BZPRPG: Le-Wahi

OOC: What ever happened to Skyra's attack? No worries though. IC: SkyraSkyra had been completely ignored in this fight, BIG MISTAKE. While Echelon was busy with the morons currently trying to fight him, except for Merror of course, he was the only one Skyra had at least some respect for. Skyra unsheathed his katanas, which glowed green on the edges due to their lazer tips. Now, for my newest attack, let's hope this works. RAZOR WIND! Skyra put his katanas together like a cross or an X. Then he caused the air around the blades to concentrate heavily. Causing a green aura to form around them. Then, Skyra swiped both his katanas toward Echelon, sending to waves of concentrated air at the necromancer. When they hit Echelon, they would cut almost as sharply as a sword, it wouldn't kill him, but it would cause some serious pain and blood loss, not to mention a nice tattoo. OOC: Before you decided to dodge it or something, wouldn't it be cool to have a giant scar on your chest. It look pretty awesome don't think eh, eh?

OOC: Who says Pirok didn't remember how it worked last time? :evilbiggrin:IC: Pirok, Proditor, Invisible & PulsePirok knew this was how it had worked out last time. However, he felt the magnetism."Ice-Toa!" he shouted."His name is Pulse." Proditor pointed out."Fine, Pulse! Freeze our feet to stop us moving! All except Proditor!""Uh... Okay." Pulse said, doing exactly as Pirok told him."Now, Proditor, use Air to fly after him!""As you wish." Bossy git.Pirok then used his power over heat and flame to make the air above Echelon heavy, and stop him from getting any higher."Now, Pulse, freeze him!"Pulse was beginning to see what Pirok had planned. He froze Echelon yet again. Magnetism or no magnetism, the extra weight is gonna bring him down!

IC (Naru)Naru shuddered when she spotted a Tryna amongst the masks of the various Toa. Corpses were a bit gross, but re-animated ones were in a whole new league of creepy. Still, she knew a Tryna alone wasn't grounds for marking someone as evil, especially not in times of war. Corpses were corpses, after all. Dead people. No soul left, and no being inside to harm by moving the body around.The Toa of Plasma tried to get her bearings on who she should support in this fight, but it was hard to make out someone's motives when no one was talking. She uncertainly raised her voice."Eh... are there any bad guys here? Any at all? If there are, could you please raise your hand or something?"..."No?"With a sigh, she shut up and kept observing the fight.

IC: " Alright, Mandrihk," Kethrye said. " How are we going to construct the village? Ledzel's still in Ta-Koro, and it will be difficult to create defenses without him, I would think." Voriki will face justice another day. And by justice, I mean a well aimed axe stroke. He thought.

IC TorvTorv cast an illusion of multiple copies of himself to confuse and distract Echelon and Vidar, before stepping into the middle of the battle with his Katana. All the illusions seemed to speak at once, yelling taunts of all different sorts. I just hope they realize to gain the trust of Merror and the others, I need to fight you. Then it looked like each of the copies fired a fireball at Echelon.IC Ramanox Meanwhile Ramanox was planning another attack of his own, he had disappeared into the tops of the trees, before leaping down, swords pointed forward, and spinning like a drill towards Vidar. This better work, or I'm going to Karz

IC: Alfon / Onyx"I believe I could be of service." Onyx cut in. "Seeing as how I'm a Toa of Iron, I could help with the construction of this settlement." Not only did Onyx find his brother today and kill Ferrin but he could actualy take part in building a new village. This made him quite happy."Yeah, we could also build a fence along the perimeter, like I mentionned earlier on. Although, giving an electrical charge to a fence covering such a big area would drain me completely of my energy and I'd be exhausted. Guess we could just put something sharp at the top hoping some dumb rahi will cut itself on it, eh?"

IC: "In case you were wondering, Mahdrik, I don't drop subjects that easy," Miraul stated as he nodded to Divan, who focused his powers on stopping anyone from moving their armor. Only Miraul's team and Kethrye were excluded from this."Now, I'm hoping I don't have to fight you on this one-but if need be, I will. Ready to surrender D yet?"Vilak could be seen to spin his sling at Kakama-powered speeds, while Hikari drew her staff, and lightning crackled on Axana's blade. Takamaz readied his flame claws, swirling balls of fire visible in his weapons. Bijackal backed away, not prepared to deal with heavy elemental assults without his brother.OOC:If I miss an attack of yours, point it out to me by PM, as there are a lot of things that go on in this topic that make a small post easy to miss.

OOC: Will Onyx be joining the team, or is he here temporarily? I need to know if I should add him to the roster in my blog. Same goes for Solia, to my understanding she will be staying with Trakuda?IC (Madrihk)Madrihk felt his metallic parts suddenly become locked into place. He felt a sting of annoyance, which soon led into anger, though he kept it hidden under his confident facade."Excuse me," he said, in a chilling tone, "but I believe that if you strike first, then I assure you things will not end well for you, as we will be forced to kill you in self-defense. While my team is a bit tired from fighting Ferrin, I am certain that you will not find them easy to beat."Even though he could barely move against the iron force holding him in place, Madrihk could still use his elemental power. He subtly began emanating cold, draining the air behind him of all warmth. The glow of Takamaz's claws already began to fade."It seems like I can't stop you from taking D if you absolutely want to. I can still make it very unpleasant for you. Vompran just needs to frown and the plants under your feet will have tangled you up. Conteriam can turn your little immobilizing trick back on you with crushing results. Alfon and Voriki both can still electrify you."He glanced sideways as Kethrye and saw that the Toa was not in stun-lock."...And if I heard correctly, I believe my fellow Toa of Ice over there won't let you harm us without response. And our newfound iron friend... would you mind countering our predicament?"

OOC: Snelly, I don't think you can do that...Pirok, how exactly can power over heat make the air above Echelon heavy? And why, even if it can, would that stop him rising using Magnetism?A-level physics - trust me. I'm the -Wait, no.IC (Echelon)Echelon was amused by their attempt to stop the effects of his magnetism. Freezing each other's feet wouldn't make it go away; it would merely postpone their eventual impact, and prevent them from going anywhere while it did so.But then being frozen again was...irritating. Echelon, once more encased in a block of ice, began to sink downwards. Just as this happened, Skyra's wind attack and Torv's multiple (and possibly illusory - it was clear that the Toa was using a Mahiki) fireballs shot towards him. Conveniently, that should be exactly what was needed to get him out of the ice again.But Echelon was now more than a little frustrated with Vidar.What's he playing at? he thought. I'm having to hold off all these Toa at once - what on Mata Nui's forsaken island is taking him so long?

OOC: Yeah, adding Onyx to the roster would be a good idea. Looks like we have an official new member. By the way, how exactly would a Toa of Iron be able to help in thsi situation for the armor? Sure I'd be able to move it around somewhat but elaborate to me, please.IC: Alfon / OnyxInstantly, Onyx and Alfon went rigid as their armor refused to budge, keeping them locked in place. Both brothers stared angrily at the 'police' and had the savage desire to beat the living pulp out of them.Using his Pakari, Onyx countered the effects of magnetism through sheer and brute strength. If Miraul was to restrain him, he'd have to release his control over the others and focus mainly on keeping him still. And that would be quite the challenge."I may be weary but I can assure you, I've got plenty of fight in me. I'll personaly fry your brains out if you'd like me to." said Alfon, making electricity crackle all over him.

IC:" No one. Attacks. My. FRIENDS!" Kethrye shouted, weakly raising his axe and firing a spike of ice at the Toa ofMagnetism. " Or Voriki, at least without informing me first!"

IC(D): D narrowed his eye. As the spike passed him by, he electrified it, making it electric ice.

It was Divan who immobilized us, which means it is Iron and not Magnetism that is holding our armor in place. Even if a Toa can't counter-act another's element like that, Iron will most easily make him lose his focus when attacked. Just bend his armor or something until something cracks. IC (Madrihk)"Tear him up so we can move again!" Madrihk shouted. "If this is really a fight, you can bet we need mobility!"

IC(Lyrica): The toa cracked her whip, and, using the sound produced by the crack, she amplified it so that anyone in a 15-foot Radius from the origin point would be able to hear it. "STOP FIGHTING THIS INSTANT!"

IC: OnyxLikewise, Onyx activated his elemental powers of iron, beginning to crush Divan's armor along with his body thus suffocating him. Determined to loosen Divan's control on their armor, Onyx used very little energy to send many tiny spikes zooming towards the enemy group.

OOC: Ya, now that I think about, you know, actually think about it does seem a little....ya I'll just pretend the razor wind didn't really work. :PIC: SkyraSkyra's attack seemed to be ineffective. Skyra pondered what to do next, he could let the others continue the fight while he thought about it of course, maybe catch Echelon off guard if he waited for the right moment.

OOC: OK. Problem: Sleeping while everyone else plays and being awake while everyone else sleeps.Dis I dislike.And guys?TOA SEAL HIM TROLLOLOLOL~=====IC: JLJL continued moving through the mayhem. Right now, it seemed like most of the Undead were dead.. and everyone was focusing on Echelon. The biggest problem? Everyone was attacking him at the same time at the wrong location - destroying each others attacks didn't do much. As he created a thunderstorm to electrify the air, he turned towards Torv.JL: Torv, everyone's attacking. That's good enough except that we need to perfectly time it. Why?He smiled.JL: I helped create a seal once. The person trapped couldn't get out, and we could just send him to the authorities. But the key to breaking him required everyone to blast the seal with the elemental powers. Otherwise, they couldn't get out.He surveyed the battle - there was enough already.JL: 6 different elemental powers, fired at the same spot, at the same time. We'll create a Toa Seal, and you simply can't counteract it after it formed. Cast an illusion to all our allies - Tell them the plan.He turned towards Pirok, Pulse, Proditor and Invisible. 4 - Fire, Sonics, Air and Ice. Plus JL, 5 elements. Just 1 more. Where would they get it?He created a lightning cage around Echelon, but not touching him or the ice cage. That should limit the magnetic blasts.

IC: AurixAurix nodded. "Probably." He then considered the idea of going to Onu-Koro. "Very true! Of course! Onu-Koro is the obvious choice if you want to lay low, like you said." He stepped into the elevator. "Let's go!"

IC: TuataraStill he watched with interest, This was interesting, very interesting. He loved the senseless violence of the land-walking creatures.THough he wished sometimes, that he could hear what they were saying.IC: VranaThe edge of the jungles was in sight, heading into Ga-Wahi. The badly wounded black bird left Le-Wahi behind him.He was heading to his home... and far away from those who he had once thought his friends.

IC: In an entirely unrelated coast in Le-wahi, a bird descends. It motions wordlessly to itself, the object of it's flight well aware of what happens next. A coast left. A friend, to be reunited. Ara'kas smiles for the first time in days. She was getting back into the action. OOC: Ara'kas to Ga-wahi.

IC (Mataiti, Le-Wahi):Mataiti looked at the battle going on in amazement. This one Toa of magnetism was holding off an entire group of other Toa! What was this about? Mataiti decided to just observe for a while, waiting for a chance to distract Echelon so the others could attack him.

OOC: In one of the Metru-Nui comics it was shown that Toa of Fire could make air heavier. It wouldn't stop Echelon rising, but it would certainly make it more difficult. Also, I'm sorry about this. Echelon's too dangerous to be left alive. :evilbiggrin:IC: ProditorProditor soon realised that intelligence was not the key to this. Nor was anything else. What this really needed was a little bit of insanity.Proditor created a bubble of vacuum around Echelon. He, of course, wouldn't let Echelon die; He would simply put him in excruciating pain, and perhaps even force him into unconsciousness.OOC: As you said, GH, some attacks don't count as auto-hits. I assume vacuums count?Don't worry, I don't plan to kill anyone. Proditor is sticking to the Toa Code for the time being.

IC: Weta's observation of the fight revealed a puzzling pattern of combatants dropping out of the action to observe and then rejoining. He figured one of these could tell him what was going on, so he approached a toa of air and called out to him "Hey! Could you tell me what is going on here? What is this fight about?"

IC: Skyra"Well, those two Toa, Vidar and Echelon there, are murders and minions of Makuta. They killed one of my closet friends Tamaru, oh ya, and they steal bodies too! They've got a necromancer with them. My friend Wraith was trying to get answers out of him, Wraith wants his body back you see, he's a disembodied spirit.""As for what I'm doing right now, I'm sure your wondering, well, there just so many people attacking them right now I just really don't see the point in jumping in at this point."

Toa Seals aren't allowed.IC (Echelon)Echelon made up his mind as a cage of lightning and a vacuum simultaneously appeared arround him. He, a single Toa of Magnetism, had single-handedly held off an entire squad of Toa for quite a considerable time; but now the battle was going nowhere and his elemental energy wouldn't last forever. It was time to withdraw.Echelon created a powerful magnetic field between the cage's crackling bars of lightning, forcing them apart. He levitated through the opening, thus moving out of the vacuum. Before the assembled Toa could react, he fired a strong and controlled magnetic pulse - at himself, from diagonally below.He shot up into the sky in his magnetically enhanced leap, just managing to magnetically lift his now-defrosted minions with him. This wasn't levitation; this was fast, and dangerous - but it got him out of the fight. If Vidar had any sense, he'd do the same.Echelon came down in a nearby clearing - the one containing the entrance to the Onu-Wahi tunnel. Entering the tunnel, he hurried along it, reactivating his mask and letting his elemental energy recharge.OOC: Echelon to Onu-WahiSorry guys, that fight was getting ridiculously messy (what with random people INEXPLICABLY appearing in the middle of the jungle and not a SINGLE ONE of them being on the evil side). IC: Makuta's minions! That explained why toa would fight one another, and also why some fighters looked in such poor condition. When he heard the dead matoran's name, however, he recoiled in shock. Tamaru was dead? Killed by a toa? This was wrong! When he was a matoran, Weta had lived in Le-koro and known Tamaru, though they weere never close. Still, he knew him to be a brave and loyal matoran, who did not deserve to have died.With a yell, he moved into the fight, motioning to Lyrica and Naru.EDIT: Only to find that the toa of magnetism had sent himself flying away from the fight.

IC (Mataiti, Le-Wahi):"That was... unexpected", Mataiti said to Pirok as Echelon escaped. "Are we gonna go after him?"

IC (Naru)After hearing about Makuta, Naru had flung a knife after the rogue Toa of Magnetism. Unfortunately, it didn't reach his position until after he had flung himself over the treetops. She threw another knife after him, but predictably missed.

Sorry guys, that fight was getting ridiculously messy (what with random people INEXPLICABLY appearing in the middle of the jungle and not a SINGLE ONE of them being on the evil side). I had to end it, for myself at least.

OOC: Yeah, that's why I just decided to "hang back" and be ineffective. While you were making a ruckus that we could stumble across, I felt I should let you battle in peace.

Toa Seals aren't allowed.

OOC: Y'know that feeling when you have a great, awesome idea and it gets completely owned because you forgot something?I'm feeling that now.IC: JLJL stared up at Echelon, who flew away, the direction from where JL came from. Onu-Wahi. From there, JL theorized they could either head towards Po-Wahi or Ga-Wahi, seeing as they had went to Ko-Wahi, as evidenced by Wraith.Turning around, he started to create a second electric cage around Vidar - this time, barely controlled, powerful, and held only around the Toa of Air - not touching, but trapping.

IC:Fiva"Here, let's try that teleporting thing again!" Fiva called to Aurix, turning towards Onu-Koro. "Fiva and Aurix to ONU-WAHI!"Fiva looked down at the ground. "Oh look! A widget!"

IC: WraithWraith followed Echelon, determined to get his body back.Wraith to Onu-Wahi

IC(Lyrica): The toa of sonics began to charge up for a rather loud noise, enough to stun whoever it hit. "Okay, Weta, tell me, which foolish fool should I hit?"

IC: TuataraHe wasn't sure what to do, he had been following, and now the dead-leader was heading down into the tunnels. He wasn't sure if he wanted to follow, or watch the other person fight against the enemies that seemed everywhere. But he was neither friend or foe, he was Tuatara, and he was not sure of what side of the battle was, or exactly why it was happening.But, he decided to head into the tunnel anyways. The dead-leader was more entertaining.He leaped from tree to tree, heading toward the tunnel opening. Then he swiftly dropped down, and started climbing along the tunnel wall. But, he would not interfere, he would merely watch.OOC: Tuatara to Onu-Wahi. And still doing nothing.

OOC: I repeatedly forget how active you guys are. My apologies.IC: A few minutes priorVidar scanned his surroundings, occasionally turning around. Elemental blasts were heading everywhere; Echelon was had just been frozen in a cube of ice, and now Vidar was preparing to move in to assist him. However, another Toa of Ice (OOC: Uar) IC:had sent an elemental blast towards Vidar. The Toa of Air barely noticed the Toa as he turned around to help Echelon, but his reflexes and his experience had alerted him that something had just taken place that need his concentration. Quickly thinking back a split-second, Vidar remembered the Toa's arm in a position that indicated he had thrown something. Vidar's instinct was to, in this case, flatten himself to the ground. Sure enough, the chunk of ice flew over his head as he ducked. Vidar rose to his feet and made eye contact with the attacking Toa of Ice. Vidar responded in kind, and he created a ball of compressed air from his staff, and shot it at the Toa of Ice. Just then another being (OOC: Ramanox) IC: had climbed to the tops of the trees, and was now spinning towards Vidar like a drill, swords extended and poised to do some damage. Vidar was naturally preoccupied with the Toa of Ice, but once again, a casual glance above showed Vidar that something was heading towards him. His reflexes kicked in and he jumped to the left, out of the object's path. Vidar shot a blast of air towards the incoming object. Vidar was in the heat of battle, and thus had no idea what the object was. It turns out that it was indeed another warrior. The blast of air would possibly help the would-be stuntman from plummeting into the ground, but Vidar made no guarantees, since he of course had no interest in the fate of his adversaries. Present timeThe fight had begun to slow down, and Echelon was now retreating out of the area, presumably to Onu-Wahi. Hopefully Echelon remembers where Ronkshou is, thought Vidar. They needed to get to the canyon quickly, so that would find Ronkshou and team up. Not to mention that Vidar had heard that Taipu had mysteriously disappeared. If this weren't the case, Vidar would quickly dispatch the Onu-Matoran while in the village of earth.Vidar then noticed sparks appearing around him. In an instant, a "cage" of electricity appeared around the Toa of Air. Vidar grumbled. He wished more people would fight face-to-face, rather then creating light shows. Fortunately, the electric current only disrupted Vidar's elemental energies, not hindered them. He had recognized the attacker from a few days earlier, and he summoned a powerful cyclone from his staff, one that would sustain itself after it passed through the cage. Leaves, pebbles, and even tiny insects were swept up in the small cyclone, and the debris was headed straight for JL, while providing a nice, healthy dose of danger for the other combatants.

OOC: Solia will be staying Now I have a Toa to control! Woo!IC (Solia, Lake Pala): Focusing her thoughts, Solia did something she had never tried before: Use her elemental powers. With extreme effort, she managed to draw moisture in the air towards the electrified ice-spike, causing it to increase in size. She then focused on the muddy ground beneath the feet of the enemy group, causing it to become soft and marshy. This would cause them to have a weaker stance, and therefore be vulnerable to attacks.

IC: SkyraSkyra saw the cyclone and sighed, "Well, I guess I should help them now." Skyra used his elemental powers to dissipate the cyclone. Skyra walked up to Vidar, stopping at the electric cage. "Sorry, but I can't let you do that. You killed Tamaru, and that's the last person you'll ever kill."

IC: Pirok, Proditor, The Shadow, Invisible & Pulse (OOC: That took a while. )The Shadow noticed a lot of lights and what appeared to be a flying Toa in the jungle. From where he was standing, he had a good viewpoint, and could figure out pretty much where it was. If Invisible isn't there, I'll eat my hat...Proditor came back down to the ground. By this point, Pirok had melted the ice Pulse had made around everyone's feet."What'll we do now? The other guy," Proditor began, "Seems to be pretty much taken care of."The Shadow, while not a good fighter, was a very fast runner. He wasn't careful enough though, and when he was nearing the place where the fight was he stepped on a twig. He stopped, waiting to see if anyone had noticed."Wait!" Invisible said. What was that? He was convinced he had heard something. "You." he said, gesturing at JL. "Use your Arthron to figure out what's in that direction." He said, pointing in the direction from which he thought he had heard the noise."I doubt it's anything important." Pulse said. It seems everyone has just decided to trust me, without questioning anything.

IC (Merror)Merror stood near the cage, both his swords readied.In truth, this was not just to be prepared against Vidar, but also against the possibility that, on their anger over Tamaru's death, his companions might do something rash. Merror was firmly against killing, even for people such as Vidar."Vidar," he said. "You're defeated. There's no use resisting; you can't go anywhere with that cage around you, and Skyra here can deal with any elemental attacks you may feel like trying. Give up while you're in one piece."OOC:

Actually, he'd have to keep the ice there, or they'd have to stay a fair distance away from each other. The magnetisation doesn't need Echelon to sustain it; it will last for a few hours.

IC (Mataiti, Le-Wahi):Mataiti shifted his weight from one foot to another as he impateintly awaited for Pirok to tell them their next course of action.

OOC: Do I really have two? How 'bout we say it's worn out, and leave it at that, eh?And, Toatapio, Merror's pretty much the leader of the group. Pirok's just there because he ended up in the group after an incident at the Kini-Nui.By the way, whatever happened to Lojak?IC: ProditorProditor walked up to Merror."Don't forget about me! I'm a Toa of Air too!" Proditor felt a little left-out.
