IC: Tillian (City Square, Ta-Koro)"Yeah," said Tillian, pushing himself off the wall and walking towards the bombed out building with vengeful blue fire in his eyes. "I know we will."IC: Pollux (Magma Lounge, Ta-Koro)Pollux could tell that Emotia didn't believe him and he smiled sadly."You're not my enemy, Emotia. My employers and I have no quarrel with you."-Teezy

IC: The DogYes, yes, this is the one! Ishi stopped playing and disjointed the beautiful flute. Quickly, Ishi took out his normal metal flute, noting the scrapes and bruises from all his adventures, and sighed. I'll miss you, old buddy. Then, without much remorse, he placed his flute on the stand and put the alto flute into the folds of his coat where his old flute once lived. The trade complete, Ishi picked up the rug and candle opera and walked out the front door. Seeing the group growing around a single toa with the mother-of-all-double-headed-staves strapped to his back Ishi sauntered over, repositioning the goods he'd nabbed for more comfort. "Well, well, well..." Ishi said loudly as he approached, "Look who we have here. Very honored to make your acquaintance, Cap'n Tilly." He dropped the rug on the floor, tossed the candle opera to Skyra, and held out a hand, barely level with the toa's hip.

IC: Tillian (City Square, Ta-Koro)Tillian turned a couple feet away from the building, eyebrow raised."Do I know you?" he asked, a little bit colder than he had intended.-Teezy

IC: Laserbeak"No, you don't." Lasrbeak answered for Ishi. "Little one, you are talking with one severely angry Toa. I would tread carefully. And I haven't even started to talk about Tillian yet."

IC: The DogIshi's smile sparkled wickedly. "Oh, I wouldn't say either way Cap'n. The point is: I know you." He dropped his hand, since obviously the toa had no intention of pounding it. Glancing back at Lazerbeak , Ishi made a mental note to steal something from her someday. "You see, Tilly, you've got some information I want."

IC: Laserbeak"You see, dog." LAserbeak hissed. "We're a little busy. We have to save Tillian's fiance."

IC:"Oh, someone actually knows my name," Ishi laughed dangerously, his body now turned to aggressively face the toa. "Look, what you still don't seem to get, bird-brain, is that I've got more information in my noggin' then your pinky finger can shake at. Now, if Emotia, yes, I know her name, has been taken, maybe you should treat the matoran with something in the attic a little more courteously, no?" He leaned back and crossed his arms, but a finger twitched angrily none-the-less.OOC: Why do I see Lazerbeak and Ishi becoming the two most dangerous cat-fighters on the island?

IC: LaserbeakLaserbeak took a single, controlled, aggressive step forward. "So we are supposed to trust you? You, who has been digging for information since he first spoke to me?" Her eyes glittered dangerously as she glowered down at the Matoran. "Don't push your luck, dog."

IC: Tillian (City Square, Ta-Koro)Tillian flicked his hand up angrily, and Ishi was sent into the air about ten feet and let to levitate there."Listen to me, Ishi," said the Lieutenant Colonel in a dangerously quiet voice. "I have had a very, very long week, and if you know half of what you claim to about me, then you'll know that in my current mood, I'd have no qualms with crushing you into a ball and using you for a game of Kolhii. Now, tell me what you want to know, and then we'll see how we can work this out."-Teezy

IC: The Dog"And what have you been doing, you little merc?" Ishi retorted as he moved towards the toa as well, "Keeping those crafty bird eyes glaring at me for any subtle clues to who I am or what I do? Why don't you just knock yourself down a branch -- the limbs are getting thin here." With a sudden change of pace, Ishi spun around and trotted back to Tillian upon hearing his words. I'm DONE with that... thing! Next time I see her at night, it'll be when she's hanging from my noose."Honestly, I'm here to help you," Ishi lied through his teeth, "Any information I'd want from you will probably be gained by lending a hand. So, if you'd tell me what you know so far, we can be on our way. I think I heard the words "twenty four hours" mentioned a little while ago... That have something to do with a ransom?" Honestly, these kidnappers have no sense of originality. I just need to get on Tillian's good side right now..

IC: Tillian (City Square, Ta-Koro)Tillian laughed, though there was no humor in the sound: it was embittered and angry."You're an information broker," he said. "You don't help anyone. Think of me as you will, but please don't take me for a fool."-Teezy

IC: IshiIshi's face was a perfect, and truthful, expression of appalled. "I'll tell you right now, I'm not like those scum! I have principles. Though my ways of getting information may be somewhat shady, I rarely give anyone a chance to use it. As a matter of fact, I'm starting to doubt now if you're even worthy of learning what my little cranium holds." He took a step back, his hand instinctively sliding into the folds of his coat. He wasn't reaching for a weapon. A second later it reappeared with a business card. IC: LaserbeakLaserbeak was having similar thoughts about Ishi. I know a good plot of land in Le-Wahi.... No one would ever look for him there.... And if I get Skyra to help me.... He's just a Matoran, can't be too hard to kill him....OOC: This amuses me. The two are just too similar to get along.

IC: Tillian (City Square, Ta-Koro)Tillian caught the card with his free hand and scanned it briefly with his eyes."Tell me right now what you want to know from me," he said. "I'll see what I can do, and then you tell me what you know. That's my offer."-Teezy

Pulling out his right hand, pebbles started appearing, the same trick as before, in his hand as his rocking feet tossed them upwards, each pebbled becoming a part of a rolling mass as Ishi talked."You're a lieutenant colonel of the Po-koro guard who was is famed for his exploits, especially the one that one you that staff on your back," Ishi said, pointing to the Rahkshi staff with a nod of his head. The rock pile grew still larger as Ishi's feet found more pebbles a little further away, "On top of your defeat and saving of my village, thank you by the way, you've gone on to crush the Crimson Nova, nasty little guild of thieves they were, Le-wahi. Upon your last visit to ta-koro, which also is this one if I'm not wrong since you seem to be quite naturally at ease in this city and I saw you just a few days ago as well, you became involved in a fight at the hospital where team Kanohi dragon worked. Unfortunately the hospital was brought down -- where something happened that I has made me very vengeful on you and a few others for not being able to stop -- and you then helped with the healing, that's a guess mind you since you're a good healer, at the lavapool inn where the remaining patients were being temporarily relocated to. While I was gone, it also seems you became engaged to a mark bearer named Emotia."The ball of pebbles, now a mass almost a foot in diameter, suddenly fell to the ground, cascading out like marbles from a bag."That's the short version.""Now, I want two things. The first is, without question, some protection from the two evil auras behind me. I can't take on two toa at once on my own. The second is that I come with you wherever you're going and while we travel you tell me more about the hospital and the going ons there before it was destroyed, especially of one of the nurses who died, and as a bonus I'd like to know how that being Hiermaculus --that his name?-- fought."

IC: LaserbeakLaserbeak locked eyes with Skyra. He had the same idea. She cleared her throat. "So, tell me this, oh-informative one. Can you detail the events in the hospital prior to the fatal assault?"Laserbeak intended to find out what he knew. As much as she hate him, he might have information to trade for. After all, information buys information.

IC: Tillian (City Square, Ta-Koro)"It took twenty people to bring down the Toa of Ice that attacked the hospital," said Tillian, a bit defensively. "I didn't see you trying to help in that basement."He sighed, shaking his head."The rest sounds about right."He stared at Skyra and Laserbeak, both of whom were looking positively murderous. Under normal circumstances, he would have been happy to let them have at the little Matoran......but Emotia meant far too much to him, and if this guy knew something, then he could stay."You stay with us until we find Emotia," he said. "I'll make sure my friends don't try and rip your head off, and then, when I have my fiance back, we'll take things from there."-Teezy

IC: The Dog"Thank you, Lieutenant. Oh, do you mind if I call you Tilly? It has such a nice ring to it...""So, tell me this, oh-informative one. Can you detail the events in the hospital prior to the fatal assault?" Lazerbeak shot at his unprotected mental flank.Ishi flinched and turned around. Deciding to be honest with the twerp, he said, "Truthfully, not much. I just know it's been attacked twice in the last few months, and the first attack you helped, but in the second you defended the place. As for who was in it all the time, not much of a clue, save for a few of the workers."Ishi was standing with both legs spread apart. The last thing he wanted was to seem too precocious.

IC: LAserbeakLaserbeak nodded, though her expression remained one of annoyance. "I... Might be able to fill in a few blanks." She said grudgingly. "Tillian wasn't present at the first battle, and didn't show up at the second until it was three quarters of he way through."

IC: Skyra - Ta-koro -Skyra decided to cooperate, for Tillian's sake. "Hiemalis was good with the sword. His sword also seemed to have the ability to shatter other weapons."

IC: The Dog"Shattered?" Ishi muttered, his hand coming to his chin and he paced. The burned out building still smoldered behind them. "Honestly, someone should make sure the matoran in their are alright," Ishi said. "I'll be here, don't you worry. Don't you worry... What kind of weapons shattered? Any composition, or just certain metals? It may not have been some power, but then again, I just want to make sure..."

IC: Laserbeak"I heard the description of the battle, and I suspect it was an extension of his control over cold." Laserbeak informed Ishi, looking extremely unhappy. "Do you want to hear the synopsis of both battles, or what?"

IC: Skyra - Ta-koro -"From what I recall, I saw a sword get shattered after taking so many hits from Hiemalis' blade. That's all I can recall about the blade, it was quite a...chaotic fight." Then again, when was it ever anything but chaotic?Xiela glaced at Vearal as they watched Laserbeak, Skyra, and the others they didn't really know talk. "Are you making any sense out of this?"

IC: VearalVeral glanced at Xiela with hollow eyes. "Huh? What?"

IC: Ishi"Oh, cold could do it." There's the cold pressure in the air, and then if Hiemalus had cooled the objects passed their phase change, just like in alchemy, he'd be able to shatter them into smaller matter. Why not? Hm... Perhaps he's The Grand alchemist, this Hiemalus. No, why would The Grand be a murdering psycho. Okay, moving on. If blades shatter, then that means he can probably use his cold to shatter more than that, perhaps even armor -- integral armor. SO, Hiemalus is able to channel this cold into his own sword, but whatever the material is it doesn't shatter his blade, just others... Interesting... Xern may want that toothpick eventually. To aid the admin of cold he must have frozen the inside of the hospital, it's too cold to do anything like shatter something through freezing in the land of fire without making a temporary ko-koro-esque spot. So, I'm dealing with a foe who's an incredible fighter, elemental user of an unimaginable calibre, and very smart, since it outwitted Tillian, Lazerbeak, and the others in the fight. NO, that's not too smart... He's cunning, but what's his foothold? What keeps him stuck? Perhaps flame. Enough heat. Ishi twitched in his pacing and looked at a timber that fell from the building. "Is no one going to look in there? I mean, who knows, maybe something valuable to this search is about to be consumed by flames?"

IC: Tillian (City Square, Ta-Koro)Tillian stood by, preferring to let the others explain the battle of the hospital. He was focused on Emotia, and Crimson Nova, who had apparently kidnapped her in retribution. What do they have planned...?He pulled out the note and slanted his eyes. It seemed...familiar. Tillian rummagd through his bag and pulled out Feyrren's SitRep, which was still in his bag, and held it next to this note. The handwriting was identical."I've got something," he said.IC: Pollux (Magma Lounge, Ta-Koro)"Well," he said, whistling, "it's time to go."A Toa of Air swooped down to the rear window, riding a Gukko."I got it," he said. "Hey, I saw the explosion. Was that...Tillian Juturna? The dude from Po-Koro and the hospital and..."Pollux cut him off."Yes, it was."The handler gulped."Well, then, I want more money. I want 100 g's."Pollux sighed."You're already getting fifty.""That's before I knew Juturna was involved! He's crazy! I want extra!"The Vortixx sighed again."Fine, you want extra? Here. Take it."He pulled out his pistol and fired it once, the kinetic blast hitting the handler squarely in the eye and blowing a large chunk out of his head. He slid wordlessly off the bird and fell to the ground below. Picking Emotia up gently, Pollux set her down on the back of the Gukko."I'm sorry for the discomfort," he called, taking the reins of the Gukko and flying low so as to avoid detection. "Can't be helped."OOC: Pollux and Emotia to Le-Koro.-Teezy

IC: LaserbeakLaserbeak shrugged. "You can check the hospital if you want, but people have been steadily searching the wreckage for a long time."

IC: The Dog"I meant that smoldering building bird brain!" Ishi said waving his hands in the direction of the place where the oiled fruit had detonated. Turning to Tillian he ran over, jumped into the air, and snatched the notes. Looking them both over, he smiled and said; "The one who wrote this was a vortixx. See, the way they hold the pen is different than a matoran or toa. Also, the slight pressure from claws on the pages? Vortixx. I'd stake my life on it, having been in close contact with that kind of scum for a while. Of course, you probably figured they were both written by the same figure too, right? Either that or a very good forger."

IC: Tillian (City Square, Ta-Koro)"Yes, actually," said Tillian darkly, having noticed that immediately as well; he didn't appreciate being treated like a fool. "I did. Pollux, last name unknown. As of a couple days ago, he was in Po-Koro running recon for Crimson Nova there."-Teezy

IC: The Dog"Ah... He's got a nasty little reputation last I heard. Well, you got any leads on him then? If he worked for Crimson Nova, whose base was in Le-wahi right, then there's a good chance he's still hanging around there. Though, of course, a smart informant would pack there bags and get hired by a different group. He's a broker Tillian, that's the kind you were talking about. A true, one hundred percent scumbag."Lazerbeak may or may not have noticed Ishi's glazed stare in her direction as he said the last few words.

IC: LaserbeakLaserbeak was affronted. "This is Ta-Koro, you midget of an intelligence officer. A lot of buildings are smoldering!"Then she caught the look, in combination with Ishi's words. No one, insulted her former career. No one. With a feral growl, she lunged at Ishi.

IC: Tillian (City Square, Ta-Koro)"You severely underestimate Crimson Nova. They're legit. We're talking Bounty Hunters Guild; having one safehouse in all six Koro is insane at best. At the same time, though, since we don't know the location of any of their other safehouses, Le-Wahi is our best bet. Let's go."He hopped onto his surfboard.-Teezy

OOC: Well, that was interesting. Needless to say, when all is said an done, I'll be laughing. Posthumously or not.IC: The DogTossing the pieces of paper back into the air for Tillian to mad grab, Ishi ducked and with his left hand quickly undid the clip on the bottom of the black rectangular bag that was strapped across his back. A slight clink was heard as a black handle slid out, only partially revealing the weapon a truly skilled informant used for a living.

IC: LaserbeakLaserbeak used her mask to stop her flight, and drew one of her darts, a powerful sedative. Ishi didn't know that, though. To him, it could have been anything. She lunged again, aiming to stab it into the pesky Matoran.

IC: Skyra - Ta-koro -Skyra pondred what to do. Should he help Laserbeak? Or stop her? Either way they needed to end this and get moving, so he decided to step between the two, his Hau on. "That's enough children, we have to go save Emotia."

OOC: BRING IT ON! FIRST FIGHT WITH ISHI!!! I. AM. PUUUUUUMMMPPPPEEEDDD!!!:POr not. IC: The DogIshi allowed Lazerbeak's attack to bounce off Skyra's Hau. Giving Lazerbeak a Let's-finish-this-when-I'm-done-using-you glare, Ishi straightened back, pushing the bit of black metal that had been revealed back into the case on his back, and clipped the lid with a light "pip." "So, how do we get to Le-wahi?" Ishi asked. Well, looks like I'll be going where I wanted to after all. See, manipulation is easy with the right motivation.

IC: LaserbeakLaserbeak gave Ishi a look that said Gladly.You know, the world would perish if these two ever teamed up.

IC: Tawara, Ta-Ga BorderA figure pushed its way through the shrubs at the edge of the forest. Iris... no... Tawara drew back her arrow and fired, aiming for Iris' chest.

Ishi picked up the rug and candle opera from earlier and climbed up on the Destiny's back. "Well," He said apprehensively as he folded the rug into a cushion for his rear, "Looks like mr. Marriage is already gone. Shall we follow, or wait a few hours, get some lunch, relax, maybe burn a building or two?" The joke fell flat."Anyways, let's get outa' here."OOC: please do not attack, maim, or chuck Ishi at the moment. I'm off for then night, probably, but feel free to move Ishi to whatever location you are all at. Ciao!
