Techna: Breakdown

IC: Darkon, New Metru NuiDarkon was stunned by the being's kindess. He hadn't been treated this well since... Well, never. He shook his head for a no, the look of gratitude in his eyes increasing.

[iC: Stronin]"So this the Techna Nui eh?" said Stronin as he floated leisurely above the ruins of the ship. "Seems to have been a rather beautiful vessel .Too bad I can't remember seeing it."He slowly began to descend, wondering if he should attempt to scavenge for any working parts that could be installed on his cannibalised hover taxi of doom. Sure it may be risky, but he decided that the pros outweighed the cons."Time to steal some stuff I suppose."

IC: Helsa - Apartment, New Metru Nui -Helsa led them inside her apartment, which was rather tidy and clean, except for the two SMG's sitting on the table. "Oh, I always forget to put those away."

IC: Elirak"You still have those?" I asked, surprized to see the two weapons laying around.

IC: Helsa - Apartment, New Metru Nui -"You know me, I like to be prepared, just in case."

IC: Elirak"Yeah," I said nodding.Without another word, I planted myself on a couch nearby. "That feels good, Ok, so, what's the plan? Or the big question. I'm feeling pretty useless right now."

IC: Helsa - Apartment, New Metru Nui -Helsa sat down right next to Elirak. "I don't know...so far I've just been trying to get settled in really...I haven't heard a thing from anyone in Krahzia at all. But I've been looking out for anything happening around here that might be of interest to the hackers, so far, nothing noteworthy."

IC: Elirak (Apartment, New Metru Nui)"Well, I might as well stay a while," I said, before explaining, "I spoke to Mror, he said to stay here, and try not to get killed.""By the way, I tried to contact you before. What, you block my number or something?" I joked.

IC: Helsa - Apartment, New Metru Nui -"Well you see, I had to change mine to a different number, otherwise the Techna Guard would of found me out pretty quickly."

IC: Elirak (Apartment, New Metru Nui)I caughed, but it sounded more like, "Excuses.""What? I still haven't gotten all of this dust out of me. You ever stay motionless for two months strait?"

IC: Helsa - Apartment, New Metru Nui -Helsa frowned. "Hey now, I though you were dead! It wasn't like I was expecting you to call." She explained. "But...I'm really glad you're not. It's nice to have someone I can trust no matter what by my side."

IC: Elirak (Apartment, New Metru Nui)"Uh huh..." I said, my grin the exact opposite of her frown.

IC: Helsa - Apartment, New Metru Nui -Her frown quickly turned into a smile. "You always tease me so." She looked at Elirak straight in the eyes. "Missed having you around really..."

IC: Elirak (Apartment, New Metru Nui)I raised an eyebrow, and said with mock seriousness, "Did you now? Well that came as a surprize..."

IC: AMTaOS (Part One) / Test Chamber #3, Testing Facility, Wreckage of Techna-Nui"I'll let you consider... You have a whole test to think about it."The voice was gone. It was doubtful she would have anything else to say until the test was over. Except, perhaps, a little bit of snark...She was a bit iffy about the option. She would be sending them outside of the area she had control over, if they accepted... but they didn't know that. All they had to do was pull a few levers, connect a few wires. And boom. Done.Or four more tests.IC: AMTaOS (Part Two) / Spores / Eastern CanyonThe spores continued darting in and out, attacking Kinvex, Esao, and all other members of their group with a vigor.Halfway across the cavern, another collective of spores came across Mars, making her way down the canyon. They released their blasts quickly, attempting to stun the being as rapidly as possible for transport.-Toa Levacius Zehvor

[iC: Stronin]"So there's some people in trouble eh?" noted Stronin from above the canyon as he watched Mars get attacked. "I suppose I'll have to be heroic then."The Iron Toa glowed with power as a rain of steel spikes fell from his body, descending rapidly towards the collective of spores that was attacking the Matoran.

IC: Helsa - Apartment, New Metru Nui -Helsa smirked. "Don't let that go to your head. I mean, I need someone to do all the dangerous stuff for me after all."

IC: AMTaOS / Spores - Eastern CanyonOf course it couldn't be that easy. It never was. The spores darted and weaved, easily avoiding the steel spikes - though it was unlikely that poor Mars would have the same advantage. A number of the spores flew at Stronin like a swarm of Protodites, firing their stun blasts at him - the majority, though, continued firing at their original target.-Toa Levacius Zehvor

[iC: Stronin]Stronin gritted his teeth as he dodged a few blasts, while one managed to clip his shoulder, preventing it from any movement. He gave a weak grin, and began to laugh."You think that'll stop me? Bring it on random things of doom!"With his other arm, he took out his blunderbuss, and began to fire shells at the swarm.

IC: Elirak (Apartment, New Metru Nui)"What dangerous stuff? I do it all for fun. That, or you ask me to do it," I replied. "Besides, it's all dangerous, although some stuff more then other stuff."

IC: AMTaOS / Spores - Eastern CanyonThe spores kept darting and weaving, and broke out into a massive spread - a number were still taken out by the blunderbuss shot. They kept firing their stun blasts - already, the one that had struck Stronin was starting to prove more than just a paralytic. A few more hits and he'd be out cold and ready for teleportation.-Toa Levacius Zehvor

IC: Helsa - Apartment, New Metru Nui -"Well that's true. That's what makes you so easy to work with, you actually like going on suicide missions." she mused. "Not that my snooping around isn't sometimes...dangerous, but the worst that could happen to me is getting caught. And then you'd just bust me out."

[iC: Stronin]"This doesn't seem to be working," he muttered as another several blasts clipped his arms and legs, disabling them, leaving most of his body immobile. "Time to try another tactic."He knew if his plan failed, he would probably be open for several more blasts, which would definitely knock him out and lead to his death via falling to the ground, which wasn't a very delightful prospect.Lances burst out of every single point of his body, stabbing outwards at the spores, hoping to impale them.

IC: AMTaOS / Spores - Eastern CanyonThe blasts kept coming, and the spores tried backing away. All but maybe half a dozen were caught as they came to close. The remainder kept firing at Stronin, ignorant to their fellows death. And so the firing just continued...-Toa Levacius Zehvor

IC: Elirak (Apartment, New Metru Nui)"Melt, but yeah," I corrected, "And probably with a good number of guards as well.""Wait, you? get caught?"OOC: Possibly last post for the night, gonna hit the sack. (Got school tomarrow, too.) EDIT: well, actually later today, but you know what I mean.

[iC: Stronin]"Karz," he hissed as he tried his best to dodge the remaining blasts. A few more hits and he'd be dead, which meant he'd have to end the fight quickly.Energy formed in his immobile hands as two massive drills began to form around them. The Iron Toa continued to try dodge the blasts as he concentrated on moving his arms into position with his powers. Another shot clipped his shoulder, sending him spiralling downwards."Not going to die just yet," Stronin said, teeth gritted as his arms glowed.With all the willpower he could muster, his mask glowed with energy as he rocketed upwards, the drills spinning rapidly, tips pointed towards the small group of spores."GIGA! DRILL! BUH-REAKKEERRRRRR~!!!"

OOC: Yeah...I should go to bed too. IC: Helsa - Apartment, New Metru Nui -"Hypothetically. I know it isn't likely, but like I said before, I always prepare for worst case scenarios, that way if something bad does happen, I've got a plan." She explained. "But...thanks for having so much faith in my abilities." she said, kissing him on the cheek.

OOC: I'll catch you. I promise. With my teleporter.And then I'll force you to solve puzzles for me.IC: AMTaOS / Spores - Eastern CanyonThe spores did as they did before - backed away and continued firing. Stronin zoomed past, catching one and shredding it to pieces. The others fired as before.-Toa Levacius Zehvor

[iC: Stronin]"YOU AREN'T GETTING AWAY YET!" he roared, looping around, drills still spinning as he continued to charge.

IC: Savina - Testing Chamber #3 -Savina though about how to solve the puzzle, she had nothing...she figured that launching herself on the catapult would result in death. But...wait...maybe that was it, once she cleared the element removing field, all she would have to do is quickly create a platform of vines to catch herself in, so she didn't fall in the pit.So that's what she did, she leaped right onto the catapult, and was sent flying through the field, then she quickly had vines grow out of the wall and catch her once she was through the element removing field. OOC: Not sure if that's the way you thought we would solve it, but I'm fairly sure that would work.

IC: AMTaOS - Spores / Eastern CanyonThe spores kept firing from a short distance, surrounding Stronin from all directions and firing. His display and shouting were useless on them - they weren't thinking, or even self aware.OOC: Next Hubert post I'll have a response for Savina.-Toa Levacius Zehvor

[iC: Stronin]Obviously this didn't deter the stubborn Toa of Iron, for the next thing he promptly tried to do was repeat the lance thing he did earlier. It had finally occurred to him that it had been somewhat more effective than his current attempts at drilling them all to death. So more lances burst out of his body, all of them rapidly changing directions in their attempts to chase down the spores, hoping to impale them.The lances were also drills.

IC: AMTaOS (Part One) / Testing Chamber #3Savina would indeed find that her plan worked. She would now have free run to get to the other side of the chasm.OOC: It's not. IC: AMTaOS (Part Two) - Spores / Eastern CanyonThe spores flew faster, easily avoiding the drills as they continued firing their stun blasts as Stronin. Soon they would have the iron Toa down - with the number of hits he had sustained, it was nothing short of a miracle he hadn't slipped into unconsciousness already.-Toa Levacius Zehvor

IC: Savina - Testing Chamber #3 -Savina meowed happily that she'd been successful, now they just needed to get Tain and Lekar over there. She leaped form her vine platform onto the side of the room, where they all needed to end up. Then she began to create a bridge out of vines from the side she was on until it reached the element removing field where it stopped. Now if Tain created the other half of the bridge from his side, then Lekar could easily cross, and then Tain could follow soon after.

[iC: Stronin]After minutes of blasts, the Iron Toa began to lose consciousness, and began to fall from the sky towards the ground. Despite this, he had one more trick up his sleeve, or non-existent sleeve that is. Longs spears of metal burst out of his armour, many striking the earth, impaling the rocky soil, the appearance of them stalling him in the air before he could obtain enough momentum, allowing for him to stop in mid-air. Steel tentacles emerged from his frontal body in a last ditch effort to destroy the spores. He fell unconscious a minute later.

IC: AMTaOS - Spores / Eastern CanyonTwo more spores were batted aside. But the remainder were able to call in. A moment later, a shimmering field surrounded Stronin, teleporting him to the testing facility.-Toa Levacius Zehvor

OOC: Actually, no, I still wasn't done plot moving, but since you felt the need to butt in...IC: Esao (Techna Nui, Eastern Canyon)I cursed and whipped out my Patriot, commanding the TAC team members to fire upon the spores as I did the same. They began to drop like flies as we moved towards the hovercraft for cover."Ohh, this is gonna be one of those days," I muttered.-Teezy

IC: Elirak (Apartment, New Metru Nui)"Yeah, you make me feel good," I said, still grinning. "Anyway, what's up, man?"I directed the last part at Skull, who seemed to be mute.

IC: Skull"Oh, I was just going to ask if you two were done yet." Jikal smirked slightly.IC: TainTain nodded, and created a bridge up to the barrier. He started walking across, transferring to the plant bridge at the barrier.

IC: Elirak (Apartment, New Metru Nui)"Think so, unless she has any objections," I replied casually."So, as I asked earilier, what's up?"
