Arankhe is most likely evacuating with Kale, Krayn, and the others, unless he decided to stay.

Yeah, I did. Used to log in through google and I can't seem to find any button for that anymore so rip old me.

Presumably, yeah, she's leaving with the others, I've just been struggling to keep up, I'll post for her when I see an opportunity that doesn't sit jarringly with everything else. Maybe when/if things calm down for the squad, I dunno.

I think the people evacuating include Kale, Four and Skyra right now? Tell me if I'm missing anybody @Silvan Haven. Kale just jumped them over the wall, so we'll probably be able to regroup and cool down so we all know what's going on. I need to find a way to post as Four as well.

You know what would be nice? A brief plot summary of what has happened in the last 4 years.

Also, did anything happen with the obsidian outpost and the gang? Or did they just fade into obscurity?

I think the Obsidian Outpost folks kinda just disappeared. Never really hung with them though. @Geardirector should know.

"Fade into obscurity" is precisely the term @Daniel the Finlander. Two, if not more, of that group's players have been gone for a while, and nothing has been heard of the group itself for a while either. 

Thought so. Oh well it was fun while it lasted.

Now I have to figure out what to do with my "main" character, as he was part of that group. Maybe it's best to just wait for the next arc to begin.

To be honest I barely knew who was part of the group before we all vanished for a year. Right now I'm operating under "Come with me if you want to live," logic.

Ihu-koro is a good place to come back in.

So turns out one of my characters was part of the Brotherhood of Akreian. Some questions:

1. Who are they as I don’t remember

2. What has the brotherhood been up to, if anything?

1. They were Mr. House's cult of necromancers.
2. They briefly teamed up with Echelon to take Ko-Koro but then got kicked out. AFAIK they're de facto disbanded, especially since House disappeared.

The cult has been scattered for the most part. All of their bases have been destroyed but there are still a couple characters puttering about.

Is it too late to throw in characters into the battle to retake Ko-Koro? That's pretty much the only place where i could reintroduce my characters in a sensible way after 4 years of inactivity.

It's not really a battle to retake the koro at the moment. Sure the Gucko Force is there, but there aren't enough ground forces to really take and hold the town. All the good guys are currently escaping to Ihu-koro. If you want you can dump your characters there.

Wow, Tyler and Ghost (and Nuju, I see you there) have really taken it to the next level with these plot posts. Some fantastic writing happening! Great job guys.

And I always wondered what happened to Grokk. After his mad spree through the topics, I remember his last post ending with him being needed for one last thing before he could truly die, but the "one last thing" never happened. At the time, I just thought Nuju forgot about it. I've never been happier to see that I was wrong.

You have a great memory! I forgot that that saga had an ending with a cliffhanger like that, but it's all coming back to me now...

just wanna give a huge thanks to all the staff for all the work you all are putting in to finally move this beast into the next life. only even more fitting to see it done in such engaging and well-written posts that we've come to know over the years

This is the first time during my experience with the BZPRPG I've seen the end of an arc, and I am both glad to be here to see it and immensely grateful to our overlords our wonderful GMs. Here's to the next one, people.
