BZPRPG: Kumu Islets

OOC: @JL, neither Skakdi has given any description of the toa of lightning, other than their element. Red is jumping to a few conclusions there.IC (Hatann): Hatann's sharp senses had picked out the red Matoran watching them. "It's not the slums I'm worried about" he whispered. "It's that matoran over there. We are being watched" He raised his voice to shout at the curious bystander."OI YOU" he shouted. "SCRAM! Don't you know it's rude to spy on people?"

IC:Dhaejun:"I'm firin' ma' laser!" Dhaejun yelled as his thermal rays fired harmlessly around.

IC: XxethXxeth was really glad to be rid of Hatann. "Not sure who I hate more, my brother, or the Skakdi...." Xxeth got up with a groan, his armor was dented pretty bad on the chest, and his left leg was limping a bit. He limped over to Odhran and Moylan."Moylan, welcome to the crew, or welcome back I suppose." He braced himself on the side of the ship. "Say, you wouldn't mind unbending my armor would you? Since were crew mates and all."

IC (Hatann): Hatann joined in with his eyebeams, spraying lasers around where the matoran was. After the turmoil of fighting the pirates, the senseless violence was fun and helped him to let off steam. After a while, though, he got bored, and shut off his power. His leg was getting painful again."Small fry" he spat. "Not worth bothering about. Let's go."IC (Tooroko): Tooroko came over to inspect Xxeth's condition. As a Vortixx, he knew a bit about armour and weapons. He let out a low whisle whan he saw them. "Ouch" he commented. "Maybe the party had better wait."

IC: Dhaejun:"Right. Back to the plaza," Dhaejun said as he quit the eyebeams and moved towards his ol' plaza.

IC (Hatann): As he followed the other Skakdi through the streets of Xa-koro, Hatann saw what damage had been done by the two ships' cannons and then by the attack of the bird-things. He discovered that while part of the waterfront had taken a battering, most of the town had come out unscathed. Eventually they reached Dhaejun's plaza, and the navy Skakdi let them in.

IC: Dhaejun:"Ere's my ol' seaside villa," Dhaejun exclaimed to a fair looking house bordering the sea. It didn't look like it was taken care of but it was still in good condition. "Make yerself' at home," Dhaejun said.

IC (Hatann): "Thanks a bunch" said Hatann. He found himself a sleeping mat and within half an hour he was asleep and dreaming... of how much explosive it would take to send Odhran's ship, all its' crew and a bagfull of NEX tablets to the moon.

OOC: Red doesn't jump to conclusions - never would he do that. However, he knows because JL WAS the one who took Dhaejun down and then put a note on his body.IC: RedRed stood as all the lasers missed. If they were actually like this, JL really would have decimated them. Stupidity at its finest. However, they left before Red could actually do anything. Not that he would. However, their destination was exactly the same, so he followed them to the Xa-Koro plaza. He looked around - if anyone knew, they would be here.Know of Nex.OOC: Red, open for interaction.

OOC: @JLI know that. You know that, but how on earth would Red know that? He wasn't there for the fight and he never saw the tablet. The island is full of toa of lightning and Skakdi who attack people, and it could have been any of them for all he knows. All that Red knows right now is that JL has been in a fight with a Skakdi and a Skakdi has been in a fight with a toa. Neither of these are unusual events, so putting them together with such certainty seems a bit far-fetched. In fact, there has been a fight involving a Skakdi and a Toa of Lightning in this very topic within the last 24 hours. That's how common they are.And by 'plaza', we mean the house, not some sort of city square.IC(Hatann): Hatann slept badly that night. When he woke up two hours before dawn he finally gave up on sleep and just lay there staring at the roof.

OOC: Well, I've never seen a plaza 'house' before, only plaza's. And while Red wasn't there, he knows. You don't need to be there to know, and Red never said he was 100% sure. He just thinks. Why you're making as fuss about it even though you aren't part of this in any way, I don't know. And sure, while there are fights, Red doesn't know that there was a fight in the Kumu Islets. If he knows only of a fight at Le-Koro, and it was between JL and Dhaejun, if Dhaejun says that he fought a Toa of Lightning, what you know comes to mind first. It isn't that hard to understand.IC: RedRed walked around, knocking on doors. Nobody was there, or nobody answered. There were only 2 others who answered, and they had no idea of what Nex is. Stupid, ignorant fools. He turned towards the next door. Little did he know, this was where the 2 Skakdi he had seen nearly hours ago had taken root. He knocked on the door.

OOC:I thought Tooroko quit...IC:Odhrán"Fine..." Odhrán said. "Let's head back to Ta-Koro. Even if he won't join our crew it would be helpful if he would heal us." Odhrán said, a grimace on his face.

IC: Moylan"Sure I could bend that Into shape..."She Walked past Xxeth, stopping for a moment before passing."But why would I?"

IC:Odhrán"Because he's a crew-member." Odhrán said, rolling his eyes. "I think a better question is, why wouldn't you?"

IC: Moylan"Yeah, well that's good for him."She spat, still walking."I don't need a reason not to help."

IC: Xxeth"How does a 70 widgets sound?" Xxeth asked. He knew how to deal with people like her, they were a lot alike in many ways.

IC : Moylan"No, not for seventy widgets."She leaned against the side of the boat, tossing one of her swords into the air over and over.

IC: Xxeth"No you see, you're suppose to give me a higher price then..." Xxeth sighed, she was doing this on purpose. "85?"

IC: IgnotusIgnotus turned to Sentraken."Now we have a foothold, there are two more things. First of all, and this has been irritating me, why did you release the Mystix? If there were legends, then you would have known of our power, and our goal. So why?" Ignotus asked. Now that Xa-Koro was established as a place where Mystix were accepted and 'at home', it was time to move on to more serious matters.

IC: Moylan"Nope, not for eighty-five either."She remarked boredly, swapping to juggling two swords at a time.

IC: Xxeth"You hate me that much huh? Whatever, I guess I'll live with dented armor, at least my pockets will be full." He sighed and turned away.

IC: MoylanWith a unpleasant scraping noise, the metal twisted back into roughly the right shape. Magnetism was not as good at that as Iron was.She was quickly back to juggling all three swords.

IC: Xxeth Xxeth looked at his armor in surprise. He turned around, confused. "I...I don't understand..." He looked rather puzzled. OOC: Xxeth doesn't understand kindness.

OOC: Who said anything about kindness? IC: Moylan"I was getting tied of your irritating questions about price, so just shut up and we're even."

IC (Sentraken, Xa-Koro): "I was just going to mention that, funnily enough." Sentraken replied, his vision becoming clearer, "I wish to propose an alliance." this was technically true, although he was leaving out some parts of his plan, and adding some sugar on top to suck up to Ignotus, "Obviously, with your... Dominance... You would be in charge. But I propose an alliance between those of my kind who wish to follow me, and the Mystix." in his mind he grinned, but outside he held a very sincere expression. Due to his cycloptic eye, his expression was hard to see through, even for a creature older than civilization.

IC: Xxeth"Kay." Xxeth didn't say another word after that, he limped over to the lower deck, found a hammock, and fell asleep without another word.

IC: IgnotusIgnotus looked carefully at Sentraken. There was something in his voice, almost as though he was... hiding something. He disregarded it, storing it for later."And how many of your kind wish to follow you? Do you plan to send out advertisments?" Ignotus did not joke often. It seemed somehow awkward when he almost laughed.

IC: MoylanAfter Xxeth left to get some sleep, she followed him below deck and magnetized his hand to his face.If things went how she planned, he would magnetically slap himself in the face.

IC (Sentraken): Sentraken wasn't entirely sure whether Ignotus was joking or not, but he replied anyway, "That's what the five Vortixx I sent back to Xia were doing. Hopefully, when they return, they will have recruited many from Xia. Those who are prepared to serve me, and, by extension, you, are going to remain in Xia until further orders are given. Everything I am doing, I am doing in secret. Fortunately this island has no contact with the outside world, which makes it a good place to take over."OOC: On an outside note, I don't intend to have them return (as characters as opposed to NPCs) until sometime next year.

OOC: Good thing next year is almost over. And, don't worry, Pirok'll be busy, the the battle between them won't be for quite a while yet.IC: IgnotusIgnotus simply grunted in response. "With enough people helping us, this island will be ours."

IC: XxethMoylan's plan worked, Xxeth's hand slapped him right in the face. "OW!" He fell off the hammock in surprise, getting quite tangled and looking quite ridiculous. He looked at Moylan, his hand still stuck on his forehead. "You know, normally something like this would make me really ticked." Then he burst out laughing, "But for some reason, I find this hilariously ironic." He continued to laugh.

IC: MolanWatching the Ta fall out of his hammock with his hand stuck to his face actually got her to laugh. And this time a laugh at something funny, not an insulting laugh like Odhran had been subjected to whenever he thought he was doing something smart."Now, get back up on deck and start working. The below deck of this ship is mine."

IC: XxethXxeth finally got himself untangled. "Well, I could use some fresh air." He started heading outside. Doesn't mean I'm actually gonna work though. He thought to himself.

IC: MoylanAs Xxeth was heading outside, he could probably see that Moylan had puled a bunch of barrels together, and was using them like a chair.She wasn't doing any work, she was just relaxing like she was the queen of the lower level of the ship.

OOC: Next year's almost over, you say? IC (Sentraken): Sentraken nodded, "Indeed. I suggest we regroup, that was quite a battle just now." he proposed, gesturing to the destruction around them.

OOC: Sorry, two sentences got mixed together. Ah, backspace button, how you torture me. :PIC: Kraal"Ariga wanted us to withdraw. I thought I'd wait until you were done fighting." Kraal said to Ignotus.IC: Ignotus"That's interesting..." Ignotus commented.IC: Kraal"Uh... Emperor... News of the battle has gotten out. You don't suppose... You don't suppose she has heard?" Kraal asked, nervously.IC: Ignotus"Don't speak of her in front of me." Ignotus growled at Kraal. Suddenly, he became calm again. "Find Ariga. Tell him the battle has been won."

IC(Agira): "There is no need, my lord. I thought it would be best to withdraw, what with the lack of most of our troops." Agira had flown to see what was taking Kraal so long. "And, besides, it is almost daybreak. I doubt Kraal will see very well in full light."IC(Draebe): The toa returned to his bunk, placing his newly found Falchion right next to it. He checked to make sure that his treasure hoard was still there(Which consisted of his original pay and quite a bit of alcohol), which it was. He then waited for commands to either prepare for a party, or move the ship.

IC: RedRed kicked Dhaejun's door, annoyed that nobody answered him again. Wow. And he thought people would know about NEX. Annoyed, he turned around, walking away towards his boat which he had stolen, although not before grabbing his knife and hurling it at Dhaejun's door out of sheer frustration. He turned, got on his boat, and paddled away. Landing on the shore of Le-Wahi, he continued on his trek north, back to Ko-Wahi.OOC: Red to Ko-Wahi.

IC: Dhaejun:Dhaejun's eyes opened wide after hearing something hit his door. He opened it carefully, seeing a knife lodged into it. "Hmm, what a nice find!" Dhaejun exclaimed as he tore it out of the now damaged door and examined it.

IC (Hatann): Seeing that Dhaejun was up, the black Skakdi also got out of bed and went to the door. To him, the knife was clearly meant as a warning to the houses owner. If someone had wanted to do the door some damage, they would not have used a knife. An axe, maybe, or some explosives, but not a small knife."You got enemies, eh?" he questioned Dhaejun. "Someone doesn't like you."
