BZPRPG: Le-Wahi

IC:Aparangi was still standing at the gate. A few others had passed while they had waited. If one thing could be said, it was that the ILS didn't trust easily. Not a bad sign for the dark Toa. Either they had dirty secrets to hide and were not risking outsiders to find them out by letting them into their fortress or they were as noble as they claimed to be and were protecting themselves from infiltration by servants of the shadow.Then a group or armed beings emerged from the woods and one of the people at the gate suggested a welcome behind iron-curtains to them. Not something Aparangi was keen on. He gave Ziraul a knowing look, something that seemed to say 'just play along', before adressing Mevi: "If you have trouble, we could be of assistance."-----------------------Back on the bank of lake Pala, Mariko finished putting his now clean armor back on, puling the straps taught that held it in place on his body until he felt comfortable. Just as was about to talk to Atvin and Draeverian again, a warning of an imminent attack rang out across the village. He looked at his companions: "Think we're ready for action again?" he asked them.

IC: AuronThe Toa saw the incomming stream of ice, but was surprised by the sudden blast of stone, throwing him back at the ILS wall. Unfocused, Auron quickly vanished again, circling around to the other side of the village.

IC:Voriki raised his trident and fired a bolt of lighting at one of the approaching enemies approaching Pala-Koro. OOC: Yes, I'm feeling really lazy right now.

IC - Aenarius - Makuta's Revenge:Aenarius headed up the stairs, and after a bit of looking, found the correct room, and went in. He wasn't in the more calm mood, and had to suck some of the heat out of the air in order to make it more comfortable as he doffed his armor. Ten minutes later, he pulled the aketon over his head, letting it fall in a heat on top of his other armor. Clad from the waist up only in a thin shirt, Aenarius couldn't help but feel a little naked. He looked at the pile of armor and sighed. he'd clean it and store it better later. Fifteen minutes later, he was polishing his armor, still damp from his bath. Fortunately his leg armor was clean, so the polishing did not take long, and soon his armor was laid out, clean and ready for use.

Seeking cover, Ledzel reloads his disk launcher. He'd soon give them what was good for them...Devria smiles as she watches her bold date walk toward the other card players. Her date had been a bit more pushy than most, but he was still cute enough.The Toa of Air walks back down the stairs and begins serving tables, waiting for her next date. Leena joins her as well; picking up a tray of drinks and bringing them to the table where Stalav was sitting."Hey, babe," Stalav says to Leena, placing a hand on her waist before accepting his drink. "Having a good night?""So far so good," Leena replies before smiling at him. She walks back toward the bar and prepares for the next orders and her next date. The Le-Matoran watches her go before turning to "Lady Luck.""Your turn, ma'am."Tairel watches the card game, intrigued by the being's motives and simple moves. Maybe he would play on the next round...Susavree Nooma takes a seat near one of the windows that viewed the streets of Le-Koro. There were quite a few ruined areas on the street from the odd attack, but everyone seemed to be going about their normal lives. No matter how much destruction came to their village, they kept pushing forward.And I need to do the same with my life. Just...pretend that what you did with Hograth didn't happen. ... Now, that's impossible... Ugh, where's my date when I need him?Levarie begins to fill more drink orders and all kinds of other orders. Soon it would be time for the next round of dates. IC: Nikila (Bright-Star Inn, Le-Koro)Nikila and Lii lowered the board carefully onto a booth and slid it out, and Lii kept Salvinn elevated and even as Nikila examined his back and began to work on washing away and cleansing the blood."Someone get me some gauze."-Teezy

Stalav slides his card across the table. A small frown makes it's way across his lips after doing so. The Le-Matoran's eyes glance up at Lumira's before looking back down toward his own deck."Lewa?" he asks. For Makuta's sake, the Lewas were still in the deck...-Mef Man

IC: [septimus]"I'm on it," he said, running off to find some.

IC: Retracing their steps, Naara and Hau found their way back towards Ko-Koro. Their elements provided protection against pests and physical capabilities against exhaustion; hence, they found no trouble slinking through swamp. The pair was out of the wahi in hours.OOC: Naara and Hau to Ko-Wahi.

IC: Zacax"hmmm..." Zacax had an idea...he needed four wheels, an axle and a chair....

IC: [septimus]Septimus came running back with some gauze.

IC:"Better safe then sorry." Aparangi nodded, turning around to face the incoming assailants. The Toa flexed his fingers, waiting for the attackers to come in close.-----------------------"If you're sure." Mariko said to Drae, with a small grin. "Then let's head for the gate and give the newcomers a warm welcome:"

ICLaki's body filled with adrenaline. The attack had begun. He tried to aim at the toa of fire, but it was hard aiming at shadow. Then the rest of the attackers charged. He took a breath. His was it.Filled with energy, Laki aimed his metal, serrated, returning disk at the foremost toa. He threw it with the best aim he could manage. It sailed through the air, whistling as it approached the enemy. It's twin followed soon after.

IC: Draeverian JoskiirDraeverian chuckled and motioned for Atvin to follow after the toa of earth. "they may be robbers, or dumb tweety boppers, but this place has my Turaga, so I'm gonna whop em."He rushed after Mariko, Rivet having been jammed into the straps oh his backpack, his walking staff now clutched firmly in his grasp. They reached the wooden structure within minutes, and Draeverian rapped his staff across the closed gate, calling out to the being he heard on the top."Oi. You need a spare hand cause we got them in high demand."

IC: Nikila (Bar, Le-Koro)After checking and making sure that the wound was clear, Nikila began to apply some paste to the gauze that would help to clot Salvinn's blood and stop it from flowing before applying it to his back. Sure enough, slowly but surely, the blood flow began to cease."Alright, we're working under the assumption his back is broken," she said. "We need to keep him from moving in case he wakes up."-Teezy

IC (Nawal and unconscious Lathon)Nawal finally made it to Le-Koro, hauling the unconscious Toa to get healed there. He, too, would need medical attention. His own hands were coated it severe frostbite, and would spread if left untreated.Nawal carried Lathon to the first hut with a doctor in it. Luckily, the doctor was there."Doctor! My friend here was poisoned badly in a fight, and needs to be treated quickly!"NPC (Lekar):Lekar, a Toa of Plantlife, turned towards the victim and studied his wounds."Wicked poision, but manageable"Then, activating his mask of healing, he placed hs hands on Lathon and began removing the poison. After a few seconds of concentration, the wounds sealed back up, and he removed his hands from the victim. Panting, he stumbled back into a chair and breathed heavily. It was a tricky process, since the poison had reached his brain and was starting to get to his heartstone, and drained much of Lekar's energy. But the job was done."He will... take a while to fully... recover..."

IC: CalebosCalebos nodded and walked down stairs, trying to not be noticed.OOC: Calebos open for interaction.IC: Zacax"ugh....I need to move!!!!"

ICThe two disks spun around, their trajectory taking them back into Laki's hands. The matoran caught them both and took a second to regain his footing on the wall. The enemies were still approaching. Would they make it through the wall? He glanced towards the gate. The newcomers asking entrance had turned, and were preparing for the fight.For lack of a better idea, Laki simply threw his disks again, one at Potanko, one at Vorasku.

IC: Vorasku's Organization

"Oi. You need a spare hand cause we got them in high demand."

IC: Onyx / AtvinSatisfied with the damage his spear had inflicted on the Huna user, Onyx decided to leave that one be. He preferred not to kill when he had the choice and when your foe's got a spear embedded in his back, he's in no condition to do anything. The pattering of footsteps could be heard coming from behind, stopping only to be replaced by a voice offering help, Onyx not making much of the rhyming at the moment."That would be great." he accepted.Atvin followed after Draeverian and Mariko, twin swords held in hand and the itch to fight nagging at him. A Toa of iron standing atop the gates accepted their help, prompting Atvin to teleport atop the gates as well beside a purple Toa of electricity, also in possession of a Kualsi. "Do you want to teleport behind them and give them a surprise? I'm a De-Toa, I could silence the noise we make to avoid detection."

IC: Draeverian Joskiir The clash and mettle of battle was over come by a grand swelling of hissing snakes. Each hiss came on the off beat, forming the back of Draeverian's clap trap around the cluster of struggling warriors. He kept his mouth going until the snakes had perfected their part, then moved to the cicadas, forming a complex rush of chords sustaining themselves while his elemental power went on full display. With a rush, Draeverian clambered to the top of the bastion gatehouse. "Come on put you hands up high. Come on, let me see your bare nails scrape the sky. Drop your games, no more need for disguise. Drop your weapons. Let me hear those hands rise. Come any closer you'll turn black and blue: that's what a toa of earth is gonna do to you. I may be up out of reach, but that's only cause I fight with speech. Come test your rout steel to my tongue; I've already won. Resistance is futile when fighting the best, so raise you hands high and give war a rest."IOC: the search key for the sound is " instru by voodoo"

IC:"Um, yes. Help dispatching these rogues would be much appreciated," Voriki said, replying to the voice behind him without looking up as he sent another bolt of lighting at the aforementioned rogues, targeting the Toa of Stone pinned down by Laki's metal disks. The fact that their opponents had done little to strike back against them perplexed Voriki, either they were a distraction for another group of enemies or their minds were just a bit dull. Well, considering they've decided to outright attack the fortified base of a group that outnumbers them, I suppose we should't expect tactical genius, he thought, shrugging.At least they're smarter them that other guy, I guess. Still not saying much."Yes, bombard them until they all flee/die/surrender, that's pretty much it," he replied, answering Laki's question as the Toa of Lightmming fired a wave of electrical energy down to the hostiles. "Sounds good to me."

IC (Desilix):Desilix jumped in front of the attack, getting shocked by electrical energy. His plan was to reveal to the ILS that he was the traitor when he would probably be arrested, but for now he just hoped that the lightning wouldn't kill him. The lightning quickly shocked him unconcious, just like he planned.

IC: Vorasku's OrganizationSeeing Desilix fallen, Turok ran to where he was. She then activated her Parakuka, and dragged him behind the group.

IC: Atvin / OnyxFiguring best not to stick around and wait for a reply, Atvin teleported out of Pala-Koro, now buzzing with near-deafening sound, and directly in front of Kontarok, the Toa visibly startled and surprised by such a sudden appearance. However, quicker than he could register the shock, Atvin's thrust was much faster, headed straight for Kontarok's stomach. Reacting to the attack would require the De-Toa to break off the concentration on his sonics attack lest he wanted a blade to plunge straight through his body. His companions wouldn't have the time to help him.Onyx ducked again, watching as the metal plating shielding him rattled and dented upon the impact of the stone blast, small shattered pieces flying in every direction. Placing a careful hand on the wall, he willed it to shape itself like it once had, reinforcing it with iron. Tempted as he was to jump into the fray, there were others to do that and being the only Toa of iron around, he had to watch the gates. Getting back up, Onyx suddenly froze upon seeing the familiar shape of a Parakuka-transformed user, dragging the body of its companions. Either it could be killed or...they could capture it, experiment with it..."Keep that Parakuka-user alive!"

IC: Vorasku's OrganizationKontarok was stunned by the appearence, and quickly broke his concentration on the attack. He narrowly lunged to the side, but was still hit in his side, the blade causing a gash in his side. He cried in pain as he struck out at his attacker, swinging his axe.

IC: The loud noises of the enemy did not seem to effect the Vortixx or Aparangi-in truth, they were cancelled by Ziraul's own sonic powers. Then, Ziraul drew a throwing knife, and hurled it at the enemy. In midair, the knife seemed to split into six-an illusion. Only the center knife was real, but the other five would prove confusing. Ziraul had been mindful of Atvin's sudden appearance, so he kept his aim away from the Toa of Sonics. This was joined by a bolt of impact vision from Tirax.

IC:"Hey! Sonic guys, could one of you counteract some of that gorram noise?" Voriki shouted back, his ears ringing from the barrage of amplified sound coming from the battle. He activated his mask and quick-traveled to his right the split-second before a boulder shot past where his head had been a moment earlier.Perhaps underestimating these people isn't the best idea, he though as he teleported after Atvin. He signed inwardly in relieve at the end of the sound drumming on his eardrums, firing another burst of electric sparks at the stumbling Toa of Sonics as the De-Toa raised his axe to counterattack. Best to be careful.

IC: AtvinAtvin stopped himself from throwing himself forward with his thrust with his foot, putting him in an uncomfortable position with a large axe swing towards his side. Blocking with a single katana would be ineffective so ultimately, he teleported forward several feet forward, leaving nothing but empty air for Kontarok to swing at while a knife, a blast of impact vision and some electric sparks flying in his direction.Voriki's wish was granted before he could finish his sentence since Atvin's previous attack cut off Kontarok's concentration on the attack.

IC: Vorasku's OrganizationKontarok saw the knife flying in his direction, and ducked to the ground, leaving himself vulneravle. He was struck by the impact vision, which caused large bruises across his entire body. The electricity narrowly went over him. At the same time, Potanko used his Mahiki to create the illusion of there being six of him, and began to run toward the gate.

IC Laki smiled as his returning disks flew back to him. He planned catch them, swing around, and launch them within seconds of grabbing them. He bounced with excitement and adrenaline. Laki was actually having fun- the rush of battle, the satisfaction of watching his opponents scramble to avoid serious damage... it was fantastic. Seeing the two enemies hit by lightning, the feeling of victory as they slumped to the ground... Laki was loving this. He opened his three-fingered hand to catch the blur of silver soaring back to the wall. That's when the air erupted with sound. Laki screamed. The disk flew past him, out into Pala-Koro, closely followed by the next one, for the Le-matoran's hands were too busy holding his ears. It felt as if he someone was driving a metal pole into his eardrums. There was a pulsating rhythm to it, swelling form deafening to excruciating. On fact, the sound was almost visible- the very air around Pala-Koro was shimmering and vibrating with the force of the noise, at least to Laki's eyes. In fact, to Laki's eyes everything was starting to shimmer.But the sound wasn't getting worse. Laki took a breath. He was still alive. He could focus- no, he couldn't. The sound was too much. The awful, terrible noise. Laki hated noise. What was the use? Why not just see. Sight couldn't hurt someone this much. No sense should be able to hurt someone this much. He had to get away. To escape. Laki needed to get out of the field of sound. Out. Out of the field. The Matoran, in a stroke of (what seemed like at the time) brilliance, he jumped forwards out from the wall. Laki was a good jumper. All Le-Matoran were. So the green matoran flew out away from the village, through the air. Almost immediately, the pain faded from his eardrums. Then the Matoran hit the ground in a roll. He was bruised badly, but not hurt too much. His ears were ringing, but the sensation was fading. He turned back. The dome of sound around Pala-Koro had already faded. Some other Toa's work.The Matoran looked up and took stock of where he was. In the open, just in front of the charging group of enemies, with no weapons and no fighting abilities. And one of these people had a monstrous Parakuka. Laki despised Parakuka. Fantastic.

IC: As Potanko charged, his Mahiki still producing the illusion of there being six of him, He shot a blast of stone at Laki, seeing him jump from the wall.

IC:Seeing six identical Toa charging at the gate, Ziraul instantly recognized a basic Mahiki trick. Triggering his sonics abilities, he utilized sonar to identify which was really coming at him, and the stone blast only served to confirm it. A impact vision bolt knocked the stone away, and a sonic blast went at the real Potanko, strong enough to shatter masks and armor.

IC: Potanko shielded himself with a wall of stone, and deactivated the illusion, shortly after reactivating it.

IC:The stone wall shattered with the force of the blast, and Ziraul only kept it up. Around his feet, he created two small silence fields that would keep his element charged. Tirax hurled another impact vision bolt while the illusion was down.

IC: Potanko dodged the impcat vision, and with the deafening noise, he shot a blast of stone at Ziraul, before covering his ears from the sound.
