IC: FlyssaIt felt like hours, but it couldn't have been more than fifteen minutes, but a poster on one of the support pillars caught Flyssa's eye. She chuckled to herself because it was a poster of the band she had come looking for. It said that she'd missed their preformance by two days. They had preformed on a beach around Naho Bay at dusk, and then had moved on to another Koro. Shrugging in mild disappointment, Flyssa thanked the shop-keeper Matoran and headed for the door. She wanted to see Naho Bay, since she'd never been. A ribbon of notes from a stringed instrument stopped her, and she remembered Esao. She turned to see him plucking at a large stringed seashell. "Hey, are you familiar with Naho Bay, by chance?"
IC: Esao (Market, Ga-Koro)"Uh, yeah, actually, I live there," he said, distracted momentarily. "Why do you ask?"-Teezy
IC-Raxa:Raxa just grunted in response to Ravage, as the two continued walking along. Glancing at the shops around him, Raxa quickly noticed a music store."One moment," he said to Ravage, quickly stepping into the building, wiping his feet before he treaded watermarks and mud everywhere. He looked around quickly, finding just what he was looking for-a nice, well-made upright bass. He checked the tag on it-somewhere close to three-thousand widgets."Well...that's pricey," he said, pulling out his coin-purse. He had just enough. Looking up to the sky, he pursed his hands together, mouthing "Thank you Nex" before running quickly up to the store owner, handing him the money and running back to the instrument.
IC: Flyssa"I'm in the mood for a bit of sightseeing, actually," Flyssa replied. "Not to tear you away from your music, of course." The Toa of Lightning headed for the exit again, but idly, stopping to examine a small set of percussion instruments that she couldn't actually name.
IC: Ravage"What is that for?" Ravage asked, eyeing the instrument warily.
IC: Esao (Market, Ga-Koro)"No, no, no, it's okay," he said with a smile, tossing a handful of widgets (somewhere around 1,500, but who was really counting?) onto the table in front of the manager and putting the stringed instrument reverently in his bag. "I'll gladly take you to Naho."-Teezy
OOC: I'm gonna do it. Also;AN IMPORTANT STATUS UPDATE HAD BEEN POSTED ON MY PROFILE. Important enough that I could use caps. And size enhancement.IC: Tirus, Ga-KoroTirus walked through Ga-Koro, lugging several sacks of... something across his shoulder. He spotted Tajeh."Eh! Taje-something!" Tirus yelled, sounding irratible.
IC: Flyssa"Karz, I don't know how to thank you. I mean, I run over you, and you offer to be my personal tour guide," Flyssa followed him out into the Ga-Koro street. "So, which way now?" Ha, I really am quite the tourist.
OOC: Mild bunnying of Onuzek ahead. :PIC, Agzinel: Agzinel and Onuzek walked the streets of Ga-Koro, searching for their missing friends. "Tillian! Skyra! Emotia! Where are you guys?!" Agzinel called out. There was no sign of the group so far.OOC: Feel free to interact, if you want. A Titan Toa of Gravity and a normal-sized Toa of Gravity definitely stand out. XD
IC: Esao (Market, Ga-Koro)"Oh, you don't have to thank me," he said with a smile. "It was my fault, and Ga-Koro's the kind of place that's meant to be sightseen. Just take a right here and we'll be on the path down to the Bay."The two began the trek further into Ga-Wahi.-Teezy
IC: When Pukena slowly regained consciousness, she found herself in a dark cell with two other beings. Her head was fuzzy, and the hand where she had touched the toa of lightning was still twitching occasionally. "What's going on here?" she asked nobody in particular. "Where am I"IC:BhutaBhuta sneered at the unconscious body. All too easy. He thought smugly to himself as he pulled out his vial, and force fed Pukena the mind diluting drug. He then proceeded to pick up the lady and toss her in with Drini and Eleven. "Enjoy your new roommate. This one be out of your hair long enough, as long as she doesn't show the bidders too much attitude."
IC: DriniDrini looked at Pekuna. "Hey, welcome to the slaving ship. You'll probably be out of here quick, so don't get comfortable."
IC: FlindA new voice? Drini talking to a stranger? From what I've just heard, I'm guessing ol' cappy of the ship's reeled another fish in. Poor sucker, wonder what happened for her to end up here."Welcome to the ship of Karzahni, my dear. Here, you'll find poorly fed people chained to the walls with many unhygienic properties, including what might be a pile of vomit, pee or dung you might be sitting on."
IC "Slave ship?!" Pukena asked incredulously, having cought on to what had happened. "Why that good-for-nothing liar! I get offered a ride and then enslaved?" Then a second voice spoke, coming from what appeared to be another cell. As quick as she could without hitting her head on the ceiling, she got up to check the floor she had been lying on. It wasn't clean by any stretch of the imagination, but thankfully it was free of the things that had been mentioned. "Yeah, I'll be getting out real soon" she decided. Breaking out if I have to".
IC(Tajeh): Tajeh turned to whoever called his name, or half his name. "Yes?" he asked, not sure who called him.
IC: Flyssa"So, does anything interesting happen around here?" Flyssa wanted to know. She lived in Po-Koro, and while her life there was good, she was looking to relocate, preferrably somewhere more musical, naturally. Realizing the vagueness of her initial question, she rephrased, "I mean, what's the community like?"
IC: Esao (Ga-Wahi)"Musical," he said immediately. "Really friendly, peaceful, nice climate, plenty of background music..."He grinned a bit as he looked up at the sky."Nowhere quite like it in the world."-Teezy
IC: Toranmat pulled it out. "Urgh." He dropped it. "All right then." Toranmat walked back into the base. "Mission complete!""How long was the sentence?""Well...a friend came in and negotiated. Three weeks, and one week for an accomplice.""WHAT?! THAT'S SO RIDICULOUSLY SHO--""THEN, UH, PAROLE!"The officer gave him a dirty look and pulled out some widgets. "Here. 100 widgets, take it and go." "Right...." Toranmat took it and went to Treize. "You're up."
IC: [Treize]"I already got us a mission while you were busy," replied the Captain. "Supposedly we're off to Po-Koro while the entire guard forces of the village come here for a wedding."
IC: "Lucky us. I don't want to get caught up in a wedding I know nothing about. What are we gonna do there?"
IC: [Treize]"Protect the village from stuff. You know, the usual."
IC: "Do we set sail, then?" Toranmat started to walk towards the ship. This navy thing was getting easier, aside from being tossed into the ocean by a slightly oversized Toa.
IC: [Treize]"Sure."
IC: Toranmat walked over to the Fortune and got aboard.
IC: [Treize]Treize jumped aboard as well. "Let's go."
IC: Toranmat got the ship moving. "All right! New adventure!"OOC: LOL.
IC: [Treize]"Let's set sail then."
IC: And so he did. "All right...hey, how fast can this thing go?"
IC: [Treize]"Dunno."
IC: "Eh. Whatever."OOC: Permission to move to Po-Wahi? This is rather uneventful.
OOC: Permission granted.IC: [Treize]"Let's go."
OOC: Fortune and crew to Po-Wahi.IC: "Sailing on..."
IC: Drini"You won't manage it." Drini piped up. "No one has escaped yet, and believe me, I've tried."
IC: "Although," Shade mentioned, "Eddy has given me some helpful tips on how to try. Name's Shade. Try escaping without a weapon or some combat skills, though, and you'll get one big whooping. I'm also number 40, apparently. Those slavers apparently don't like me," he sadiciously grinned. "Anyway, until I escape, life goes on. Oh, and Eddy, would you please shut it? Your antics are getting annoying. Trust me, you haven't even seen annoyed from me yet."-Bane
OOC: :PSo, I'mma back for a few hours... This is where I think I got left off... Correct me if I'm wrong, though.IC: GravityI continued to stare into her eyes, ignoring everything else going on."Atleast its getting better," I commented quietly.IC: OnuzekThe gigantic Toa of Gravity walked behind Agzinel through Ga-Koro. He had to use a bit of his power to make himself lighter, as to not fall through the lily-pad platforms. From his height of 3 meters, it was easy for him to see over the crowd. "Ryllia! Tillian! Skyra!" he called a few times, before deciding to just look for them instead of calling their names.
IC:Bhuta"Thrak! We're moving out!" Bhuta called. "We're heading for Po-Koro! So, while we head there, go down and deliver the slaves their drug samples. Some of them aren't eating, so just inject it into their bodies."
OOC: BTW, I almost have my slave's profile done.
IC: ThrakThe Toa of Plantlife nodded, and walked below deck. He first went into the hold on the right, the one holding the males, and stood in the doorway.Less then a second later, thorns sprang out from the floorboards, each one injecting the drug directly into the beings. Those that tried to avoid them would soon find themselves held up by vines while Thrak personally injected them.He then did the same for the female hold.
IC: Drini"Well, bye guys. Drugged Drini's gonna take over now..." Drini said as she felt the injection. "Jusht great. My mind ish muddled yet again. I shtill haven't built up a tolerance..."
IC-Edubard:Edubard, meanwhile, was snoring, still hanging from the pole he had been swinging on earlier. He thought he heard number Forty speaking to him, but he wasn't sure...so he decided not to wake up.Somehow.
OOC: somebody get this ship moving to Le-Wahi alreadyIC: (The Infernavika)Perkahn, in a habit typical of his, procured a bottle of mead from Karz knows where, and, leaning over the ship's broadside in a manner also typical of his, started to drink. As previous events had shown, his constitution was insane; therefore, he didn't worry too much about what might happen if he was drunk, because he wasn't too sure that could happen from a single bottle of mead.OOC: and suddenly some sea monster or something attacks
