IC: Zacax"Okay then," Zacax said entering the elevator,

IC: Aurel:She followed next, and soon the three of them were in the Koro, sending the elevator down again.IC: Phavion:The Toa of Plasma headed north, walking through the jungle near Pala-Koro.OOC: A little silly, but open to interact.

IC: Skrihen"It's not. I've exhausted most of my material there, for the moment." Skrihen stepped inside. "Actually, it's about Bane. And his team."

IC: Madrihk"I'm not surprised. What's up now? Any more friends of his show up with leeches on their backs? Where did the previous one go, anyways..."The Toa of Ice sat back down on the bed in the small room. He gestured towards a chair he used as a table stand for Skrihen to sit on. There was nothing else to see, as his main desk and all his papers were stashed in the center room."So yes... Bane."

"Hey, big guy, come over here," Stalav says to Optimus upon turning back toward the being.No harm in trying this again...OOC: Goodbye and good riddance tree-speak.-Mef Man

IC: Atvin"Her? She's a pretty good-looking woman, that's who she is." Atvin chuckled, setting his eyes loose on the Vortixx once more. "With all joking aside, I could only hear so much from here but it's a long story, I can tell you that much. Don't worry about it, it's nothing important. Although the village's inhabitants worry me."

IC: SkrihenSkrihen sat down gracefully, and crossed her arms. "To be blunt, I believe him and his team to be a liability." She looked Madrihk in the eye. "Obviously, the ILS needs everyone it can get. But they can't be at the expense of the team's well-being.""Would you like to hear my reasoning?"

IC: Kethrye -"Quite frankly, there are bigger problems then Bane," Kethrye said, stepping through the door after Skrihen.

IC: Kodu walked out of Pala-Koro, looking to come back in a short time. He walked through the jungle a short distance when he noticed Phavion walking through the jungle. "Who are you?" he asked.

IC: Madrihk"Let's hear them all, then," Madrihk said. "Might as well do some refining now that we've gotten to the point we have."

IC: AlfonSeeing as how his business in the medical ward was concluded and his pain finally dulled, Alfon stood up and made for the exit, leaving the bottle behind with the good doctor."Thanks, Doc. I'll see you around some other time. Don't get drunk on the job, hmmm? I would hate to see someone missing a limb." he said, turning around to give a quirky wave before wandering off into Pala-Koro once more, feeling that paying a visit to Madrihk would chase away his boredom yet he didn't want to annoy the Ko-Toa.Y'know what? I'll go find Voriki, haven't talked to him in a while."Voriki...uh, D!" Alfon called. "You home?"OOC: Where is D anyway?

IC: Phavion:"A traveler looking for a... friend," He replied, "Tell me, where exactly in Le-Wahi am I? I don't recognize this place."

IC: D -Voriki finally moved from where he had been loitering approached Alfon, who was standing front of his mud hut and attempting to find him. He answering the other Toa's question, as literally as he could. "No, no I am not."

IC: Skrihen"First off, I believe he and his team are a rogue element. Just now they attacked a dragon-like being simply for sniffing at the wall, and because it seemed unintelligent. They seem to operate on a 'Shoot first, ask questions later." methodology."Skrihen held up two fingers. "And even if they didn't, I believe that Bane and possibly other members of his team are mentally unstable. Unless you disagree, I'll start with my analysis of Bane."

IC: Alfon"It's a figure of speech, bud." Alfon commented, chuckling at his companion's response. "How are things with you? Kethrye's not still threatening to chop your head off and place it on a mantle or anything, is he?"

IC: MadrihkMadrihk sighed."I thought I made it clear to them that we don't do things that way. Keep going."

IC:"No, appears he's decided to hold off on that," Voriki replied, grinning. "Which is good, I like my head attached to my shoulders, were I can keep track of it correctly, you know what I mean?"- - - -"Yeah, mentally unstable? Have you took a good long look at the rest?" Kethrye added, directing questioning look at Skrihen. "Sanity is hardly a requirement for joining, if you haven't noticed." He turned his head to Madrihk. " 'sides, if we actual did plan on kicking anyone out it would that Prime-guy and his gang. Bane and his group didn't start a disaster like earlier, at least." Huh, wonder what Chronn's up to, he though, remembering his short lived employment. He and Prime would get along excellently.

IC: SkrihenSkrihen gave Kethrye a look. "Kethrye, I'm mentally unstable. The difference is I believe they are mentally unstable in the dangerous sense."She looked back to Madrihk. "Bane is clearly having issues with Amerikos' death. He seems to be trying to prove himself constantly, and that means he is looking for excuses to do so. Like picking fights with innocent people. How long until he challenges you?""And even then, he seems to be rather lacking in experience. That wouldn't be a problem except he is in charge of a team. Shall I continue on with Kali?"

IC: Alfon"I know what you mean. Had a run in with our new medical expert and apparently people lose a few body parts here and there when he gets drunk. It's not a comforting though to know he had a pretty strong alcoholic beverage in his possession. Broken arm or not, I like it attached to my shoulders rather than watch it dance on the floor." Alfon grinned in reply."I'd also hate to wake up to find your face hung to a wall. That and I don't feel like beating up Kethrye. Nice guy."

IC: Madrihk"To be honest, I do not view either Bane or Optimus as ILS per se," Madrihk said. "They both have their own groups, and at least Bane appears to act more like just an associate of ours than a member. I won't say anything about their mental stability, but know that I will be listening mostly to my deputies when it comes to advice and suggestions about what to do."He nodded towards Kethrye."There's a reason why you were chosen, after all. I find you rational and trustworthy, compared to some of our other members. The prime example would be D. I don't think either you or me have been fooled by his so-called Voriki persona for a long time, Kethrye. He's one of the longest-running members too, but still he was not made deputy. He's simply not stable enough, and the only reason he's still here is that he fights well and has managed not to go knife-crazy on anyone."The Toa of Ice thought back to the fight that had occurred at the lake back when they first came there."Remember when those vigilantes came to take him away? We didn't let them, if only because they had Ferrin with them and that marked them as even less trustworthy. As long as anyone keeps themselves in check, they can stay on this team. Now that we actually have an area to call our own, a successful battle on our hands and a team large enough to keep going even with a few casualties... if anyone - D, Bane, Optimus, whoever - put us at risk, we can afford to kick them out."Madrihk took a breath and met Skrihen's gaze again."They are new, however. I will give them some time to get adjusted, but if any incident occurs we must of course reevaluate our priorities. But please, do tell me your current impression of the newcomers. I haven't gotten to speak with them all yet. Heck, I've barely spoken with you."

IC(Byraher): Byraher walked around Pala-Koro, getting the lay of land. It was an interesting layout, no doubt, peaceful, yes, but the people here seemed almost obsessed with the fact she and Madrihk were alone together. It didn't even seem like a joke anymore. It was almost as if Byraher was the biggest thing that has happened to Madrihk. "But it was nothing....was it?" she whispered to herself. She adjusted her hat slightly to block the sunlight, seeing how it was beaming down the village.

IC: SkrihenA smirk played at the edges of Skrihen's lips. "Maddy, your deputy knows more about me than you will most likely ever know. Including but not limited to my little tattoo, which if you hear about from someone other than me, I will personally castrate him."The smirk fully developed. "But I think you know the basics of my personality. Before I continue on with Bane's boy band, do you have any questions for me?"

IC: D, ah."I haven't been able to talk to our new recruits much either," Kerthrye said, glancing up slightly contemplatively. "Apart from Prime, who you already know I have deduced to be completely loony, what with his talk of some war he's supposedly been fighting for eons or whatever. With most of the others I'm not quite sure whether they've actually joined or not. We need a way to keep track of them better."He jabbed a finger back at Skrihen. "Should get her to explain, yeah. Was meaning to talk about a related bit of information I uncovered." - - - -Voriki was both amused and a bit bemused by Alfon's joke. "Kethrye? "Nice"? Huh? If you say so, I suppose. . ."He shrugged. "Anyway, it's nice to somebody familial around, this place seems to be swarming with new guys. Bit disconcerting, if you ask me."

IC: Alfon"I know how you feel. Kethrye and I have been trying to deal with the newbies as best as we could although I've been doing a poor job at that, I must admit." Alfon said, scratching the back of his head awkwardly."It's pretty stressful around here really, especially for Madrihk. Past few days haven't been exactly pleasant, if you ask me what with the hive assault and whatever chaos ensued today. Come to think of it, the ILS' adventures have been quite whacked out since day one."

IC: Optimus looked at Stalav. "Do you still wish to speak about the bodyguard arrangement?"

IC: Voriki nodded, even though he didn't really comprehend the other's experiences. His live before joining the ILS had been strange, even compared to the horde of odd events that had happened to them recently. Really, 'deranged killer' and 'Normality' combined like oil and water, which is to say that they didn't. At all. "On the bright side of things, we did succeed in wiping out most of the Nui-Rama," he said, raising his hands up quizzically. "That's good, right?

"Yes I would," he replies with a small sigh. "Do you still wish to know why I want a body guard?"-Mef Man

IC: "Yes. Too many times, I have been deceived. Is there an assassin out for you?"

"No, nothing like that," Stalav says to Optimus. "I just always run into the riff-raff of the night. And (me being a Matoran) I can't stand up to most foes. So, I'd like to make sure a body guard was there to protect me at those times. They may not like me and I may not like them, but I pay well. That's for sure." The Le-Matoran had a sly grin on his face as he said the last words. You could always buy love.-Mef Man

IC: Money was something the Aukati did not have. "Very well. Take your pick."

IC: Gyren remained still in that looked like an almost serene state of existence. A sharp, shrieking noise could be heard as the Rahi was launched off the young Toa's neck. However, the parasite wouldn't be defeated that easily. It was fast, and scuttled back onto the soft bed. As Tawara scrambled to dress Gyren's wound, the thing had already returned to it's previous position at the neck. The spawn of Makuta began to sink it's hook into the Toa's flesh as Tawara applied pressure to Gyren's wound. The blood slowly stopped flowing from under the sheets.The young Toa could hear Tawara's voice and attempted to respond. His body remained still and all he could see before him was darkness. "Perhaps I was poisoned by that insect or something. But they usually don't have venom that potent." Gyren thought as he attempted to move his fingers. A numbing sensation came over his body like waves, followed by a sharp pain in his head. In a moment, images flashed through his head. The bed-ridden Toa instantly recognized several of them as things lying around his hut such as the large fangs mounted on a plaque, or the partially dissolved skull of some Rahi floating in a jar. The last image, however, was something that terrified him. Two red-eyes stared at him from utter darkness. His mind screamed as it came like a surprise amidst the images of his hut, but his body remained in stasis.Meanwhile, the ex-pirate had just made it to his own hut. He walked in and eyed his belongings. Everything was still there, along with several fangs that Gyren traded him for the jacket. One fang was the size of his arm. Rilan flipped the sign of his tailoring shop to "Open" and sat in his chair, waiting for some customers to flow in. He yawned and glanced over to the various fangs laid out on his crafting table. He grabbed leather straps from a drawer and began a new project.

"There's...no way I could hire you is there?" he asks. Optimus seemed to be the only one good enough to be hired and Stalav wanted him.-Mef Man

IC: "I have other matters to attend to. Please pick someone else." He hoped Stalav wouldn't take it personally. That would be rather annoying.

IC: Kodu"You are near Pala-koro." he said to the toa.

"Fine, I'll take him," Stalav says to Optimus while pointing in the general direction of the new arrivals. He was too fed up to choose anyone. Whoever his finger landed on was who he would get.OOC: Your call, TNG. -Mef Man

IC: "..." Optimus scratched his nose. "Step forward.""Wut?""You have an assignment."OOC: AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

"Who...did I pick?" Stalav asks Optimus, not daring to turn toward his new body guard.-Mef Man

IC: [Ril]"Guys, what just happened?"

IC: "ARE YA KIDDIN MEH?! AH GOTTA GUARD A--""Time to prove your worth without ganging up on enemies, Roadbuster. The time has come for you to work alone...for protection, and not for destruction. Stalav...try to bear with him."

Stalav looks up at Optimus. "Pray that the Great Beings will grant me mercy..." The Le-Matoran turns toward his new guard, not enthusiastic at all about his new guard, but he would have to bear with him. "Nice to meet you...Roadbuster."-Mef Man

IC: [Ril]"Kethreye, what happened?"
