Tivanu shrugged gently as he heard this

"Well i suppose so.. Though who did she really know anyway?"

IC Viima

(Ta-Koro, Lavapool Inn):

It was Viima's turn to shrug. "She could've known anyone in Ga-Koro."

Tivanu nods

"But i ask if you know if she had any close relatives or friends? Someone who would risk their lives to avenge her.. also what ever happened with that turaga who teamed with her?"

IC Viima

(Ta-Koro, Lavapool Inn):

"The Turaga was imprisoned", Viima replied. "And no, I cannot imagine anyone wanting to avenge Surina. She wasn't that popular."

Tivanu nodded to Viima

"And you said she was put to death.. may i ask how exactly she was put to death?"

IC Viima

(Ta-Koro, Lavapool Inn):

"She was sent away on a boat", Viima replied. "Without oars or a chance to survive. Hahli said that if it was the will of Mata Nui that Surina live on, he would guide her on some other deserted island to live on. But everyone knows she is dead."

Tivanu nodded slowly though there seemed to be a bit of skepticism in his voice

"You are sure she is dead? To me being left on a boat with no oars does not mean she was killed.. What is to stop her from jumping into the water and just swimming and pushing her boat along with her.. To many variables for me to be comfortable.. If i were Akiri Hahli i would have just had her beheaded."

OOC: Exactly what I said to Tyler back when he announced the sentence. He just said that he didn't want to make a real execution.

Tivanu looked out the window to see Kive-phu perched on a rooftop close by before looking back to Viima

"Well i never said it couldn't be.. I mean ga-matoran are known for being great swimmers and can hold their breath.. I would have stuck her in the Motare Desert with not supplies or anything.. take her out of her element. And remember how i mentioned Kive-phu was acting weird around that time as if she recognized the matoran.. well."

I... I don't believe it...

"I'm sure Kive-phu knows many Ga-Matoran?" Viima said, though he didn't sound convinced about this idea. "The guards in Ga-Koro made sure Surina could not just swim back. They waited for the boat to disappear beyond the horizon. That's what they told me."

Tivanu smirked as he heard this

"I doubt she does for i don't go near Ga-koro.. i don't know how to swim and as such avoid large bodies of water.. But Even if they waited till she got out past the horizon that does not stop her from just waiting and then swimming back to some other koro?

(Ta-Koro, Lavapool Inn):

"You can't swim that big of a distance unless you're a Toa of Water with a Kaukau. Or a Kakama", Viima said. "Still, she attacked me... if she really is Surina, how did she return? And what are her plans?"

Tivanu shakes his head

"You are mistaken.. you could swim that distance with a boat.. She could push the boat along with her.. swim awhile then hop into the boat for a break then continue later.. it could be done."

"How about the ocean currents?" Viima pointed out, though in his heart he realized that Tivanu was probably right (again, disturbingly enough). It was possible that Surina was once again walking the surface of this island.

And if she indeed does, may the Great Beings help us all.

Tivanu sighed a bit as he brought his fist down on the table in an angry motion

"Dangit Viima get your head out of the clouds and realize the truth! Somehow Surina is back.. For unless you can think of another Ga-matoran who would wish you harm i would love to hear it.. And quite frankly since i betrayed her and that turaga she will likely be after me as well.. Now you need to ask yourself if you gonna sit idly by and let her do whatever she is going to do or do something about it?" He said in a rather loud tone

(Ta-Koro, Lavapool Inn):

Viima didn't flinche at Tivanu's harsh tone. Instead, he weighed his options quietly for a moment.

"No", he said finally. "I'm not going to stand by. If she really lives, she has gotten an extension period of life on this island, one that is unjust. She needs to be sent back to the grave."

He stood up from his chair.

"Wait for Orderin", he said to Tivanu. "I will track down Surina."

IC: Tivanu

Tivanu sighed as he instead reached out and gripped Viima's shoulder preventing him from moving

"No.. you will ask around Ta-koro to see if she is even still here and then return so that all three of us can hunt her down... you can't be reckless Viima.."

The tension was rising. Inu's mind rippled as Oreius pulled his knight out to stand before his rook.

Viima frowned.

"We know she's not here", he said. "Didn't we establish that she left through the Onu-tunnel?"

IC: Tivanu

Tivanu cocked his head a bit

"Um no.. i don't believe we ever established that Viima.. but still let orderin and i help you.. who knows she might be trying to buy a bodyguard again.. and i will not let you die on my watch."

OOC: Oh. Must be one of the other characters then...

"Every minute we waste, Surina has more time to get away from us."

Tivanu sighed as he heard this

"Viima sit down or so help me viima i will use my staff to make you sit down.. And even if she gets away from us we can speak to Akiri hahli and let her know and perhaps she can put word out to the other koros to be on the lookout for her.. and she may get away but i assure you we can find her.. even if she has changed her mask she can not change her scent and i am sure Kive-phu could find her scent."

"Fine", Viima puffed. "But I'm not happy about this. You just told me not to sit around as Surina - if it even is her - roams free. And now we're doing just that."

Tivanu shakes his head gently

"There is a difference between doing something and being stupid.. what you were gonna do was be stupid and reckless."

"Try having your own murderous ex-girlfriend return from death before judging me."

"Well you have to remember that i betrayed her and the turaga she was with leading to her imprisonment and eventual exile.. so for all i know she could be wanting revenge on me as well"

"Possible", Viima said. "But I wouldn't say you're a priority on that list. My educated guess would be that she wants to kill Hahli first and foremost - then myself. If I was her priority, she wouldn't have fled that quickly after just a lucky strike."

"Then perhaps it is our duty to warn akiri hahli about this possible threat?"

"That might be wise, though not until Orderin is back with us", Viima answered.

"Indeed.. we will need him for first off us skakdi have always given off bad first impressions.. but with a toa with us it should at least show i am not one of the bad or evil skakdi.."

"Well i would assume that would go without saying.. but yes i will admit i would even feel bad just leaving him."
