BZPRPG: Po-Wahi

OOC: Wow, an old man teetering on single plat-formed geta sandals wielding the mother of all hammers stands before you and everyone ignores the old Scottish fart? Good job, men. Good job.IC: IshiHis speech about hitting toa in places went like the the individual chirp of a gukko in the wild: unnoticed. Somehow, even with his uproarious nature, he had been jilted. Ignored. Pushed aside like a useless old man. Now I'm mad.With no ado whatsoever, Ishi's hammer fell upon the closest target: the red fire-spitter who had pinned his prize. With much luck, he'd be out of the fight and in the hospital before he could say: "Check please."

OOC: Eh, no one can understand the accent...IC: (Mef)"Woah, woah, woah," says the Toa quickly as he uses his Mask of Flight to slam into the Matoran. "Don't ever attack my friend unless you feel like losing an arm."-Mef

IC: Tirokk received a tap on the back as well. "Hello."That was about when Knife attempted to drive her blade into his left kidney through a gap in his armor. And twist it afterwards, of course.Edge shrugged. "Fine."She simply decided to change targets.Flipping her blade up, she attempted to slam it into his jaw. Not a lethal target, but she didn't want to kill him right now, anyways. Much more fun to leave him to struggle.OOC: Yes, Knife also changed targets.-The Fearless Leader

OOC: Sorry, had a team-meeting going on. Seems I am missing out on some tense fun ^^ Also, thanks, King. I knew it was autohitting, but not to hurt your char.EDIT: Seriously, can't somebody write a medium-length post without having to edit?...Darn. Also, Fearless, you didn't mention whom Edge is focusing now.IC:Distracted by Mef's sudden move to save him from the incoming bottles and the sudden appearance of two Matoran that seemed quite...socipathic, Kiox caught Agni by surprise as he twisted himself out of his grasp and pushed himself away from the counter.The Toa had a fist and knife at the ready as he turned around. "Beat it."But by then Agni's training had kicked in already. No sooner had the words left Kiox mouth that Agni had his twin-blades out, the decorative red flame inlays in the proto-steel beginning to glow with heat. The Toa of fire quickly glanced left and right, assessing the situation.Which was when he noticed a hammer coming down, aimed for his head. It was just in time. He managed to bring his arm up and the shaft of the hammer thundered down on his bracer with a loud clang. A moment later he'd grabbed the shaft and unceremoniously pushed it and its owner away from him, but leaving the old man his hammer. Turning back to the action before him, he saw that Kiox was still facing him, though the two Matoran "sisters" were more interested in Mef at this momentHad it been only one adversary, or just the Matoran, they'd have been under arrest already. But in a crowded pub there wasn't much he could do offensively right now. He'd have to defuse the situation."Let's not do anything we're going to regret later. Nobody has been seriously injured yet, so I suggest you, " he pointed one of his blades at Kiox, "get out of here while your sober enough to walk. I'm willing to look past your anger-issues. And you," he indicated Edge and Knife, "put away your little toys and walk away."That plan got run over immediately though as one of the patrons attacked the Toa of water from behind and one of the sisters took a stab at Tirokk.

IC: (Mef)Mef stands up and leaves the elder Matoran dazed on the floor before returning to Agni. He stands with his back to the bar and his left side to his fellow Toa, weapons still in hand."Yes, let's not do anything we'll regret later."-Mef

IC (Naru)"Thanks for the warning. Assuming I stick with you for the time being... where will we be heading?"

OOC: I meant she was changing targets from head to neck on Mef, but I guess that's no longer possible with Mef flying less than a meter to Agni's side xP Sorry for the confusion.I'll edit in an IC when I figure out where her sword is, because everyone's been treating it like it's gone in IC and the post in which that purportedly happened was edited to not have that sword taken away.-The Fearless Leader

IC:Out in the desert, Kohra and Clo'on were still faced with an oversized Nui-Jaga with a bad temper. The giant scorpion was distracted by the Toa of Stone and his constant attacks, but the beast was still after them, controlled by one infected Kanohi.Kohra was still recuperating from the sudden landing in the sand earlier while Clo'on covered her. Her mind was racing though. She knew these so-called infected Rahi usually never attacked her. Why now? Was her guide disapproving of her companion. Or was this just some test. He had put her through those before, but they'd never been this dangerous or unannounced. Whatever the reasons, the Vortixx knew the Rahi had to be stopped. Somehow. Alone she would have tried to find a way to get an opening and end its miserable life, but Toa were different. Operating on a code that limited the potential for power and crippled their ability to face the tough decisions. She did not let herself get caged in by those morals. And her glove had given her the ability to fend for herself quite effectively.And maybe, it would help now as well. She didn't know how she got the idea, maybe it was her guide again, giving her a mental nudge, but suddenly she felt that the glove might be able to stop this beast. Maybe if she could channel its powers, this fight would be over sooner.Standing up, she held up her arm, clawed hand held high. The dark flesh tingled under the sunlight, but she ignored her discomfort and took a few steps towards the scorpion. "HEY!"That got it's attention. The Rahi whirled around and faced her. But unlike before, it didn't attack. In fact, it seemed to freeze on the spot. And despite its faceted eyes, she thought she could see something like...doubt. Or hesitation...

IC - Kiox - BarAs low as the kick was, Kiox stepped over it and brought that leg up in an overdone kick to the groin. This was only in retaliation, and he wasn't to outright attack a member of the guard. Well, not again."I'm not to regret that." he replied.Being a Toa of water, he was now attempting to sober himself by messing with his consumed fluids. So far, it was working, slowly and sickeningly. His hands loosened up, and the dagger sank into its sheath."Ah, well. Call the violence...a drunken man's actions." he said. It was as close as he dared get to an apology.OOC: Jsyk, kick was at Tirokk.

IC: TirokkThe Toa of Iron threw two punches, one at each knife-holding matoran, trying to get the sharp objects as far as possible away from himself.Edit: Er, TKOI, Tirokk already has enough to deal with because of the two matoran there, A little over-kill if you also join in... :S

IC(Zand's Armada): "The Kini-nui is most logical. It's where we all agreed to meet-" Mirr cut himself off quickly. "Erm...I mean, it's where our little group said we would meet up if we ever needed to meet up."Karz, it's been more than a week, hasn't it?

OOC: oh noes, VF, you just roused the familia. :PIC: IshiHe stumbled back, the hammer-staff in his hands almost rebounding onto his own mask. The strength of the toa before him was impressive, to say the least. Me physical weight can't be used 'ere. Perrhaps a lil' use o' me influence might help somewhat.A booming voice lit the whole bar, each and every audible receiver pummeled by the onset of decibel damage:"Listen UP! I am Ishi, of the Ishi clan, and you arren't about to mess with me frriends no more!"In an instant, the whole bar was up in arms against the small group of toa and matoran attempting to mob his pawn. It pays to own the bar ye' drink in.

OOC: Oh no....IC: (Mef)"Nice," muttered Mef as he charges toward Valria. He knew Agni could take care of himself, but he wanted to make sure that the female Toa was okay. The Toa of Earth parries a few attacks with his hunting knife and cutlas, stabbing at a few beings here and there before he reaches Valria."Come on!" he yells to her as he sheaths his knife and grabs her hand. He helps her stand up as a being punches him in the face. The Toa of Earth swings his blade, slicing the Toa who had attacked him in the arm. He yells in pain as the two run out of the bar.Mef hands his crossbow to Valria. "Can you handle it?" The two were almost to the exit, but three Po-Matoran and a Ta-Toa were blocking the exit."Here we go."-Mef

IC (Naru)"Kini-Nui? Isn't that a bit far-off and unsafe place to have a meeting? I would think one of the villages would be better. No Rahi."

OOC: I'm going to assume the stab-twist to the kidney was received by Tirokk, as you never said it was blocked, dodged, parried, etc. and it probably couldn't have been.IC: That was when Knife reappeared before the two, gore coating her blade from her last attack. Her face was flushed with excitement from the pain she had just caused and unmarred by punches thanks to her Kualsi. "Let's play," the 'matoran' said, grinning. And then she fell upon Valria, leaping up and trying to gut the toa. Edge, who had parried the punch aimed at her with her humongous blade, had moved behind the two and was now attempting to bifurcate Mef above the waist. Her sword swung through the air, at least a good few dozen kilograms of sharpened metal hurtling towards his gut to slice him in half.

IC: TirokkThe stab had just missed the crucial area, but it still hurt as Karzahni (Karzahni instead of you-know-what). He looked around himself, a huge barfight had just broken out, and those two pesky matoran with the knives were now messing with Mef and Valaria. Some people were also blocking the exit. "RAAARGHHH!!!!" He yelled in his rage as he activated his kakama, then rammed the blockade. He was now outside, but he couldn't leave his friends back there...-------------------------IC: The Shade"Uggh, this isn't going as planned." He muttered silently to himself. He was on the floor after his failed tackle attempt, and was now covering his head from the fighting crowd. He noticed the sisters harrassing Mef and Val "Hmmm, those pesky matoran. Well, Tirokk isn't here..." He threw two shadow-bolts at the Matoran sisters...

IC: (Valria)The frightened Toa Valria sidestepped the attack and subconscious fired the crossbow give to her by Mef. She wasn't sure if it would even hit, perhaps it would just distract the matoran. She had done nothing wrong and they were attacking her and her friends. Her and her friends. Why were they doing this?"Leave Mef and my friends alone." She pleaded, otherwise...she felt something pooling up inside of her and it wasn't just fear, it was rage, it was grief and it was something else. Oh, why can't you just let me have some fun, Valria, besides gutting this matoran will let off some of this steam that's building up inside of you.OOC: You know I'm starting to think Valria and another character of mine should be two of kind, meaning powerfully unstable, though Valria is weak most of the time.

IC: Hearing the shadow-bolts hiss through the air, Knife stretched out one hand and blasted them away with sonics. She smirked as she simply continued her attack.She then landed, having blasted the crossbow bolt away with a sound shield as well. "Oh, sorry...," Knife said with a grin, even as her fingers switched to a filipino grip on the knife and she began to retract it towards her body."I just can't let that be," the 'matoran' finished, teleporting and reappearing literally right before Valria's face and trying for a stab to the eye.

IC(Zand): "Dosen't matter. We decided on Kini-nui. It's neutral territory."

IC: (Mef)Mef backflips behind his attacker, her blade simply whizzing through the air; striking nothing. Mef pushes the sister to the side as he runs past her and loads another arrow into his launcher for Valria. "Let's get out of here!" he yells as he grabs her hand.-Mef

IC: Edge was a bit more dogged than that, however. Torquing again in the opposite direction, she ran forward while twisting to unleash another possibly-bisecting slice at the two.

IC: Clo'on was about to shout some warning to Kohra, or distraction to the Jaga, but was held in silence by the actions of the two. Was...was the scorpion actually hesitating? This was odd...If she had insect controlling powers, why hadn't she used them earlier. And how did she come by them?

IC: (Mef)Mef gently pushes Valria toward the doorway as he simply thrusts his cutlas toward the spinning weapon(s)."Come on, let's stop 'playing' and call it quits. We've got places to go and places to sleep. Come again some other day." He wasn't afraid of fighting the beings, frankly, he enjoyed it, but he didn't want Valria so close when they were fighting. -Mef

IC - Kiox - BarWith a mock-salute to Agni, Kiox burst off, ready to get into the action. He felt...safer, knowing this was Ishi's bar. Leaping towards the Shade, he drew his sword. A knife appeared in his hand and made his presence known to the strange being. The dagger was swing so as to dig itself into his shoulder. If that wasn't enough, Kiox's sword swung at Shade's neck.Even then, he wasn't done. His knee was brought up to knock his enemy out of their stance. An unbalanced opponent was a doomed one

IC:Well, diplomacy had obviously failed this time. The Toa of fire literally burst into the flames the next second, the fire engulfing him like a cloak.For the Matoran in the bar, that was enough to stay away. Most of the other patrons followed suit. It was one thing to gang up on a rowdy making trouble in a bar. It was something entirely different ganging up on a trained paramilitary professional. On fire. He pointed at Ishi. "You sir, are in trouble." He didn't even have to raise his voice, his sombre tone was enough to get the message across. The next moment, Agni disappeared, thanks to his mask. He reappeared outside, in the middle between Valria and Mef and Tirokk, facing the sisters now.

IC: (Mef)The Onu-Toa smiles as he watches the beings help him fight."Thanks," he calls out as he throws his three throwing knives toward Kiox. Two toward either arm and one straight at his chest. Mef jumps in the air and sends a kick toward Knife's head.-Mef

IC: The ShadeThe attack from Kiox threw him away, but no matter, his shadow tenticles lashed up from the ground attacking Knife. He then stabled him self, drawing out his sword. "My good sir." He said to Kiox. "I believe you are dead!" And then he attacked.Edit: I DO say who I am attacking. Just pay more attention, FL.

OOC: Onaku, please be more precise with your IC attacks. I have no idea how to respond to them when you don't say what you're targetting.EDIT: No, you don't. You never say what part of the body the punches are aimed at, forcing me to say the chest even if you were picturing the head.IC: Mef's cutlass absorbed the brunt of the blow before the armor did, nearly breaking his arm with the shock. And while Edge had been hit in the chest, that only caused her to exult the cracking of a rib. "More...MORE!," she cried, rasing her blade up, then down in an overhead slice at Agni after extracting it from the armor easily. Her strength was that of a person with a drive now.Knife merely teleported behind Valria as she switched to the icepick grip and attempted to slice her hamstrings. She grinned. "Aw, but the fun has barely started. I haven't even gotten higher yet!"

IC: (Mef)Mef whirls around to see the attacker behind Valria. He uses his Mask of Flight to fly out of the bar and grab the being's head; dragging her away from Valria.-Mef

IC:Agni vanished quickly before reappearing behind Edge, who's blade only sliced through thin air. -----------------Kohra was just a perplexed by the Jaga's behaviour. But she wasn't going to question this unexpected help. "Go back." she said slowly, glove still pointing at the Jaga. It screeched, but began to move backwards a little. It couldn't know her words, but definitely recognized the tone in her voice.

IC: Knife smirked and teleported again. This time, her knife was in a hammer grip, and she had reappeared in midair right before Valria's sternum. She attempted to stab under the ribs and up into the left lung even as she fell.Edge's blade hit Tirokk's armor and went in a good few centimeters before coming out, her attack having been reduced to a slash due to the fact that her blade wasn't longer. Pulling it out, she attempted to turn around and stab Agni.OOC: Of course, all that is gonna take a while, so feel free to have Agni hit her.-The Fearless Leader

IC - Kiox - BarMef's knives collided with Shade's tentacles. With a swipe of his sword, the tentacles froze."Well, I believe you are wrong."From the down arc it had been in, the sword met Shade's. Already, ice was appearing on Shade's blade. This fight would be over soon. He could see Knife and Edge in action, and Agni was just blowing up.

IC: Volin"I need a drink..." muttered Volin. He'd just arrived after traveling in the desert for the first time and so far, he hated it. How can people live in a place like this?He spotted a bar as he walked through the streets of Po-Koro and made his way to it. It wasn't until he got close that he noticed there was a lot of commotion inside the building. What a ruckus. He pushed the door to enter but it hit something almost mid-way. He pushed again but whoever was standing in front of the door didn't budge. "All I want is a simple drink after a long, hard walk in the desert and now I can't get one 'cause someone's blocking the doorway? Well I say-"Volin was interrupted as a being flew out of the bar and crashed right into him. All of them tumbled over on the ground."What in the name of?"OOC: Mef, I don't know if you meant you Mef flew OUT of the bar or just flew around on the inside. If I made a mistake, sorry. Just run back in the bar if I did.

OOC: Oh goodness, such an interesting reaction to a mob run bar... :PIC: Ishi"You are in trouble."Ishi laughed, his head turned skyward, his eyes rolled up, his rump placed firmly in his seat on the bar, three matoran and a skakdi with a bad case of piercing addiction acting as his shield."Ye'rre a firre-spitter, alrright," Ishi roared above the clang and clamor of chaos' first-born; "Ye' Frried the brrains rright outa' ye' head! Po-koro's out of ye' jurrisdiction, bucko. It's under the seven clans and Turaga Onewa. Got a problem? Take it up with his chief of staff. Oh woops, that'd be me."Flashing a smile Ishi watched as Agni and his companions struggled against the onslaught of their own misfortune. He may have been a strong fighter in his prime, but age had far greater benefits than muscle. With age you got brains, and brains Ishi had stock piled to the brim of his small skull.

OOC: Pity he's outside already, all the retorts he could make...IC:Agni saw what Knife was doing out of the corner of his eye. He didn't hesitate, even though he wanted to teach Edge a lesson. He appeared under Knife, throwing a punch that would knock the sociopath Matoran away from Valria.

IC: (Mef)Mef sighs as he looks back toward the being attacking Valria. He runs toward Knife, cutlas raised. The Onu-Toa could only yell a warning to Valria because he wouldn't be able to make it to her in time. -Mef

IC: VolinOnce the toa was off of Volin, he ran back into the bar, apparently in a hurry to re-join the fight. At least that's what it appeared to be in Volin's eyes. He got up and muttered a few obsceneties under his breath and walked into the bar.Volin was expecting a bar fight but not one such as big as this one. People were fighting everywhere and he had just bumped into another person."How am I going to get a drink in a place like this...?"

IC: Edge simply turned back and attempted another up-down strike at her armored foe. Closer...Take me higher.Knife was knocked away by the force of the punch, calling with a smirk: "Ah, so the fire-spitter has some fight in him after all!" Before she could hit the ground, however, she teleported again to behind Valria and attempted to stab her in the left kidney.

OOC: Oh! Right! Sorry, my bad. More precise attack descriptions will now follow.IC: The ShadeSneaky as he was, he quickly took one had off his sword, and took his knife from his belt, then let the immense force from Kiox fling him at the dagger, which was aimed at a crucial, armorless spot on the Toa's chest.-----------------IC: TirokkThe bulky Toa of Iron then picked up one of the tables and threw them at the two Toa, the white clad one and Kiox.
