However, Kairan noticed a hacker slowly approaching Hasil, and frowned, as he dashed forward, and stabbed through the hacker's back before said hacker could shoot Hasil in the head from behind; even as Kairan withdrew the sword, he kicked the hacker away, and frowned."I've got your back." Kairan said to Hasil, as he scanned for more people around that could shoot them at any moment.

IC: Amalia:Amalia stumbled behind, amazed and shocked at Blade's preparedness to release his energy. He eyes were closed though, but she worried immensely about what might happen.Are you sure you what to do this? Amalia asked, realizing what he could be doing.

IC-Kal:"...Yes, in fact, I do," Kal muttered. He turned to the Defribulator near him, thinking, and switched out the original metal pads on the item into smaller pads, ones that could be surgically implanted into Song. He then opened up the back, using what knowledge he had to re-wire the hardware of the item to do what he needed it to do."Alright, this thing here has to be surgically implanted so that these," he held up the four, small paddles, "Can maintain constant, direct contact with Song's heart. I've modified it so that it will release a small electrical pulse every second, with each two paddle's release time offset slightly so that the heart doesn't all contract at once. This will keep her heart going at a steady, strong beat, because the electrical pulse from this is going to override the uneven pulse from Song's nervous system. Understood?" The medics all nodded."Good. Get to work, fast. Even if this kills her, it'll be a lot better than the death she'd suffer otherwise."

There was none; it seemed just as strong as the one at the entry way to resist his attacks.Finally, he got an idea. Rather than the round door, he aimed the laser up, at the wall above it. Sure enough, the nearly indestructible door was surrounded by a much less indestructible wall, and after cutting through it, the entire thing fell to the ground."For Mata-Nui! IC: Ezraftin / Testing FacilityThe magnificent trio were stopped in their running through the halls when the floor in front of them suddenly dropped down, creating a massive chasm that Ezraftin came all too close to falling into. Quickly, he built a bridge of solid light and began rushing across, and as he stepped off, the ceiling only a foot in front of him suddenly smashed down as a single plate of metal that slowly began to lift up again."Now what?" he asked.-Toa Levacius Zehvor

I can't run 15 feet per second from standing. "You're asking me to install a makeshift pacemaker in the already unstable heart of a coma patient before she dies waking up?"The doctor's eyes flicked heavenward, and he muttered something that sounded suspiciously like "Mata Nui preserve us."He held a hand out for the pacemaker. "I'll do it."

IC: Auress (NMN):The Toa of Fire said nothing, but she couldn't help but to reflect on the stranger's words again. If he was right, this would be a perfect opportunity to strike, but Auress wasn't sure. So far, Song seemed like a good person, and nothing was being played to her advantage like the stranger said. But still, she kept it all in mind.

Gust spun the wheel left, ducking into a side alley, and his convertible wailed as they roared out into a freeway; the same black convertible was trailing behind them."Bro, I'm not gonna lie to you," said Gust, laughing like a sociopath. "The twin you dated was hot. I'd spend the night with that.""You mean the one with the ASSAULT RIFLE?" Torch screeched. Gust's eyes widened."She has an assault rifle?"Gust, being Gust, had unbuckled his seatbelt and stood up, looking at the car: immediately, two dozen bullets roared through the air over the freeway, and the then-head of security ducked down, drawing his gun."Holy ****, bro, did you know she has an assault rifle?"Torch groaned and rolled his eyes."Hold the wheel, Torch, I'm returning fire!"As Gust stood, Torch looked over at him."Oh, okay, you're returning fire--YOU'RE RETURNING FIRE?""Hold the wheeeeeeel!"As Torch pushed the wheel to the right, Gust bucked as he drew a shotgun from his back seat and fired: a Dragon's Breath round spat from the shotgun, creating a short-range flamethrower that spat out at the car. The exes swerved and the round hit the pavement of the freeway harmlessly. Torch screamed and swerved again."Keep her steady, mate, I need a shot at the gas tank!"Gust fired again, watching as his final Dragon's Breath round soared over the heads of the vengeful succubus harpies that were tailing them. The Toa of Air ducked down behind the seat and fired off several rounds from his pistol, crowing with delight as the two right tires were popped and the car swerved off the freeway into a side road; two smoking hot identical twins got out and started screaming at the two Toa, but Gust merely laughed louder and took the wheel back, high-fiving a shellshocked-looking Torch."Gust, remind me never to go speed-dating with you again..."-Teezy

Blade said, as he stood in the same spot as the dust cloud blew away; not exactly unharmed, but still alive; though his armour was shattered in different places, and Amalia's Kakama unfortunately had some missing fragments, which would render it unusable. However, he was more or less intact, however, he fell to a knee, as he panted."That took a lot out of me, though. Let's hope there's no enemies." Blade said, as he slowly stood up again.

IC-Kal:"Let's hope this works," Kal growled out.

IC: Jasik (Citadel Hope Hospital, New Metru Nui)As if he had been there the entire time, an absolutely beautiful Toa of Fire and Shadow materialized from the corner of the room Kal and Mars were currently in."Good thing no one in here is the squeamish type, then," he said with a jovial grin, as if watching a sporting event. "Hey, Mars. Hey, Kal."-Teezy

IC: Auress (NMN):The Toa of Fire gasped as Jasik warped into the room. This day was getting too crazy for her.

IC-Kal:Kal quickly jumped back, lightsaber activated, though he lowered it when Jasik said hello."Sorry about that," he said, nodding to the blade, "But with what's been happening, I've been a little jumpy. How are you?"

IC: Jasik (Citadel Hope Hospital, New Metru Nui)"Pretty good. Long morning, just like everyone else. You look terrible, by the way - how much sleep have you gotten?"He held up a finger and pressed down on his link with a malicious smirk."Yes, Compound, this is Heartbreaker. You have permission to fire the nerve gas when ready. Be sure to hit everywhere you can, but aim for places with strategic value and high population density. I want to watch them choke."Jasik started to laugh.-Teezy

IC-Kal:Kal raised an eyebrow, but kept mostly calm."What, pray tell, did you just do?" He asked.

IC: Jasik (Citadel Hope Hospital, New Metru Nui)Jasik held up a finger. Over the sound of the link, a small bwoooooosh! could be heard, followed by several terrified screams."Oof. Compound, this is Heartbreaker. That didn't sound too good. It almost sounded like all the warheads with the chemical weapons released at the same time, spreading the gas throughout the entire building. You should probably evacuate--wait, what's that? All the doors are locked from the outside? Hmm. I wonder who could have done that. Well, you should probably try and find some windows--what's that? No windows in the building? Compound, that sounds like very poor aesthetic design. Could you get some Toa of Iron to help you burrow your way out--? Oh, dear me. All the Toa of Iron were found murdered in their rooms earlier this morning? That sounds like a very, very...personal problem, Compound. So, to reiterate, you're trapped in a building with no means of escape and nerve gas spreading into every room? I suggest holding your breath. Don't feel too bad: you guys were always a bunch of chumps anyway."He hung up the link and began to hum.-Teezy

IC-Kal:"Don't ask me why," Kal growled, "But I get the odd feeling that you've killed a few friends of mine right now."

IC: Jasik (Citadel Hope Hospital, New Metru Nui)"Now why would you think that?" asked Jasik with a charming wink. "Unless your friends all worked for the late great Ilya Drazen, then I think you're wrong."-Teezy

IC-Kal:"Yeah, I had a few people working undercover there," Kal said. "I would've liked advance notice of this, so that I could get them out. They were relatively good people."

IC: Jasik (Citadel Hope Hospital, New Metru Nui)"Well, obviously, there was some sort of miscommunication, then," said the Toa of Shadow with a laugh. "You really should have said something. I locked the doors up twenty minutes ago."He looked around as if trying to find someone who had a bit more authority than Kal."Where's Airu?"-Teezy

IC-Kal:"I'm hoping you didn't just take this attack upon yourself," Kal said. "I really do. Just to warn you, if you did just take this upon yourself, I am not responsible for anything that may happen." Then Kal pointed his thumb out the door, signifying that Airu was probably still out there.

IC: Jasik (Citadel Hope Hospital, New Metru Nui)"Hey, Airu!" Jasik called out, walking outside. "I have a present for you."He snapped his fingers again and a figure appeared in the shadows, Kanohi-less and handcuffed. The Toa looked up with brazen eyes and Jasik."Traitor," he spat. Jasik put on a fake pout."Traitor," he replied.If Ryjak Drazen could have killed Jasik with a look, he would have.-Teezy

IC-Kal:Kal followed Jasik out, watching interestedly. He then smiled, stepping up to Ryjak. He patted the Toa of Shadows on the head."Can I keep him?" He asked Airu and Jasik happily, a steely glint in his eye. "Please please please please please?"
