BZPRPG: Ga-Wahi

OOC: Major bunnying, but I'll take it.IC: The toa was not a major threat, even with his sword pressed against the toa of lightning's throat. Garren sent a pulse of lightning through the toa's sword, and got up when he jumped back. "Speak? What would you like me to say? That you're all going to die?"-Bane

OOC: Kicking somebody backwards isn't a bunny, and much more major stuff has been done in various plots I've been in. And, well, you signed up for this plot.IC-Vitiate:"Just speak," Vitiate said, not letting the Toa know about the rubberized hilt on his sword. "Speak so that I may accurately judge your character, you insane little fool."

OOC: Good point IC: "Judge my character? Personally, I judge character by how I fight. Good swordsmen never waste time talking. Anyway, I'm a homocidal toa who likes to kill. Do you need any more speaking?" said Garren, as he began to judge the toa's build and handling of his sword. One thing was for sure. This man was not to be trifled with. The body positioning screamed swordsman, although he would be the judge of that. He thought about just throwing the toa away, but he decided to wait and see what the toa would do.-Bane

IC-Vitiate:Vitiate looked on the Toa before him boredly, though his mask and hood hid that expression. "If you believe yourself such an accomplished swordsman," the Toa of Plasma said, "Pick up one or both of your swords and try to defeat me." Vitiate gestured to the swords that were on the street, just out of Garren's arm length.

IC: Airu (Clearing, Ga-Wahi)The feel of blood and emotion still lay thick in the air around the circular clearing; Airu could feel the fear, cruelty, anger, and pain still crackling in the air like static electricity. The Ga-Koro Marine's lithe form was taut and felineesque, scanning for any traces of motion around the charred and bloodstained ground. Airu's eyes made their way towards two mounds of dirt, each with its own single stone dug into the head of the mound. One was marked with a K. The other was marked with a D.Excellent.Airu closed the distance between the mound marked with a D and the edge of the circle rapidly, and the eyes behind her Kanohi Mahiki glowed a bright green as she cleared away the still-fresh dirt and stroked the face of the late Dorian Shaddix. One side was burnt and charred, and his nose was dislocated and pushed into his face. Clearing away the rest of the dirt, Airu saw just how much damage he had taken: he had been almost completely bifurcated, stabbed, burnt, and on his shoulder, where the Mark of Rage was rumored to be, there was nothing but unblemished skin."So it's true, then," whispered the Marine. "You're back, assassin. Good. I can hunt you down myself, then."She laid a rose down on the grave of the late Kinvex and walked out of the clearing. Dorian's grave was left uncovered.-Teezy

IC: Garren was mad, but was at least smart enough to know what a trap was when he saw it. "Only if you will step away long enough to get to my swords before you try to kill me. A beheading while I'm leaning over is no fun at all." He rolled to his feet, and stood, waiting to see if the toa would let him reach his weapons.-Bane

IC-Vitiate:"Do not give in to your fear of a death with no duel," Vitiate said. "If you are not fast enough to grab your swords before an old man such as I can kill you, then you are not worthy to live." However, Vitiate sheathed his sword without stepping back, and held his hands behind him."Duel me."

IC: Lux - Casa Juturna

IC: ReadraLux's companion shrugged, "Sounds to me like there's more to Tillian than your every day hero," another bite of the Madu. "and I kind of wanna find out what... Although, my curiosity might get us in too deep. Come on, let's go find Tillian."

IC: KrianShakily, Krian tried to stand, all too soon.With his will and energy depleted, the Toa collapsed, still clutching the flags.

IC-Zodir:Zodir finished burying Pearl, engraving the sword with his element as well and using it for a headstone, jamming it down hard enough it stuck in a rock within the ground. IC: Garren did not answer, but sped to his twin katana. He picked up both his swords quickly, spinning so that the battle skirt would hide his figure. He took a strange stance, holding both swords backwards in a reverse dueling style. He stood, waiting for a response from the aged but deadly looking toa. Although his mask hid it, Garren was grinning in anticipation. "Go."OOC: His mask appears to be a grafted-on mask like the one from The Force Unleashed: Ultimate Sith Edition.-Bane

IC-Vitiate:"Please, you make the pass," Vitiate said, gesturing over to Garren. He never drew his sword, he merely stood in place.

IC: Although he had hoped that the older toa would make the first move, Garren was not disappointed. Instead of taking the direct approach, he used telekinesis to push himself away from the ground, sending him flying about 3 bio into the air. In mid-air, he began to spin sideways, extending both blades as a deadly rotor, ready to dissect Vitiate into two halfs. The spin was easily correctible, if Vitiate moved. Garren, as Killer, would roll and continue to jump and spin, a deadly rotor of ruby red blade.-Bane

IC-Vitiate:Vitiate barely moved. He reached up a protosteel-gauntleted hand, the blade of one of the katana hitting it and doing no damage as he grasped the blade, pulling Garren down after arresting his spin. He then grasped the other katana by the blade, twisting both and removing the weapons from Garren's hands.He then tossed them off to the side, punching the Toa backwards."Weak," he said, his voice dripping with condescension and contempt.

IC: "You might be suprised," said Garren, sending a high crescent kick into the toa's wrist. The blow hit the nerves on the inside of the wrist, causing the toa to drop one of his blades. He grabbed the blade in mid-air, and pivoted, letting the blade slash at the chest of the larger toa. The other hand he sent towards the head of his opponet, electrically charged to stun a Kane-ra bull.-Bane

IC-Vitiate:Vitiate turned away from the attacks, allowing Garren to roll past him. He watched as the Toa turned, though he still had his hands behind his back, the other katana still lying on the ground."Do you truly think you can defeat me that way?" Vitiate said, almost smiling. "I've barely done a thing, and the only hit you landed was because I allowed you to. Truly, you have yet to harness your real power, don't you?" He stepped forwards, holding his hands behind his back as Garren watched him carefully."You are weak," he told the Toa. "And yet you don't realize it." He reached out with a hand, lightly hitting the Toa of Lightning in the nose, though the hit sent him rolling backwards."Yet you can be trained," he said to the stunned Toa. "Possibly. That remains to be seen." Vitiate began to walk away, though he turned when he noticed that Garren was still on the ground."Come," he said, and began walking again.

IC:Leaving the village meant walking back over the bridge linking the village to the beach. Rewera took one look back at the village. She hoped by not following the shouts they hadn't left somebody in trouble. But indescisiveness didn't win them anything. "So, off to Ko-Koro?" she asked Ravage.OOC: Ha, nice reference Kal. Not sure which song exactly it is, but Elvish is easy to spot =P

IC: Garren considered for a while. While it was true that the toa had hurt him, and his pride, he was suprised at the amount of power the toa held. Although the toa was obviously old, and slightly slow, it was also obvious that the toa had knowledge to shade. Well, I can always kill him when I'm done learning from him Killer thought to himself. He followed cautiously, picking up his other sword as he began the path to real darkness...-Bane

IC: Ravage"I suppose it's our best option." Ravage said out loud, without pausing in his stride. Then, barely audible, "I hate Ko-Koro. All those darn trappers think they can make sport out 'o me."

IC-Vitiate:"Sheathe your swords," Vitiate ordered as he continued along, not looking back at the Toa. "Never leave them out of their scabbards if they are not in use. You must treat your sword well, lest it decide to fail you in battle."

IC: Garren scowled, but sheathed his swords as told. "Now what?" he asked cynically. "Are you going to ask me to take a breath mint next?" he sidled up behind the toa. "Where are you taking me, anyway?"-Bane

IC-Vitiate:"Who said I was taking you anywhere?" Vitiate asked. "Perhaps there is nowhere I am taking you, perhaps I am just walking along. Stop asking your questions, all that I wish to tell you shall be told in due time." VItiate continued walking along, ignoring Garren as he grew angrier and angrier over the journey. Good.Soon they came to a small grove in the woods near the Koro, though it would be hard to find a more isolated place on the island. Within the grove was a small, spartan hut, which Vitiate went to, Garren with him.Once he stepped inside the building, he turned to Garren, a hand outstretched, silent command to give the swords over.

IC: Garren was sullen, but not afraid at all as he handed his swords to the toa of plasma. He had ample control of his mask and lightning powers, he could simply electrocute the toa if he tried to kill him, or claw him to death. The metal claws grated against the swords as Vitiate took the swords away from Garren.-Bane

IC-Vitiate:Vitiate looked over the swords for a moment, then hung them up on the wall of the hut. He then gestured to a second room, where there was nothing but a bed and a dresser."Rest," he said. "You'll need it for tomorrow."

IC:Of course, barely audible was just as easy to hear for Rewera as regular audible. "Don't worry; they'll get a nice lesson if they try anything while I'm around." the female Toa assured him. "Come on. I don't know the exact way, but the big mountain is kinda hard to miss." With that, she began to walk toward the line of trees at the end of the beach, aiming for a gap with a grassy path that led inland.

IC: Ravage"Oh, they only try it the once." Ravage commented, walking along the beach. He paused. There was a question he wanted to ask, but decided not to.

IC: Garren walked slowly towards the bed, facial expressions masked by well, his mask. He slowed as he looked at Vitiate, trying to judge if the toa would train him, or try to kill him in his sleep. Either way, he definitely would not get a good night's sleep. He lay down, and smirked. He thought he might throw a jab at the toa, but it didn't seem appropriate. "Nighety-night, grumpy strongman," said Garren, closing his eyes and waiting for a clue to see if the toa would try to kill him.-Bane

IC-Vitiate:"If I say sleep, you sleep," Vitiate said. "Do not lie awake in fear. I am not one to kill those I accept, unless they die in their trials." He then turned, stepping out of the hut with Garren's swords, though the Toa of Lightning would not notice.

IC: FlinIn a small and lonely part of Ga-Koro, its silenced was perturbed by two men fighting outside the back of an infamous bar, one surprisingly brutish Vortixx and the other a punk-like Toa with not a single scratch or bruise on his body. The first wasn't so lucky. Both were panting and stood still with their fists raised, circling each other as they waited for the right moment to strike.Suddenly, the Vortixx lashed at Flin with his right arm, only to be dodged and have the wrist grabbed with one hand and the other striking upwards right on the elbow, breaking the joint in a gruesome manner as it bent in the wrong direction. He screamed in pain, fell to his knees and clutched his wounded arm fiercely as if it might help soothe the pain. Then all went black as out of seemingly nowhere, Flin swung his bat right upon his foe's face, knocking him out effectively.Flin stared at the body with what would appear to be boredom on his face, quickly leaning down with his bat resting on his shoulder while he inspected his victim, actually playing with his mouth and muttering a few insulting phrases for his own amusement.OOC: Kal, go for it.

IC-Zato-Ichi:"That was hardly needed, was it?" Zato-Ichi asked, having heard the battle. "Did you truly have to fight him even, let alone mock him afterwards?" The Toa of Iron shook his head."That was hardly honorable."

IC:Rewera kept the pace up, but noticed Ravage's steps slowing slightly. "Something wrong?" she asked him.

IC-Vitiate:Vitiate looked at the spot where he had hidden the katana, somewhere not easily found nor gotten to. It ran through the nests of many vicious Wahi, crossed a large river and ran through one of the darkest caves on the island, who knows what inside of that. All places Vitiate had conquered long ago, and the land feared him for it. Garren, however, was a newcomer. He had yet to be tested. And if the wilds would claim him, so be it.Vitiate was soon back at his hut, walking inside."Wake, Toa," he said to Garren. The Toa of Lightning did so, and Vitiate led him outside. He gestured around."Find your katana."

IC: FlinFlin stopped moving for a moment and raised his head, slowly turning around to face Zato-Ichi with the same bored and unimpressed look of his. The two regarded each other in silence for several seconds until Flin lazily stood up and fiddled around with his bat."I would think you'd have to earn someone's respect for them to be honourable. Drunken pigs who pick fights don't." Flin replied as if stating the obvious.

IC-Zato-Ichi:"I wasn't speaking about the Vortixx, though you still continue to mock a fallen enemy," Zato-Ichi said. "I was speaking about your own actions. Unless, of course, you consider yourself to be a drunken pig as well."

IC: ZacaxZacax sailed the boa onto the port of Ga-Wahi, "Here we are Xare," he said getting off his boat.

OOC: Sorry for the wait Kal, had to take care of putting away the groceries.IC: FlinFlin simply stared at Zato with a raised eyebrow, looking at him as if he was crazy. "Well what's it to you, chump? Going to play the hero and be the poor sucker's saviour? 'Cause if you are, you're kinda late."

IC: Jikal"Okay, maybe I've met a few more girls than that. But not by much. I never was an incredibly social creature." Jikal smirked. "But the rest was truth."

IC-Zato-Ichi:Zato-Ichi faced Flin coldly. "Just because I was too late to defend him in the battle does not mean I am too late to defend him from any thing else from you," he told the younger Toa. "You need to be taught respect. You have insulted both my honor and the Vortixx's. Draw your weapon, if you have one." Zato-Ichi drew his bokken, keeping a keen ear for the sound of the approaching Toa.

IC: ZacaxZacax got off the boat and tied it to a pole on the dock. "so where are you from?" he asked Xare while tying

IC: FlinFlin kept his stare before slowly breaking into a slightly incredulous smile. Surely enough, he raised his bat and patted in his hand to demonstrate he would be fighting with a weapon, one that reflected his brutality."Suit yourself, old timer." Flin spoke indifferently. "Since you clearly care about honour, I'll warn you that there is none in suicide."
