  • IC: WalkerLuckily for himself and Wrehn's sanity, the transformation only lasted a maximum of twenty seconds so as to not wear himself out unnecessarily and feel any changes to his personality. Taking a seat again, he spread himself in a more comfortable manner and chuckled at Wrehn's reaction."No lolly gagging, squirt. What happened to you? I thought you died." Walker asked, intending to trade questions back and forth instead of being completely barraged in one turn.

  • IC: Wrehn"I had to blow the place up to get away from that crime lord's men. They thought I was dead too. Then the Po-Koro Guard told the Sanctum Guard about our little mischievousness back in the day, and I got locked up. Some bat-thing melted the wall and told us all to go to Xa-Koro, so here I am." Wrehn smiled. "You got any idea what happened to Garme?"OOC: That's set up about three quests in one post right there :P

  • IC: Walker"You want my honest opinion? I think she's living life on the positive side of things now, busy being lovey-dovey with Savulg." Walker said all this with a straight face but seconds later, he broke out into an all-out laugh."Sorry, it just sounds too absurd to be true. Although, I'm curious now: you locked up? I thought you were our sneaky ninja with kung fu mastery. While you were sitting in a cell or doing whatever, I've been pretty busy as you can see."

  • IC: Walker"I prefer to say 'keeping the peace' but yeah, I've just been pretty much going around killing criminals." he said indifferently. "Woke up in all the rubble and discovered I was bonded to some nasty slug and you can imagine how stressful that must have been for me." The Parakuka expressed its displeasure at the mention of 'nasty slug'.Hey man, you know it's true. Not all the time you see some squishy meatsack serpent thing that looks like it would rather eat your spine instead of cuddling."I've been needing the practice, what with my powers gone. I also didn't know what do at the time yet somehow I ended up becoming some vigilante. Strange how that is."

  • IC: WrehnIt was noticeable how Walker had become a darker Toa than he had before. Wrehn hoped he wouldn't lose control of the Para-whatever and flip out, but this was Walker. They'd been friends for years, it was pretty unlikely Walker would just kill him on the spot."Anything I can help with?" the Pa-Matoran asked after short pause.

  • IC: WalkerWalker looked at the ground in thought, debating whether it would be wise for Wrehn to tag along with him. Of course, there was no saying that he wasn't overjoyed at seeing one of his best friends alive and well but things had changed. Walker wasn't your average nice guy any more; now there was a cold-hearted young man involved with criminals and danger all the time. Wrehn wasn't entirely exposed to all of that yet."Think you can handle a few crime lords wanting your head on a silver platter?"

  • IC:Agni stood there, silent, for over a minute, studying the large complex rising in-between the trees. "When I get back to Ta-Koro, I'll tell them to strengthen the outpost here to keep a better eye on who's building what. I've seen my fair share of criminal hideouts, but this is just ridiculous."He sighed and turned to Valria. He did not like having to go through with this next part, but he had to ask anyway: "We can not just go in there. Val, you know the place...any information on the layout?"
IC: (Valria)"Followers of Makuta can be rather arrogant. He had a lot of slave labor to help build this. Anyways here's what I remember of the place." Valria knelt down and began drawing a picture in the dirt. At first it was a large rectangle, but then there was a smaller one towards the center. Then there were around three squares at the north and south right hand corner. Then two large squares on the the east side, one in the upper left hand corner and one in the lower, left corner."You see these three small squares here?" Valria asked, pointing at the lower right hand corner of her crude map. "These are the slave pens, where Telric keeps his slaves, they are somewhat insulated. These three small squares up here, they are the guard quarters. I don't know how many men, we'll be facing inside.""This large square in the upper left corner is the storehouse, were he keeps food, water, and other things. The lower left hand one is another as well. We should probably go at nightfall."OOC: Sorry was busy.

  • IC:"So we'll sneak to the wall, you use your power and we all get over the wall. Sounds easy enough. Does Telric rely solely on guards or does he have some sort of security system in place?" Agni asked Valria. He knew a purely technological alarm was next to impossible, but in a universe filled with beings with awesome power, he was not about to take any chances.

  • IC: (Valria)As far as I remember, no. There was no sort of alarm system that Telric would have." Valria replied. "So yes I believe he soley relies on his guards, hopefully we can incapacitate any of them we come across. Though maybe we should take out a few so that if Telric ends up screaming for help we don't have the entire facility come crashing down around us?" Telric was their target, dead or alive...she didn't remember how exactly strong he was, most of the time he relied on his guards to do the dirty work but give how there was only two or three of them vs an entire complex, it was hardly going to be easy.

  • IC: Agni nodded slowly. He had been in the guard long enough to have aquired a fair deal of experience in organizing a raid. Granted, they had always been coordinated efforts by Ta-Matoran guards crakcing down on small criminals in their huts. This was a whole other caliber. Of course, there weren't many Toa in the guard, certainly not the vengeful gravity-type, so it evened the odds a little bit.Agni would have preferred to have time to observe the compound more, but the way things seemed, striking now was the best option. Finally, he spoke: "I'd say we circumvent the perimeter-patrol and then cross the wall here-" His finger pointed down on the section of the wall near the guard barracks. He knew this sounded like a bad plan, but before the others could raise objections, he immediately explained the idea. "-because every other building will be better guarded. After all, who'd break into the place where all the armed people are sleeping? Nothing of value to steal there and lots of combat-versed men who wouldn't be happy if they were suddenly woken up. From there, we can probably make our way into the central building."

  • IC: Dorian (Bunker, Xa-Koro)"Anyway," Dorian said, standing up and moving to a chest in the corner. "If there are no further questions..."The Toa of Iron walked over to the corner and rifled through the chest before plucking a silk tuxedo jacket from the chest and sliding it on: the tight fabric fit snugly against his form, and as Dorian slid the jacket's sole button through its slot above his abdomen, he grinned at the only other male member of Bad Company with sex appeal and gestured towards the door."So tell me, Grokk," he called out. • IC: (Valria)"That sounds like a great idea. We should probably wait till nightfall though. Wouldn't want to risk being spotted and then have the entire complex on the alert." Valria replied, she pulled her hood back over her head. She got down on her knees and sat crossed legged, as she tried to steel herself for the coming battles. She needed to be ready for anything, it might be easy to infiltrate the villa or might be much harder. She had job to do and if the other guy's got in their way she'd do her best to remove them without killing them. She wouldn't be making any promises though.OOC: Alright you handle the nightfall and lead our group towards the infiltration point. Going to ask Shadow Guardian if he's still a part of this.

  • IC:I gave Dorian one of my characteristic pearly grins. "Karz, it's been too long," I replied. "And, whoo, clearly it's also been too long since you've worn that coat. The poor button's just miserable right now, straining against all your new... er... muscle, down there." I snagged a coconut, a citrusy fruit, and a bottle of liquor from the Bad Company Official Minifridge. I popped a hole in the coconut with a nearby knife, and squeezed in a little fruit and yum-yum juices. I stirred, then took a sip. "Perfectly prepared, as one would expect of me," I commented. "I'll take this one for the road - a little pre-game warmup." Still holding my coconut goodness in one hand, I pulled out and flipped open my rudimentary shades with one hand - they weren't my old sort, but their bent-wire frames and asymmetry had a certain island flavor - and slid them on. "Alright," I said to Dorian. "Take that silly coat off, so we can go."

  • IC: Dorian (Bunker, Xa-Koro)Dorian sent out millions of tiny little spikes from his body, ripping the coat to shreds and sending the minuscule pieces to the ground; as he did so, those within earshot of him could hear him muttering something along the lines of "grumble grumble style and functionality grumble." He threw his string bag around his shoulders, the clink clink of his fortune's worth of widgets clinking softly inside the fabric."I will see all of you Monday," he called back, walking alongside Grokk to the door. "Here's the deal: I'm going to give you half of the money in this bag as a goodwill payment. • IC:"Ain't nobody better for it," I replied. I eyed Dorian's little cigarette as he lit it. "Think bigger, broseph," I said, pulling out from my shoulder bag - satchel, I mean - a long, fat cigar. I summoned a match from the counter and lit the thing. Gave it a few luxurious puffs, and then I took a draw from the cigar while the straw from my coconut concoction was also in my mouth. I swallowed the smoke with the drink; It's a nifty little trick not many are able to replicate. Dorian sure as karz couldn't - I knew that it would tick him off. "Sho awre we gonna wleave owr not?" I asked, balancing the cigar between my teeth.

  • OOC: Frieza from Ga-Wahi IC: Frieza - Xa-koro -Frieza landed his 'borrowed' raft at a dock, a matoran quickly walked up to him. "That's five widgets to dock here." The matoran exclaimed, raising his hand up expectantly. "Five widgets you say? That I do have." Frieza pulled something out of his bag, and then put it in the matoran's hand. It was a severed Skakdi hand. The matoran promptly shrieked, and then backed up as he dropped the hand, before he fell over into the water. Frieza smirked and began to walk away from the docks and toward the center of the town.

  • IC:"You forgot the hat," I noted. "You don't want to wear it without the hat."We made our way along the docks, Dorian swaggering overmuch in his new coat, and I doing some casual thievery along the way. I ended up with an apple, some spare widgets, a new knife, a wide-brimmed sun hat which I plopped onto Dorian's head, a bundle of flax, a gardening spade, a little umbrella which found its new home in my coconut, and a weird metal gizmo which ran in circles on spindly legs. Eventually we made it to the casino."Well," I said, adding a bite of apple into the cycle of drinking and smoking: drink, bite, puff, drink, bite, puff. "Tell me about this place. What sorta specs we looking at?"

He got strange looks from some of the people, obviously they remembered him from when he fought that sand-turning titian, and set the whole place on fire while he was at it. He stopped when he noticed two things, one, a nice looking casino, and two...Dorian. Frieza grinned, and decided to see what Dorian was up to, he sat down on a bench not far away and watched him from the corner of his eye.

  • IC: Dorian (Xa-Koro)Dorian opened his mouth to reply to the Skakdi of Gravity, but paused before words could come out of his mouth: there, on the park bench, was a Toa whom Dorian had met in passing, a member of Utu's group. Mark of Sadism, if he recalled, guy named Freiza. He would be simple enough: as much as Dorian hated to forsake his trademark creative brutality, he supposed he would just have to take care of this one the old-fashioned way. Of course, first, he could try and get him to leave peacefully. He doubted this would work, but hey. A man could try."Hello, Freiza," Dorian said as he and Grokk swaggered idly past the bench. "Goodbye, Freiza."With any luck, he would recognize the dismissal and walk away...-Teezy
