IC: KrayzikkKrayzikk nodded, and double checked his equipment. Satisfied he was prepared, he scanned the street ahead for enemies.Tain also was scanning for enemies, but behind the group. So far, he saw nothing, and that worried him even more. After all, a group of this size is hard to miss in a warzone.

IC: Lekar (Warzone)"I'm OK. Let's get moving before anymore granades or sinpers try to attack." He got to his feet and ran back in front of the group. "I can see their incampment. They see to be celebrating, but that could change at any moment."Zakaro

IC: Airu (En Route, Police HQ, Hacker Siege)Airu nodded and flipped out his comm."Blue Team, this is Airu. Do you read?"Silence."Blue Team, come in, this is Commander Airu. Do you read?"Silence. Airu's heart began to sink."Blue Team, come in! Come on!"-Teezy

IC: TainTain smirked, and readied his sniper rifle. Just to be on the safe side, he loaded the clip of armor piercing rounds he had purchased with Ga'mal. The thought of Ga'mal made him frown. He had been separated from her during one of the numerous fights along the way toward Police HQ.Then he heard Airu's words. And his smirk faded. Krayzikk looked toward Airu sharply. Then quietly, he spoke. "Try Police HQ, sir. If they don't answer......" He didn't finish the sentence. Airu knew what it would mean as well.

-==IC: Bade==-Blade frowned, but didn't hesitate to continue moving.They're all gone, then... Blade thought, as he closed his eyes for a very brief moment, but opened them up as quickly as he had closed them.That means it's just us left. Us against all the hackers.

IC: Airu (En Route, Police HQ, Hacker Siege)Airu massaged his temples, trying not to jump to conclusions. It could be any number of factors..."Commander Airu! Blue Team - re - backup! No casualties as of -!"Airu jumped for the comm device."Blue Team, what's your status?"The sound of the gunnery sergeant's voice cut through the walkie talkie, calm but obviously urgent."Sir, Police HQ is being bombarded. We've managed to seal off the labs and the top couple floors, but the Hackers control the lobby and they're trying to -"An explosion in the background. The captain cursed in the background."They're trying to detonate the databases on the ground floor of HQ. Sir, we need backup. Where are you at?"Airu sighed, closing his eyes and trying to think."Alright. Alright. We're about twenty minutes out. We'll be there in a bit. Airu out."OOC: BLAAAH I couldn't kill them. I love that squad.-Teezy

-==IC: Blade==-Blade looked up in slight surprise, but only smirked a bit.... So, there's still some people left. Not that that makes much of a difference... Blade thought, as he continued to head further ahead, toward the encampment. If he did this, it would probably cost him his life, but... He figured that that would be a fitting sacrifice to let them all stay alive.OOC: Anyone up for stopping Blade before he gets himself too deep into a mess? =P

OOC: Tain never would have forgiven you if you had killed them. :PIC: KrayzikkKrayzikk made a sound that sounded like a sigh of relief. "Alright. I have an idea. Anybody here carry automatic weapons?"Tain frowned. "You know, if I knew working for the CKC was like this, I'd just have enlisted in the Guard!"

IC: Airu (En Route, Police HQ, Hacker Siege)"Yeah, well," said Airu, tossing Krayzikk a submachine gun, "we'd still be glad to take you."A cyclone from Gust flew overhead, tearing apart a building across the street from them.-Teezy

-==IC: Kairan//Siege==-"I think that the CKC being like this is just chance; just very bad luck that all this happened like it did..." Kairan said, and then paused, as he looked around the immediate group."Wait; where'd Blade go?"

IC: KrayzikkKrayzikk would have grinned if he could. "I don't think you understand what I intend, sir." He set the gun on the ground, and shifted forms. His headlights blinked as he spoke. "I, and someone else, can act as cavalry."Then he heard Kairan speak. "Yo, dude with the replica. Hop on. We'll catch Blade easy. And pick up that gun, there."

-==IC: Kairan==-Kairan nodded, as he picked up the gun with one hand, and got onto the now-motorcycle-form robot."Alright." Kairan said, as he readied himself, and scanned the surroundings for both Blade and any Hackers that tried to ambush them.

IC: KrayzikkKrayzikk hit the gas, making sure that his motor was operating quietly. He started to drive forward, using his thermal scanners to search for Blade, as well as the Hackers.

-==IC: Blade==-Blade was about now right near the hacker encampment, and he stopped for a moment with a frown, and then sighed.If it hadn't been for that Replica; maybe things might have gone differently... Maybe I wouldn't have to die. Blade thought, as he walked forward, his sword in hand, as he fired a shot of lightning forward, intending it as a surprise attack to begin with.

IC - Dorcha:"I'll be at the HQ," Dorcha amended, as he heard the exchange between Airu and the sergeant. He broke into a run, arriving at the HQ in a matter of five seconds, slowing down his perception of time until he was moving in slow motion. He could see about fifty Hackers in the grounds around, some with light artillery. Inside, gunfire and powers could be seen in abundance about seven floors up. the bombardment talked of had obviously turned into a full scale invasion. He cut loose with his power, increasing the hearing of all the hackers outside a thousandfold. It took a massive amount of energy, and he was forced to absorb all nearby sound at record speed to recharge. It had the desired effect, as the entire force outside was taken out of action for about twenty second by the change. breaking into soundspeed, he ran among them, his acid pellets and twin swords wrecking havoc. Five seconds later, he had vanished into a ruined building, and hardly twenty Hackers were left alive, and most of those were wounded. on the other hand, Dorcha was down to about 10% of his elemental energy, which would take a bit to recharge. Sighing, he started absorbing nearby sound, and hoping he would get enough power before he was discovered.

IC: Lekar (Warzone)Lekar sighed as he saw Blade let lose his lightning. "Alright. Those who can't fight may want to stay back and out of sight. Since Blade just ruined any chance of sneaking past the incampment, we're going to have to fight. I'm gonna go see it I can get Blade out of there and knock some sence into him." After stating this, he pulled a hover-board from his hyperspace pocket using his Mask of Hyperspace and got on, and rode quite quickly toward Blade.Zakaro

IC - Clash of the Titans"Gust...you...you're right."He reached out, shadow tendrils destroying the cyclones. He brought his hands together, the energy collapsing on itself and the shadow brought the cyclones to him in the energy. He was barely able to absurd all the power using his element."I'm not sorry."In an explosion more radical than a nuclear bomb, he shot the energy in a straight beam of energy, nearly unstoppable. He unleashed an entire nova blast into one blast. It was going straight for the engines.Everyone stared as it struck through the gravitational powerlines, vaporizing them. Everything lost gravity. But that didn't stop it. It went through the ship, through the bulk of the rear, and finally punching through the engines."Going down."The Titan grinned. That had taken so very much power, but he held on. He knew he'd need this form to survive fully operational. The ship had already begun its descent. It was heading straight for the atmosphere.

-==IC: Kairan==-Kairan turned his head toward the lightning, and muttered under his breath."What does he think he's doing!? Does he want to die? I'm not gonna let him get off that easily... Let's go." Kairan said, as he kept an eye out for any hackers, now that their cover was totally blown. He also felt the ship seem to almost fall, but didn't concentrate on that, not now.-==IC: Blade==-Blade frowned, as he felt the ship act odd."Is he really that stupid?" Blade muttered, as the hackers began to slowly surround him. Blade smiled slightly at that."Well come on then; aren't you gonna attack?"

IC (CPU Room, Technology Tower):The Techna Nui lurched.Raknar cursed, spreading his feet to steady himself through a lower center of gravity--Except, he was already floating at a roughly forty-five-degree angle to the floor. Either he was spinning to his left, or the Techna Nui was spinning to his right. Confusion-induced vertigo set in. He grasped the sides of the computer monitor and attempted to pull himself to a congruent angle; the effort only flipped him over the monitor, and so he hung onto the computer, which now, to him, was hanging from the ceiling."To Karzahni with you, Ryjak," he growled, not seeing any other reason for gravity to have disengaged.But now he felt another pull. It was a straining pull, as if it could not quite grasp Raknar's armor, but it was nevertheless present: the gravity of the planet underneath.The Techna Nui was going down.* * *GM IC:All across the starship, people found their feet leave the ground without resistance as the Techna Nui accelerated away from their bodies. Fighters were drawn unceremoniously out of cover. Within minutes, the majority of the population of Techna was either floating above buildings or walking on the ceilings inside those buildings.It was odd, to say the least.It was the beginning of the end, to say the most.* * *IC (Techna Nui cockpit):A red light lit up the Kanohi of a certain Toa of Plasma: The engines' connections had been destroyed.Torch gritted his teeth and, from his seat, flipped several switches to activate backup power. The backup engines weren't powerful, but maybe they would provide enough thrust to enter a stable orbit while repairs were performed.Despite the Techna Nui's vast size, its cockpit was only three meters by three meters. It could fit two people without much trouble, but three would be a squeeze. Torch, not seeing fit to draw the others out of battle, had determined to pilot the starship himself.What a fat lot of help he was doing.Using his implant, with which he had activated a connection to the Techna Nui minutes ago, he sent a series of commands:> Calculate probable orbit trajectories.Calculating.Calculating..Calculating...Under current power, the Techna Nui cannot escape the planet's gravitational field. However, usage of the gravitational field for extra thrust is possible.> Provide instructions.Instructions:-Adjust speed to 5,000 kph.Torch did so and felt more of a tilt; his seatbelts pressed on his chest as his body was drawn out of his chair.-Tilt ten degrees down and five to the right.Easier said than done, especially with a starship as bulky as the Techna Nui. Gripping an armrest with his left hand, Torch used his right hand to carefully turn the ship. Moving down too far could mean certain disaster; moving up too far would result in a rapidly-decaying orbit that would end in a crash-landing.And all the while, a battle would still be occuring through the city.-Adjust speed to 10,000 kph.Torch's right hand found the throttle control and pushed it forward. The analog speedometer climbed from approximately 5,000 to hover about 10,000.-Keep the starship steady.The Techna Nui shuddered.Torch was in for a rough ride.

OOC: Curse you LL, you ninja! IC: Emma This was a rather bad day for Emma. Almost get killed, then realize that the ship you're in is going to crash. Not the best.Still, it could've been worse. Two of her allies could be trying to kill each other... No, wait, that was happening too. Yep, great day.The Toa ran out of the building, following Kairan and Krayzikk at a distance, noting how silently they were going. Of course, Hacker encampment. They had already lost enough cover, they didn't need to lose anymore.Drawing her sword, she hurried after them, keeping an eye on Blade."Well come on then; aren't you gonna attack?" she heard him call out to the approaching Hackers."Is he insane?" she muttered aloud, "Does he have a death wish?"She was just about to try and flank the group, when something happened. She rose up. She didn't stand, she rather, floated up, into the air. While this was all well and cool, and in better times she would have possibly enjoyed this, at the moment, it revealed her position to anyone with half a braincell."Karz," was all she could say.-Void

-==IC: Blade==-That timing couldn't have been worse. Blade had been attempting to plant his sword into the ground to unleash electrical energy around him, in an attempt to destroy the hackers... But with one problem. He started floating."For the love of..." Blade muttered, and made due with grabbing one hacker, stabbing him in the face, and grabbing onto his arm in an attempt to use momentum to spin himself around, and block the attacks from the other hackers.Didn't think this would be the way I'd go out. Blade thought with a scowl on his face.

IC: Savina - Battle -Savina felt herself slowly began to float upwards, it was quite alarming and unexpected, especially as she was trying to fight. With nothing to hold on to she helplessly began to float higher and higher.

IC: Lekar (Warzone)Lekar was moving towards Blade-wait, now he was floating, his hoverboard deactivating and floating pat him. "What the-" As he floated, he realized that at least a few people were sure to shout "It's the end of the world!." 'So how long until we stop floating?' he wondered. Zakaro

-==IC: Zero==-"Likely until we either have the gravity generators turned back on, someone uses Gravity powers to lower us back down, we get out of this gravity field, or..." Zero hesitated to say the last option, but it was fairly obvious what it was.

OOC: And so it begins...IC: Kinksh, Rinnder, Swuiop & Thuiop / Golden Hammer BaseKinksh watched the beam of shadow go overhead, then suddenly felt himself pulled up. He managed to grab a hold of the Vuata Maca tree as he was pulled up to it, then swung back down as the ship moved about. Swuiop and Thuiop, along with a few others, were tossed across to the far end; Rinnder made his way slowly to a ladder on the side and began climbing his way up the wall."We're going down!" Kinksh shouted, looking around desperately to make sure that his most important lieutenant was still intact.-Toa Levacius Zehvor

IC: SkullSkull clung to a bench that was bolted into the ground. Needless to say, he was not amused.IC: Krayzikk shifted form as his momentum carried him into the side of a building, where he dug his hands in. Kairan collided with the same building moments later. Krayzikk grabbed him with one hand.IC: TainTain, rather annoyed, floated next to Savina. Not caring of he was seen, he created a metal pole for him to grip. Reachind out, he grabbed Savina by the scruff of the neck, and brought her over to the pole.

-==IC: Kairan==-"... So, what now?" Kairan asked with a sigh, as he floated in midair, and looked around.What could have caused that? Kairan thought with a frown, as he hadn't realized the fact that the ship was actually going down yet.

IC: KrayzikkKrayzikk ground his feet into the building, ensuring he wouldn't float away. Then he drew his pistols. "We take out as many Hackers as we can." He started taking shots at the unsuspecting , floating, Hackers.

IC: Lekar (Warzone) "OK. You do that, I'm gonna go get Blade and calm him down." Lekar then used his air powers to "fly" towards Blade. Zakaro

-==IC: Kairan==-Kairan nodded, as he aimed at one of the floating hackers, who noticed the Toa of Lightning. The hacker's eyes widened, and the hacker raised his gun to defend himself, however, a bullet ripped through the hacker's two shoulders, and Kairan smirked."Honestly; don't try to shoot the Toa that wears a Calix. It just never ends well."

IC: Arkrak"Hey Inc, does it seem like we're floating?"IC: ZaphosZaphos slammed his arms into the earth, gripping onto the whatever he could, hoping he didn't float.IC: Hrunja / Quada"You know," said Quada cheerfully as he held onto Hrunja's leg. "If we survive, we're making a board game off this."The aforementioned Toa of Plasma snorted, knowing that they would probably not survive the fall of the ship anyway. Yet he still dug his sword into the earth. "Survive? Nah. We probably won't."

-==IC: Zero==-"Anyone have a Hau or some way of shielding ourselves if this thing does crash...?" Zero asked, as he used his energy gun to fire at some of the Hackers while he otherwise casually floated in the air.

IC: Lekar (Zero-gravity warzone)As he propelled himself with his air powers, Lekar could see Blade fighting Hackers. "Blade! Calm down! We need to regroup before the ship goes down!"Zakaro

IC: Emma - WarzoneEmma managed to propel herself close enough to Zero to respond to his concern, "Once we hit, I'll try to make some water or something, to soften the fall."-Void

-==IC: Zero==-"That'll be great... For most of us." Zero said, as the robot looked over at Emma with a raised eyebrow.-==IC: Blade==-"Don't worry about me. If these hackers are still here when the ship falls, then we all die." Blade said, as he held his hands out in front of him, as lightning began to surround him once more, as the Lightning Toa attempted to gain enough lightning to at least send the hackers flying back, and at least knock them unconscious. Anything more would be even better.

IC: Savina - Floating -Savina looked at Tain, she was more confused than anything. "W-what...what is happening?" She managed to say, it was one of those rare moments where she was actually willing to speak. Her ear's we're drooped low, her tail very still. She didn't know what was happening at all, this was crazy, why was everyone floating!?

IC: Lekar (Warzone)"So you're saying you're willing die just to take out a few more Hackers?" Lekar asked in disbelief.Zakaro

-==IC: Blade==-"I don't want to die!" Blade growled, and then frowned."But if it means you guys are saved, then I'll take out as many of these floating targets as possible, even if it means I die." Blade said, as he concentrated the electricity into a ring around himself, and sent the energy outwards, intending to hit at least one hacker with it.

IC: Tain"They disabled the gravity generation system." Tain grimaced.

IC: Lekar (Zero-gravity city)Lekar sighed. He then used his air powers to send most of the Hacker squad up beyond most of the buildings, leaving only the ones near Blade. Lekar shot his air blaster at 2 of the remaining Hackers. "Happy? I doubt any of the Hackers that I sent flying off will be back, so can we go?Zakaro
