BZPRPG: Ta-Wahi

IC: After hours of searching for conscripts, Mantoxis was exhausted and disappointed. He slumped against a wall, finally coming to terms with the lack of help in Ta-koro. "The matoran have lost their unity in the face of Makuta's threat. If our island has lost it's unity, what do we have left?" Dejected, he recovered his gukko, then flew off into the sunset, in the direction of Ga-koroOOC: Mantoxis to Ga-Wahi.

OOC: Nice TV Tropes reference, by the way, Nebula. I forgot to mention it before.IC: Tawara, Ta-Ga Border"Yeah... it looks like the Matoran is leaving. But Iris is still in control, judging by the eyes."OOC: Am I supposed to put "Filler post is filler" here?

IC-Corik:Corik saw Naona leave her room, and waved at her vigorously. He put his finger to his lips, the universal "be quiet" sign."Listen," he whispered to her once she came over, and put his ear back to the door.

OOC: Be forewarned, I'm experimenting with color the next few posts.IC: IrisIris could sense Tawara and Gyren. His head swiveled to stare toward their position, a maniacal grin on his face. "Peekaboo. I see you." He shot a burst of lightning toward their location.****In Jikal's Mind****Jikal could only watch in horror as Iris started attacking his friends. "Iris, you piraka! Stop this madness! They've done nothing to you!"As Jikal watched, the landscape of his mind shifted, becoming a mirror image of the beach upon which they stood. Jikal looked on, as a dark figure materialized in front of him. It was more thing than Toa, a being of the shadows. It's piercing red eyes glinted above a fanged grin. "Oh but Jikal, I want to have some fun!""This isn't fun, you monster!"The creature known as Iris grinned. "Oh, but it is! It's been too long since I killed!"***************************

OOC: Pretty soon, we'll have more filler than an anime .IC: Gyren continued to watch them like a hawk. "I guess we just wait for Jikal to take back control. Iris will probably leave as soon as that Matoran does. Suddenly, the world exploded around him as the lightning smashed into the tree. The young Toa fell backwards off the tree, before cushioning the fall by nullifying the gravity around him a split second before impact. His lenses had slipped off his mask landed a few feet from him and shattered. Gyren lost his smile, and began running away from Iris' general direction.OOC: I suppose this what I get for watching Asura pummel stuff to death. Dat Rage.

IC: Gykehl"I find all of this to be very... Strange," the Toa of Sonics said.He had followed Corik to the rooms upstairs.

OOC: Um, Nebula? You do realize that Iris fired lightning at Tawara and Gyren, right? You might want to edit.IC: Tawara, Ta-Ga BorderTawara dropped from her branch, falling bruised but unharmed on the forest floor. She picked herself up and began running as quickly as she could with her swollen ankle. The blast of lightning crackled through the spot where her head had been, and struck the tree instead. Fire began to spread over the plant's surface.

IC: IrisIris' Mark glowed, as he absorbed the cruelty, and gave chase. His enhanced strength ensured he quickly gained ground on the now-weakened Gyren and the small Tawara. He cackled maniacally. He could still sense them. He perfectly imitated Jikal's voice "Oh Tawara, don't you want to play? It's me, Jikal!"With a lunge, he erupted from the bushes, and landed right behind the fleeing Tawara. He looked like a monster straight from a Matoran's worst nightmare, with his eyes and Mark glowing green and a savage grin on his face. "Hi there!"*******Jikal's Mind*******"Why?! Why must you kill people?!" Jikal shouted, angrily. Iris cocked his head. "Why? Because it's fun!" His eyes glinted with madness. "They all deserve it, after what they did to me! They killed me, you know! So I'll kill them! But first, they will know that their blood lies on their hands!"Jikal's eyes went wide, as he beheld Iris' madness. "You.... Your insane." His eyes narrowed to slits. "You'll kill them just because someone, somewhere killed you.""Of course!"Jikal felt anger rush through his system. He held out his hands, and a broadsword appeared in each. "No. Not anymore. You won't hurt another innocent soul!" Jikal lunged forward, and swung both blades as if they weighed only as much as a stick. Iris formed a blade out of shadow, and parried the blow. The beast grinned. "You can't win, Jikal!"**************************

OOC: Hey, TD, looks who's back!IC, Agzinel: Agzinel walked through the streets of Ta-Koro. It had taken him a while, because somebody had left the bridge to the village lowered, so he had to waste some of his elemental power floating over the hot lava. It was rather annoying, to say the least. He followed the pulse of Affection through the streets, eventually following it to the Lavapool Inn. He looked up at it. Maybe I'll find my friends soon, he thought to himself. He remembered that Tillian had gone off to Ta-Koro to save the Turaga, but Agzinel had lost them... Agzinel walked inside and sat down at the bar. He ordered some Bula Wine. He waited patiently for the bartender to bring it to him...

OOC: Fowadi crew from Ga-WahiIC: DekalDekal was glad to see that they had finally arrived somewhere, even if it wasn't Po-Koro. Laid-back as he was, the Toa of sonics was never one to stay in one spot for too long, a trait strengthened by his employment."Captain, we landing or are we sailing straight past?"

IC: Iris"Oh Gyren! Are you just going to leave her to die?" Iris shouted out, madness gleaming in his green eyes.

IC: Dehkaz"Strait past," he said, and despite Gravity's lack of knowlage of Mata-Nui's geography, they made it to Po-Wahi without problem.OOC: Fowadi to Po-Wahi.

IC:CrunCrun sighed. Nobody had given him a boat. So he quickly bought a row boat, and started rowing towards Po-Koro.OOC:Crun the Chef to Po-Wahi.

IC: Tawara, Ta-Ga BorderTawara, startled, stumbled and fell when the Toa landed in front of her. As adrenaline began to rush through her body, she seized upon the first solution that struck her. The Matoran snatched an arrow from her quiver and drove it toward Iris' side, aiming for one of the slivers of soft tissue not covered by the armor on his trunk.

IC: IrisIris twisted, but the arrow struck home. Iris looked at it a second, then back at Tawara with psychotic grin on his face. "Thank for the cruelty, Tawara!" He pulled the arrow out, and snapped it. He cackled. "Are you ready to die?" He gave an insane smile. "Jikal is begging me not to kill you. I'll enjoy hearing you both scream!"***********Jikal's Mind*************"You bugger!" Jikal swung both swords in a massive x. "I won't let you kill her! Or anyone else!"Iris laughed, as he deflected the blows with ease. At the same time as the arrow struck, Iris grew in size, now towering over Jikal. He swung his blade, and cleaved straight through both of Jikal's and sent the Toa flying. That was when Jikal realized. "My Mark..... I can't use it here......."**********************

IC: Tawara, Ta-Ga Border"Oh. Right. Cruelty." The Matoran of Lightning paled. Yet again, it seemed that she couldn't run.Tawara looked up at Iris, and a chill ran down her spine at the sight of those eyes, sickly green and monstrous. Those eyes... Suddenly, she had an idea. A ridiculous, suicidal idea, but an idea nonetheless, and there were precious little alternatives at the moment.The armor plate bearing the Mark wasn't too large. Tawara leapt up and tackled Iris, digging her fingers under the plate.OOC: I hope this works.

OOC: I can say that won't, due to the Mark's properties. (As explained by their creator, MicroSnipe) But Tawara seems to have forgotten the weakness she does know: After all, the opposite of a Mark weakens the Mark. And Tawara could probably hear Jikal's opposite when he explained it to Ishi.IC: IrisIris grinned, as he pried Tawara off and tossed her to the ground. He made sure, however, the impact would do little more tan cause pain. "Oh, it's not that easy." He grinned. "And you won't die yet. I'm going to make it slow, and painful."***********Jikal's Mind***********Furious, Jikal summoned another two blades, again Iris beat him back. Iris aimed his blade at Jikal, and extended it's length, impaling Jikal through the stomach. Jikal gasped. "Why can't I beat you, karzit? Why?!"

OOC: Alas, this post should have come much sooner. My laziness knows no bounds.IC: Kitsune & Raion, Ta / Ga BorderKitsune rushed foward as Tawara tackled Iris, focusing, preparing to attack with her gravity abilites.Raion, on the otherhand, charged foward, sword in hand, and his mask making him 15 feet tall. He growled as he slammed his flat hand into his sword-handle-holding fist, creating a physical motion to channel his elemental energy through. The earth around him began to quiver, ready to attack and defend. Choosing to attack, Raion attempted to use his powers to make Iris's feet -and perhaps even part of his legs- sink into the ground by making the soil extremely-quick-sand-like.

IC: Gyren ran over to Iris, noticing that he was preoccupied by Tawara. His scalpel slid out from a sleeve and onto his hand as he carefully scanned Iris's body. Based on research, the Toa attempted to cut into a vein on Iris' back. The cut would not kill him, but the resulting blood loss could possibly incapacitate him. He swung, hoping his blade made its mark.

OOC: I didn't really expect it to. Do you mean that kindness weakens the Mark? I thought it didn't make a difference. Then again, Tawara doesn't know, and I probably shouldn't know anything that none of my characters do (and Tawara is my only character at present, obviously). Also, Darkon, you wrote "Kitsune rushed forward as Kitsune tackled Iris."IC: Tawara, Ta-Ga Border"Karz." I guess that wasn't such a good plan after all. "What the--?" exclaimed Tawara as the earth began to swallow Iris up, then realized that Raion must be using his element.

OOC: I will laugh if one of these guys manages to be genre-savvy enough to exploit Iris' known weakness. If anyone, my bet is on Kitsune. Oh, and Alaka? Tawara might know by listening to Iris' conversation with Ishi.IC: IrisBut Gyren didn't count on one thing: Iris' electric senses. He saw Gyren coming a mile away. Even as Kitsune tackled him, he slammed his arm into Gyren's chest, and with his strength Gyren would most likely go flying. The instant he hit the ground, Iris grabbed Kitsune and flung her toward a tree. He could feel his feet sinking, and he used his arms to launch himself back an out of the 'quicksand'. He stood, grinning. "Anyone else want to try anything? Or shall I just kill you all know?"***********Jikal's Mind***********Jikal watched Kitsune go flying, and became enraged. Kitsune was the first person to be kind to him since gaining his Mark, the first person not to treat him like a monster. He looked at Iris, and he literally growled. "Let's get dangerous."He grabbed, and snapped the shadow blade, leaving the fragment embedded in his stomach. Ignoring the pain, he marched forward, launching lightning bolt after lightning bolt at Iris.*********************

OOC: I thought Tawara was too far away to hear more than snippets of their conversation.Tawara ran a safe distance from the fight before nocking an arrow and shouting, "How can we restrain him?!"

IC, Verdi: Verdi listened. The cannon sounds soon stopped. "What was that all about?" he wondered out loud.

IC: Emarosa (Lavapool Inn, Ta-Koro)Emarosa walked into the inn timidly, somewhat afraid that somebody would try and grab her and sell her to another slave colony. Force of habit..."Um, hi,"the attractive young Toa of Lightning said, giving a weak smile at the manager. "I'd...I'd like to apply for a job."-Teezy

OOC: Thanks for pointing that out Toa Alaka. Anyway, this might be last post for tonight.IC: Raion & Kitsune, Ta-KoroKitsune crashed into the tree, and the breath shot out of her lungs like a bullet. She fell to the ground, trying desperately to breathe. A low growl came from behind Iris. "You want to see crazy, hotshot?" Raion said through clenched teeth. The earth around him was swirling and forming tendrils and arms around him. "If you want to see crazy, you hurt my sister, which you just did." He said calmly as he swung his blade in circles."Breathe your last, madman. With that attack, your fate has been sealed." He said as he used his earth powers to make the earth between him and Jikal erupt in a massive wave, which crashed into the Toa of Lightning.

IC: Gyren landed a few feet away from Iris. He wheezed, realizing his ribs were broken. The young Toa pointed to the Mark on Jikal before passing out from the internal bleeding. In Gyren's mind, the source of power would probably be their weakness as well so stabbing him in the mark would probably hit for massive damage.OOC: Giant Enemy Crab Mark Bearer

IC: Emarosa (Lavapool Inn, Ta-Koro)Ten minutes later, Emarosa was at the bar serving drinks. She looked and saw that a Toa of Gravity had ordered a Bula wine. Cracking a bottle, she poured a glass expertly and slid it over to him.OOC: Emarosa open for interaction. This is my first time RPing a female char, so it should be...interesting.-Teezy

OOC: Ya know what, since she gave him his drink, now they're gonna have a chat! :evilgrin:IC, Agzinel: Agzinel smiled at the Toa of Lightning who had given him his drink. "Thanks," he said. "Are you new here?" he asked.

IC: IrisIris ground his feet into the ground, and braced for impact. He was barely ready. The earth plowed into him like a tank, forcing him back across the ground. When the dust settled, Iris shoved his way out of the dirt he had been partially buried in. "That the best you can do?" Iris cackled, despite the pain. "Now let me show you mine!"Iris let out a burst of lighting at Raion. The Toa was insane, disregarding the pain his (Rather Jikal's) body screamed for him to acknowledge.******Jikal's Mind******Jikal grinned as the lightning struck home. Iris staggered back, despite his massive size. Jikal summoned two massive broadswords, both the same size of his body. He swung the blades, slicing into Iris' arms. "Ho-How? How can you do this?!"Jikal grinned. "You only won because I believed I couldn't win. This, no matter what, is still my mind! I can do whatever I want!"

IC: Emarosa (Lavapool Inn, Ta-Koro)"Ummm...yeah, I guess you could say that," said Emarosa perkily. "My best friend and I actually lived in Le-Koro together for as long as I can remember."The words drove a spike through her heart even as she said them. What is Angelus doing now...?-Teezy

IC, Agzinel: "I see. Hi, I'm Agzinel," he said, introducing himself. "And you came here to get a job?"

IC: Raion, Ta / Ga BorderRaion roared as the lightning bolt slammed into him, but he never stopped in his rage. Berserker would certianly be the word to describe him as he charged at Iris, swigning expertly, his strength increased by his size. As he swung, the earth around and under Iris attempted to disrupt his balance and concentration by rising into the air in fists and slamming into him.OOC: XD At the fact I'm listening to "Little Lion Man" and writing a post about a character named Lion.

IC: Emarosa (Lavapool Inn, Ta-Koro)"Yeah," she said. "I always wanted to be a bartender, and I figured this'd be a nice place to work. Angelus always had good things to say about it..."-Teezy

IC, Agzinel: Agzinel's eyes widened. "Wait- Angelus... Radke? I saw him- from a distance, at least- when I was in Ga-Wahi with my friends. My friend Tillian "bumped" into him, and Angelus gave him something called a Charm of Purity. Then we had to save him and his friend from other Mark Bearers- evil ones, at that."

IC: Emarosa (Lavapool Inn, Ta-Koro)Emarosa's eyes snapped towards Agzinel, who was now holding her full attention."You-" she started, trying not to cry. "You...saw Angelus? Is he...okay?"OOC: Don't forget: Krayn saw Angelus getting stabbed and reported his injury. As of right now, he's missing, assumed dead, and the mission is considered only a partial success.-Teezy

OOC: Imma on a roll with these new characters. IC: Lii (Lavapool Inn)The Toa of Heat sat at a table by herself. No one seemed to want to get near the Toa with two wicked sharp swords strapped to her back. Lii was also a bit high on a giant cup of Madu Fizz. she held in her blue armored hand (She wasn't quite old enough to drink.).Over hearing two beings near here talk about friends and marks and bartending she interrupted, "Hi-I'm-Lii-what-marks-are-you-talking-about-they-sound-kewl-and-why-did-you-have-to-rescue-people-from-evil-people-with-them?"Yeah.... She might have had a bit too much caffine.

IC: IrisIris drew his broadsword and deflected Raion's attack in one fluid motion. He jumped back a step, landing next to Kitsune. He pointed the point at Kitsune's throat. he cocked his head and grinned at Raion. "Does this make you angry, little kitten? Does it make you made that I could kill her by twitching my wrist?" He looked down at Kitsune, and his eyes glowed with glee.********Jikal's Mind*********In the landscape of his mind, Jikal battled desperately for control. Iris grinned. "So you worked it out. Clever Toa. But you know what?" he conjured and fired dozens of blades in midair. "This is my mind too!"Angrily, Jikal destroyed all the blades with a blast of chain-lightning. He fired a blast at Iris, who screamed in pain. This one move gave Jikal a moment of control.****************On the outside, a shadow of Jikal's personality glimmered in Iris' green eyes. Fighting, he managed to gasp out one word. "...Com...Passion....."And then Iris returned to control.

IC: Emotia - Lavapool Inn -Emotia kissed Tillian long and hard on the lips. Then she looked at the ring, still in the box. OOC: Hint: This is the part where you put it on her finger.

IC: Tillian (Lavapool Inn, Ta-Koro)Tillian removed the ring from the box, sliding it onto her finger effortlessly. He drew a second ring from his pocket and slid it on his own pocket."I guess now you're stuck with me," said the young Toa of Gravity with a smirk.-Teezy

IC: Emotia - Lavapool Inn -"And I guess you're stuck with me, even better." She teased, and then began to give him a passionate kiss on the lips.
