managed to stay composed, however. "So, Laviha, I've got a guest room here. I'm fairly certain I overhead Raknar saying we weren't leaving for a little while. Would you like to stay the night?" He asked. The sun was starting to set outside.
