IC: [Vaisaga]Vaisaga promptly came flying out the window of the inn, past Rit's face, and into the water. An angry buff Vortixx exited the door after him. "WHAT DID YOU SAY ABOUT MY MOTHER?"
IC: RitI looked down at Vaisaga who had suddenly flown past me, my face remaining impassive. "You seem to have a habit of getting wet." I remarked dryly, before turning towards the Vortixx. "Is there some sort of disagreement going on between the two of you?"
IC: [Vaisaga]"HE INSULTED MY MOTHER!" the Angry Buff Vortixx roared."Actually," said Vaisaga as he pulled himself out of the water, dripping wet. "I only turned to look at him when he awoke and came down the stairs, then he promptly threw me out the window."Then a wild Tarakava appeared.
IC: RitI looked at them both calmly, I was pretty sure Vaisaga didn't actually insult the being's Mother, after all he was far too anti social for that. "See what we have here is classic case of conflicting opinions one of you says one thing the other says another. Mr. Vortixx if he really did insult your mother, what exactly did he say? Honestly guys this isn't exactly how I'd enjoy starting off my morning."No Wild Tarakava had ever appeared.
IC: [Vaisaga]"ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!" roared the Angry Buff Vortixx. "I COULD FEEL THAT HE WAS INSULTING MY MOTHER!"Then a Tarakava popped out of the water and ate the Vortixx.
IC: RitNo Tarakava did any such thing as a I spoke calmly to the Vortixx, "So you felt him insult your mother, odd such a feat does not seem like you." Sure there was a veiled insult in there but he was probably insult there, but he was probably too dimwitted to register it. "Besides even he did insult your mother internally, such a thing does not justify throwing him out the window. After all he respected your mother enough not to say it outloud didn't he?" I then turned to look at Vaisaga, "Come on, let's leave. If you'll excuse us Mr. Vortixx." I then casually began strolling away from the Vortixx, if he tried anything he'd find his feet frozen in place.
IC
(Daylah Valhallvria [Talking to Yarre: Ga-Koro streets])
"Oh?" Daylah asks, a small smile forming on her lips. "What exactly would you need from your asistant?" she asks curiously. There wasn't much she could do, but she was sure she could fit the bill if she tried hard enough.-Mef Man
IC: SontarokAs Sontarok saw the two, he asked "Are those the toa?"
IC(Jofor Gera [Talking to Sontarok: Ga-Koro streets])
"Yes," Jofor says simply; bringing his hands to his side as he talks.-Mef Man
IC: Hakilve"Well, I say we start off on a lily pad," the Po-toa said, standing up. "It shouldn't be hard to find a smaller one that we can use."
IC: Kye amd Johan"What are you talking about?" Kye asked,"Yea something wrong?" Johan also asked
IC: Kitsune & Co, Ga-KoroIn a few moments, they reached a large hut on the outskirts of the Ga-Koro, surrounded by tall trees and covered with ivy. It was obviously not taken care of, and as they stepped inside, there was further proof to this statement.Clothes and other items were randomly tossed on furniture and the floor, as if Briani had left either in a hurry or in a fit of rage. Blushing, she went about gathering the clothes up. Sitting down on a couch -which promptly creaked in protest-, Raion unsheathed his sword and checked the blade for imperfections, ignoring all the others while doing this. Kitsune sat down in a wooden chair in the corner, not saying anything as she reflected on who might possibly want to kill them.IC: Tawara (Ga-Koro Street)Tawara followed behind.OOC: Filler post is filler.
IC: Sontarok
Sontarok approached Kye and Johan. "Is it true that you attacked this toa?" he asked, putting his hand on his sword.
IC: Kye and Johan"No," Kye said, "I mean Johanndrew out his pickaxe, but that was a joke,""It didn't pierce his skin, I never swung it!" Johan said,
IC: Sontarok
"Why would one draw a pickaxe as a joke?"
IC: Kye and Johan"I'm big. I have a pickaxe. I just do that to scare people, it's kinda fun," Johan said, "If we offended or scared the crud out of the Toa were sorry,""Yea no need for any brawl-fights," Kye said,
IC: Sontarok
Having heard their account, and sensing no evident falseness in their voice, Sontarok turned to Jofor. "Is that true?" he asked.
IC: Tawara (Briani's Hut)Tawara sat on the floor. Why did Briani have a hut in Ga-Koro if she already lived in another village? Tawara was annoyed, she realized. No one had any business owning extra homes when they had a large, nice one to begin with. There were probably all sorts of Matoran on the streets with no home. Like me, Tawara realized. She didn't have a home anymore. The Matoran voiced none of these opinions, however. She had talked enough during the previous few hours. Instead, she fetched Gyren's notebook out of her backpack and began pondering the mostly unreadable text.
IC(Jofor Gera [Talking to Sontarok: Ga-Koro streets])
"Yes, but I still don't see why they'd pull a prank after I invited them to stay at my house as a favor," the Toa explains. "I was only trying to help and they pull a weapon on me? Seems a bit crazy to me..."-Mef Man
IC: Kye and Johan"And a Toa inviting two complete strangers into one's house is no different?" Kye asked,
IC(Jofor Gera [Talking to Kye: Ga-Koro streets])
"It's called being friendly," the Toa replies right back. "There's a difference between asaulting someone and inviting someone to their house to save them a few widgets."-Mef Man
IC: Johan"Um can we just put this aside, we didn't do anything wrong, we caused no harm, no fowl," Johan said
IC: [Gunner](Infernavika, Forest Shore, Fjord)Springing back to my feet with my usual spryness, I gave a short, withering glare towards Doomie for forcing me to save Raknar, before snatching my coat back from Grochi."Alright then," I announced, slipping back into my (thankfully) dry coat, "Change of plans. Doomie, I'll need you to resuscitate Captain Raknar here. Perkahn and, uh, Ruta, that's your name, right? Anyway, you two will need to fish out, and repair the anchor, so that we can lay it down-"I glanced over at Doomie, "-While it's attached to the boat. Grochi and Onuzek, if you two would kindly finish lowering all of the dinghies into the water, that would be most appreciated."IC: [Lux Saran](Restaurant, Ga-Koro, Ga-Wahi)"Alright. I think I sat a fairly empty lily pad over that way," Lux said, pointing over to a smallish platform, adjacent to their current location.-Void
IC, Zijak: "Oi, Gunner, is there anything I can help with? I don't want to be sitting here doing nothing."
IC-Grochi:"Zijak, you can finish lowering the dinghies with Onuzek," Grochi said, as Ruta jumped into the water with a length of heavy chain so that he could reattach the anchor.
IC: Arzanyos popped his head out from below deck. "Oh, so your in charge now, eh Gunner?" He laughed. "Got anything that could use the express route down?"
IC: (The Infernavika)"Ruta!" Perkahn called out into the water. "This might, hilariously enough, be the first time we talk. Reattach the anchor to the chain and grab on - I'll force someone to help and pull both you and the anchor out. Then I'll repair it, since it so happens, iron powers help. Thanks in advance."
IC, Zijak: ZIjak nodded and proceeded to walk over to where the dinghies were located. He began lowering them down using ropes attatched to them.OOC: That's how you lower dinghies, right? I don't exactly know for sure.
IC: Onuzek"The who?" the gigantic Toa asked, but no one seemed to notice him. Shrugging, the Toa of Gravity just folowed along with everyone else. Soon enough, Onuzek was grinning again, and the dinghies had been lowered into the water.By various means.IC: Hakilve"Alrighty, looks good," the four armed Toa said, strolling over to the lily pad. He unlimbered one of his swords, and stood waiting for Lux. "Ready when you are."
IC-Ruta:Ruta barely heard what Perkahn said as he dove in, though he was able to more or less understand what the Toa of Iron meant. Soon enough he had reattached the chain length and welded the links on the ends shut, and then he was being pulled up with the anchor."There, you can finish this up," he aid, drying himself with a quick blast of heat.
IC: SontarokSontarok turned to Jofor. "I believe what he said is right. No one was hurt, and it would be a waste to call law enforcement."
IC: [Vaisaga]"NO, DON'T LEAVE ME HERE! I NEED MY DAILY DOSE OF EVULLLLL!!!" screamed the Angry Buff Vortixx.Meanwhile, Vaisaga was walking along wirht Rit."Many thanks for the assistance."IC: [Darre]"Just help me with organising paperwork and the like."
IC: (The Infernavika)Didn't take long. In another fifteen minutes and some serious help from Perkahn's power over iron, the anchor was repaired. Perkahn looked slightly exhausted for it, though."Gunner! I suppose I dump this back in the water? And the right way this time?"
IC: Rit"You're a Toa, next time try and avoid letting people sneak up on you and throw you out the window. It'll keep you from getting soaked like you have a habit of doing." I remarked dryly on the matter. No pun intended.
IC: [Vaisaga]"I was actually charged at and picked up, before thrown out the window."
IC: Rit"In that case avoid getting picked up in the first place."
IC: Kye and Johan The two shrugged and walked into the inn. That was weird...
IC: [Vaisaga]"i see."
IC: RitAfter that we continued walking in silence, what, it's not like I'm going to talk. It's not my fault he's choosing not to.
