Techna: Breakdown

IC: (Parazan)Parazan bought something from one of the traders and then he saw a creature that looked a lot like him. It then laughed out loud when it saw that it had four arms.OOC: Rats,I keep forgetting that Parazan has no Gender!

IC: The WastesArketh flew through the sky, his wings flapping and strips of cloth whipping around in the air. Below him was the almost barren land north of New Metru Nui, which he scanned with his eyes. Rocky ground, minimal plant life... little life at all. This whole world was dark and barely sustained life with its thin atmosphere and scarce resources.It was like a paradise for him. Truly, with a nature like his, he could get used to this place fast. For a while he awaited for that space vessel to arrive at some alien planet, keeping to himself within shadowy alleys and tunnels. Those denizens of the city it contained had succeeded in crashing their ship. That didn't bother him too much; it only added to this grim place.Quite a distance away was that giant volcano, and over to his right was Eastern Canyon and Tencha Nui. What lay beyond those landmarks, he wondered? Well, he had all the time in the world to journey across this place, explore every area, and harass its new inhabitants. Speaking of which...Arketh swooped down, coming a little closer to the ground, but still high up. Eyes searching the plains of stone, the skeletal being looked for others. He could use some interaction.

IC: KrayzikkKrayzikk nodded at Gust. Though he was no longer capable of having an expression to match, the robot was incredibly relieved. Not only was there a chance for the three to get out alive, but making the call had been delayed, at least for a time. "Is there any way I can help, sir?"

IC-Kal:Kal thought for a moment, listening to Gust speak. "I'm going with you," he said. "I need to learn more about those odd shadowy-things. I've seen them too much, and I'm tired of it." He then smiled. "Besides, I might as well try and help the Techna soon, so why not?"

IC: Zaphos"You still want the pizza?"

IC: Gust (The Citadel, New Metru Nui)Gust cast a longing look at the food."Esao, pull the troops out," he said. "Take thirty minutes to relax. We're gonna finish off the food and then take over. This is beyond CHI jurisdiction."Still muttering curses, I nodded and motioned for the surviving team members to leave.-Teezy

IC: Helsa - Restaurant, New Metru Nui -Helsa began to follow Jikal. "So, how far is it?" She asked. IC: Skyra - Citadel -Skyra sighed. "Geeze, I though things were nuts 700 years ago, it's just gotten even crazier! Between the weird creatures and the rogue A.I., anyway...." Skyra took a piece of pizza and ate it.

IC: Jikal"Not far. Actually, all we need is a place that we can't be watched, or overheard." After a few minutes, Jikal spotted a long, dim alley. "Ah! That'll do."IC: KrayzikkKrayzikk sighed. He eyed the food, wishing he could still eat. But what he could still do, was charge. He pulled a cable out of his side, and plugged it into the wall.Power level: 89% and charging.He looked at Gust. "You have any ideas, sir?"

IC, Kinvex: "What? I don't want to leave! I want to help!" argued Kinvex. "I didn't come all the way out here just to do nothing- I want to do something, to!"

IC: Elirak"It may just be me," I said, following Jikal, "But I don't like going into alley's with strangers.""No offence, man."

IC: Esao (Techna Nui, Eastern Canyon)I spun on my heel, staring at Kinvex and advancing towards him."You think I like this any more than you do?" I hissed, my cold drawl intensifying with each word. "You think I like being talked down like some lowly field agent? No. But if Gust has a shot of getting this program taken care of, then this will all work out. If not..."I shrugged, still furious at the Toa Techna of Air."Then we get to help."-Teezy

IC: JikalJikal grinned. "There are two of you, and I'm just little old me. You scared?" He started walking down the alley.

IC: Helsa - Alley, New Metru Nui -"Come on Elirak, trust me, I think this guy wants to make a deal...he won't hurt us." At least that was her hunch. She began to follow Jikal down the alley.

OOC: Done with plot moving? Here's some motivation, and a chance to get near your enemy...IC: AMTaOS - Drones / Eastern CanyonA buzzing sound emanated from the canyons, its source unknown. The warning was there, but only lasted a measly amount of time - Esao and his allies soon came under attack by a massive swarm of the stun spores, which unleashed their hail of attacks on the assembled group.-Toa Levacius Zehvor

OOC: Wow, someone's mad. :PIC, Kinvex: Kinvex sighed. "Fine," he said. "But if we do get to help... I'm the first one who attacks that AI's data..."

IC: Jikal/The SkullElirak and Helsa were a few paces behind Jikal when they saw a slight flash of light. Standing a few yards in front of them, blending in with the darkness, was a figure in distinctly sinister armor. The overall appearance was that of a gray skeleton, with a matte black armor filing in the cracks. The bones were angular, and their edges almost sharp. The helmet was that of a leering skull. Jikal cackled, for that of course, was who he was.

IC: Helsa - Alley, New Metru Nui -Helsa wasn't so easily impressed. "Okay, what's with the Halloween costume?"

IC: Elirak"...And now I have to go get mine. Want me to get your's too, Helsa?" I said sarcasticly."What do you want?" I asked, not one for stuff like this.

IC: SkullSkull scowled, though Helsa couldn't see. "I was getting there, ruin my fun, why don't you?" He placed his black fedora on his head. "I'm Skull. And simply put, I'm on top of the criminal food chain, second only to one. If it's illegal, chances are I had a hand in it somewhere."

OOC: Wow, someone's mad.

OOC: That includes your character, Xenmas. IC: AMTaOS / Test Chamber #3"You are not worth it. I've capture over one hundred test subjects over the past month. Including you this is two hundred and seventeen and counting. But you three keep calling outside and begging for help. Well, I've got news for you. Your communicators won't work any more. Never again. Now test."There were far more enemies coming. But perhaps there was a way around that..."Unless... you're willing to do something for me instead."-Toa Levacius Zehvor

IC: ElirakI smiled, I've heard of this 'Skull' before. "Really? Impressive. To someone else maybe."I thought about it for a minute, "Well then, if we're all giving each other nicknames, you can call me Green."That name didn't need an intoduction. Well, if this guy was who he said he was, then he would definatly know who I was.

IC: Helsa - Alley, New Metru Nui -"Yeah....I'm gonna stick with calling myself Helsa..." She smirked. "Well, since you told me who you are, I might as well tell you more about myself. As you probably I guessed, I'm allied with the Hackers, I'm a spy of sorts. If they need to know something, I find it out for them."

IC: SkullSkull nodded to Elitak, he had indeed heard of him. He looked at Helsa. "Whether or not I guessed is irrelevant, it is always gratifying to be right."He looked thoughtful. "It would seem we have an interesting group here."

IC, Kinvex: Suddenly, the air swarmed with stun spores. "The Karz is this?" shouted Kinvex. He drew his sword and started slashing at them.

IC: AMTaOS - Spores / Eastern CanyonSwinging a sword wasn't going to do anything to the spores; they simply darted past, being slightly smaller than ping-pong balls, and fired at their exposed enemy. All they need to was stun him into unconsciousness, and he'd be packaged and ready to go.IC: AMTaOS / Test Chamber #3"I urge you to consider my offer."-Toa Levacius Zehvor

IC, Kinvex: "Argh!" said Kinvex as he rolled to avoid getting hit. "Guys, do something!" he said.OOC: We should probably wait for TD to post- he is there, after all.

IC: Savina - Testing Chamber -"And what offer would that be?" Savina suddenly said, she decided to speak since Tain and Lekar weren't saying anything.

IC: AMTaOS / Testing Chamber #3"From here, it is impossible to transfer you where I need you go. But once you reach the elevator shaft at the end of this test, I can instead transport you... off site. Once there, you can do a little something for me. Connect a few loose wires. You know. Nothing important.""Of course, I can't help you solve the test. Just get to the other side, do what I ask... and I'll deposit you outside. But you won't get any cake."-Toa Levacius Zehvor

IC: Elirak"...It's better then wierd," I said to Skull. "Now, I thought I'd mention this now, I've been out for the past two months. Mind filling me in on some of the less... civilized happenings?"I needed up to date intel, on everything. It's how I roll.

IC: SkullSkull counted off on his fingers. "26 weapons deals, with a number of clients. 47 trades for supplies involving illegally obtained equipment, implants, and a myriad if other things. The Hackers established a settlement, rumor has it. Also a large number of arranged disappearances." Skull shrugged. "Things have slowed down, and people are trying to get their businesses set back up."

IC: Helsa - Alley, New Metru Nui -"That sounds about right..." Helsa mused. "I have of course been keeping track of all that...and more."

IC: ElirakI nodded, taking in the information."So, now what? We could go around killing people for fun, but I'd rather stay low-profile for a while.""You got a base of operations?" I asked both Helsa and Skull.

IC: Skull"Oh that is just the stuff I'm allowed to tell you. After all, there is one person above even me." Skull's eye narrowed. "And it would be far from profitable for him or myself if I told you those things."He look at Elirak. "I do. But I can't take you there. It's not just mine, but someone else works there too."

IC: Helsa - Alley, New Metru Nui -"Well it wouldn't be any fun if you told me everything..." Helsa said slyly. "I don't have a base of operation per se, unless you could that apartment I'm currently renting."

IC: Elirak"Ok, do any of you have any weapons?" I asked. "All of mine were lost during the crash."I pulled out my knife, "I only have this little guy," I pulled out my other one, "Along with his friend." I then took out my disassembled rifle, "And this."

IC: JikalThe armor vanished, to reveal Jikal once more, wearing his white suit and matching fedora. "Well, we should probably go someplace more private. An apartment works for me."

IC: ElirakI nodded, and put away my 'tools'. Knowing Helsa for as long as I did, I was pretty sure she had some type of weapon at her place."Lead the way..."

IC: Helsa - Alley, New Metru Nui ="Alright then...follow me." She gestured them to follow as she led them toward her apartment.

IC: JikalJikal nodded, following.

IC: ElirakI followed after the Toa of Lightning. If we were in a different situation, I would have smiled: Helsa was bringing me to her apartment.
