  • OOC: response for bulikIC: Two le-matoran NPC's"A toa-hero.. no, we arent village-bright with Ta-koro." Replied the pilot, his gunner whispering something in his ear "Oh yes, Excuse me toa-hero, but can i be duty-asking of you? My friends, fellow toa-heroes, are in quick-need of your assistance. We are long-gathering a group to join us in defeating the makuta, Can you help us?"

OOC: lol im an onu-matoran carpenter XD IC: Nichou"welllllll" he said, considering the offer." where is this meeting? I could meet up later, but first I need to find a forge here to fix my mask" he said, pointing to the ever-growing crack in his purple kakama. " i was going to go to zycks armory, but it just burned down....." suddenly he realized!" maybe zyck knows his competition, so i can find a good forge to fix my mask!" at that time he remembered the matoran was there. "oops, sorry for interrupting, so where is this meeting? i'll meet with you after i fix my mask, but i need to know where the meeting is first" he smiled at the matoran, waiting for the reply.

To think you can repair everything with the meagre funds you'd be earning as one of the many crafters here is sweetly naive. And if you intend to build everything yourself you'll be spending months doing nothing but losing money."

Using the power of earth, he fashoned a nice seat of earth in one side of the shop. He sat down, laying his walking stick beside him. He smiled and listened to the conversation quietly, waiting until he could order something.

  • IC: "And as I said, that will leave you unable to make tools, leaving you without money. And the metal will only cover the roof, what will you do for the interior?" What Chimera's original fires hadn't damaged had been incinerated by Fiva. By drawing the fire to him rather than just quelling it, he'd essentially turned the inside of the Armoury into one giant firestorm of a furnace, doing just as much, if not more damage

what will you do for the interior?"

The old turaga answered." I can fix that", he said, using his powers over earth to make multiple benches, seats, desks and shelfs in the building. he shook a bit from the draining of his energy, but then adjusted, getting more comfortable in his seat. He gave the vortixx a smile and waited 'till they were done

He chuckled slightly. "The inside was already terrible, it isn't much worse now. The furniture and Desplays all survived, seeing as they were metal. And by some stroke of luck, all of the displays had been knocked over. The fire was pulled over them. No harm done."

  • OOC:He drew it to him safely. He wouldn't have done what you just described. He knows a bit more than that.

OOC: You can't draw fire safely. Because its fire :P Anywhere you pulled it through would have been set alight thanks to the heat radiation. Then theres anything that got caught in the middle of the inferno. Oh, and the implosions caused by all that fire eating up the air. Then there's taking into account that, with no banks on Mata Nui, all your money would have been kept in the shop, so its probably been burnt up now as well. There's a reason I chose arson as a means of sabotageAnd Haikon, a Turaga simply doesn't have that much power. One seat for yourself, sure, but manipulating earth on such a grand scale? Afraid not IC: Tiberiam looked at the furniture, now charcoal, and the displays, warped and twisted thanks to being in the middle of the firestorm. "As I said, naive."

  • OOC:Ahh, but Fiva could've just dissapated the fire then absorbed that. That would've counted as absorbing the fire. Fiva knows how to handle fire without ruining everything.

OOC: Couldn't have, but didn't. You said you just absorbed the fire, meaning you pulled it all right through the shop. So thats several walls gone as you incinerated them (pulled the fire through them remember) and all the armour engulfed in a firestorm. In trying to save the shop you caused more destruction than Chimera! :D

Except, the fire was only there for a few seconds, a minute at most before Fiva withdrew the flames, not enough to harm metal with merely a Forge fire set with wood. And Metal doesn't melt just like that. And Matoran money is Metal, so...

Ah, but a I pointed out, Fiva drew all the fire together. That would have created a much bigger and much much hotter fire instead of multiple smaller less hot fires, basically a furnace of its own. A forge as big as your whole shop. Which could melt and warp metal. So thanks for that BioBeast IC: "Your shop is about to fall down round your ears friend. If you can't see that, I think it would be dangerous for you to attempt rebuilding by yourself. Your liable to hurt yourself."

OOC: Except it wasn't a wood fire. All the fire would have been pulled together, forcing it to consume the air in the room, expanding it into a full blown inferno rather explosively. Fiva essentially blew your place up

OOC:I will repeat this. Fiva did not cause harm to the place. He went around the shop absorbing the fire and then walked out and released it. He knows enough of what he's doing to have not done any harm.

...no, you didn't. I've read your post. You don't say anything about walking round the shop. Just that you absorbed the fire. You even then say you threw the fire at someone, meaning you were still in the street. According to your own words you just stood there and absorbed it. Meaning you did exactly what I described. IC: "Believe me, you will be needing help my friend. You don't see it now, but once you realise how difficult and dangerous rebuilding this gutted building is, you'll be able to find me." Fiva does know a lot about fire and wouldn't have done anything to harm the shop. I didn't think that absorbing the fire would hurt the building so I posted that Fiva absorbed the fire. Fiva however knew that absorbing the fire would hurt the building and thus wouldn't have just stood there and absorbed it. Not to mention any damage done by Fiva would have been minimum as he absorbed the fire before it had a chance to spread around the shop. He got it almost immediately after Zyck's place was set on fire.IC:FivaFiva glared at the two bodyguards and raised his eyebrows, daring the bodyguards to do something.

That didn't happen.

OOC: Multiple fires, scattered all over the forge. Given about ten minutes to build up steam (as Zedd pointed out). Fiva, who is outside, draws all these to himself, a single point. So all these fires have to pass through roughly the same area to get to that single point. Large amount of flame suddenly introduced into an area eats up the air, creating a firestorm. And it does it fast, fire isn't slow. Have you never done the Squeaky Pop Test in a chemistry lesson? So what you end up with is a sudden eruption of fire and extreme heat, resulting in the forge being gutted, metal and all. Ever seen a film where a door is opened in a burning building and the character who opened it is hurled back by a gout of flame? Same principles. Sorry, but this is physics, you cannot argue with it. Your place got toasted. IC: As Tiberiam walked away she wondered just how difficult rebuilding the armoury would be. or rather, how difficult she could make it
