IC: Helsa - CHI Door -> Marching in there isn't gonna get Elirak out of there any faster. Besides, the bullets had something to do with a man named Esao, according to the guard.

OOC: I'm about to troll you so hard, Tyler...IC - Ryjak - Venus TowerRyjak walked through the door, walking to the floor where all information about security was stored. He quickly came to the main database. He came to the first of three identification tests. First, a machine scanned his eyes. Then pricked his finger. "Ryjak Hittlur Drazen."The door opened, and Ryjak stepped through."Shall we?"OOC: No, it's not his real middle name.

IC: Jikal>Oh, well in that case, I'm not worried. The guy is pretty good at what he does, and it would take one lucky assassin to take him out.

IC: Drazen (Venus Tower, Krahzia)Ilya laughed a little but said nothing, following his younger brother through his various security measures.IC: Gust (Bullpen, CHI)Gust stared at Krayzikk and then turned on his heel, walking out of the building.IC: Esao (Medical Ward, CHI)I leaned back in my bed, my heart gnawing away at guilt.Mars... I thought, closing my eyes and trying to prevent tears from flowing. She was fine. She had to be. I sat there for a minute, thinking hard.Finally, I stood up, ripping away the various IV lines from my chest and arms. Blood and fluids sprayed freely across the bed, and I shook my head, not even focusing on the pain as I walked down the hallway, still shirtless and bloody."Krayzikk!" I yelled, locating the robot. "Walk with me to the barracks. Now."-Teezy

IC: Skyra - Hovercraft, Eastern Canyon -"Hey Equinox? Are we there yet?" Skyra wondered out loud, this ride seemed to be taking a bit longer than usual.

IC: Krayzikk"I don't think you are in a fit condition to be up and about, Esao Mandala." Krayzikk replied, after a cursory examination of Esao. "Further activity might jeopardize your health even further."

IC: Esao (Bullpen, CHI)"Sorry, Esao Mandala's too busy to worry about his health right now. If you want, you can wait until after the beep to talk to someone who gives a flying ****." I kept walking for a second before making a little "beeeeep" noise.IC: Equinox (Hovercraft, New Metru Nui)"We should be there in a few moments," said the virus with a shrug.-Teezy

IC: Krayzikk"The sarcasm was not necessary. A simple response to indicate that you didn't care for your own safety would have sufficed." Krayzikk stated, following behind Esao. "Why are we traveling to the barracks? It is unlikely that there are any beings still inside. Most would have likely been terminated by the gas strike, and the rest would have long since vacated that area."

IC: Esao (Bullpen, CHI)"The Umbrae have Mars," I called back, drawing a pistol from my waistband and shooting open the lock to the female barracks. I began to move to Mars' room, not even caring whether Krayzikk was still following me at this point.-Teezy

IC: Krayzikk"What made you come to this conclusion?" Krayzikk asked, stepping into the barracks. "There are a number of likely scenarios, and only twelve out of the twenty five involve the Umbrae."

IC: Esao (Barracks, CHI)I threw open the door to Mars' barracks and gestured around, stopping for a second over the large claw marks on the Fe-Matoran's bed. I closed my eyes, feeling sick: whether it was the fact that she had been kidnapped from right under my watch while I was switching spit with Ryllia or whether it was the fact that I had, in fact, swallowed a rather copious amount of blood and intravenous fluids, I didn't know. And frankly, I didn't care."There's your answer."-Teezy

IC: KrayzikkKrayzikk surveyed the room. "This does indeed raise the probability that Mars was taken by the Umbrae. However, the possibility remains that whoever took her simply wants you to believe she was taken by the Umbrae."

IC: Esao (Barracks, CHI)"Who else could it have been, Kray?" I asked, closing my eyes and leaning against the dresser. "This place has been on lockdown since before the Umbrae hit. Nobody else could have done it."My voice trailed off as I stared at Mars' empty bed. I had been talking to her right before she was taken, and I had never explained anything to her...In grief, rage, and exasperation, I bent over and vomited, spitting up blood, fluids, and whatever small amount of food I had eaten in the last day or so onto the floor.-Teezy

IC: Krayzikk"I don't know. Even if we assume she was taken by the Umbrae, what can we possibly do about it?" Krayzikk answered. He watched as Esao vomited. When he spoke, his voice was more familiar, more like Krayzikk usually acted. "Esao, you need to rest. You can't do anyone any good like this."

IC: Esao (Barracks, CHI)"I have to!" I yelled. "No one else can do my job as well as I can!"I stood up again, forcing the muscles in my legs to tighten and keep me upright."I don't have time to rest."-Teezy

IC: Skyra - Hovercraft, Eastern Canyon -"Oh okay..." Skyra said happily. "So is a few moments a couple seconds? Or minutes?"

IC: Krayzikk"You're exactly right. No one can do your job as well as you." Krayzikk's voice hardened, a remarkable feat, considering it's already harsh quality. "Which is exactly why you need to rest. Because if you don't rest, if you don't go back to the hospital wing, then it is quite probable that you will die."Krayzikk leaned in close. "Do you want to end up like me? Do you want to die alone, hoping you did your duty? Hoping you did enough?" He paused. "Hoping there might be someone who cared enough to remember you?"

IC: Esao (Barracks, CHI)In the hours and days that followed this moment, I would often query to myself why my psyche chose this exact moment to snap. Was it because, at this moment, the two girls I was torn between were both lying in various states of ****** up, while here I stood, slowly dying and unable to stop it? Was it because my commanding officer, my friend, my father, sat tied up in Krahzia and still I could do nothing? Was it because Krayzikk, who was technically my superior officer, was deliberately trying to bench me when I knew **** well that I could take the heat of what was happening as we sat in Mars' room arguing? I still don't know."See, that's your problem, Krayzikk! You spend too much time ******* caring! I don't have that luxury! I don't have the time to think about what I'm doing, about who might care, because I have to do all the jobs everyone else is too chicken**** to do! And then they sit, and call me a monster, a sadist, a fiend behind my back, because of the lifetime that all of you have raised me into! I've done my ******* job! And still, I'm a monster? I almost killed Ilya Drazen tonight! He was like a father to me when I was undercover! And you know what? I felt nothing! Because he wasn't my father! No, people like you and Airu and Ion have been my fathers! All I've ever done is what you've all asked me to do! Nothing more! All my life, I've spent every waking hour trying to please you people! And still I'm a monster?"I puked again."Alright, then! I'm ******! I'm evil! I'm a monster! You hear me? I'm a ******* monster! Go ahead! Say it!"I collapsed, sobbing, into a pool of my own blood and vomit, staring helplessly at Mars' empty bed."I'm a ******* monster!"-Teezy

IC: KrayzikkKrayzikk stared at Esao for what seemed like an eternity. "Esao, I am dead. I frankly don't give a darn about what people think of me." He turned. "You've still got a life to live. But if you keep on going like this, you're going to run yourself into the ground. If you die, it's not just you who will suffer. There are people in this world who care about you. People like Mars. And you can't save her if you're dead."Krayzikk gave a mechanical shrug. "But then again, I have no clue how you feel. I can't truly feel emotion anymore."

IC: Esao (Barracks, CHI)"Even if you were alive, you wouldn't know how I feel," I said, leaning my head back. "Girls, man. They're insane."-Teezy

IC: Krayzikk"No arguments there." Krayzikk shrugged again. "According to my memory, you're completely right."

IC: Esao (Barracks, CHI)I laughed, shaking my head. It quickly degenerated into a dry cough."You ever been stuck between two of 'em?"-Teezy

IC: Krayzikk"With regards to relationships, just once. With regards to life in general, I once had to fight these two Vortixx at the same time. I went home early that day." Krayzikk shrugged. "But the once was enough for me. It didn't end well."

IC: Esao (Barracks, CHI)I sighed and pulled out my pistol agan, holding it softly in my hand and crossing my hands over my knees. I shook my head and looked at Krayzikk."I love Ryllia so much, man. She's been there for me so many times over the years, in the field and in my personal life. That breakup, followed by the Drazen op...it made me half wish that Ilya just put a bullet in my head and finished me off. That's when Mars came along. And now, Ryllia's back and I just..."I broke off and laughed, shaking my head again."Man, why am I talking to you about this?" I asked, still laughing and shaking my head.-Teezy

IC: Krayzikk"I was wondering that myself. I can offer opinions, but they'd be based on my memories." Krayzikk would have smirked if he could.

IC: Esao (Barracks, CHI)I grinned and laughed a bit."Have at it."-Teezy

IC: Krayzikk"Well, on one hand, there is Ryllia. She's beautiful, clever, and she is from IA. And let's face it, you deserve props for managing to date someone from IA for any stretch of time. There is obviously some history between you two."Krayzikk held up his other hand. "On the other hand, there is Mars. A Matoran after my own heart, at least when I was still living. She carries more weapons daily than some do in their entire life. She works hard at what she does, and she has worked with you almost since you started at the CHI."Krayzikk shrugged. "It all comes down to who and what you want. Do you want the Matoran gunslinger, or the Toa from IA?"

IC: Snelly - Hovercraft -"Alright, I'm getting out." Skyra said, heading outside the hovercraft, not caring if it was still moving or not.

OOC: Have him pick both, Tyler. For the lulz.IC-Kal:Kal heard Gust's announcement and sighed. "Great," he muttered. "More work. I'll never get back to my music." He looked back up at Elirak, now that they were finally in the office."Well, sir, what exactly did you come here for?"

IC: Nikarra [CHI]Nikarra had shaken her head when Esao walked out, and left the hospital wing, just walking around the CHI building for a while.

IC: Daykia (CHI)As no one had answered, she was going to try again when Gust's announcement came over the intercom. She quickly sent a message to Gust instead.>messaging Gust...>contact established.> "Gust. This is Daykia. I've found a dead Toa of Earth in one of the side rooms. From what I've heard, it looks like he could be the assassin that tried to kill Esao."IC: Krash (Krahzia)"By Replicas you mean... clones? As in, the Clone Wars?"IC: Lekar (Hovercraft)"Good."Zakaro

IC: Elirak (CHI)"To deliver that message, why?" I replied.Funny thing was that I was being entirely truthful about that.

OOC: I find it funny how neither of you noticed the fact that Zar's already in the room. IC - Zarayna - New Metru Nui [Mars's room, listening to Esao and Krayzikk]:I've always prided myself for my ability to blend in, but now it's getting a little tiring."Excuse me?" I say, not bothering to move from where I'd been standing, next to the door.

IC: Krash (Krahzia)"By Replicas you mean... clones? As in, the Clone Wars?"Zakaro

OOC: Zar: Join the club. =P-==IC: Blade//Krahzia==-"I don't know what the Clone Wars are; but yes, replicas are more or less clones. There are two types of Replicas; normal, and perfect. Normal replicas share the same look as someone, but could have some other difference." Blade explained, and then paused."Meanwhile, Perfect replicas are more or less exactly the same, right down to elemental powers, and with the proper conditioning, the same personality and fighting style. The only differences would be if one of the two swapped out their mask for another one." Blade finished, and stayed silent for a moment.Along with some other things, that I haven't confirmed works for everyone... And I should know all this too, since that Replica of me is a Perfect Replica...

OOC: *Shh* Zarayna, the GM's are developing their characters. Don't interrupt them. IC: Thazris / Krazhia"Now why would you want to replicate somebody?" Thazris asked. "Myself? Too lazy to get any work done. Somebody else? Changelings are easy to hire. Used to know a guy who went by the name Tryglax, before he became a Dark Hunter. Hired him for a few jobs back in the Old Universe when I needed shape changing employed. Nice fellow, terrible poker player, despite always cheating."-Toa Levacius Zehvor

IC: Emma - Albiore 1Emma chuckled, "You're preaching to the choir Kairan. Didn't you hear the speech I gave during the Hacker Siege? It was very good."-Void

Kairan said with a slight chuckle, as he piloted the Albiore around the city a little more, and thought for a moment."So, any places you guys would like to see?" Kairan asked, as they didn't really have any leads on where Blade was at that moment.
